开放获取对我国中文学术期刊质量的影响研究——从订阅模式到金色OA的转型

[目的/意义]在我国开放科学突破性发展背景下,对我国中文开放获取(Open Access,OA)期刊质量进行实证研究,验证开放获取对期刊质量的作用。[方法/过程]以DOAJ平台和国家科技期刊平台收录的中文开放获取期刊为实验对象,把影响因子、被引... [目的/意义]在我国开放科学突破性发展背景下,对我国中文开放获取(Open Access,OA)期刊质量进行实证研究,验证开放获取对期刊质量的作用。[方法/过程]以DOAJ平台和国家科技期刊平台收录的中文开放获取期刊为实验对象,把影响因子、被引量、立即指数、平均引文率、被引半衰期作为期刊质量具体评价指标,采用多期双重差分法和一系列稳健检验进行分析。[结果/结论]开放获取的实施能够使中文学术期刊质量得到提升,其中影响因子、立即指数和平均引文率的表现较为显著;政策效应具有时效性,随期刊出版时间推移逐渐减弱,且正向作用存在滞后特征;异质性检验表明,OA模式对非核心期刊的促进效应更突出,其中立即指数、被引半衰期和平均引文率指标提升幅度明显高于核心期刊。开放获取在期刊质量优化方面具有差异化效果,但OA期刊质量总体发展态势良好。建议应提高我国中文科技期刊OA意识,努力向OA转型,严格把控质量,促进期刊开放获取运动高质量发展。 展开更多

开放获取(OA)指作者直接在互联网公开发表自己的科学成果,允许社会公众在不侵犯作者保留权利的基础上,自由获取、复制、传播或其他任何合法的利用。在不断发展的学术交流格局中,OA已成为实现知识民主化、促进学术合作并加速创新的关键... 开放获取(OA)指作者直接在互联网公开发表自己的科学成果,允许社会公众在不侵犯作者保留权利的基础上,自由获取、复制、传播或其他任何合法的利用。在不断发展的学术交流格局中,OA已成为实现知识民主化、促进学术合作并加速创新的关键工具。然而,当前数据脱钩与学术封锁等现象频发,国际科研合作的稳定性受到冲击,学术传播的整体格局正在被重塑。作为我国学术传播体系的主力军,中文科技期刊在推进高质量发展的过程中仍面临多重挑战,如英语主导的学术评价体系持续虹吸优质稿源以致稿源加剧流失、开放生态与基础设施建设仍显薄弱以及出版乱象侵蚀学者信任等。因此,本文系统分析知识壁垒背景下中文科技期刊的发展困境与潜在机遇并重点从以政策引导与平台建设打造自主可控的学术传播体系、以人工智能技术驱动出版生态数字化升级、以科研评价体系改革重塑成果价值标尺三方面探讨提升本土学术话语权的可行路径,为构建更公平、可持续的学术生态提供理论依据与实践方案。 展开更多
