Methods: from May 2017 to May 2022, 500 regular nurses who received clinical skills training in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the two-color ball method, regular nurses were divided into two groups (reference group and research group) with 250 cases in each group. The reference group received routine training management while the research group received PDCA circular management mode. Observe the effects of different management modes on clinical skills training. Results: comparing the scores of theoretical knowledge assessment between the two groups after training, the research group is better than the reference group (P < 0.05);comparing the scores of clinical nursing skills assessment between the two groups after training, the study group is better than the reference group (P < 0.05);comparing the two groups satisfaction with training methods, the research group is higher than the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of PDCA circulation management mode in the training of clinical skills of regular nurses has a very ideal effect which can effectively improve their clinical practice skills, make them master theoretical knowledge more solidly and improve their professional quality, so that they can better adapt to post work. At the same time, nurses have a higher acceptance of this management mode which can better accept cooperation, stimulate their enthusiasm for learning and make them more recognized for teaching methods.展开更多

Methods: 150 middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases from January 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the observation group, and 150 middle-aged and elderly patients with chronic diseases from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the control group. The application effect was compared and analyzed. Results: after the PDCA circulation management model was carried out in the observation group, the filing rate of hospital documents in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the occurrence rate of disputes was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Moreover, our hospital has obviously improved its office software and hardware, as well as its work efficiency and filing efficiency, which has significantly improved the quality of our hospital's archives management. Conclusion: PDCA circulation management has obvious promotion effect on the standardized management of hospital archives, and its application effect is obvious, which can significantly improve the level of hospital archives management.展开更多

Methods: 20 nurses in the outpatient department of our hospital were selected as the objects of this study to analyze the awareness of the importance of hand washing before and after the control of PDCA cycle, and relevant conclusions were drawn by questionnaire. Results: after adopting PDCA cycle, the qualified rate of nurses' hand washing was significantly improved, and the mastery of seven-step washing technique was significantly improved. Conclusion: PDCA cycle management mode has a significant impact on hand hygiene compliance of outpatient nurses, which greatly improves the cognition of outpatient nurses. Under the background of new influenza, reasonable management and control is of key significance. All major hospitals should focus on improving the management and control mode and have a correct cognition of PDCA cycle.展开更多

Methods: a total of 800 prescriptions from February 2019 to February 2020 in outpatient pharmacies of our hospital were randomly selected as the research target and the "computer table method" was selected to be evenly grouped. Among the 400 cases in the reference group, the routine drug dispensing management plan in outpatient pharmacies was implemented, and the PDCA cycle management method was implemented in the 400 cases in the research group. Results: the complaint rate, dispensing error rate and waiting time of medication in the research group were lower than those in the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the PDCA circulation management method applied in outpatient pharmacy drug dispensing quality management, can control patients' complaints, dispensing errors, and shorten the waiting time, is a recommended management method.展开更多

Methods: the experiment selected the patients of hepatobiliary surgery as the object of this investigation. In terms of time period, we retrieved 120 patients who received corresponding treatment in our hospital from June 2019 to December 2020. They were divided into two groups by random number method. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing measures, while patients in the observation group were given failure mode and effect analysis combined with PDCA cycle management to compare the nursing results. Results: from the point of view of nursing quality, the incidence of nursing errors in the observation group was 1.7% and that in the control group was 6.7%, which was statistically significant (P < 0.05). At the same time, the satisfaction degree of the patients in the observation group was 98.3%, which was better than that of the control group (90.0%), and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Finally, the incidence of complications was 8.3% (5/60) in the observation group and 18.3% (11/60) in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of failure mode and effect analysis combined with PDCA circulation management mode has good effect on rehabilitation nursing of patients with hepatobiliary surgery diseases, can improve the overall quality of nursing work, and has promotional value.展开更多
