Because of its expensive flowers, surveying and ...Saffron (Crocus sativus L.) always is grown for using its flowers in nutrient industry, color industry and healthy compounds due to its flowers and specially stigmas. Because of its expensive flowers, surveying and recognizing on effective genes for flowering is very important and its results can help us to control rate and timing of flowering at an early stage of flowering. The gene and gene state meant Pistillata like MADS box (PIC2) were surveyed for recognizing its molecular mechanism. The molecular sequence at the genes has high similarity to members of family MADS that is a factor for controls of protein at flowering stage. PIC2 gene was studied by bioinforrnatics resources. Primers were designed for replicating the gene and DNA and RNA were extracted from saffron's leaves. The gene's eDNA was built by recopying enzyme and used such a pattern for replicating gene PIC2 at polymerase chain reactions (PCR). Segments were replicated such 900 eDNA pair-nucleotides and a segment such 2,100 of DNA's pair-nucleotides. The gene codes a protein that was composed of 210 amino acids that has MADS sequence box. Analysis of protein's molecular structure and homological modeling of the protein indicated that it has a regular structure.展开更多

It crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, s...GThe title compound was synthesized by reaction of Cu(ClO4)2, picolinic acid and carbamide in C2H5OH/CH3CN solution, and characterized by single crystal X ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group Pbcawith a=14.0481(8), b=9.0130(5), c=18.626(1)?, V=2358.3(2)?3, Z=4, Dx=1.771g·cm-3, μ=1.235mm-1 and F(000)=1276. The final R factor is 0.0440 for 1434 observed reflections. The X ray analysis revealed that the copper?atom iscoordinated by two picolinic ligands in the equatorial plane, while the two oxygen atoms of perchlorate occupy the axial positions of octahedron with lengthened Cu O distances, resulting in a 4+2 elongated octahedral environment. A two-dimensional PIC/MCC model is developed to simulate the nitrogen radio frequency hollow cathode discharge(rf-HCD).It is found that both the sheath oscillation heating and the secondary electron heating together...A two-dimensional PIC/MCC model is developed to simulate the nitrogen radio frequency hollow cathode discharge(rf-HCD).It is found that both the sheath oscillation heating and the secondary electron heating together play a role to maintain the rf-HCD under the simulated conditions.The mean energy of ions(N+_2,N+)in the negative glow region is greater than the thermal kinetic energy of the molecular gas(N2),which is an important characteristic of rf-HCD.During the negative portion of the hollow electrode voltage cycle,electrons mainly follow pendulum movement and produce a large number of ionization collisions in the plasma region.During the positive voltage of the rf cycle,the axial electric field becomes stronger and its direction is pointing to the anode(substrate),therefore the ions move toward the anode(substrate)via the axial electric field acceleration.Compared with dc-HCD,rf-HCD is more suitable for serving as a plasma jet nozzle at low pressure.展开更多

文摘目的通过高灵敏磁微粒化学发光法(magnetic particle chemiluminescence immunoassay,MCLIA)的原理建立一种检测纤溶酶-α2纤溶酶抑制剂复合物(plasmin-α2 plasmin inhibitor,PIC)的方法,并评价联合检测纤溶酶-α2纤溶酶抑制剂复合物(PIC)与凝血酶-抗凝血酶III复合物(TAT)对血栓性疾病的诊断价值。方法实验选用迈瑞CL-6000i及Sysmex HISCL-800分析仪,通过共价交联法制备PIC磁珠包被抗体(100μg/mL)与碱性磷酸酶标记抗体,优化工作浓度分别为1.0mg/mL磁珠及1.0μg/mL标记物。采用夹心法原理,经两步孵育形成磁珠-抗原-酶标记物复合物,通过碱性磷酸酶催化底物发光实现定量检测。参考范围采用95%百分位数法确立。通过与希森美康试剂盒比对及ROC曲线分析(PIC联合TAT检测),验证该方法在血栓性疾病诊断中的临床效能。结果本法的定量限(LoQ)为0.05μg/mL。测定希森美康质控品与参考值相对偏差在±10.0%范围内。批内CV小于5.0%,批间CV小于10%。PIC试剂盒的正常参考范围<0.80μg/mL。联合检测PIC和TAT对脑梗死诊断的ROC曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)为0.8795%CI为0.81~0.93,灵敏度和特异性分别为77.2%和88.7%。结论成功建立了一种基于磁微粒化学发光免疫分析技术(MCLIA)的高灵敏度国产化PIC检测方法,该检测体系各项技术参数均符合临床应用标准,具备实际临床检测的应用价值。联合检测PIC和TAT对血栓性疾病具有较高的诊断效能。
