In Outcome-based Education, learning outcomes refer to the teaching outcomes clearly displayed in the teachingprocess and after the completion of teaching. Outcome-based education is to use a comprehensive approach to organizing andoperating an education system. Therefore, the reform of Outcome-based Education in higher vocational colleges must also be asystematic improvement. In the process of constructing the quality assurance system of Higher Vocational Colleges in our country,we should clearly establish action-oriented learning outcomes rather than subject-oriented learning outcomes, and design our ownquality assurance system of higher vocational colleges based on this guiding ideology. Understanding the ideological origin ofoutcome-based education concept and its organizational mechanism of connotation, studying practical operation principles andpractical development are of great practical significance for rationally grasping the appropriateness of the localization of outcomebasededucation and promoting the quality and internationalization of higher vocational education.展开更多

As a novel educational form deeply integrating digital information technology with teaching and learning, distance open education provides multi-directional empowerment for enhancing village cadres digital literacy. This is achieved through open learning methods, the application of modern digital technologies, tailored learning programs, and the establishment of "overpass bridges" for translating learning outcomes into practice. Based on this, it is essential to further streamline the pathways for educating and cultivating village cadres, vigorously promote the digitalization of teaching, practice, and support services, develop systematic and localized digital education resources, and actively explore and establish a complementary credit bank system for their digital literacy cultivation.展开更多

文摘This paper undertakes a systematic combing of the development of research on integrating Chinese culture into foreign language education in China from the 1980s to 2025,dividing it into three stages:cultural attachment, cultural compensation, and cultural symbiosis, and reveals the logical shift of the research from the dominance of target language culture to the construction of the subjectivity of Chinese culture.Through quantitative and qualitative analysis of 435 CSSCI papers, three core themes are extracted:what to integrate, why to integrate, and how to integrate. This paper critically analyzes three pairs of contradictions:the imbalance between instrumentality and humanism, the separation of national narrative and individual expression, and the disconnection between traditional inheritance and modern transformation. It is proposed that future research should reconstruct the educational logic based on the Chinese context, integrate the national and individual dimensions, and build a dialogue mechanism between tradition and modernity,so as to provide theoretical and practical reference for the construction of a foreign language education system with Chinese characteristics.
文摘This study aims to explore the impact of combined health education and dietary guidance on the speed of postoperative recovery in patients with gastrointestinal polyps.A specific number of patients who underwent gastrointestinal polyp resection were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group. The control group received routine nursing, while the experimental group implemented combined health education and dietary guidance on this basis.By comparing the recovery indicators of the two groups,it was found that the recovery speed of the experimental group was significantly faster than that of the control group, indicating that this combined intervention method can effectively promote patient recovery.
文摘Educational cooperation,as the cornerstone and vanguard of people-to-people exchanges and practical cooperation between China and Africa, holds irreplaceable strategic significance for enhancing the quality of Africa's human capital and accelerating its structural transformation and modernization process. This paper employs“demand–supply–adaptation”as its core analytical framework and aims to systematically explore how the educational cooperation between China and Africa can serve Africa's goal of modernization more precisely and effectively.First, through reviewing and analyzing the domestic and international research literature, this paper clarifies the focus, paradigms, and shortcomings of existing research, identifying the knowledge contribution of this study.Second, utilizing detailed macro-level data, case studies, and comparative research methods,it comprehensively presents the multidimensional status, structural characteristics, and development trends of China–Africa educational cooperation in areas such as student exchanges, cooperative education, vocational and technical training, language and cultural exchange, and emerging digital education. This paper also deeply analyzes the pressing and specific demands placed on the education system by Africa's modernization development across key dimensions like economic diversification, industrialization, agricultural modernization, social governance upgrading, and digital transformation.Third, based on the cooperative principle of“Africa's needs and China's strengths,”this paper innovatively proposes systematic countermeasures and suggestions for constructing new,multi-level,high-quality,sustainable,and future-oriented pathways for China–Africa educational cooperation:(a)promoting the strategic focus of cooperation to extend from“hard infrastructure”support to empowering“soft infrastructure”;(b)deepening the integration of industry and education and school–enterprise collaboration to precisely align with Africa's industrial development needs;vigorously developing digital education and jointly building a smart education ecosystem to help Africa bridge the digital divide;(c)improving an evidence-based,third-party evaluation system for cooperative effectiveness and a full-process quality assurance system;and(d)promoting the collaborative participation of multiple actors including governments, schools, enterprises, think tanks, and social organizations to build a new cooperative pattern of coconstruction,co-governance,and shared benefits.

文摘This study investigates how to pedagogically integrate ideological education with competency development in the Intercultural Communication course,a challenge arising from China’s dual reform contexts of the New Liberal Arts initiative and the national curriculum ideology policy. As global interactions intensify, cultivating foreign language professionals who possess both firm cultural confidence and sophisticated intercultural competence have become a critical educational imperative. This exploratory study investigates how a three-dimensional“Value-Knowledge-Competency”framework can guide the redesign of course content, task design, and assessment to achieve organic fusion.Drawing on qualitative data from a case study,it analyzes specific implementation pathways, synthesizes teacher and student feedback, and discusses the resultant challenges and broader implications for foreign language curriculum reform. The findings suggest that such an integrated approach can effectively synergize value guidance with skill cultivation, though its success hinges on overcoming issues related to pedagogical naturalness, resource allocation, and standardized evaluation.

文摘At present, enhancing the digital literacy of village cadres faces practical constraints such as governance capability gaps induced by the second-level digital divide, the absence of a systematic cultivation system, incomplete last-kilometer implementation for translating skills into practice, and inadequate incentive mechanisms. Based on this, it is essential to further streamline the pathways for educating and cultivating village cadres, vigorously promote the digitalization of teaching, practice, and support services, develop systematic and localized digital education resources, and actively explore and establish a complementary credit bank system for their digital literacy cultivation.
