An approach which applies two sources of code and one-hot encoding has been used in a base CMCU model with output identification [2] [3]. The article depicts a complete example of processing for the proposed CMCU model. Curcuma is a traditional Chinese medicine that has been utilized for centuries in the treatment of various diseases. Terpenoids, particularly monoterpenes and sesquiterpenes, constitute the primary bioactive components of the essential oil derived from Curcuma species.Among these, curdione—one of the key active constituents—has been identified in 25 Curcuma species, with the highest concentration reported in the rhizome essential oil of Curcuma trichosantha Gagnep. Curdione can also be synthesized through chemical methods,and its regio-and stereo-selectivity can be further optimized via chemo-bio transformations.This compound demonstrates significant therapeutic potential, including anticancer, antithrombotic, anti-inflammatory, anti-viral, anti-fungal, anti-diabetic, and multi-organ protective properties. Despite these promising biological activities, its clinical application is hindered by poor water solubility and potential toxicity. This review summarizes current knowledge on the natural sources, chemical synthesis, chemo-bio transformations, metabolism, pharmacokinetics, pharmacological effects, potential toxicities, and molecular mechanisms of curdione. Furthermore, perspectives on future drug development are discussed with the aim of promoting the clinical translation of this promising natural compound. 展开更多

Comparison of two kinds of approximate proximal point algorithms for monotone variational inequalities

This paper proposes two kinds of approximate proximal point algorithms (APPA) for monotone variational inequalities, both of which can be viewed as two extended versions of Solodov and Svaiter's APPA in the paper "Error bounds for proximal point subproblems and associated inexact proximal point algorithms" published in 2000. They are both prediction- correction methods which use the same inexactness restriction; the only difference is that they use different search directions in the correction steps. This paper also chooses an optimal step size in the two versions of the APPA to improve the profit at each iteration. Analysis also shows that the two APPAs are globally convergent under appropriate assumptions, and we can expect algorithm 2 to get more progress in every iteration than algorithm 1. Numerical experiments indicate that algorithm 2 is more efficient than algorithm 1 with the same correction step size, 展开更多

When the maneuverability of a pursuer is not significantly higher than that of an evader,it will be difficult to intercept the evader with only one pursuer.Therefore,this article adopts a two-to-one differential game strategy,the game of kind is generally considered to be angle-optimized,which allows unlimited turns,but these practices do not take into account the effect of acceleration,which does not correspond to the actual situation,thus,based on the angle-optimized,the acceleration optimization and the acceleration upper bound constraint are added into the game for consideration.A two-to-one differential game problem is proposed in the three-dimensional space,and an improved multi-objective grey wolf optimization(IMOGWO)algorithm is proposed to solve the optimal game point of this problem.With the equations that describe the relative motions between the pursuers and the evader in the three-dimensional space,a multi-objective function with constraints is given as the performance index to design an optimal strategy for the differential game.Then the optimal game point is solved by using the IMOGWO algorithm.It is proved based on Markov chains that with the IMOGWO,the Pareto solution set is the solution of the differential game.Finally,it is verified through simulations that the pursuers can capture the escapee,and via comparative experiments,it is shown that the IMOGWO algorithm performs well in terms of running time and memory usage. 展开更多

The employment of maximum power point tracking techniques in the photovoltaic power systems is well known and even of immense importance. There are various techniques to track the maximum power point reported in several literatures. In such context, there is an increasing interest in developing a more appropriate and effective maximum power point tracking control methodology to ensure that the photovoltaic arrays guarantee as much of their available output power as possible to the load for any temperature and solar radiation levels. In this paper, theoretical details of the work, carried out to develop and implement a maximum power point tracking controller using neural networks for a stand-alone photovoltaic system, are presented. Attention has been also paid to the command of the power converter to achieve maximum power point tracking. Simulations results, using Matlab/Simulink software, presented for this approach under rapid variation of insolation and temperature conditions, confirm the effectiveness of the proposed method both in terms of efficiency and fast response time. Negligible oscillations around the maximum power point and easy implementation are the main advantages of the proposed maximum power point tracking (MPPT) control method. 展开更多

现有的变电站点云语义分割算法均采用完全监督学习,需要大量人工标注点云数据,导致分割任务耗时长且成本高昂。为解决这一问题,该文提出一种基于PointNet改进的弱监督语义分割PointNet(WSS-PointNet)算法。首先,通过构建多层降采样结构... 现有的变电站点云语义分割算法均采用完全监督学习,需要大量人工标注点云数据,导致分割任务耗时长且成本高昂。为解决这一问题,该文提出一种基于PointNet改进的弱监督语义分割PointNet(WSS-PointNet)算法。首先,通过构建多层降采样结构,结合采样层与分组层对输入点云数据进行多尺度特征提取,从而捕捉点云在不同尺度上的几何和拓扑信息。在此基础上,引入PointNet结构以进一步提取区域特征,优化局部特征整合与全局特征表示;针对粗粒度语义特征的优化,提出膨胀式语义信息嵌入与浸染式语义信息嵌入两种模块,分别采用“由内而外”和“由外而内”的信息传递策略对点云语义信息进行细致处理,两种嵌入机制均基于图卷积神经网络,通过捕捉局部连接模式与信息共享实现语义特征的高效传播。其次,构建变电站点云数据集,并对WSS-PointNet算法进行消融实验,同时与主流的完全监督学习算法和弱监督学习算法进行对比。经实验验证,WSS-PointNet相比于改进前将变电站点云分割的总体精度(OA)提高了10.3个百分点,平均交并比(mIoU)提高了10.1个百分点,平均准确率(mAcc)提高了10.5个百分点,同时在标注所需时间方面缩短了90%,接近完全监督算法中最好的分割效果。该模型可显著降低处理变电站点云数据的时间与成本,同时保持点云分割的高精度。 展开更多

Proximal point algorithms (PPA) are attractive methods for solving monotone variational inequalities (MVI). Since solving the sub-problem exactly in each iteration is costly or sometimes impossible, various approximate versions ofPPA (APPA) are developed for practical applications. In this paper, we compare two APPA methods, both of which can be viewed as prediction-correction methods. The only difference is that they use different search directions in the correction-step. By extending the general forward-backward splitting methods, we obtain Algorithm Ⅰ; in the same way, Algorithm Ⅱ is proposed by spreading the general extra-gradient methods. Our analysis explains theoretically why Algorithm Ⅱ usually outperforms Algorithm Ⅰ. For computation practice, we consider a class of MVI with a special structure, and choose the extending Algorithm Ⅱ to implement, which is inspired by the idea of Gauss-Seidel iteration method making full use of information about the latest iteration. And in particular, self-adaptive techniques are adopted to adjust relevant parameters for faster convergence. Finally, some numerical experiments are reported on the separated MVI. Numerical results showed that the extending Algorithm II is feasible and easy to implement with relatively low computation load. 展开更多

Task-oriented point cloud sampling aims to select a representative subset from the input,tailored to specific application scenarios and task requirements.However,existing approaches rarely tackle the problem of redundancy caused by local structural similarities in 3D objects,which limits the performance of sampling.To address this issue,this paper introduces a novel task-oriented point cloud masked autoencoder-based sampling network(Point-MASNet),inspired by the masked autoencoder mechanism.Point-MASNet employs a voxel-based random non-overlapping masking strategy,which allows the model to selectively learn and capture distinctive local structural features from the input data.This approach effectively mitigates redundancy and enhances the representativeness of the sampled subset.In addition,we propose a lightweight,symmetrically structured keypoint reconstruction network,designed as an autoencoder.This network is optimized to efficiently extract latent features while enabling refined reconstructions.Extensive experiments demonstrate that Point-MASNet achieves competitive sampling performance across classification,registration,and reconstruction tasks. 展开更多

Phase Behavior and Dew Point Pressure of Multicomponent Condensate Gas in Nanopores

Shale gas reservoirs typically contain numerous nanoscale pores,with pore size playing a significant role in influencing the gas behavior.To better understand the related mechanisms,this study employs the Gauge-GEMC molecular simulation method to systematically analyze the effects of various pore sizes(5,10,20,and 40 nm)on the phase behavior and dew point pressure of the shale gas reservoir components.The simulation results reveal that when pore sizes are smaller than 40 nm,the dew point pressure increases significantly as the pore size decreases.For instance,the dew point pressure in 5 nmpores is 20.3%higher than undermacroscopic conditions.Additionally,larger hydrocarbon molecules exhibit a tendency to aggregate in smaller pores,particularly in the 5–10 nm range,where the relative concentration of heavy hydrocarbons(C_(4+))increases markedly.Moreover,as the pore size becomes larger,the component distribution gradually aligns with experimental results observed under macroscopic conditions.This study demonstrates that pore effects are more pronounced for smaller sizes,directly influencing the aggregation of heavy hydrocarbons and the rise in dew point pressure.These phenomena could significantly impact the diffusivity of shale gas reservoirs and the recovery of condensate gas.The findings provide new theoretical insights into phase behavior changes in nanopores,offering valuable guidance for optimizing shale gas reservoir extraction strategies. 展开更多

Understanding Local Conformation in Cyclic and Linear Polymers Using Molecular Dynamics and Point Cloud Neural Network

Understanding the conformational characteristics of polymers is key to elucidating their physical properties.Cyclic polymers,defined by their closed-loop structures,inherently differ from linear polymers possessing distinct chain ends.Despite these structural differences,both types of polymers exhibit locally random-walk-like conformations,making it challenging to detect subtle spatial variations using conventional methods.In this study,we address this challenge by integrating molecular dynamics simulations with point cloud neural networks to analyze the spatial conformations of cyclic and linear polymers.By utilizing the Dynamic Graph CNN(DGCNN)model,we classify polymer conformations based on the 3D coordinates of monomers,capturing local and global topological differences without considering chain connectivity sequentiality.Our findings reveal that the optimal local structural feature unit size scales linearly with molecular weight,aligning with theoretical predictions.Additionally,interpretability techniques such as Grad-CAM and SHAP identify significant conformational differences:cyclic polymers tend to form prolate ellipsoid shapes with pronounced elongation along the major axis,while linear polymers show elongated ends with more spherical centers.These findings reveal subtle yet critical differences in local conformations between cyclic and linear polymers that were previously difficult to discern,providing deeper insights into polymer structure-property relationships and offering guidance for future polymer science advancements. 展开更多

Separation of rotating and stationary sound sources based on robust principal component analysis

Traditional beamforming techniques may not accurately locate sources in scenarios with both stationary and rotating sound sources.The existence of rotating sound sources can cause blurring in the stationary beamforming map.Current algorithms for separating different moving sound sources have limited effectiveness,leading to significant residual noise,especially when the rotating source is strong enough to mask stationary sources completely.To overcome these challenges,a novel solution utilizing a virtual rotating array in the modal domain combined with robust principal component analysis is proposed to separate sound sources with different rotational speeds.This approach,named Robust Principal Component Analysis in the Modal domain(RPCA-M),investigates the performance of convex nuclear norm and non-convex Schatten-p norm to distinguish stationary and rotating sources.By comparing the errors in Cross-Spectral Matrix(CSM)recovery and acoustic imaging across different algorithms,the effectiveness of RPCA-M in separating stationary and moving sound sources is demonstrated.Importantly,this method effectively separates sound sources,even when there are significant variations in their amplitudes at different rotation speeds. 展开更多
