Plant virus disease is one of the major causes of biological disasters in agriculture worldwide. Given the complexity of transmission media and plant disease infection mechanisms, the prevention and control of plant viral diseases is a great challenge, and an efficient green pesticide is urgently needed. For this reason, when developing candidate drug leads to regulate plant viruses, pesticide experts have focused on characteristics such as low pesticide resistance, eco-friendliness, and novel mechanism. Researchers have also theoretically investigated the molecular targets of viruses infecting agricultural crops. Antiviral screening models have been constructed based on these molecular targets, and the mechanisms of commercial drugs and high-activity compounds have been extensively investigated. After screening, some compounds have been applied in the field and found to have good commercial prospects; these drugs may be used to create new green antiviral pesticides to control plant viruses. This paper reviews the screening, mode of action, development and application of recently used plant-based antiviral agents. 展开更多

Some of the progress made in our laboratories in collaboration with industry in research and development work on high performance oxide-nonoxide composites for metallurgical applications has been reviewed. (1) SiAlON bonded corundum composites for blast furnace usage have been produced by reduction-nitridation sinte-ring at high temperature, using bauxite instead of alu-mina in the matrix. (2) Low carbon Al2O3 - SiAlON slide plate materials successfully used in high quality steel continuous casting have been developed in which most or all of the graphite in Al2O3 - C brick is replaced by bauxite-based β-SiAlON. (3) A1/Si metal bonded A12 03 - C material characterized by low carbon content, low firing temperature and in-situ formation of carbides and nitrides at high temperature during service are found to possess very high hot strength and very good thermal shock resistance and have also been successfully used as slide plates in ladles and tundishes for high quality steel casting. 展开更多

The paper analyzes the status quo of E-commerce application in Wenzhou's small and medium enterprises. This survey selects the 100 prominent small and medium enterprises covering chemical engineering, shoes, apparel, machinery, furniture, glasses, lighters, pen and pencil, electric and electronics as the investigating targets and issues the questionnaires to them. The result indicates that, the status quo of E-commerce application in Wenzhou's small and medium enterprises are worrisome, which is obviously way behind other cities. Based on that, the paper analyzes the reasons in combination with visiting them, and also proposes the corresponding strategies and predicts its prospect in the end. 展开更多

As one of the greatest inventions of human beings,the electric machine(EM)has realized the mutual conversion between electrical energy and mechanical energy,which has essentially led humanity into the age of electrification and greatly promoted the progress and development of human society.This paper will briefly review the development of EMs in the past two centuries,highlighting the historical milestones and investigating the driving force behind it.With the innovation of theory,the progress of materials and the breakthrough of computer science and power electronic devices,the mainstream EM types has been continuously changing since its appearance.This paper will not only summarize the basic operation principle and performance characteristics of traditional EMs,but also that of the emerging types of EMs.Meanwhile,control and drive system,as a nonnegligible part of EM system,will be complementarily introduced.Finally,due to the background of global emission reduction,industrial intelligentization and transportation electrification,EM industry will usher again in a golden period of development.Accordingly,several foreseeable future developing trends will be analyzed and summarized. 展开更多

总结了国家气象信息中心2024年多源融合实况分析产品的研发进展,重点阐述了其对高影响天气过程的描述能力以及在防灾减灾气象服务中的应用情况。2024年,国家气象信息中心攻关四维集合变分同化、大气化学弱耦合同化等一系列实况分析关键... 总结了国家气象信息中心2024年多源融合实况分析产品的研发进展,重点阐述了其对高影响天气过程的描述能力以及在防灾减灾气象服务中的应用情况。2024年,国家气象信息中心攻关四维集合变分同化、大气化学弱耦合同化等一系列实况分析关键技术,研制了“全球大气再分析产品V1.5”等48个数据产品,产品最高时空分辨率在全球尺度提升至10 km、1 h,中国区域尺度提升至1 km、5 min,局地尺度提升至100 m、5 min,为天气、气候、人工影响天气等业务提供了有力支撑;同时不断加强多源融合实况分析产品在高影响天气过程的应用能力,为高影响天气过程监测提供准确精细的数据支撑。面向防灾减灾气象服务需求,国家气象信息中心基于多源融合实况分析产品建立站点数据插补业务流程,截至2024年10月,在13个省(区、市)17次气象灾害和保障过程中,为1214个站短时缺失数据提供插补服务,为一线预报员研判天气形势提供数据支撑。 展开更多
