Coal measures are significant hydrocarbon source rocks and reservoirs in petroliferous basins.Many large gas fields and coalbed methane fields globally are originated from coal-measure source rocks or accumulated in c...Coal measures are significant hydrocarbon source rocks and reservoirs in petroliferous basins.Many large gas fields and coalbed methane fields globally are originated from coal-measure source rocks or accumulated in coal rocks.Inspired by the discovery of shale oil and gas,and guided by“the overall exploration concept of considering coal rock as reservoir”,breakthroughs in the exploration and development of coal-rock gas have been achieved in deep coal seams with favorable preservation conditions,thereby opening up a new development frontier for the unconventional gas in coal-rock reservoirs.Based on the data from exploration and development practices,a systematic study on the accumulation mechanism of coal-rock gas has been conducted.The mechanisms of“three fields”controlling coal-rock gas accumulation are revealed.It is confirmed that the coal-rock gas is different from CBM in accumulation process.The whole petroleum systems in the Carboniferous–Permian transitional facies coal measures of the eastern margin of the Ordos Basin and in the Jurassic continental facies coal measures of the Junggar Basin are characterized,and the key research directions for further developing the whole petroleum system theory of coal measures are proposed.Coal rocks,compared to shale,possess intense hydrocarbon generation potential,strong adsorption capacity,dual-medium reservoir properties,and partial or weak oil and gas self-sealing capacity.Additionally,unlike other unconventional gas such as shale gas and tight gas,coal-rock gas exhibits more complex accumulation characteristics,and its accumulation requires a certain coal-rock play form lithological and structural traps.Coal-rock gas also has the characteristics of conventional fractured gas reservoirs.Compared with the basic theory and model of the whole petroleum system established based on detrital rock formations,coal measures have distinct characteristics and differences in coal-rock reservoirs and source-reservoir coupling.The whole petroleum system of coal measures is composed of various types of coal-measure hydrocarbon plays with coal(and dark shale)in coal measures as source rock and reservoir,and with adjacent tight layers as reservoirs or cap or transport layers.Under the action of source-reservoir coupling,coal-rock gas is accumulated in coal-rock reservoirs with good preservation conditions,tight oil/gas is accumulated in tight layers,conventional oil/gas is accumulated in traps far away from sources,and coalbed methane is accumulated in coal-rock reservoirs damaged by later geological processes.The proposed whole petroleum system of coal measures represents a novel type of whole petroleum system.展开更多
This study explores the impact of playful work design on employee creativity through flow,as well as the moderating role of playful climate in this relationship.We collected data from 272 employees across various indu...This study explores the impact of playful work design on employee creativity through flow,as well as the moderating role of playful climate in this relationship.We collected data from 272 employees across various industries in China(47.2%from the service industry;61.8%female;63.6%aged 26–40 years).Participants completed measures of playful work design,flow,playful climate,and creativity.Through hierarchical regression and bootstrapping analyses,the results indicate that:(a)playful work design is positively associated with creativity;(b)flow mediates this relationship;and(c)playful climate strengthens the link between playful work design and flow,thereby enhancing employee creativity.These findings support work flow theory by demonstrating that playful work design satisfies employees’basic psychological needs,stimulates intrinsic motivation,and ultimately induces flow to enhance creativity.For practical implications,managers should prioritize employees’work experience,monitor their flow states,and foster a playful climate.展开更多
Objective:This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of an integrative educational intervention-combining hospital-based schooling programs,child-centered communication,and therapeutic play-on clinical,psychosocia...Objective:This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of an integrative educational intervention-combining hospital-based schooling programs,child-centered communication,and therapeutic play-on clinical,psychosocial,and educational outcomes among school-aged children with cancer.Materials and Methods:A quasi-experimental pre-and post-test control group design was conducted at the pediatric oncology unit of Rumah Sakit Islam Jemursari,Surabaya,Indonesia.Fifty-two hospitalized children aged 6-18 years were randomly assigned to an intervention group(n=26)or a control group(n=26).The intervention lasted 1 month and integrated hospital-based lessons aligned with the national curriculum,therapeutic play,and developmentally appropriate communication by trained staff.Outcomes included pain intensity(Wong-Baker FACES Scale),treatment adherence,quality of life(Pediatric Cancer Quality of Life-32[PCQL-32]),anxiety(Revised Children’s Manifest Anxiety Scale),and literacy-numeracy performance.Data were analyzed using paired t-tests,ANCOVA,and Cohen’s d,with significance set at P<0.05.Results:Compared with controls,the intervention group showed significant improvements in pain reduction(P<0.001),treatment adherence(P<0.001),and quality of life across all PCQL-32 domains(P<0.001).Anxiety levels decreased significantly(P<0.001),and academic performance in literacy and numeracy improved markedly(P<0.001).Conclusion:The integrative educational intervention effectively enhanced clinical recovery,psychosocial well-being,and academic continuity among hospitalized children with cancer,emphasizing the need to integrate hospital-based education and play-based communication into pediatric oncology care.展开更多

Background:Deficits in quadriceps strength of the injured leg have been observed in patients following anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)reconstructions and may contribute to ACL re-injury risk.Single-leg forward hopping...Background:Deficits in quadriceps strength of the injured leg have been observed in patients following anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)reconstructions and may contribute to ACL re-injury risk.Single-leg forward hopping is a widely used task for assessing knee function in patients following ACL reconstructions as it has been shown not to be particularly challenging to the knee.This study aimed to quantify the effect of decreased quadriceps strength induced by a fatigue protocol on hopping performance and lower limb mechanics in single-leg forward,vertical,and backward hopping.Methods:Thirty-four injury-free participants performed single-leg forward,vertical,and backward hopping on both legs pre-and post-fatigue,with 1 leg experiencing a fatigue protocol.Peak moments,power,and work of hip,knee,and ankle joints were quantified during the jumping phase.Hopping performance and bilateral asymmetries in performance were assessed.Results:Single-leg backward hopping demonstrated the greatest knee moments,power,and work compared to forward and vertical hopping,regardless of leg and fatigue.Fatigue protocol resulted in significantly less knee moments,power,and work,and decreased performance of the fatigued leg among all tasks.Bilateral symmetries in hopping performance decreased in post-fatigue,with the greatest decrease in backward hopping.Conclusion:The greater sensitivity of the backward hopping to detect quadriceps fatigue suggests it may act as a better or at least an additional metric to evaluate quadriceps strength deficits.The findings may contribute to the development of a clinically applicable and valid strength assessment to monitor the rehabilitation progress in patients following ACL reconstructions.展开更多

Volcanic reservoirs demonstrate strong heterogeneity and substantial variations in productivity due to the complexity of volcanic eruption and lithology.The main types of reservoir space are not clear,and the dominant...Volcanic reservoirs demonstrate strong heterogeneity and substantial variations in productivity due to the complexity of volcanic eruption and lithology.The main types of reservoir space are not clear,and the dominant lithofacies distribution,particularly the favorable areas for high-quality reservoirs,remains to be determined.In this paper,the Huoshiling Formation in the Dehui faulted depression,Songliao Basin is taken as an example to carry out the multi-scale joint characterization of its pore throat structure,establish a reservoir evaluation standard that considers both the gas content and seepage capacity,and perform reservoir evaluation and play fairway mapping under facies control.The results show that the storage space types of the gas-bearing reservoirs in the faulted depression can be ascribed into three categories and six subcategories according to the pore throat and pore characteristics.In terms of pore sizes,volcaniclastic lava rank the first,followed by volcaniclastic rocks,sedimentary volcaniclastic rocks and volcanic lava.The comprehensive evaluation parameter(Φ·K·Sg,whereΦis porosity,K permeability,and Sggas saturation)of high-quality reservoirs are all greater than 0.1.The volcanic reservoirs in the Stage-III strata are the highest in quality and largest in area of play fairways.The thermal debris flow sub-facies developed at Stage III are mainly seen along the western strike-slip fault zone in the Debei sub-sag and the southwest Nong'an tectonic belt,while those developed at Stage I are distributed along the central and eastern fault zones in the southeastern Baojia sub-sag.The favorable layer evaluation and favorable area delineation under facies control will be of certain reference significance for subsequent exploration and development of volcanic gas reservoirs.展开更多

Gamma-ray imaging systems are powerful tools in radiographic diagnosis.However,the recorded images suffer from degradations such as noise,blurring,and downsampling,consequently failing to meet high-precision diagnosti...Gamma-ray imaging systems are powerful tools in radiographic diagnosis.However,the recorded images suffer from degradations such as noise,blurring,and downsampling,consequently failing to meet high-precision diagnostic requirements.In this paper,we propose a novel single-image super-resolution algorithm to enhance the spatial resolution of gamma-ray imaging systems.A mathematical model of the gamma-ray imaging system is established based on maximum a posteriori estimation.Within the plug-and-play framework,the half-quadratic splitting method is employed to decouple the data fidelit term and the regularization term.An image denoiser using convolutional neural networks is adopted as an implicit image prior,referred to as a deep denoiser prior,eliminating the need to explicitly design a regularization term.Furthermore,the impact of the image boundary condition on reconstruction results is considered,and a method for estimating image boundaries is introduced.The results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively addresses boundary artifacts.By increasing the pixel number of the reconstructed images,the proposed algorithm is capable of recovering more details.Notably,in both simulation and real experiments,the proposed algorithm is demonstrated to achieve subpixel resolution,surpassing the Nyquist sampling limit determined by the camera pixel size.展开更多
Intervertebral disc degeneration(IDD)is a progressive and dynamic process in which the senescence-associated secretory phenotype(SASP)of nucleus pulposus cells(NPC)plays a significant role.While impaired chaperone-med...Intervertebral disc degeneration(IDD)is a progressive and dynamic process in which the senescence-associated secretory phenotype(SASP)of nucleus pulposus cells(NPC)plays a significant role.While impaired chaperone-mediated autophagy(CMA)has been associated with inflammation and cellular senescence,its specific involvement in the self-perpetuating feedback loop of NPC senescence remains poorly understood.Through LAMP2A knockout in NPC,we identified a significant upregulation of DYRK1A,a core mediator of premature senescence in Down syndrome.Subsequent validation established DYRK1A as the critical driver of premature senescence in CMA-deficient NPC.Combinatorial transcription factor analysis revealed that under IL1B stimulation or CMA inhibition,elevated DYRK1A promoted FOXC1 phosphorylation and nuclear translocation,initiating transcriptional activation of cell cycle arrest.Intriguingly,CMA impairment concurrently enhanced glutamine metabolic flux in senescent NPC,thereby augmenting their survival fitness.Transcriptomic profiling demonstrated that CMA reactivation in senescent NPC facilitated fate transition from senescence to apoptosis,mediated by decreased glutamine flux via GLUL degradation.Therefore,CMA exerts protective effects against IDD by maintaining equilibrium between premature senescence and senolysis.This study elucidates CMA’s regulatory role in SASP-mediated senescence amplification circuits,providing novel therapeutic insights for IDD and other age-related pathologies.展开更多
Seismic quantitative reservoir simulations and characterizations have played a vital role in exploring stratigraphic traps,such as lateaggradational lowstands prograding wedge systems(LPWS)within lowstands systems tra...Seismic quantitative reservoir simulations and characterizations have played a vital role in exploring stratigraphic traps,such as lateaggradational lowstands prograding wedge systems(LPWS)within lowstands systems tracts(LST).However,seismic data acquisition operations are always dominated by exceptional seismic coherent noise events,e.g.,multiples,which reduce the signal strengths of the sourcegenerated incident seismic waves within vertically and laterally heterogeneous earth systems.Hence,these noise events create hurdles in predicting paleo-depositional impedance(PDI),paleo-thickness(PTS),paleo-dense fractured networks,erosional and depositional zones,faultcontrolled migrations,and types of seismic reflection configurations(SRFC),which are key elements in developing stratigraphic pinch-out traps.This research utilizes the state-of-the-art technologies of spectral wavelet-based instantaneous time-frequency analysis and seismic waveform frequency-controlled porosity-constrained static reservoir simulation(FDPVS)tools to quantify the LPWS inside the Onshore Basin,Pakistan.The use of conventional amplitude-based seismic attributes,such as the average energy,remained a better tool for deciphering the overall geological architecture of the LPWS.Conventional FDPVS realizations resolved a PDI of−1.391 gm./c.c.^(*)m/s to−0.97 gm./c.c.^(*)m/s for LPWS with PTS of 12 and 20 m,respectively.A 0.9 km lateral extent of paleo-dense fractured networks(PDFN)with a strong linear regression R^(2)=0.93 was also resolved.Average energy attribute-based instantaneous frequency FDPVS realizations enabled the imaging of parallel-toprograding SRFC with resolved magnitudes of−0.259 gm./c.c.^(*)m/s for PDI,20 m for PTS,and 0.73 km for PDFN with linear regression transforms at R^(2)=0.92,which indicates the deposition of onlap fill facies inside the LPWS during extensive sea-level fall.These realizations have also resolved frequency-controlled fault migrations on 27-Hz spectral waveform-based amplitude plots with 2.174 gm./c.c.^(*)m/s PDI for conduit fault systems and 27-Hz with 0.585 gm./c.c.^(*)m/s PDI for sealing fault systems.All these structural configurations are completely sealed up by transgressive seals of transgressive systems tracts and,hence,developed into pure stratigraphic-based oil and gas plays.This research has strong implications for side-tracking drilling locations and provides an analogue for basins with similar geology and stratigraphy worldwide.展开更多

文摘Objective:This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of an integrative educational intervention-combining hospital-based schooling programs,child-centered communication,and therapeutic play-on clinical,psychosocial,and educational outcomes among school-aged children with cancer.Materials and Methods:A quasi-experimental pre-and post-test control group design was conducted at the pediatric oncology unit of Rumah Sakit Islam Jemursari,Surabaya,Indonesia.Fifty-two hospitalized children aged 6-18 years were randomly assigned to an intervention group(n=26)or a control group(n=26).The intervention lasted 1 month and integrated hospital-based lessons aligned with the national curriculum,therapeutic play,and developmentally appropriate communication by trained staff.Outcomes included pain intensity(Wong-Baker FACES Scale),treatment adherence,quality of life(Pediatric Cancer Quality of Life-32[PCQL-32]),anxiety(Revised Children’s Manifest Anxiety Scale),and literacy-numeracy performance.Data were analyzed using paired t-tests,ANCOVA,and Cohen’s d,with significance set at P<0.05.Results:Compared with controls,the intervention group showed significant improvements in pain reduction(P<0.001),treatment adherence(P<0.001),and quality of life across all PCQL-32 domains(P<0.001).Anxiety levels decreased significantly(P<0.001),and academic performance in literacy and numeracy improved markedly(P<0.001).Conclusion:The integrative educational intervention effectively enhanced clinical recovery,psychosocial well-being,and academic continuity among hospitalized children with cancer,emphasizing the need to integrate hospital-based education and play-based communication into pediatric oncology care.

文摘Background:Deficits in quadriceps strength of the injured leg have been observed in patients following anterior cruciate ligament(ACL)reconstructions and may contribute to ACL re-injury risk.Single-leg forward hopping is a widely used task for assessing knee function in patients following ACL reconstructions as it has been shown not to be particularly challenging to the knee.This study aimed to quantify the effect of decreased quadriceps strength induced by a fatigue protocol on hopping performance and lower limb mechanics in single-leg forward,vertical,and backward hopping.Methods:Thirty-four injury-free participants performed single-leg forward,vertical,and backward hopping on both legs pre-and post-fatigue,with 1 leg experiencing a fatigue protocol.Peak moments,power,and work of hip,knee,and ankle joints were quantified during the jumping phase.Hopping performance and bilateral asymmetries in performance were assessed.Results:Single-leg backward hopping demonstrated the greatest knee moments,power,and work compared to forward and vertical hopping,regardless of leg and fatigue.Fatigue protocol resulted in significantly less knee moments,power,and work,and decreased performance of the fatigued leg among all tasks.Bilateral symmetries in hopping performance decreased in post-fatigue,with the greatest decrease in backward hopping.Conclusion:The greater sensitivity of the backward hopping to detect quadriceps fatigue suggests it may act as a better or at least an additional metric to evaluate quadriceps strength deficits.The findings may contribute to the development of a clinically applicable and valid strength assessment to monitor the rehabilitation progress in patients following ACL reconstructions.

文摘Volcanic reservoirs demonstrate strong heterogeneity and substantial variations in productivity due to the complexity of volcanic eruption and lithology.The main types of reservoir space are not clear,and the dominant lithofacies distribution,particularly the favorable areas for high-quality reservoirs,remains to be determined.In this paper,the Huoshiling Formation in the Dehui faulted depression,Songliao Basin is taken as an example to carry out the multi-scale joint characterization of its pore throat structure,establish a reservoir evaluation standard that considers both the gas content and seepage capacity,and perform reservoir evaluation and play fairway mapping under facies control.The results show that the storage space types of the gas-bearing reservoirs in the faulted depression can be ascribed into three categories and six subcategories according to the pore throat and pore characteristics.In terms of pore sizes,volcaniclastic lava rank the first,followed by volcaniclastic rocks,sedimentary volcaniclastic rocks and volcanic lava.The comprehensive evaluation parameter(Φ·K·Sg,whereΦis porosity,K permeability,and Sggas saturation)of high-quality reservoirs are all greater than 0.1.The volcanic reservoirs in the Stage-III strata are the highest in quality and largest in area of play fairways.The thermal debris flow sub-facies developed at Stage III are mainly seen along the western strike-slip fault zone in the Debei sub-sag and the southwest Nong'an tectonic belt,while those developed at Stage I are distributed along the central and eastern fault zones in the southeastern Baojia sub-sag.The favorable layer evaluation and favorable area delineation under facies control will be of certain reference significance for subsequent exploration and development of volcanic gas reservoirs.

文摘The periodontal ligament(PDL)plays a crucial role in transmitting and dispersing occlusal force,acting as mechanoreceptor for muscle activity during chewing,as well as mediating orthodontic tooth movement.It transforms mechanical stimuli into biological signals,influencing alveolar bone remodeling.Recent research has delved deeper into the biological and mechanical aspects of PDL,emphasizing the importance of understanding its structure and mechanical properties comprehensively.This review focuses on the latest findings concerning both macro-and micro-structural aspects of the PDL,highlighting its mechanical characteristics and factors that influence them.Moreover,it explores the mechanotransduction mechanisms of PDL cells under mechanical forces.Structure-mechanics-mechanotransduction interplay in PDL has been integrated ultimately.By providing an up-to-date overview of our understanding on PDL at various scales,this study lays the foundation for further exploration into PDL-related biomechanics and mechanobiology.

文摘Gamma-ray imaging systems are powerful tools in radiographic diagnosis.However,the recorded images suffer from degradations such as noise,blurring,and downsampling,consequently failing to meet high-precision diagnostic requirements.In this paper,we propose a novel single-image super-resolution algorithm to enhance the spatial resolution of gamma-ray imaging systems.A mathematical model of the gamma-ray imaging system is established based on maximum a posteriori estimation.Within the plug-and-play framework,the half-quadratic splitting method is employed to decouple the data fidelit term and the regularization term.An image denoiser using convolutional neural networks is adopted as an implicit image prior,referred to as a deep denoiser prior,eliminating the need to explicitly design a regularization term.Furthermore,the impact of the image boundary condition on reconstruction results is considered,and a method for estimating image boundaries is introduced.The results show that the proposed algorithm can effectively addresses boundary artifacts.By increasing the pixel number of the reconstructed images,the proposed algorithm is capable of recovering more details.Notably,in both simulation and real experiments,the proposed algorithm is demonstrated to achieve subpixel resolution,surpassing the Nyquist sampling limit determined by the camera pixel size.

文摘Intervertebral disc degeneration(IDD)is a progressive and dynamic process in which the senescence-associated secretory phenotype(SASP)of nucleus pulposus cells(NPC)plays a significant role.While impaired chaperone-mediated autophagy(CMA)has been associated with inflammation and cellular senescence,its specific involvement in the self-perpetuating feedback loop of NPC senescence remains poorly understood.Through LAMP2A knockout in NPC,we identified a significant upregulation of DYRK1A,a core mediator of premature senescence in Down syndrome.Subsequent validation established DYRK1A as the critical driver of premature senescence in CMA-deficient NPC.Combinatorial transcription factor analysis revealed that under IL1B stimulation or CMA inhibition,elevated DYRK1A promoted FOXC1 phosphorylation and nuclear translocation,initiating transcriptional activation of cell cycle arrest.Intriguingly,CMA impairment concurrently enhanced glutamine metabolic flux in senescent NPC,thereby augmenting their survival fitness.Transcriptomic profiling demonstrated that CMA reactivation in senescent NPC facilitated fate transition from senescence to apoptosis,mediated by decreased glutamine flux via GLUL degradation.Therefore,CMA exerts protective effects against IDD by maintaining equilibrium between premature senescence and senolysis.This study elucidates CMA’s regulatory role in SASP-mediated senescence amplification circuits,providing novel therapeutic insights for IDD and other age-related pathologies.
文摘Seismic quantitative reservoir simulations and characterizations have played a vital role in exploring stratigraphic traps,such as lateaggradational lowstands prograding wedge systems(LPWS)within lowstands systems tracts(LST).However,seismic data acquisition operations are always dominated by exceptional seismic coherent noise events,e.g.,multiples,which reduce the signal strengths of the sourcegenerated incident seismic waves within vertically and laterally heterogeneous earth systems.Hence,these noise events create hurdles in predicting paleo-depositional impedance(PDI),paleo-thickness(PTS),paleo-dense fractured networks,erosional and depositional zones,faultcontrolled migrations,and types of seismic reflection configurations(SRFC),which are key elements in developing stratigraphic pinch-out traps.This research utilizes the state-of-the-art technologies of spectral wavelet-based instantaneous time-frequency analysis and seismic waveform frequency-controlled porosity-constrained static reservoir simulation(FDPVS)tools to quantify the LPWS inside the Onshore Basin,Pakistan.The use of conventional amplitude-based seismic attributes,such as the average energy,remained a better tool for deciphering the overall geological architecture of the LPWS.Conventional FDPVS realizations resolved a PDI of−1.391 gm./c.c.^(*)m/s to−0.97 gm./c.c.^(*)m/s for LPWS with PTS of 12 and 20 m,respectively.A 0.9 km lateral extent of paleo-dense fractured networks(PDFN)with a strong linear regression R^(2)=0.93 was also resolved.Average energy attribute-based instantaneous frequency FDPVS realizations enabled the imaging of parallel-toprograding SRFC with resolved magnitudes of−0.259 gm./c.c.^(*)m/s for PDI,20 m for PTS,and 0.73 km for PDFN with linear regression transforms at R^(2)=0.92,which indicates the deposition of onlap fill facies inside the LPWS during extensive sea-level fall.These realizations have also resolved frequency-controlled fault migrations on 27-Hz spectral waveform-based amplitude plots with 2.174 gm./c.c.^(*)m/s PDI for conduit fault systems and 27-Hz with 0.585 gm./c.c.^(*)m/s PDI for sealing fault systems.All these structural configurations are completely sealed up by transgressive seals of transgressive systems tracts and,hence,developed into pure stratigraphic-based oil and gas plays.This research has strong implications for side-tracking drilling locations and provides an analogue for basins with similar geology and stratigraphy worldwide.
