Differences of Photosynthetic Characteristics of the Grape Cultivated in Greenhouse and Open Field in Turpan 被引量:3

[Objective] This study compared the leaf photosynthetic characteristics of Turpan grape cultivated in greenhouses and open field to provide a scientific basis for the high-quality and high-yield cultivation of grape. [Method] Two precocious grape varieties as experimental materials were cultivated in greenhouses and open field, and their net photosynthetic rates (Pn), photo-response curves and CO2 response curves were determined using Li-400XT portable photosynthesis system. [Result] The leaf Pn of the two varieties cultivated in open field was higher than that in greenhouse. The Pn of Hongqitezao cultivated in open field was the highest, up to 19.79 μmol/(m^2·s); in the photo-response curves, Hongqitezao cultivated in greenhouse had the largest Pnmax and apparent quantum yield (AQY), while the Flame Seedless in greenhouse had the smallest light compensation point (LCP). The light saturation point (LSP) value of greenhouse cultivation was higher than that of open field cultivation. In the CO2 response test, the dark respiration rate (Rd) and Pnmax of greenhouse cultivation were higher than those of open field cultivation, and the carboxylation efficiency (CE) of greenhouse cultivation was lower than that of open field cultivation; the CO2 compensation point (CCP) and CO2 saturation point (CSP) of greenhouse cultivation were lower than those of open field cultivation. [Conclusion] The utilization of elevated light in greenhouse cultivation was more efficient than in open field cultivation; however, the utilization of elevated CO2 in greenhouse cultivation was weaker than tin open field cultivation. 展开更多

Comparison of Cold Tolerance in Three Ground-cover Chrysanthemum Cultivars during Wintering in the Open Field

[Objectives]Among many chrysanthemum types,the ground-cover chrysanthemum cultivar group has the characteristics of dwarf plant,long flowering period,rich color and strong resistance to stress.This study aimed to screen out cultivars with strong cold tolerance in order that they can be used for planting in urban green space and economic forests in northern cold areas,so as to enrich the plant community structures of landscape in cold regions.[Methods]Three ground-cover chrysanthemum cultivars,i.e.,‘Meiaihuang’,‘Xinhong’and‘Zixunzhang’,were selected as the experimental materials.During the wintering period in the field in Beijing,they were observed and measured for the changes of the morphological manifestations and the physiological indices,and the relationship between the indices and low temperature was analyzed.The cold tolerance of the three ground-cover chrysanthemum cultivars was also comprehensively evaluated.[Results]During the open-field overwintering period,the root activity of the three ground-cover chrysanthemum cultivars increased slowly with cooling,decreased at the freezing low temperature,and then increased again in early spring.With natural cooling,the membrane injury percentages(MIPs)of the leaves and foot shoots increased significantly,and the contents of malondialdehyde(MDA)increased;the contents of soluble sugar(SS)and proline(Pro)gradually accumulated,and the contents of SS and Pro in foot shoots increased significantly in late winter;and the superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity showed a similar trend of rising slowly at first and then increasing significantly.There were correlations between MIPs in the leaves and foot shoots of the three cultivars and other physiological indices:a significant negative correlation with MDA content,and a significant positive correlation with SS content,Pro content and SOD activity.[Conclusions]Combining the morphological manifestations and physiological indices,the cold tolerance of the three ground-cover chrysanthemum cultivars was evaluated by the subordinate function method.The results showed that the cold tolerance of the three ground-cover chrysanthemum cultivars ranked as‘Meiaihuang’>‘Xinhong’>‘Zixunzhang’.The strong cold tolerance of foot shoots and roots was the main reason that the three ground-cover chrysanthemum cultivars could overwinter in the open field. 展开更多

In the present paper,a life cycle assessment(LCA)study regarding barley and lettuce production in Spain(Barrax and Santomera regions)and Italy(Albenga region)in both open field(OF)and standard greenhouse(GH)cultivations was performed in order to evaluate energy consumption and environmental impacts.The study examines also the impact of the use of compost produced from agricultural wastes(AW).In this context,a detailed life cycle directory was created,based on site-specific experimental data,and used for a holistic cradle-to-gate LCA analysis using the GaBi 6 software package and specific related databases.In order to reveal the importance of system boundaries,factors that are often excluded from LCA studies,such as agricultural machinery manufacture,nursery production,waste management and raw materials transportation have been considered.According to the results of this study,the use of compost for fertilization of both crops is considered a good agronomic and ecological strategy in order to maintain productivity in terms of yield,especially in the case of greenhouse cultivation,and improve overall sustainability in the agricultural sector.Moreover,the phases of compost production,irrigation system,and greenhouse construction and operation were identified as the three main‘‘hotspots”with the highest environmental impact and energy contribution in all studied cases.Finally,improvements to reduce those impacts were proposed. 展开更多

AIM:To determine the agreement and repeatability of the pupil measurement obtained with VIP-200(Neuroptics),Power Ref II(Plusoptix),WAM-5500(Grand Seiko) and study the effects of instrument design on pupillometry.METHODS:Forty patients were measured twice in low,mid and high mesopic.Repeatability was analyzed with the within-subject standard deviation(Sw) and paired t-tests.Agreement was studied with Bland-Altman plots and repeated measures ANOVA.Instrument design analysis consisted on measuring pupil size with Power Ref II simulating monocular and binocular conditions as well as with proximity cues and without proximity cues.RESULTS:The mean difference(±standard deviation) between test-retest for low,mid and high mesopic conditions were,respectively:-0.09(±0.16),-0.05(±0.18) and-0.08(±0.23) mm for Neuroptics,-0.05(±0.17),-0.12(±0.23) and-0.17(±0.34) mm for WAM-5500,-0.04(±0.27),-0.13(±0.37) and-0.11(±0.28) mm for Power Ref II.Regarding agreement with Neuroptics,the mean difference for low,mid and high mesopic conditions were,respectively:-0.48(±0.35),-0.83(±0.52) and-0.38(±0.56) mm for WAM-5500,-0.28(±0.56),-0.70(±0.55) and-0.61(±0.54) mm for Power Ref II.The mean difference of binocular minus monocular pupil measurements was:-0.83(±0.87) mm;and with proximity cues minus without proximity cues was:-0.30(±0.77) mm.CONCLUSION:All the instruments show similar repeatability.In all illumination conditions,agreement of Neuroptics with WAM-5500 and Power Ref II is not good enough,which can be partially induced due to their open field design. 展开更多

AIM:To determine the Bruch's membrane opening-minimum rim width(BMO-MRW) tipping point where corresponding visual field(VF) damages become detectable.METHODS:A total of 85 normal subjects and 83 glaucoma patients(one eye per participant) were recruited for the study.All of the patients had VF examinations and spectral-domain optical coherence tomography to measure the BMO-MRW.Total deviation values for 52 VF points were allocated to the corresponding sector according to the Garway-Heath distribution map.To evaluate the relationship between VF loss and BMOMRW measurements,a "broken-stick" statistical model was used.The tipping point where the VF values started to sharply decrease as a function of BMO-MRW measurements was estimated and the slopes above and below this tipping point were compared.RESULTS:A 25.9% global BMO-MRW loss from normative value was required for the VF loss to be detectable.Sectorally,substantial BMO-MRW thinning in inferotemporal sector(33.1%) and relatively less BMO-MRW thinning in the superotemporal sector(8.9%) were necessary for the detection of the VF loss.Beyond the tipping point,the slopes were close to zero throughout all of the sectors and the VF loss was unrelated to the BMO-MRW loss.The VF loss was related to the BMO-MRW loss below the tipping point.The difference between the two slopes was statistically significant(P≤0.002).CONCLUSION:Substantial BMO-MRW loss appears to be necessary for VF loss to be detectable in patients with open angle glaucoma with standard achromatic perimetry. 展开更多

为探究北京市设施农业灌溉现状,做好高效节水工程建设和提高灌溉水利用效率,本研究采用“一村一图一表”的调研模式,对北京市设施蔬菜灌溉现状进行了深入调查。结果表明,全市设施农业和露地蔬菜中,管灌占比均最高,分别为58.9%和57.1%,... 为探究北京市设施农业灌溉现状,做好高效节水工程建设和提高灌溉水利用效率,本研究采用“一村一图一表”的调研模式,对北京市设施蔬菜灌溉现状进行了深入调查。结果表明,全市设施农业和露地蔬菜中,管灌占比均最高,分别为58.9%和57.1%,主要分布在通州、大兴和顺义等区域;其次是微灌,占比分别为22.6%和15.2%,主要分布在大兴、顺义等地区;渠道灌溉占比最小,分别为8.4%和12.7%。同时存在高效节水技术应用率低、区域差异较大等问题,在此基础上提出了大力开展高效节水工程建设、根据生产模式因地制宜发展喷灌和微灌、开展农田灌溉水利用系数测算等措施,以期提高全市高效节水技术应用率,促进设施农业和露地蔬菜的绿色可持续发展。 展开更多

目的构建一种基于深度学习DeepLabCut(DLC)和DeepEthogram(DEG)算法的旷场精细行为分析系统,提升急性束缚应激(acute restraint stress,ARS)和间歇性酒精暴露(adolescent intermittent ethanol exposure,AIE)小鼠模型情绪类行为检测的... 目的构建一种基于深度学习DeepLabCut(DLC)和DeepEthogram(DEG)算法的旷场精细行为分析系统,提升急性束缚应激(acute restraint stress,ARS)和间歇性酒精暴露(adolescent intermittent ethanol exposure,AIE)小鼠模型情绪类行为检测的敏感性。方法单摄像头旷场实验(open field test,OFT)环境结合DLC和DEG算法建立系统,分析ARS和AIE小鼠的横向与纵向精细行为,并评估纵向行为对横向指标的影响。结果与对照组相比,ARS组中心区域传统水平运动速度明显减少,本系统精细指标中心区域水平运动速度、支撑站立时长、次数和潜伏期明显减少,传统运动时长明显大于水平运动时长,支撑站立时长与传统运动、静止时长有明显相关性;AIE组传统运动静止指标明显增加,本系统精细指标除水平运动时长外的水平运动静止指标均明显增加,支撑站立时长、次数、分布指数、分布密度、无支撑站立分布指数明显增加,传统运动静止指标明显大于水平运动静止指标。结论该研究建立的深度学习行为分析系统突破了传统OFT的局限性,实现对站立行为的自动量化,分析说明两种纵向站立行为对横向指标的影响并提出解决方案,为神经精神疾病研究和药物评价提供更敏感、全面的分析方法和思路。 展开更多

比较露天种植和网棚种植对脆蜜金柑果皮代谢物和基因转录表达量的影响,筛选出参与表达类黄酮合成酶的关键基因,并分析相关基因的调控方式,为提升果皮类黄酮含量提供参考。以8年生脆蜜金柑为试验材料,露天种植为对照组,网棚种植为试验组... 比较露天种植和网棚种植对脆蜜金柑果皮代谢物和基因转录表达量的影响,筛选出参与表达类黄酮合成酶的关键基因,并分析相关基因的调控方式,为提升果皮类黄酮含量提供参考。以8年生脆蜜金柑为试验材料,露天种植为对照组,网棚种植为试验组,对比不同种植方式下脆蜜金柑果皮转录组和代谢组差异。结果表明,相较露天种植,网棚内种植的脆蜜金柑,84种代谢物上调,178种代谢物下调,2448种代谢物无显著差异,其中差异类黄酮占总差异代谢物31.3%。1088个基因显著上调表达,843个基因显著下调表达。52种差异代谢物可被KEGG数据库注释,可富集于类黄酮生物合成等35条通路。913个差异基因可被KEGG数据库注释,可富集于光合作用—天线蛋白通路等136条通路。与类黄酮合成紧密相关的通路包括苯丙素生物合成通路(ko00940)、类黄酮生物合成通路(ko00941)、黄酮和黄酮醇生物合成通路(ko00944)。筛选出了可能调控黄酮类物质合成的关键基因PAL、C4H、4CL、CHI。相较露天种植,棚内种植会导致脆蜜金柑果皮多种代谢物下调,其中调控类黄酮物质合成的可能关键基因是PAL、C4H、4CL、CHI。 展开更多

大田虫害长期以来都是影响我国蔬菜产业高质量发展的关键因素之一,及时有效的虫害预警对保障蔬菜安全具有重要意义。本研究采用“大田+暗箱”的图像采集方法,构建了包含烟粉虱(Bemisia tabaci)、南亚果实蝇(Bactrocera tau)、甜菜白带野... 大田虫害长期以来都是影响我国蔬菜产业高质量发展的关键因素之一,及时有效的虫害预警对保障蔬菜安全具有重要意义。本研究采用“大田+暗箱”的图像采集方法,构建了包含烟粉虱(Bemisia tabaci)、南亚果实蝇(Bactrocera tau)、甜菜白带野螟(Hymenia recurvalis)、黄曲条跳甲(Phyllotreta striolata)和叶蝉(Cicadellidae)等5种露地蔬菜常见害虫的黄板图像数据集,并基于该数据集对YOLO系列目标检测模型进行了系统性训练与性能对比分析。结果表明,YOLOv11s效果最佳,平均精度(mAP50)可达0.973。将该模型部署于云端并发布至“表型达人”微信小程序为公众提供害虫识别服务,为田间虫害防治提供了更实用的技术手段。 展开更多

以搜集的6份叶用芥菜和5份根用芥菜为试材,通过调查其农艺学性状、植物学性状、抗病性及丰产性,筛选适宜鲁西北地区露地栽培的芥菜品种。试验结果表明,叶用芥菜的叶长、莲座叶数和分蘖数与小区产量和每667 m^(2)产量存在显著或极显著正... 以搜集的6份叶用芥菜和5份根用芥菜为试材,通过调查其农艺学性状、植物学性状、抗病性及丰产性,筛选适宜鲁西北地区露地栽培的芥菜品种。试验结果表明,叶用芥菜的叶长、莲座叶数和分蘖数与小区产量和每667 m^(2)产量存在显著或极显著正相关性,根用芥菜的肉质根纵径与单根质量、小区产量和每667 m^(2)产量呈极显著正相关;叶用芥菜新品种华芥9号长势好、熟性早、分蘖数和莲座叶数最高、软腐病发病率最低、产量达6890.5 kg/667 m^(2),比雪里蕻(CK1)增产14.2%;根用芥菜新品种华1811生长势强、抗病性好、叶片数、肉质根纵径和根形指数最大、每667 m^(2)产量达3326.5 kg,比光头芥菜(CK2)产量高14.6%。综上,华芥9号和华1811综合性状优良,可分别作为早熟型叶用芥菜新品种和特色型根用芥菜新品种在鲁西北地区进行推广种植。 展开更多

为探究避雨栽培对无花果生长和果实品质的影响,以波姬红无花果为试验对象,以露地栽培为对照,观测露地栽培与避雨栽培2种模式下,波姬红无花果的物候期,测定新梢生长、果实生长与品质等指标。结果表明,避雨栽培波姬红无花果新梢枝长、茎... 为探究避雨栽培对无花果生长和果实品质的影响,以波姬红无花果为试验对象,以露地栽培为对照,观测露地栽培与避雨栽培2种模式下,波姬红无花果的物候期,测定新梢生长、果实生长与品质等指标。结果表明,避雨栽培波姬红无花果新梢枝长、茎粗、节间长、叶绿素SPAD值显著高于露地栽培,果实生育期提早,平均单果质量显著增加,落叶期推迟,显著延长果实采收时间。避雨栽培波姬红无花果果实水分含量较露地栽培显著降低1.43%,总糖含量和糖酸比显著提高11.82%和15.82%。综上,避雨栽培模式下,波姬红无花果物候期提前,枝条与果实生长较快,采收时间延长,果实品质得到改善。 展开更多
