Phases, particle sizes and morphology of the prepared nanocrystallite were characterized by Powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The results showed that the crystallite product had an average size about 30 nm. The effects of a series of reaction conditions on the synthesis of Zn(Oxin)2·2H2O (Zinc 8-quinolinolate) by solid state reaction were studied.展开更多

文摘[目的]研究杀菌剂喹啉铜在马铃薯上的残留规律。[方法]建立了马铃薯中喹啉铜残留量测定的高效液相色谱-串联质谱法;在河北、湖南2地开展喹啉铜在马铃薯上的田间残留试验。[结果]方法最低检出质量分数为0.10 mg/kg,在0.10~5.0 mg/kg残留水平内,添加回收率为75.8%~102.8%,变异系数为2.1%~6.7%。2地残留消解和最终残留量试验结果显示,喹啉铜在马铃薯植株上的半衰期分别为8.89、11.1 d;按推荐剂量108 g a.i./hm^2和加倍剂量162 g a.i./hm^2施药3~4次,距最后1次施药后7、14、21 d,喹啉铜在马铃薯中的残留量均小于0.10 mg/kg。[结论]喹啉铜按推荐剂量108 g a.i./hm^2施药3次,施药后7 d,马铃薯中喹啉铜残留量小于0.10 mg/kg,食用安全。
