基于邓肯–张模型的土体压缩变形计算方法研究

地基沉降计算是工程设计中一项至关重要的内容,选择合适的沉降计算方法对沉降量做出估算,对预防工程事故的发生十分必要。经典地基沉降计算方法主要是分层总和法,其沉降估算精度的关键因素是e–p曲线,因此建立一种合理的土体侧限压缩变... 地基沉降计算是工程设计中一项至关重要的内容,选择合适的沉降计算方法对沉降量做出估算,对预防工程事故的发生十分必要。经典地基沉降计算方法主要是分层总和法,其沉降估算精度的关键因素是e–p曲线,因此建立一种合理的土体侧限压缩变形分析模型具有重要的工程价值。首先,在土体压缩变形特性分析基础上,建立仅含简单压缩性指标的压缩变形曲线分析模型,其参数具有明确的物理意义。其次,根据不同土体侧限压缩性指标获得相应的理论e–p曲线,并与土体侧限压缩试验曲线进行比较。最后,利用本研究方法和规范法对两个工程实例进行沉降估算。结果表明:本研究模型曲线能够模拟土体侧限压缩变形过程,反映出土体侧限压缩的应变硬化特性,具有较强的准确性和适用性,本研究地基沉降估算方法具有精度高和速度快的特点。 展开更多

BHLHE40 Is a Transcriptional Regulatory Target of NFE2L3 in Triple-Negative Breast Cancer

Objectives:The current treatment options and therapeutic targets for triple-negative breast cancer(TNBC),an aggressive subtype of breast cancer(BrCA),are limited.This study aimed to identify novel biomarkers and transcriptional regulatory networks(TRN)inherent in TNBC samples.Methods:We analyzed pan-cancer BrCA datasets from The Cancer Genome Atlas(TCGA)to compare triple-positive breast cancer(TPBC)with TNBC.TRN algorithms and virtual inference of protein-enriched regulon(VIPER)were used to identify master regulators and their target genes.Utilizing TNBC cells(MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-468),we validated the relationship of nuclear factor erythroid 2-like 3(NFE2L3)and basic helix-loop-helix family member E 40(BHLHE40)by performing a luciferase assay.The expression levels of these targets were measured after transfections with plasmid and siRNA via qRT-PCR and western blots.The effect of these genes on cell proliferation and migration was studied using phenotypic assays.Results:Using computational approaches,we identified NFE2L3 as a master regulator with BHLHE40 as its target gene.NFE2L3 protein binds to the promoter region of BHLHE40 and regulates its transcriptional activity.Additionally,silencing and overexpressing NFE2L3 and BHLHE40 in TNBC cell lines MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-468 showed that NFE2L3 directly regulates BHLHE40 at both transcriptional and translational levels.We found that BHLHE40 requires NFE2L3 for cell proliferation and migration in TNBC.Conclusion:These findings underscore the significance of NFE2L3 and BHLHE40 in TNBC,highlighting NFE2L3’s role in regulating the oncogenic activity of BHLHE40 in TNBC cells. 展开更多

An Al-Si-P master alloy has been developed by an in-situ reaction and the electron probe microanalyzer (EPMA) results show that there are many pre-formed AlP particles contained in the master alloy. Silicon introduced into the system plays an important role in remarkably improving the distribution and content of AlP particles due to their similar crystal structure and lattice parameters. ZL109 alloys have shown fast modification response to the addition of 0.5% Al-15Si-3.5P master alloy at 720℃, with a mass of primary Si precipitating in size of about 15 μm. Also, coarse primary Si grains in AI-30Si alloy can be refined dramatically from 150 μm to 37 μm after the addition of 2.0% Al-15Si-3.5P master alloy at 850℃. The P recovery of the Al-15Si-3.5P master alloy is much higher than that of a Cu-8.5P master alloy due to the pre-formed AlP particles. 展开更多

In this article, a novel Al-6Zr-2P master alloy with ZrP particles was successfully synthesized, and the refining performance of this novel master alloy for the primary Si in Cu-50Si alloys was also investigated. By means of the fracture plane observation, it is found that the ZrP phase would precipitate first in the solidification pro- cess, and then, the ZrAl3 phase grows around them. Fur- thermore, it is observed that the refining effect can be remarkably improved by changing the addition sequence of the raw materials. After the melting of commercial Cu, the 2.0 wt% Al-6Zr-2P master alloy and crystalline Si were added in sequence, and the mean size of the primary Si in Cu-50Si alloy can be significantly refined from 255.7 to 75.3 gm. In this paper,the influence of deformation on the microstructure and low-temperature refining behavior of Al-3.5P master alloy was investigated.The results show that the average size of AIP particles can be reduced obviously from 15.3 μm to about 2.1 μm by deformation.However,it exhibits entirely opposite influence on refining performance when A1-3.5P master alloy was deformed at room temperature and high temperature,respectively.Only when Al-3.5P master alloy was subjected to thermal deformation,can an improvement of low-temperature refining performance be obtained.In this condition,primary Si in A390 alloy can be refined from 137 to 21 μm,making it a potential candidate for die casting production.A mechanism associated with the transformation of particle-matrix interface during deformation has been proposed and further experiment has been designed to validate it. 展开更多

It is found that excellent modification effect can be obtained by the addition of this new type of Al-P master alloy into Al-24Si melt and the average primary Si grain size is decreased below 47 μm from original 225 μm. It is also found that the TiC particles in the melt coming from Al8Ti2C can improve the modification effect of the Al-P master alloy. When the content of TiC particles in the Al-24Si melt is 0.03%, the improvement reaches the maximum and keeps steady with increasing content of TiC particles. Modification effect occurs at 50 min after the addition of the Al-P master alloy and TiC particles, and keeps stable with prolonging holding time. 展开更多
