Based on the CIPP(context,input,process,and product)model,this paper constructs an index system suitable for evaluating the teaching effect of VBSE(virtual business social environment)practical training from four aspe...Based on the CIPP(context,input,process,and product)model,this paper constructs an index system suitable for evaluating the teaching effect of VBSE(virtual business social environment)practical training from four aspects:context evaluation,input evaluation,process evaluation,and product evaluation.Taking the students participating in VBSE practical training in X university as the survey population,381 valid sample data were obtained through an online questionnaire survey,and the index weights were determined by factor analysis method.The score value of the VBSE practical training teaching effect was calculated based on the evaluation mean value of three indexes.The results showed that the context evaluation score was 1.56,the input evaluation score was 1.54,the process evaluation score was 1.51,and the product evaluation score was 1.48.Subsequently,this paper put forward some countermeasures from the aspects of optimizing course arrangement,improving hardware facilities,and enhancing team cooperation to provide a guideline for improving the effect of VBSE practical training.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the application effect of the SECI theoretical model-based training program in enhancing clinical nursing teachers‘information-based teaching capabilities.Methods:A self-control study design ...Objective:To investigate the application effect of the SECI theoretical model-based training program in enhancing clinical nursing teachers‘information-based teaching capabilities.Methods:A self-control study design was adopted,with 124 clinical nursing teachers from a tertiary hospital participating in the SECI training program from January 2024 to June 2025.The program was implemented through four stages:“Establishing Teacher Community(Socialization)”,“Case Teaching(Extravagant)”,“Integration of Discipline and Research(Fusion)”,and“Routine Application of Teaching(Implicit)”.Self-designed questionnaires were used to assess teachers’information-based teaching capabilities before and after training,covering four dimensions:awareness and attitude towards information-based teaching,foundational skills,teaching practice,and professional practice.Data analysis was performed using SPSS 26.0.Results:Post-training,the total score of clinical nursing teachers’information-based teaching capabilities increased from(53.47±15.56)to(78.92±12.34),showing statistically significant differences(t=15.732,P<0.001).Scores in all dimensions also showed significant improvements(P<0.05).Multivariate linear regression analysis revealed that educational background(β=0.198,P=0.026)and professional title(β=0.184,P=0.040)were primary influencing factors for pre-training information-based teaching capabilities,while their impact weakened post-training.Conclusion:The training program based on SECI theory effectively enhances clinical nursing educators’digital teaching capabilities.Its structured,spiral-up knowledge transformation process helps bridge competency gaps among teachers from diverse backgrounds,facilitates the mutual conversion and deep integration of tacit and explicit knowledge,and provides a practical new model for developing digital teaching competencies in clinical nursing education.展开更多

It is concluded that it is beneficial to improve teaching effects in military English teaching if the teacher can stimulate students to involve themselves more in class. BACKGROUND With the continuous development and progress of medical technology,the position of surgical nursing in the field of clinical medicine is becoming in-creasingly prominent.As an important branch of the surgic...BACKGROUND With the continuous development and progress of medical technology,the position of surgical nursing in the field of clinical medicine is becoming in-creasingly prominent.As an important branch of the surgical field,the nursing requirements and difficulty of gastrointestinal surgery are also increasing.In order to improve the teaching quality of nursing care in gastrointestinal surgery,many educators and researchers are actively exploring new teaching methods.Among them,the teaching method case-based learning(CBL),scene-simulated learning(SSL),task-based learning(TBL),combining self-evaluation and training mode is considered as an effective method.This method aims to help students to better master knowledge and skills and improve their comprehensive quality by cultivating their self-evaluation ability.AIM To explore the practical effect of CBL-SSL-TBL combined with training mode and student self-assessment in nursing teaching of gastrointestinal surgery.METHODS Seventy-one nursing interns in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected.According to different teaching modes,they were divided into observation group CBL-SSL-TBL combined with training mode combined with student self-assessment and control group(conventional teaching mode),of which 36 were in observation group and 35 were in control group.The results of operational skills,theoretical knowledge,nursing students'satisfaction,learning effectiveness questionnaire and teaching effect were compared between the two groups.RESULTS Compared between the two groups,the operational skills and theoretical knowledge scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the total satisfaction ratio of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the observation group was lower than the control group in the questionnaire results of learning efficacy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the proportion of thinking ability,subjective initiative and understanding of theoretical knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The use of CBL-SSL-TBL combined with training mode and student self-assessment in gastrointestinal surgery nursing teaching can improve the operational skills of nursing interns,theoretical knowledge and satisfaction scores of nursing students,improve the results of learning efficiency questionnaire and teaching effect,which can be popularized in clinical teaching.展开更多

Methods: fifty-six nursing students (2019.01-2020.12) were selected and divided into group A (experimental teaching of traditional pancreatic surgery nursing) and group B (OSCE model comprehensive experiment course) according to computer flow grouping method, with 28 cases in each group. Comparison and analysis of the two groups of autonomous learning ability, assessment results, assessment recognition. Results: (1) autonomous learning ability (self-management ability, information ability, learning cooperation ability, learning reflection ability, total score of autonomous learning): group B > group A (p < 0.05);(2) assessment results (scores of nursing assessment station, nursing diagnosis and planning station, nursing operation station and health education station): group B > group A (p < 0.05);(3) assessment of recognition (interest in learning, ability to analyze and solve problems, communication skills, practical skills, theoretical knowledge and nursing safety awareness): group B > group A (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of OSCE model in experimental teaching of pancreatic surgical nursing is time-effective, and has a clear promotion effect on the improvement of nursing students autonomous learning ability and assessment results.
