Immunogenic proteins of Orientia tsutsugamushi and implications for scrub typhus intervention:A narrative review

Scrub typhus is an acute undifferentiated febrile infectious disease transmitted by a chigger(genus Leptotrombidium)bite carrying Orientia(O.)tsutsugamushi,affecting millions of people annually while more than one billion people are susceptible.Endemic areas are expanding to Africa,Europe,Middle East,and South America which is concerning,as despite best efforts,there is no vaccine to combat the bacteria.There are now three species of Orientia and over 20 strains of O.tsutsugamushi.The past attempts to develop a vaccine have been ineffective as they confer homologous strain-specific immunity.Various immunogenic proteins of O.tsutsugamushi have been identified that interact with the extracellular matrix(fibronectin)or vMLL5 receptor and modify the cytoskeleton of non-phagocytic host cells,which aids in host cell adhesion and invasion.These highly conserved proteins involve type specific antigen 56(TSA56),47 kDa,OmpA,and autotransporter proteins(ScaA,ScaB and ScaC).TSA56 is the most immunogenic and contains four types of hypervariable regions.Out of all autotransporter proteins,ScaA provides the homologous strains specific immunity and when coupled with TSA56 it shows better protective immunity against heterologous strains.The review provides detailed insight into the potential immunogenic proteins of Orientia which can be utilized to develop the vaccine.Furthermore,studies focused on highly antigenic proteins will provide more insight into their roles in developing therapeutics and easy-to-handle rapid diagnostic kits. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the correlation between genotypes of Orientia(O.)tsutsugamushi and clinical characteristics of scrub typhus patients.Methods:Clinical data of patients with scrub typhus admitted to different types of medical institutions in Guangzhou from September 2012 to December 2016 were collected using medical records.Demographic data,clinical manifestations,as well as hematological and biochemical indicators of patients infected with different genotypes were analyzed and compared.Results:A total of 192 patients were included in this study,including 121 patients with Karp genotype of O.tsutsugamushi infection(63.0%),36 patients with Gilliam genotype(19.0%),23 patients with Kato genotype(12.0%),and 12 patients with TA763 genotype(6.0%)infection.The median value of albumin in patients with Karp genotype infection was significantly lower than that of Gilliam-infected patients(P=0.032).Patients with Karp genotype infection had a significantly longer hospital stay(9 days)than those with Gilliam genotype(7 days)(P=0.009)and Kato genotype infection(6 days)(P=0.005).Karp-infected patients also represented for the largest number of patients with complicated organ involvement(88/133,66.2%).Furthermore,Karp-infected patients had higher risk of developing multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(18.2%)and requiring intensive care unit treatment(15.9%).Besides,patients with Gilliam genotype(8 days)and TA763 genotype infection(7.5 days)had shorter fever duration than those with Karp genotype(9 days)and Kato genotype(9 days)infection,respectively.Conclusions:Genotypes of Orientia tsutsugamushi were associated with varying clinical manifestations,organ involvement,and treatment outcomes,suggesting that genotypes ranged in virulence. 展开更多

Objective:To evaluate the detection of IgM and IgG antibodies to Orientia tsutsugamushi(O. tsutsugamushi) by rapid diagnostic test(RDT) and microimmunofluorescence assay(ml FA). Methods:RDT using a mixture of recombinant 56-kDa proteins of O.tsutsugamushi and mIFA assay were performed on 20 patients from Fujian and 13 patients from Yunnan Province,and 82 sera samples from healthy farmers in Anhui Province and Beijing City in 2009.Comparison of the RDT and mIFA assay was performed by using X test and the P level of 【0.05 was considered to be significance.Results:Among these 82 normal sera samples,the specificity of RDT was 100%for both IgM and IgG tests.In 33 samples from patients with scrub typhus,5 cases were positively detected earlier by RDT than by mIFA in IgM test,and 2 cases were positive in IgG test.Sensitivities of RDT were 93.9%and 90.9%for IgM and IgG,respectively.The sensitivity of combination lest of IgM and IgG was 100%.Geometric mean titer diluted sera from confirmed cases by IFA and RDT assay were 1:37 vs.1:113(P【0.001) in IgM test and 1:99 vs.1:279 (P【0.05) in IgG test.Conclusions:RDT is more sensitivite than mIFA in the early diagnosis of scrub typhus and it is particularly applicable in rural areas. 展开更多

Objective:To predict B cell and T cell epitopes of 22-kDa,47-kDa,56-kDa and 58-kDa proteins.Methods:The sequences of 22-kDa,47-kDa,56-kDa and 58-kDa proteins which were derived from Orientia tsutsugamushi were analyzed by SOPMA,DNAstar,Bcepred,ABCpred,NetMHC,NetMHCⅡand IEDB.The 58-kDa tertiary structure model was built by MODELLER9.17.Results:The 22-kDa B-cell epitopes were located at positions 194-200,20-26 and 143-154,whereas the T-cell epitopes were located at positions 154-174,95-107,17-25 and 57-65.The 47-kD a protein B-cell epitopes were at positions 413-434,150-161 and 283-322,whereas the T-cell epitopes were located at positions 129-147,259-267,412-420 and 80-88.The 56-kDa protein B-cell epitopes were at positions 167-173,410-419 and 101-108,whereas the T-cell epitopes were located at positions 88-104,429-439,232-240 and 194-202.The 58-kDa protein B-cell epitopes were at positions 312-317,540-548 and 35-55,whereas the T-cell epitopes were located at positions 415-434,66-84 and 214-230.Conclusions:We identified candidate epitopes of 22-kDa,47-kDa,56-kDa and 58-kDa proteins from Orientia tsutsugamushi.In the case of 58-kDa,the dominant antigen is displayed on tertiary structure by homology modeling.Our findings will help target additional recombinant antigens with strong specificity,high sensitivity,and stable expression and will aid in their isolation and purification. 展开更多

Background Scrub typhus,an acute febrile disease caused by Orientia tsutsugamushi,is transmitted to humans through infected chigger mites.We present a case of scrub typhus in a previously healthy man from Shandong Province diagnosed using next-generation sequencing(NGS)and PCR and review recent literature on NGS for scrub typhus diagnosis.Methods NGS was utilized for testing whole blood collected on admission.Confirmatory testing was done by detecting IgM and IgG antibodies to Orientia in acute and convalescent sera by ELISA.Orientia 47-kDa protein gene TaqMan and standard PCR of the 56-kDa protein gene and Sanger sequencing were performed on eschar scab DNA.Results The NGS diagnosis was confirmed by 47-kDa protein gene TaqMan and sequencing of a fragment of the O.tsutsugamushi 56-kDa protein gene from the eschar scab.Analysis of this sequence and the NGS data indicated O.tsutsugamushi strain Cheeloo2020 is a novel genotype.Mapping of the NGS data against the O.tsutsugamushi Gilliam strain genome sequence identified 304 reads with high similarity.Conclusions NGS is not only useful for multiplex diagnosis of scrub typhus,but also provides insight into the genetic diversity of O.tsutsugamushi.The common failure to submit sequences to databases makes it difficult to determine the minimal quantity and quality of NGS data being used for the positive identification of Orientia DNA in clinical specimens. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE: To identify genotype of eight strains of Orientia tsutsugamushi (O. tsutsugamushi) isolated from Nan Peng Lie Islands in China and establish tsutsugamushi disease nature foci for this region. METHODS: The nested polymerase chain reaction and restriction fragment length polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) were used. Three primers were selected from the DNA sequence of the gene encoding type-specific 56-kDa protein of the Karp strain. The positive products were digested by Hine II and Pst I, meanwhile profiles specific to each strain were analyzed. RESULTS: Three genotypes of O. tsutsugamushi including Karp, Kato and a new strain existed on Nan Peng Lie Islands. CONCLUSION: Nan Peng Lie Islands is tsutsugamushi disease nature foci. 展开更多

目的分析贵州省2015—2024年恙虫病流行特征和病例行为危险因素,为恙虫病防控提供参考。方法收集“中国疾病预防控制信息系统”贵州省2015—2024年的病例资料,并抽取2022—2024年报告的部分病例进行回顾性调查。采用描述性流行病学方法... 目的分析贵州省2015—2024年恙虫病流行特征和病例行为危险因素,为恙虫病防控提供参考。方法收集“中国疾病预防控制信息系统”贵州省2015—2024年的病例资料,并抽取2022—2024年报告的部分病例进行回顾性调查。采用描述性流行病学方法对资料进行分析。结果贵州省2015—2024年累计报告恙虫病1046例,年均发病率0.29/10万。发病率从2015年的0.06/10万上升到2023年的0.66/10万(χ2=455.92,P<0.001)。市(州)发病率0.03/10万~1.64/10万;病例集中在兴义市(4.96/10万,365例)和榕江县(3.74/10万,109例),报告病例的县级地区由2015年的13个增加到2024年的51个。发病季节呈单峰分布,集中在7—10月,累计报告756例,占72.28%。发病职业以农民为主,占78.01%(816/1046),发病年龄以30~70岁人群为主,发病率0.35/10万。发生暴发疫情1起,报告病例20例,为居民在河流及周边区域开展钓鱼、捕鱼等野外活动引起。102例病例有行为危险因素175项,田间作业和坐卧草地是主要行为危险因素,分别占50.98%和35.29%。不同地区之间,行为危险因素差异有统计学意义(Fisher确切概率法,P<0.001)。结论贵州省恙虫病发病逐年增高,有明显的季节、地区和人群分布特征和明确的行为危险因素。应针对重点地区、人群和行为危险因素采取措施,并加强疫源地和传播机制的研究。 展开更多

潍坊市2023年鼠类携带病原体检测结果分析

目的调查山东省潍坊市部分地区鼠类种类分布及病原体的携带情况,为鼠传疾病防控提供理论依据。方法2023年在潍坊市青州市、安丘市、高密市、临朐县、昌乐县采用夹夜法采集鼠类,通过实时荧光定量PCR法检测鼠类组织标本(肝、脾、肾和肺)... 目的调查山东省潍坊市部分地区鼠类种类分布及病原体的携带情况,为鼠传疾病防控提供理论依据。方法2023年在潍坊市青州市、安丘市、高密市、临朐县、昌乐县采用夹夜法采集鼠类,通过实时荧光定量PCR法检测鼠类组织标本(肝、脾、肾和肺)中的汉坦病毒、大别班达病毒、钩端螺旋体、恙虫病东方体和巴尔通体,采用Excel 2016和SPSS 17.0软件进行数据整理和分析,检出率的比较采用χ2检验或Fisher确切概率法。结果共捕获鼠类202只,包括褐家鼠(163,80.69%)、小家鼠(29,14.36%)、黑线姬鼠(7,3.47%)和山东社鼠(3,1.49%)。病原体检测结果显示,携带病原体的鼠类共36只,总感染率为17.82%;汉坦病毒阳性20份,均为首尔型,感染率为9.90%,恙虫病东方体阳性11份,感染率5.45%,巴尔通体阳性6份,感染率2.97%,钩端螺旋体阳性4份,感染率1.98%,未检出大别班达病毒。汉坦病毒和恙虫病东方体仅在褐家鼠中检出,感染率分别为12.27%、6.75%;钩端螺旋体在褐家鼠、小家鼠和黑线姬鼠中均有检出,感染率分别为0.61%、6.90%和14.29%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.485,P=0.005);巴尔通体在褐家鼠和小家鼠中检出,感染率分别为2.45%和6.90%,差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=1.605,P=0.205)。5个县(市)5种鼠类病原体的感染率分别为25.93%、22.73%、5.41%、14.71%、10.71%;青州市最高,高密市最低。不同地区间鼠类病原体感染率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=10.031,P=0.041)。结论潍坊市鼠类存在汉坦病毒、巴尔通体、恙虫病东方体、钩端螺旋体的感染,应加强重点地区鼠传病原体检测及相关疾病监测,制定适合本地区的鼠传疾病防控对策。 展开更多

安徽省安庆市SFTS疑似病例中SFGR和Ot检测及分析

目的了解安徽省安庆市发热伴血小板减少综合征(SFTS)疑似病例中斑点热群立克次体(SFGR)和恙虫病东方体(Ot)的感染情况及基因型。方法收集2021-2022年安徽省安庆市SFTS疑似病例血液标本,利用巢氏聚合酶链式反应(PCR)方法分别检测全血样本... 目的了解安徽省安庆市发热伴血小板减少综合征(SFTS)疑似病例中斑点热群立克次体(SFGR)和恙虫病东方体(Ot)的感染情况及基因型。方法收集2021-2022年安徽省安庆市SFTS疑似病例血液标本,利用巢氏聚合酶链式反应(PCR)方法分别检测全血样本中SFGR 17KDa、gltA、ompA、ompB基因和Ot tsa56基因,PCR阳性的样本进行基因序列的测定和遗传进化分析。结果共收集SFTS疑似病例血液标本206份,经发热伴血小板减少综合征病毒(SFTSV)检测,阳性49份,阳性率23.79%。经巢氏PCR检测,SFGR核酸片段阳性15份,阳性率为7.28%;Ot核酸片段阳性7份,阳性率为3.40%。发现SFTSV与SFGR共感染2例,SFTSV与Ot共感染1例。本研究中17KDa、gltA、ompA、ompB基因序列一致性均为100%,基因分型为日本斑点热立克次体;tsa56基因包含2种基因型,其中2021年6份为Boryong相关型,2022年1份为Karp相关型。结论SFTS疑似病例中存在SFGR和Ot感染情况,同时存在SFTSV与SFGR或Ot共感染的病例,应加强安徽省各地市SFTS疑似病例的监测和鉴别诊断。 展开更多

BACKGROUND Scrub typhus is a naturally occurring acute infectious disease that is primarily transmitted through the bites of chiggers or larval mites infected by Orientia tsutsugamushi(O.tsutsugamushi).Omadacycline,a novel tetracycline,exhibits potent antibacterial efficacy against both typical bacteria and atypical pathogens.However,omadacycline application in the treatment of scrub typhus remains limited.CASE SUMMARY In the present work,we report several cases of scrub typhus,with the main clinical symptoms being fever,the formation of eschars or ulcers,local or systemic lymphadenopathy,headache,myalgia and rash.Blood samples were collected before omadacycline was administered,and O.tsutsugamushi infection was confirmed through targeted next-generation sequencing(tNGS).After two days of treatment,the patients’symptoms,including fever,were alleviated,with no adverse drug reactions.CONCLUSION tNGS is an effective method for diagnosing scrub typhus.Omadacycline can be considered an alternative option for antiinfective therapy in patients with O.tsutsugamushi infections. 展开更多

目的 调查佛山市南海区鼠类自然感染恙虫病东方体(Orientia tsutsugamushi, Ot)的情况,了解当地Ot基因型的分布及特点,为防控恙虫病提供科学依据。方法 2017年7月利用鼠夹和鼠笼,在佛山市南海区恙虫病高发镇街采集鼠类动物样本,应用巢... 目的 调查佛山市南海区鼠类自然感染恙虫病东方体(Orientia tsutsugamushi, Ot)的情况,了解当地Ot基因型的分布及特点,为防控恙虫病提供科学依据。方法 2017年7月利用鼠夹和鼠笼,在佛山市南海区恙虫病高发镇街采集鼠类动物样本,应用巢式聚合酶链反应(nested polymearse chain reaction, nPCR)扩增技术检测Ot 56kDa型特异性抗原(type-specific antigen, TSA)基因核酸片段,通过核酸序列比对确定Ot基因分型。用MEGA 10.0.5、DNAStar 7.1、MegAlign等生物信息学软件进行同源性与遗传进化分析。结果 共捕获鼠类200只,褐家鼠检出56kDa TSA基因片段6份,黄胸鼠检出1份,阳性率为3.5%(7/200)。南海序列(L65、L68、L118、L119、L122、L150和L153)在核苷酸水平与Kawasaki、Gilliam、TA763、Kato、Kuroki、Karp基因型相似性为71.8%~100.0%,氨基酸水平相似性为54.9%~100.0%。同源性和系统进化分析表明,南海序列与Ot中的Karp型具有较高的同源性和较近的亲缘关系,与其他型同源性较低,亲缘关系较远。L65、L119、L150和L153与台湾TW45R株、云南TN16-28株的核苷酸同源性为100.0%。结论 佛山市南海区存在鼠类Ot自然感染,褐家鼠为其主要宿主,当地恙虫病病原体属于Karp型。 展开更多

Rationale:Longitudinally extensive transverse myelitis(LETM)is a rare inflammatory demyelinating disease predominantly associated with autoimmune and inflammatory disorders.Scrub typhus can cause a variety of neurological complications,which may result in poor recovery and long-term disability.This report reveals a rare linkage between LETM and scrub typhus.Patient concerns:A 24-year-old female presented with a history of fever for 10 days associated with progressive quadriparesis.Physical examination revealed bilateral lower limb weakness(grade 0/5)and bilateral upper limb weakness(grade 2/5)with reduced sensation below the T3 dermatome.Diagnosis:Scrub typhus presenting with longitudinally extensive transverse myelitis.Interventions:Steroid pulse therapy with antibiotics supported by early intensive rehabilitation.Outcomes:Complete recovery was achieved.Lessons:This case report highlights the importance of considering scrub typhus as a potential cause of LETM in endemic regions,particularly in patients presenting with febrile illness and neurological symptoms. 展开更多

目的:建立一种可以在基层医疗机构使用的超快速恙虫病东方体(Orientia tsutsugamushi,Ot)核酸检测方法。方法:利用实时荧光定量PCR技术(quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction,qPCR),通过比对分析数据库中恙虫病东方体全基... 目的:建立一种可以在基层医疗机构使用的超快速恙虫病东方体(Orientia tsutsugamushi,Ot)核酸检测方法。方法:利用实时荧光定量PCR技术(quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction,qPCR),通过比对分析数据库中恙虫病东方体全基因组序列确定靶基因,设计qPCR特异性引物和探针,优化反应体系和反应程序,建立超快速多重qPCR检测方法;利用经过数字PCR(droplet digital PCR,ddPCR)定量后的样本核酸作为标准物质,评价该方法的灵敏度、重复性以及最低检出限;通过比较基因组学分析,验证恙虫病东方体与同科属的易引起类似症状的病原体的特异性,通过检测24种(共45例)易引起类似症状的其他病原体核酸评价特异性;利用116例来源于云南省红河州金平县人民医院和复旦大学附属华山医院的临床全血样本,通过四格表卡方检验对多重qPCR超快速检测方法和传统qPCR检测方法的检测结果进行比较,采用Kappa一致性检验分析方法间的一致性。结果:恙虫病东方体与同科属的易引起类似症状的病原体的同源性较低,与常见的易引起类似症状的24种病原体无交叉反应,具有很好的特异性;最低检出限为156 copies/mL;具有很好的重复性,检测Ct值的变异系数≤3.13%;多重qPCR超快速检测方法和传统qPCR检测方法同时检测116例临床全血样本,检测结果的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两种方法具有很高的一致性(Kappa=0.9392,P<0.001),总符合率97.42%(CI:92.67%~99.12%),检测时间可缩短至30 min。结论:建立的多重qPCR超快速检测方法具有良好的灵敏度、重复性和特异性,可以快速诊断临床全血样本中的恙虫病东方体核酸,在基层医疗机构实现及时快速诊疗。 展开更多

目的 了解浙江省宁波市小型兽类(小兽)感染常见病原体的情况,为鼠传疾病防制提供依据。方法 2020-2022年在宁波市镇海区、宁海县、慈溪市和余姚市用笼夜法捕获小兽,经分类鉴定后采集其肝、脾、肺、肾等组织,应用实时荧光定量PCR(qRCR)... 目的 了解浙江省宁波市小型兽类(小兽)感染常见病原体的情况,为鼠传疾病防制提供依据。方法 2020-2022年在宁波市镇海区、宁海县、慈溪市和余姚市用笼夜法捕获小兽,经分类鉴定后采集其肝、脾、肺、肾等组织,应用实时荧光定量PCR(qRCR)或反转录实时荧光定量PCR(RT-qPCR)法检测汉坦病毒、大别班达病毒(原称发热伴血小板减少综合征病毒)、钩端螺旋体(钩体)和恙虫病东方体等4种病原体。χ^(2)检验或Fisher确切概率法比较不同种类、性别、生境、县(区、市)及年份的小兽病原体阳性率差异。结果 共捕获小兽668只,其中褐家鼠(24.70%)和北社鼠(23.65%)为优势种。捕获的小兽病原体总阳性率为9.43%,其中汉坦病毒(均为汉城型)和钩体阳性率分别为2.84%和6.89%,存在2种病原体复合感染现象,复合感染率为0.30%;未检出大别班达病毒和恙虫病东方体。不同种类、不同生境间的小兽病原体总阳性率差异有统计学意义(均P<0.001);不同性别、不同年份和不同县(区、市)的病原体总阳性率差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。不同小兽种类中,汉坦病毒阳性率最高的是小家鼠和褐家鼠,分别为10.00%和8.48%;钩体阳性率最高的是黄毛鼠,为15.38%。不同生境中,重点行业小兽的汉坦病毒阳性率最高(10.84%);城镇居民区小兽的钩体阳性率最高(11.76%)。不同县(区、市)中,慈溪市小兽汉坦病毒阳性率最高,达9.90%;余姚市和宁海县小兽钩体阳性率较高,分别为10.00%和9.12%。结论 宁波市小兽存在汉坦病毒和钩体等病原体感染,对当地人群健康构成潜在威胁,应采取针对性防控措施,降低人群感染风险。 展开更多

目的 分析我国2006—2023年恙虫病流行病学特征,为制定恙虫病防控策略提供依据。方法 通过我国法定传染病报告信息系统收集2006—2023年恙虫病病例信息,采用描述流行病学和ArcGIS 10.8、R3.6.0软件分析我国恙虫病的流行和时空分布特征... 目的 分析我国2006—2023年恙虫病流行病学特征,为制定恙虫病防控策略提供依据。方法 通过我国法定传染病报告信息系统收集2006—2023年恙虫病病例信息,采用描述流行病学和ArcGIS 10.8、R3.6.0软件分析我国恙虫病的流行和时空分布特征。结果 2006—2023年我国累计报告恙虫病病例283 273例,报告恙虫病死亡病例103例,年均发病率为1.14/10万,年发病率由2006年的0.10/10万上升至2023年的2.37/10万。发病县(区)从2006年的226个扩增至1 150个。报告发病数前5位依次为云南省(84 795例)、广东省(70 013例)、广西壮族自治区(30 147例)、安徽省(20 492例)、江苏省(16 760例),占全国发病总数的78.44%。地区分布显示,2006—2009年恙虫病疫情主要集中在我国北纬31°以南的地区,2010年以后,恙虫病的高发县(区)数量和范围逐年增多,疫情明显向北、向西扩散。恙虫病病例主要集中在6—11月(88.45%),季节指数图显示,病例呈现7—8月和10月两个高峰。病例女性多于男性,以农民为主(76.11%),年龄集中在40~岁组,≥60岁年龄组病例构成比由2006年的22.83%上升至2023年的37.90%。结论 我国恙虫病发病率呈现快速增长趋势,高发县(区)数量和范围逐年增多,疫情明显向北、向西扩散,中老年农民为高危人群,应加强对重点地区和人群,特别是中老年农民的病例监测和健康教育,提高居民恙虫病防治知识的知晓率,以降低恙虫病的疾病负担。 展开更多

多西环素联合阿奇霉素对恙虫病合并肺部感染疗效分析

目的分析对于恙虫病合并肺部感染患者,多西环素与阿奇霉素联合用药方案的治疗效果。方法回顾性收集2021年2月至2024年2月于福建协和医院平潭分院就诊的100例恙虫病合并肺部感染患者的临床资料,以治疗方案为分组依据分为观察组(多西环素... 目的分析对于恙虫病合并肺部感染患者,多西环素与阿奇霉素联合用药方案的治疗效果。方法回顾性收集2021年2月至2024年2月于福建协和医院平潭分院就诊的100例恙虫病合并肺部感染患者的临床资料,以治疗方案为分组依据分为观察组(多西环素联合阿奇霉素,50例)和对照组(多西环素,50例)。比较两组研究对象的临床疗效、临床指标康复时间、肝功能情况、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组研究对象的临床总有效率显著高于对照组(P>0.05);观察组研究对象体温恢复正常、肺部啰音消失、焦痂脱落、肝功能恢复正常、住院所需时间更短(P<0.001)。治疗后观察组谷草转氨酶和谷丙转氨酶水平更低(P<0.001)。两组研究对象的不良反应总发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论对于恙虫病合并肺部感染者,多西环素与阿奇霉素联用的治疗方案临床疗效显著,可一定程度上缩短临床症状的改善时间,促进肝功能的恢复,且安全性相对较高。 展开更多
