The Application of O-AMAS Teaching Model Combined with PBL Teaching in the Clinical Teaching of Neurocritical Care Trainee Nurses

Objective:This study’s purpose is to explore the application of the O-AMAS teaching model combined with the PBL teaching method in the clinical teaching of neurocritical care trainee nurses.Methods:The nursing students who were doing internship in neurocritical care from June 2024 to September 2024 were set as the control group,and the traditional one-on-one teaching mode was adopted;From October 2024 to January 2025,the nursing students were set as the observation group and the course teaching based on the O-AMAS teaching model combined with PBL teaching was implemented.Results:The theoretical examination scores,operational assessment scores,teaching satisfaction,autonomous learning ability and clinical evaluation thinking ability of the two groups of nursing students were observed.The score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(all P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of the O-AMAS teaching model combined with PBL teaching in the clinical teaching of neurocritical care intern nursing students can improve the teaching effect and cultivate the autonomous learning ability and clinical evaluation thinking ability of nursing students. 展开更多

Based on the CIPP(context,input,process,and product)model,this paper constructs an index system suitable for evaluating the teaching effect of VBSE(virtual business social environment)practical training from four aspects:context evaluation,input evaluation,process evaluation,and product evaluation.Taking the students participating in VBSE practical training in X university as the survey population,381 valid sample data were obtained through an online questionnaire survey,and the index weights were determined by factor analysis method.The score value of the VBSE practical training teaching effect was calculated based on the evaluation mean value of three indexes.The results showed that the context evaluation score was 1.56,the input evaluation score was 1.54,the process evaluation score was 1.51,and the product evaluation score was 1.48.Subsequently,this paper put forward some countermeasures from the aspects of optimizing course arrangement,improving hardware facilities,and enhancing team cooperation to provide a guideline for improving the effect of VBSE practical training. 展开更多

Application Effect of SECI Program in Improving Clinical Nurses’Information Teaching Ability

Objective:To investigate the application effect of the SECI theoretical model-based training program in enhancing clinical nursing teachers‘information-based teaching capabilities.Methods:A self-control study design was adopted,with 124 clinical nursing teachers from a tertiary hospital participating in the SECI training program from January 2024 to June 2025.The program was implemented through four stages:“Establishing Teacher Community(Socialization)”,“Case Teaching(Extravagant)”,“Integration of Discipline and Research(Fusion)”,and“Routine Application of Teaching(Implicit)”.Self-designed questionnaires were used to assess teachers’information-based teaching capabilities before and after training,covering four dimensions:awareness and attitude towards information-based teaching,foundational skills,teaching practice,and professional practice.Data analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0.Results:Post-training,the total score of clinical nursing teachers’information-based teaching capabilities increased from(53.47±15.56)to(78.92±12.34),showing statistically significant differences(t=15.732,P<0.001).Scores in all dimensions also showed significant improvements(P<0.05).Multivariate linear regression analysis revealed that educational background(β=0.198,P=0.026)and professional title(β=0.184,P=0.040)were primary influencing factors for pre-training information-based teaching capabilities,while their impact weakened post-training.Conclusion:The training program based on SECI theory effectively enhances clinical nursing educators’digital teaching capabilities.Its structured,spiral-up knowledge transformation process helps bridge competency gaps among teachers from diverse backgrounds,facilitates the mutual conversion and deep integration of tacit and explicit knowledge,and provides a practical new model for developing digital teaching competencies in clinical nursing education. 展开更多

Of the three models, interactive teaching model has shown to have advantage over the other two, the situational teaching model and the task-based Instruction model. It is concluded that it is beneficial to improve teaching effects in military English teaching if the teacher can stimulate students to involve themselves more in class. BACKGROUND With the continuous development and progress of medical technology,the position of surgical nursing in the field of clinical medicine is becoming in-creasingly prominent.As an important branch of the surgical field,the nursing requirements and difficulty of gastrointestinal surgery are also increasing.In order to improve the teaching quality of nursing care in gastrointestinal surgery,many educators and researchers are actively exploring new teaching methods.Among them,the teaching method case-based learning(CBL),scene-simulated learning(SSL),task-based learning(TBL),combining self-evaluation and training mode is considered as an effective method.This method aims to help students to better master knowledge and skills and improve their comprehensive quality by cultivating their self-evaluation ability.AIM To explore the practical effect of CBL-SSL-TBL combined with training mode and student self-assessment in nursing teaching of gastrointestinal surgery.METHODS Seventy-one nursing interns in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected.According to different teaching modes,they were divided into observation group CBL-SSL-TBL combined with training mode combined with student self-assessment and control group(conventional teaching mode),of which 36 were in observation group and 35 were in control group.The results of operational skills,theoretical knowledge,nursing students'satisfaction,learning effectiveness questionnaire and teaching effect were compared between the two groups.RESULTS Compared between the two groups,the operational skills and theoretical knowledge scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the total satisfaction ratio of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the observation group was lower than the control group in the questionnaire results of learning efficacy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the proportion of thinking ability,subjective initiative and understanding of theoretical knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The use of CBL-SSL-TBL combined with training mode and student self-assessment in gastrointestinal surgery nursing teaching can improve the operational skills of nursing interns,theoretical knowledge and satisfaction scores of nursing students,improve the results of learning efficiency questionnaire and teaching effect,which can be popularized in clinical teaching. 展开更多

Objective:To study the application effect of short video combined with BOPPPS teaching mode in clinical anesthesia practice.Method:48 students assigned to clinical anesthesia in digestive endoscopy of Shanxi Bethune Hospital from July 1,2022 to April 1,2023 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into the control group(PowerPoint presentation teaching group)and the observation group(short video combined with BOPPPS teaching group),with 24 students in each group.After the internship,the students’theoretical and technical scores were tested,the effects of the two teaching modes were compared,and the students’satisfaction was investigated.Results:The test scores of students in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The short video combined with BOPPPS teaching mode can significantly improve students’learning interest,operation skills,and memory(P<0.05).The students’satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In clinical practice,the application of short video combined with BOPPPS teaching mode has achieved great effect,which is worth further promotion and research. 展开更多

Methods: fifty-six nursing students (2019.01-2020.12) were selected and divided into group A (experimental teaching of traditional pancreatic surgery nursing) and group B (OSCE model comprehensive experiment course) according to computer flow grouping method, with 28 cases in each group. Comparison and analysis of the two groups of autonomous learning ability, assessment results, assessment recognition. Results: (1) autonomous learning ability (self-management ability, information ability, learning cooperation ability, learning reflection ability, total score of autonomous learning): group B > group A (p < 0.05);(2) assessment results (scores of nursing assessment station, nursing diagnosis and planning station, nursing operation station and health education station): group B > group A (p < 0.05);(3) assessment of recognition (interest in learning, ability to analyze and solve problems, communication skills, practical skills, theoretical knowledge and nursing safety awareness): group B > group A (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of OSCE model in experimental teaching of pancreatic surgical nursing is time-effective, and has a clear promotion effect on the improvement of nursing students autonomous learning ability and assessment results. Moreover, the assessment of nursing students has a high degree of recognition, is easier to accept by nursing students, and is worthy of optimization. 展开更多

O-AMAS教学模型是由南开大学有效教学团队独立研发的以学习结果为导向的有效教学模型,由教学目标设计(O)、迅速激活(A)、多元学习(M)、有效测评(A)、简要总结(S)五个环节组成,这个模型可以快速激活学生学习热情,增强师生互动,具有广泛适用性,而传统的高分子化学以验证性实验为主,普遍存在满堂灌的传统教学模式,不能满足学生日益增长的学习请求,本文基于"O-AMAS有效教学模型",提出以超星学习通"一平三端"线上预习加虚拟仿真实践和线下实验探究相结合的有效教学策略,提出线上预习音视频资源、虚拟仿真实践与方法改进思考、线下实验探究的有效教学策略,目的在于增强学生的参与感和自主探究能力,充分发挥学生主观能动性,激发学生科研兴趣,高效完成实验探究。 展开更多
