We propose a slope-based decoupling algorithm to simultaneously control the dual deformable mirrors (DMs) in a woofer-tweeter adaptive optics system. This algorithm can directly use the woofer's response matrix measured from a Shack-Hartmann wave-front sensor to construct a slope-based orthogonal basis, and then selectively distribute the large- amplitude low-order aberration to woofer DM and the remaining aberration to tweeter DM through the slope-based orthogonal basis. At the same moment, in order to avoid the two DMs generating opposite compensation, a constraint matrix used to reset tweeter control vector is convenient to be calculated with the slope-based orthogonal basis. Numeral simulation demonstrates that this algorithm has a good performance to control the adaptive optics system with dual DMs simultaneously. Compared with the typical decoupling algorithm, this algorithm can take full use of the compensation ability of woofer DM and release the stroke of tweeter DM to compensate high-order aberration. More importantly, it does not need to measure the accurate shape of tweeter's influence function and keeps better performance of restraining the coupling error with the continuous-dynamic aberration. 展开更多

Variable-air-volume (VAV) air-conditioning system is a multi-variable system and has multi coupling control loops. While all of the control loops are working together, they interfere and influence each other. A multivariable decoupling PID controller is designed for VAV air-conditioning system. Diagonal matrix decoupling method is employed to eliminate the coupling between the loop of supply air temperature and that of thermal-space air temperature. The PID controller parameters are optimized by means of an improved genetic algorithm in floating point representations to obtain better performance. The population in the improved genetic algorithm mutates before crossover, which is helpful for the convergence. Additionally the micro mutation algorithm is proposed and applied to improve the convergence during the later evolution. To search the best parameters, the optimized parameters ranges should be amplified 10 times the initial ideal parameters. The simulation and experiment results show that the decoupling control system is effective and feasible. The method can overcome the strong coupling feature of the system and has shorter governing time and less over-shoot than non-optimization PID control. 展开更多

This work addresses the cut order planning(COP)problem for multi-color garment production,which is the first step in the clothing industry.First,a multi-objective optimization model of multicolor COP(MCOP)is established with production error and production cost as optimization objectives,combined with constraints such as the number of equipment and the number of layers.Second,a decoupled multi-objective optimization algorithm(DMOA)is proposed based on the linear programming decoupling strategy and non-dominated sorting in genetic algorithmsⅡ(NSGAII).The size-combination matrix and the fabric-layer matrix are decoupled to improve the accuracy of the algorithm.Meanwhile,an improved NSGAII algorithm is designed to obtain the optimal Pareto solution to the MCOP problem,thereby constructing a practical intelligent production optimization algorithm.Finally,the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed DMOA are verified through practical cases and comparative experiments,which can effectively optimize the production process for garment enterprises. 展开更多

The gravitational wave spacecraft is a complex multi-input multi-output dynamic system.The gravitational wave detection mission requires the spacecraft to achieve single spacecraft with two laser links and high-precision control.Establishing one spacecraftwith two laser links,compared to one spacecraft with a single laser link,requires an upgraded decoupling algorithmfor the link establishment.The decoupling algorithmwe designed reassigns the degrees of freedomand forces in the control loop to ensure sufficient degrees of freedomfor optical axis control.In addressing the distinct dynamic characteristics of different degrees of freedom,a transfer function compensation method is used in the decoupling process to further minimize motion coupling.The open-loop frequency response of the systemis obtained through simulation.The upgraded decoupling algorithms effectively reduce the open-loop frequency response by 30 dB.The transfer function compensation method efficiently suppresses the coupling of low-frequency noise. 展开更多

Taking three-phase electrode adjusting system of submerged arc furnace as study object which has nonlinear, time-variant, multivariable and strong coupling features, a neural adaptive PSD(proportion, sum and differential) dispersive decoupling controller was developed by combining neural adaptive PSD algorithm with dispersive decoupling network. In this work, the production technology process and control difficulties of submerged arc furnace were simply introduced, the necessity of establishing a neural adaptive PSD dispersive decoupling controller was discussed, the design method and the implementation steps of the controller are expounded in detail, and the block diagram of the controlled system is presented. By comparison with experimental results of the conventional PID controller and the adaptive PSD controller, the decoupling ability, adaptive ability, self-learning ability and robustness of the neural adaptive PSD dispersive decoupling controller have been testified effectively. The controller is applicable to the three-phase electrode adjusting system of submerged arc furnace, and it will play an important role for achieving the power balance of three-phrase electrodes, saving energy and reducing consumption in the process of smelting. 展开更多

It is important to improve the development efficiency of decoupling a coupling task package according to the information relevancy relation between development tasks in the collaborative development process of complicated electronic products.In order to define the task coupling model in the development process,the weighted directed graph based on the information relevancy is established,and the correspondence between weighted directed graph model and numerical design structure matrix model of coupling tasks is introduced.The task coupling model is quantized,thereby the interactivity matrix of task package is built.A multi-goal task decoupling method based on improved genetic algorithm is proposed to decouple the task coupling model,which transforms the decoupling of task package into a multi-goal optimization issue.Then the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the interactivity matrix of coupling tasks.Finally,the effectiveness of this decomposition method is proved by using the example of task package decoupling of collaborative development of a radar’s phased array antenna. 展开更多

By using a reconstruction procedure of conservation laws of different models,the deformation algorithm proposed by Lou,Hao and Jia has been used to a new application such that a decoupled system becomes a coupled one.Using the new application to some decoupled systems such as the decoupled dispersionless Korteweg–de Vries(Kd V)systems related to dispersionless waves,the decoupled KdV systems related to dispersion waves,the decoupled KdV and Burgers systems related to the linear dispersion and diffusion effects,and the decoupled KdV and Harry–Dym(HD)systems related to the linear and nonlinear dispersion effects,we have obtained various new types of higher dimensional integrable coupled systems.The new models can be used to describe the interactions among different nonlinear waves and/or different effects including the dispersionless waves(dispersionless KdV waves),the linear dispersion waves(KdV waves),the nonlinear dispersion waves(HD waves)and the diffusion effect.The method can be applied to couple all different separated integrable models. 展开更多

This paper focuses on the general case (GC) airborne bistatic synthetic aperture radar (SAR) data processing, and a new analytical imaging algorithm based on the extended Loffeld's bistatic formula (ELBF) is proposed. According to the bistatic SAR geometry, the track decoupling formulas that convert the bistatic geometry to the receiver-referenced geometry in a concise way are derived firstly. Then phase terms of ELBF are decomposed into two independent phase terms as the range phase term and the azimuth phase term in a new way. To get the focusing result, the bistatic deformation (BD) term is compensated in the two-dimensional (2- D) frequency domain, and the space-variances of the range phase term and the azimuth phase term are eliminated by chirp scaling (CS) and chirp z-transform (CZT), respectively. The effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is verified by the simulation results. 展开更多

基于TLF-YOLOv8的堆叠垃圾实例分割算法

相较于一般场景下的图像实例分割,复杂堆叠场景下的实例分割受到严重遮挡、同类别待测物体堆叠等复杂情况的影响,使得其实例分割具有更大的难度。针对具有复杂堆叠场景下的垃圾实例分割问题,提出了一种融合YOLOv8与双层特征网络策略的... 相较于一般场景下的图像实例分割,复杂堆叠场景下的实例分割受到严重遮挡、同类别待测物体堆叠等复杂情况的影响,使得其实例分割具有更大的难度。针对具有复杂堆叠场景下的垃圾实例分割问题,提出了一种融合YOLOv8与双层特征网络策略的实例分割算法。首先,在数据预处理部分进行特征数据分层,并通过双层图卷积网络(graph convolutions network,GCN)实现双分支特征融合,减弱堆叠情况对被遮挡物体特征的影响,从而解决复杂堆叠遮挡下的实例分割问题。同时,为了解决同类待测物体易混淆的问题,融入了软阈值化非极大值抑制算法和新的交并比算法。最后,根据应用场景和数据集的复杂性,优化了主干网络部分的特征提取模块,并在主干网络部分引入了多尺度注意力机制,有效提高了模型的检测性能。实验使用遮挡垃圾分类实例分割数据集,实验结果表明该方法的平均准确率、交并比阈值为0.5时的平均准确率(AP_(50))、交并比为0.5~0.95时的平均准确率(AP_(50~95))等指标较之前的其他方法更优。相较于原YOLOv8算法,检测AP_(50)提高了7.9%,分割AP_(50)提高了5.4%,具有更好的检测和分割效果。 展开更多

随着堆石坝高度从200 m级向300 m级迈进,大坝变形协调控制变得尤为重要,基于参数反演的堆石坝有限元模拟是进行变形性态评估的常用手段之一。为探讨不同参数反演策略在高心墙堆石坝中的适用性,本文进行了参数联合反演与解耦反演策略对... 随着堆石坝高度从200 m级向300 m级迈进,大坝变形协调控制变得尤为重要,基于参数反演的堆石坝有限元模拟是进行变形性态评估的常用手段之一。为探讨不同参数反演策略在高心墙堆石坝中的适用性,本文进行了参数联合反演与解耦反演策略对比研究。采用神经网络构建有限元正算的代理模型,采用群体智能优化算法进行迭代寻优,反演得到静力、流变和湿化模型参数。相较于人工干预少、效率高的参数联合反演方法,参数解耦反演方法通过分阶段、分区域的材料参数反演,能够更合理地反映填筑蓄水过程对堆石坝变形的影响。基于解耦反演参数计算的坝体变形与实测值吻合良好,更有效地揭示了坝体在填筑、蓄水及长期运行过程中的变形空间分布和演变规律。 展开更多

针对航空发动机试车台进行矢量推力试车时维间耦合误差较大的问题,以航空发动机模拟测试装置为研究对象,提出了一种基于鲸鱼优化算法的神经网络解耦方法。在理想情况下,通过对测试装置的测量分析,以及基于螺旋理论推导出矢量力解算方程... 针对航空发动机试车台进行矢量推力试车时维间耦合误差较大的问题,以航空发动机模拟测试装置为研究对象,提出了一种基于鲸鱼优化算法的神经网络解耦方法。在理想情况下,通过对测试装置的测量分析,以及基于螺旋理论推导出矢量力解算方程进行的各向同性分析,得到了测试装置理论耦合关系,开展了测试装置矢量标定试验。试验结果表明:测力组件受力产生的轴线偏移现象导致测试装置产生了非线性维间耦合且耦合较大。选用了基于鲸鱼优化算法的BP神经网络对测试装置进行解耦分析,并与传统线性最小二乘法解耦、BP神经网络解耦结果进行对比,结果表明:基于鲸鱼优化算法的BP神经网络解耦效果最好,测试数据的耦合误差从8.822%减小到2.581%,减小了70.744%。该解耦方法大幅减小了耦合误差,为实际航空发动机试车台的高精度解耦测量提供了有效的方法支撑。 展开更多

为实现八输出压电式六维加速度传感器在复杂静态载荷环境下高精度及稳定测量,开展了传感器的静态维间耦合特性分析与解耦研究。首先分析了传感器的结构特点和工作原理,根据加速度在传感器内部的传递规律推导了传感器标定矩阵与灵敏度矩... 为实现八输出压电式六维加速度传感器在复杂静态载荷环境下高精度及稳定测量,开展了传感器的静态维间耦合特性分析与解耦研究。首先分析了传感器的结构特点和工作原理,根据加速度在传感器内部的传递规律推导了传感器标定矩阵与灵敏度矩阵解析数学模型;然后对传感器结构、测量原理和灵敏度矩阵进行分析,揭示了由结构设计、敏感元件灵敏度差异以及制造与安装误差引发的静态耦合机理,同时制定了基于线性矩阵的静态解耦算法;最后基于团队自主研制的多维加速度传感器标定系统进行静态标定实验,对静态耦合机理与解耦算法进行了验证。实验结果表明,在多次实验中所有维度加速度的标准值与解耦值均较接近,解耦误差均控制在0.15%~3.47%,且A_(y),A_(z),α_(x),α_(y),α_(z)5个维度的误差均低于2.5%;在高负载条件下,解耦误差整体呈下降趋势,表明解耦算法在复杂环境下依然保持较高的准确性。 展开更多

传感器的解耦准确性对传感器的精度有重大影响。传统的解耦算法在处理复杂非线性问题时存在局限性,鉴于此,提出了一种基于鱼鹰优化算法优化径向基神经网络(OOA-RBF)的解耦算法。通过模拟鱼鹰捕食行为,该算法动态调整搜索策略,优化径向... 传感器的解耦准确性对传感器的精度有重大影响。传统的解耦算法在处理复杂非线性问题时存在局限性,鉴于此,提出了一种基于鱼鹰优化算法优化径向基神经网络(OOA-RBF)的解耦算法。通过模拟鱼鹰捕食行为,该算法动态调整搜索策略,优化径向基神经网络的网络参数,增强了算法的鲁棒性、稳定性以及泛化能力,有效避免局部最优解,加速全局寻优过程。通过实验室环境下的电容式六维力传感器数据集测试,并采用最小二乘法、BP神经网络、径向基神经网络的解耦效果进行比对,结果显示,新算法在测量误差修正和系统稳定性上均表现出较传统方法更优的性能,解耦后的相对误差显著减少,最大Ⅰ类误差为0.022 8%,最大Ⅱ类误差为0.027 9%,精度得到了提升。 展开更多

针对压电式六维力/力矩传感器存在的维间耦合导致传感器测力性能下降问题,提出了一种基于长短期记忆神经网络(LSTM)的压电式六维力/力矩传感器解耦算法。首先,通过六维力传感器静态标定实验,获取解耦算法所需的实验数据,并对其进行处理... 针对压电式六维力/力矩传感器存在的维间耦合导致传感器测力性能下降问题,提出了一种基于长短期记忆神经网络(LSTM)的压电式六维力/力矩传感器解耦算法。首先,通过六维力传感器静态标定实验,获取解耦算法所需的实验数据,并对其进行处理;然后,通过分析传感器维间耦合产生的原因及LSTM神经网络解耦原理,构建LSTM神经网络解耦模型;最后,采用基于LSTM神经网络的解耦算法,对传感器输出的多维非线性特性开展优化,解耦后得到传感器输入、输出之间的映射关系和对应的输出数据,并与径向基函数(RBF)及最小二乘(LS)解耦算法进行对比分析。研究结果表明:所使用四点支撑式压电六维力传感器的最大重复性误差为1.55%;采用基于LSTM的神经网络算法解耦后,传感器输出结果的最大非线性误差、交叉耦合误差分别为0.55%和0.28%,均小于RBF和LS算法。LSTM神经网络解耦算法能有效减少六维力/力矩传感器的维间耦合,提高传感器的测量精度,对航空航天领域的发展具有参考意义。 展开更多
