Multi-view clustering is a critical research area in computer science aimed at effectively extracting meaningful patterns from complex,high-dimensional data that single-view methods cannot capture.Traditional fuzzy cl...Multi-view clustering is a critical research area in computer science aimed at effectively extracting meaningful patterns from complex,high-dimensional data that single-view methods cannot capture.Traditional fuzzy clustering techniques,such as Fuzzy C-Means(FCM),face significant challenges in handling uncertainty and the dependencies between different views.To overcome these limitations,we introduce a new multi-view fuzzy clustering approach that integrates picture fuzzy sets with a dual-anchor graph method for multi-view data,aiming to enhance clustering accuracy and robustness,termed Multi-view Picture Fuzzy Clustering(MPFC).In particular,the picture fuzzy set theory extends the capability to represent uncertainty by modeling three membership levels:membership degrees,neutral degrees,and refusal degrees.This allows for a more flexible representation of uncertain and conflicting data than traditional fuzzy models.Meanwhile,dual-anchor graphs exploit the similarity relationships between data points and integrate information across views.This combination improves stability,scalability,and robustness when handling noisy and heterogeneous data.Experimental results on several benchmark datasets demonstrate significant improvements in clustering accuracy and efficiency,outperforming traditional methods.Specifically,the MPFC algorithm demonstrates outstanding clustering performance on a variety of datasets,attaining a Purity(PUR)score of 0.6440 and an Accuracy(ACC)score of 0.6213 for the 3 Sources dataset,underscoring its robustness and efficiency.The proposed approach significantly contributes to fields such as pattern recognition,multi-view relational data analysis,and large-scale clustering problems.Future work will focus on extending the method for semi-supervised multi-view clustering,aiming to enhance adaptability,scalability,and performance in real-world applications.展开更多

Ensuring a sustainable and eco-friendly environment is essential for promoting a healthy and balanced social life.However,decision-making in such contexts often involves handling vague,imprecise,and uncertain informat...Ensuring a sustainable and eco-friendly environment is essential for promoting a healthy and balanced social life.However,decision-making in such contexts often involves handling vague,imprecise,and uncertain information.To address this challenge,this study presents a novel multi-criteria decision-making(MCDM)approach based on picture fuzzy hypersoft sets(PFHSS),integrating the flexibility of Schweizer-Sklar triangular norm-based aggregation operators.The proposed aggregation mechanisms—weighted average and weighted geometric operators—are formulated using newly defined operational laws under the PFHSS framework and are proven to satisfy essential mathematical properties,such as idempotency,monotonicity,and boundedness.The decision-making model system-atically incorporates both benefit and cost-type criteria,enabling more nuanced evaluations in complex social or environmental decision problems.To enhance interpretability and practical relevance,the study conducts a sensitivity analysis on the Schweizer-Sklar parameter(Δ).The results show that varyingΔaffects the strictness of aggregation,thereby influencing the ranking stability of alternatives.A comparative analysis with existing fuzzy and hypersoft-based MCDM methods confirms the robustness,expressiveness,and adaptability of the proposed approach.Notably,the use of picture fuzzy sets allows for the inclusion of positive,neutral,and negative memberships,offering a richer representation of expert opinions compared to traditional models.A case study focused on green technology adoption for environmental sustainability illustrates the real-world applicability of the proposed method.The analysis confirms that the approach yields consistent and interpretable results,even under varying degrees of decision uncertainty.Overall,this work contributes an efficient and flexible MCDM tool that can support decision-makers in formulating policies aligned with sustainable and socially responsible outcomes.展开更多
For any country,the availability of electricity is crucial to the development of the national economy and society.As a result,decision-makers and policy-makers can improve the sustainability and security of the energy...For any country,the availability of electricity is crucial to the development of the national economy and society.As a result,decision-makers and policy-makers can improve the sustainability and security of the energy supply by implementing a variety of actions by using the evaluation of these factors as an early warning system.This research aims to provide a multi-criterion decision-making(MCDM)method for assessing the sustainability and security of the electrical supply.The weights of criteria,which indicate their relative relevance in the assessment of the sustainability and security of the energy supply,the MCDM method allow users to express their opinions.To overcome the impact of uncertainty and vagueness of expert opinion,we explore the notion of picture fuzzy theory,which is a more efficient and dominant mathematical model.Recently,the theory of Aczel-Alsina operations has attained a lot of attraction and has an extensive capability to acquire smooth approximated results during the aggregation process.However,Choquet integral operators are more flexible and are used to express correlation among different attributes.This article diagnoses an innovative theory of picture fuzzy set to derive robust mathematical methodologies of picture fuzzy Choquet Integral Aczel-Alsina aggregation operators.To prove the intensity and validity of invented approaches,some dominant properties and special cases are also discussed.An intelligent decision algorithm for the MCDM problem is designed to resolve complicated real-life applications under multiple conflicting criteria.Additionally,we discussed a numerical example to investigate a suitable electric transformer under consideration of different beneficial key criteria.A comparative study is established to capture the superiority and effectiveness of pioneered mathematical approaches with existing methodologies.展开更多

A traditional crisp relation re...Nowadays, picture fuzzy set theory is a flourishing field in mathematics with uncertainty by incorporating the concept of positive, negative and neutral membership degrees of an object. A traditional crisp relation represents the satisfaction or the dissatisfaction of relationship, connection or correspondence between the objects of two or more sets. However, there are some problems that can’t be solved through classical relationships, such as the relationship between two objects being vague. In those situations, picture fuzzy relation over picture fuzzy sets is an important and powerful concept which is suitable for describing correspondences between two vague objects. It represents the strength of association of the elements of picture fuzzy sets. It plays an important role in picture fuzzy modeling, inference and control system and also has important applications in relational databases, approximate reasoning, preference modeling, medical diagnosis, etc. In this article, we define picture fuzzy relations over picture fuzzy sets, including some other fundamental definitions with illustrations. The max-min and min-max compositions of picture fuzzy relations are defined in the light of picture fuzzy sets and discussed some properties related to them. The reflexivity, symmetry and transitivity of a picture fuzzy relation are described over a picture fuzzy set. It is easy for teenagers to view pornographic pictures on social networks. Many researchers have studied the detection of real pornographic pictures, but there are few studies on those that are artificial. In this wor...It is easy for teenagers to view pornographic pictures on social networks. Many researchers have studied the detection of real pornographic pictures, but there are few studies on those that are artificial. In this work, we studied how to detect artificial pornographic pictures, especially when they are on social networks. The whole detection process can be divided into two stages: feature selection and picture detection. In the feature selection stage, seven types of features that favour picture detection were selected. In the picture detection stage, three steps were included. 1) In order to alleviate the imbalance in the number of artificial pornographic pictures and normal ones, the training dataset of artificial pornographic pictures was expanded. Therefore, the features which were extracted from the training dataset can also be expanded too. 2) In order to reduce the time of feature extraction, a fast method which extracted features based on the proportionally scaled picture rather than the original one was proposed. 3) Three tree models were compared and a gradient boost decision tree (GBDT) was selected for the final picture detection. Three sets of experimental results show that the proposed method can achieve better recognition precision and drastically reduce the time cost of the method.展开更多
