Methods: Sixty patients with knee osteoarthritis who underwent total knee arthroplasty in the hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The age range was 40 to 80 years old, with an average age of 57 years. The expression levels of p38-MAPK, NF-κB and their phosphorylated forms, IL-1, IL-6, IL-1β, and TNF-α were compared between the treatment group and the control group.
