杭白菊叶枯病防治药剂的筛选及Phoma bellidis对吡唑醚菌酯的敏感性基线 被引量:1

叶枯病是浙江特色中草药杭白菊上危害最为严重的叶部病害之一。本研究采用菌丝生长速率法和孢子萌发法进行了杭白菊叶枯病防治药剂的初步筛选,评估了获得的吡唑醚菌酯等药剂对该病害的保护和治疗作用效果,并建立了杭白菊叶枯病菌Phoma b... 叶枯病是浙江特色中草药杭白菊上危害最为严重的叶部病害之一。本研究采用菌丝生长速率法和孢子萌发法进行了杭白菊叶枯病防治药剂的初步筛选,评估了获得的吡唑醚菌酯等药剂对该病害的保护和治疗作用效果,并建立了杭白菊叶枯病菌Phoma bellidis群体(n=113)对吡唑醚菌酯的敏感性基线。结果表明:供试9种杀菌剂中,咯菌腈、咪鲜胺和吡唑醚菌酯对P.bellidis菌丝生长抑制活性最好,EC_(50)值分别为0.04、0.06和0.07μg/mL;供试两种甲氧基丙烯酸酯(QoIs)类杀菌剂吡唑醚菌酯和嘧菌酯对P.bellidis分生孢子萌发的抑制活性较高,EC_(50)值分别为0.18和2.21μg/mL。吡唑醚菌酯、吡唑醚菌酯+苯醚甲环唑(体积比1:1)和吡唑醚菌酯+咯菌腈(体积比1:1)对杭白菊叶枯病表现出很好的保护作用,所有处理的治疗作用效果都显著低于保护作用。吡唑醚菌酯对P.bellidis群体(n=113)菌丝生长的EC_(50)值在0.01~0.49μg/mL之间,平均EC_(50)值为(0.28±0.11)μg/mL,敏感性频率分布符合正态分布,可以作为P.bellidis对吡唑醚菌酯的敏感性基线。本研究结果可为杭白菊叶枯病的防治、吡唑醚菌酯的科学合理应用及后续的抗药性监测与管理提供依据和指导。 展开更多

对一种引起茶树芽头褐变的病原进行了分离鉴定研究。通过柯赫氏法则,成功分离得到了致病菌株。菌株PDA培养条件下的形态学和rDNA-ITS分子鉴定结果表明,此病原菌为茎点霉属真菌。按照茎点霉属真菌鉴定程序开展了鉴定研究。此菌在OA和MA... 对一种引起茶树芽头褐变的病原进行了分离鉴定研究。通过柯赫氏法则,成功分离得到了致病菌株。菌株PDA培养条件下的形态学和rDNA-ITS分子鉴定结果表明,此病原菌为茎点霉属真菌。按照茎点霉属真菌鉴定程序开展了鉴定研究。此菌在OA和MA培养基上培养7 d后,菌落平均直径6.0~6.4 cm;分生孢子器圆球形,具孔口,器外壁光滑或有菌丝附着;分生孢子橄榄球形,无隔,多数具2个游球,大小为4.9~6.3μm×2.1~2.8μm;NaOH颜色反应呈黄绿色。根据上述特征,初步鉴定此病原菌为Phoma adianticola。由P.adianticola引起的茶树芽头褐变可能是茶树的一种新病害。根据此菌侵染后的症状,暂将其表述为茶树褐芽病。 展开更多

[Objective] In order to improve the herbicidal activity of toxins III(methyl2-methyl-3,5-dinitrobenzoate) from Phoma herbarbum, its structure was optimized by derivatization. [Method] Sixteen novel title compounds were synthesized by nitration and acylation with o-toluic acid as a starting material. Their structures were confirmed by IR and1 H NMR. [Result] The herbicidal activity screening showed that the inhibition rate of J-L-59 against E. crusgalli roots was 93.7% at 100 μg/ml. The fresh weight efficacy of J-L-59 against A. theophrasti and A. retroflexus was 100%at 1 000 g a.i./hm^2 , and the ED50 value for A. retroflexus was 94.06 g a.i./hm^2 .[Conclusion] J-L-59 has higher herbicidal activity. 展开更多

A lthough advanced stage aggressive non-Hodgkin'slymphomas and Hodgkin's disease are thought to be che-motherapy-responsive cancers, a considerable number of patients either relapse or never attain a remission. High-dose therapy(HDT) followed by autologous stem cell transplantation(ASCT) is often the only possibility of cure for most of these patients. However, many controversial issues still remain with respect to HDT/ASCT for lymphomas, including its role for, the optimal timing of transplantation, the best conditioning regimen and the potential use of localized radiotherapy or immunologic methods to decrease post-transplant recurrence. Recently, mainly due to the unavailability of carmustine, several novel conditioning protocols have been clinically developed, with the aim of improving the overall outcome by enhancing the anti-lymphoma effect and, at the same time, by reducing short and long-term toxicity. Furthermore, the better safety profiles of novel approaches would definitively allow patients aged more than 65-70 years to benefit from this therapeutic option. In this review, we will briefly discuss the most relevant and recent data available regarding HDT/ASCT in lymphomas. 展开更多

Objective:To evaluate the antiniicrobial polenlial of different extracts of the endophytic fungus Phoma sp.and the tentative identification of their active constituents.Methods:The extract and compounds were screened for antimicrobial activity using the Agar Well Diffusion Method.Four compounds were purified using column chromatography and tlieir structures were assigned using~1H and~(13)C NMR spectra,DEPT,2D COSY,HMQC and HMBC experiments.Results:The ethyl acetate fraction of Phoma sp.showed good antifungal,antibacterial,and algicidal properties.One new dihydrofuran derivative,named phomafuranol(1),together with tliree known compounds,phomalacton(2),(3R)-5-hydroxymellein(3)and emodin(4)were isolated from the ethyl acetate fraction of Phoma sp.Preliminary studies indicated that phomalacton(2)displayed strong antibacterial,good antifungal and antialgal activities.Similarly(3R)-5-hydroxymellein(3)and emodin(4)showed good antifungal,antibacterial and algicidal properties.Conclusions:Antimicrobial activities of the ethyl acetate fraction of the endophytic fungus Phoma sp.and isolated compounds clearly demonstrate that Phoma sp.and its active compounds represent a great potential for the food,cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries. 展开更多

Four unprecedented sulfur-containing cytochalasans,thiocytochalasins A−D(1−4),were isolated from an endophytic fungus Phoma multirostrata XJ-2-1.Thiocytochalasins A(1)and B(2)feature a novel 5/6/14/5 tetracyclic scaffold,which are the first examples of cytochalasan containing a thiophene moiety.Thiocytochalasins C(3)and D(4)are epimeric cytochalasan homodimers formed via a thioether bridge.Their structures with absolute configurations were established by detailed analysis of the HRESIMS,NMR,and X-ray crystallography.The plausible biogenetic pathway of 1−4 was postulated.Compounds 3 and 4 exhibited significant cytotoxicity against CT26 cells with IC_(50) values of 0.85 and 0.76µmol/L,respectively. 展开更多

In this paper, it was aimed to identified and quantified hesperidin and limonin compounds using HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography) techniques against to developing of mal secco disease caused by Phoma tracheiphila. Six citrus lemon varieties (Meyer, Kiitdiken, Enterdonato, Yediveren, Sweet lemon and Euroka) were infected by P. tracheiphila and artificial inoculation were applied in vivo conditions. Before and after inoculation, leaf, branch and stem samples were taken from each lemon varieties. The results show that the amount of hesperidin and limonin concentration was increased after the inoculations at various levels based on the lemon cultivars. Various concentrations (1, 5, 10, 25, 50, 75, 100 ppm) of hesperidin and limonin compounds were also tested under in vitro conditions to compare response of P. tracheiphila development. According to the results, hesperidin and limonin compounds play an important role against to P. tracheiphila development and Sweet Lemon variety was found to be the most resistance both observation and HPLC results. 展开更多

Phomaketals A(1)and B(2),two tropolonic meroterpenoids with the unprecedented pentacyclic skeletons,were isolated from the solid-substrate fermentation cultures of a eupC overexpressed mutant strain of the fungus Phoma sp.,together with a biogenetically related secondary metabolite pughiinin B(3),and the known one noreupenifeldin B(4).The structures of 1–3 were elucidated primarily by nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR)experiments.The absolute configurations of 1 and 2 were assigned by electronic circular dichroism calculations and the calculated NMR with DP4+analysis,while that of 3 was established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis using Cu Kαradiation.Biogenetically,phomaketals A(1)and B(2)could be derived from the hypothetical tropolonic sesquiterpene intermediates neosetophomone B(6)and 9-R-neosetophomone B(6),respectively,via different reactions cascades.Compound 1 showed antiproliferative effect only against the SUPB15 cells,with an 50%inhibitory concentration(IC50)value of 4.85μmol/L,while the co-isolated known meroterpenoid 4 displayed potent effects against three tumor cell lines,SUPB15,EL4,and H9,showing IC50values of 0.36–27.08μmol/L. 展开更多

Blackleg disease caused by Phoma lingam is an important disease of oil seed rape (Brassica napus) causing losses up to 95%. The efficacy of microbial antagonists against P. lingam in greenhouse was tested. Serratia plymuthica HRO-C48 and Gliocladium catenulatum J1446 were able to reduce the disease intensity of OSR cotelydones infested with P. lingam at rates 44% and 52% respectively. The reduction of the infestation of the root collar in BBCH14/15 was evaluated as well. Plants treated with a suspension of the antagonists (2 × 105 cfu/plant) and inoculated with either pycnidiospore suspension (2 × 107 cfu/ml) or agar disks grown with P. lingam mycelium, showed a reduced infestation rate of 53% - 93% in the presence of S. plymuthica and 46% - 77% in the presence of G. catenulatum. The efficacy of the antagonist depends highly on their concentration inside OSR seeds. Below 105 cfu/seed no significant difference was recorded between control untreated and infested plants. 展开更多
