The effects of the Dzyaloshinskii Moriya (DM) and the Kaplan-Shekhtman-Entinwohlman-Aharony (KSEA) superexchange interactions on the ground state properties of the one-dimensional spin-Peilers system in open chain...The effects of the Dzyaloshinskii Moriya (DM) and the Kaplan-Shekhtman-Entinwohlman-Aharony (KSEA) superexchange interactions on the ground state properties of the one-dimensional spin-Peilers system in open chain are studied by using the Lanczos numerical method. The study concentrates mainly on the influence of systemic dimerisation in open chain. The results show that systemic ground state energy density varies with dimerisation parameter 5 in different DM interactions, and there exists a special point 5c where the DM interaction has no influence on the systemic dimerisation, no matter whether the DM interaction is relative or irrelative to systemic dimerisation (η= 1 or η=0). The KSEA interaction has no fixed special point, but the points of intersection are dense relatively in a certain numberical value range, and sparse in other numberical value ranges. So we can conclude that the antisymmetric anisotropy DM interaction differs from the symmetric anisotropy KSEA interaction, but they are analogous in the sense of the influence of systemic dimerisation in open chain.展开更多

Crystallographic data: C22H26N8S2, Mr=466.62, monoclinic, space group C2/c, a=12.215(3), b=11.473(2), c=17.032 (3)A, B=98.96(2)0, V=2357.7(9)A3, Z=4, Dc=1.32 g/cm3, F(000)=1040, u(Mo Ka)=2.43 cm-1. Final R=0.050, Rw=0.061 for 1103 unique and observed reflections with I> 3o(I). The effect of the structures on the formation of the open-chain intermediates during the cyclization of (2:2) Schiff base macrocyclic compound has been discussed and a possible mechanism for the ring closure has been suggested.展开更多

The ground-state entanglement will undergo two different kinds of transitions when the anisotropy △ and the amplitude of the magnetic field B are varied. The thermal entanglement of the nearest neighbour always declines when B increases no matter what the value of the anisotropy is. It is very interesting to note that the entanglement of the next-nearest neighbour can increase to a maximum at a certain magnetic field. Regardless of the boundary condition, the nearestneighbour entanglement always decreases and approaches to a constant value when the size of the system is very large. The constant value of open boundary condition is much larger than that of periodic boundary condition.展开更多

The successful experience of adopting distributed development models in such open source projects includes GNU/Linux operating system, Apache HTTP server, Android, BusyBox, and so on. The open source project contains ...The successful experience of adopting distributed development models in such open source projects includes GNU/Linux operating system, Apache HTTP server, Android, BusyBox, and so on. The open source project contains special features so-called software composition by which several geographically-dispersed compo-nents are developed in all parts of the world. We propose a method of component-oriented reliability as-sessment based on hierarchical Bayesian model and Markov chain Monte Carlo methods. Especially, we fo-cus on the fault-detection rate for each component reported to the bug tracking system. We can assess the reliability for the whole open source software system by using the confidence interval for each component. Also, we analyze actual software fault-count data to show numerical examples of reliability assessment for OSS.展开更多
