BACKGROUND Intravenous infusion is a common method of drug administration in clinical practice.Errors in any aspect of the infusion process,from the verification of medical orders,preparation of the drug solution,to i...BACKGROUND Intravenous infusion is a common method of drug administration in clinical practice.Errors in any aspect of the infusion process,from the verification of medical orders,preparation of the drug solution,to infusion by nursing staff,may cause adverse infusion events.AIM To analyzed the value of improving nursing measures and enhancing nursing management to reduce the occurrence of adverse events in pediatric infusion.METHODS The clinical data of 130 children who received an infusion in the pediatric department of our hospital from May 2020 to May 2021 were analyzed and divided into two groups according to the differences in nursing measures and nursing management:65 patients in the control group received conventional nursing and nursing management interventions,while 65 patients in the observation group received improved nursing measure interventions and enhanced nursing management.The occurrence of adverse events,compliance of children,satisfaction of children’s families,and complaints regarding the transfusion treatment were recorded in both groups.RESULTS The incidence of fluid extravasation and infusion set dislodgement in the observation group were 3.08%and 1.54%,respectively,which were significantly lower than 12.31%and 13.85%in the control group(P<0.05),while repeated punctures and medication addition errors in the observation group were 3.08%and 0.00%,respectively,which were lower than 9.23%and 3.08%in the control group,but there was no significant difference(P>0.05).The compliance rate of children in the observation group was 98.46%(64/65),which was significantly higher than 87.69%(57/65)in the control group,and the satisfaction rate of children’s families was 96.92%(63/65),which was significantly higher than 86.15%(56/65)in the control group(P<0.05).The observation group did not receive any complaints from the child’s family,whereas the control group received four complaints,two of which were due to the crying of the child caused by repeated punctures,one due to the poor attitude of the nurse,and one due to medication addition errors,with a cumulative complaint rate of 6.15%.The cumulative complaint rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Improving nursing measures and enhancing nursing management can reduce the incidence of fluid extravasation and infusion set dislodgement in pediatric patients,improve children’s compliance and satisfaction of their families,and reduce family complaints.展开更多

Methods: 160 patients who underwent cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as experimental subjects in this study. They were randomly divided into two groups with 80 patients in each group. One group received routine nursing and the other group received bile leakage prevention nursing. Those who carried out routine nursing were taken as the reference group and those who carried out bile leakage prevention nursing were taken as the experimental group. Finally, the pain, satisfaction and bile leakage rate of the patients were studied. Results: after the experiment, the bile leakage rate of the reference group was 2.8% and that of the experimental group was 17.4%. As P > 0.05, the difference between the groups was not statistically significant. The nursing satisfaction of the reference group was 18% lower than that of the experimental group, which was 80% and 98% respectively. The difference between the groups was statistically significant because P < 0.05. Conclusion: laparoscopic cholecystectomy is easy to cause the problem of gallbladder juice leakage. Through experimental research, it is found that the nursing measures of gallbladder juice leakage can well reduce the occurrence of this situation, and also reduce the degree of pain of patients. The nursing satisfaction is high, which is helpful for patients to better treat and should be widely promoted.展开更多

Results: elderly inpatients in psychiatric department often cause lower respiratory tract infection, which can reach 53.33%. Other infection factors include upper respiratory tract infection, skin infection, urinary tract infection, aspiration pneumonia caused by improper eating and gastrointestinal tract. The incidence rate of hypertension in psychiatric elderly inpatients was the highest (30.00%), followed by heart disease, diabetes, malnutrition, chronic bronchitis and prostatic hyperplasia. Conclusion: inpatients in geriatric psychiatry department often suffer from lower respiratory infection, often accompanied by chronic diseases. Inpatient infection factors include long-term hospitalization, invasive operation and restricted activities. Methods: 160 patients who underwent cholecystectomy in our hospital from January 2020 to March 2021 were selected as experimental subjects in this study. They were randomly divided into two groups with 80 patients in each group. One group received routine nursing and the other group received bile leakage prevention nursing. Those who carried out routine nursing were taken as the reference group and those who carried out bile leakage prevention nursing were taken as the experimental group. Finally, the pain, satisfaction and bile leakage rate of the patients were studied. Results: after the experiment, the bile leakage rate of the reference group was 2.8% and that of the experimental group was 17.4%. As P > 0.05, the difference between the groups was not statistically significant. The nursing satisfaction of the reference group was 18% lower than that of the experimental group, which was 80% and 98% respectively. The difference between the groups was statistically significant because P < 0.05. Conclusion: laparoscopic cholecystectomy is easy to cause the problem of gallbladder juice leakage. Through experimental research, it is found that the nursing measures of gallbladder juice leakage can well reduce the occurrence of this situation, and also reduce the degree of pain of patients. The nursing satisfaction is high, which is helpful for patients to better treat and should be widely promoted.
文摘Objective: to explore the common infection causes and nursing preventive measures of senile inpatients in psychiatric department. Methods: this experiment mainly investigated 30 elderly psychiatric inpatients admitted in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021, analyzed the main causes of infection, and implemented corresponding prevention with effective nursing methods. Results: elderly inpatients in psychiatric department often cause lower respiratory tract infection, which can reach 53.33%. Other infection factors include upper respiratory tract infection, skin infection, urinary tract infection, aspiration pneumonia caused by improper eating and gastrointestinal tract. The incidence rate of hypertension in psychiatric elderly inpatients was the highest (30.00%), followed by heart disease, diabetes, malnutrition, chronic bronchitis and prostatic hyperplasia. Conclusion: inpatients in geriatric psychiatry department often suffer from lower respiratory infection, often accompanied by chronic diseases. Inpatient infection factors include long-term hospitalization, invasive operation and restricted activities. Effective nursing methods should be implemented to prevent the incidence of nosocomial infection in geriatric psychiatry department inpatients.

In recent years, the incidence rate of primary hypertension has increased year by year due to the improvement of people's living standard and the increasing psychological pressure of competition. Prolonged essential hypertension will not only cause physical discomfort to patients, but also increase their psychological burden. There are many inducing factors of essential hypertension in children and adolescents. This paper discusses and analyzes the influencing factors and puts forward effective nursing intervention measures in order to prevent and control the malignant development of essential hypertension.
文摘Objective: to analyze the risk factors of fluid extravasation in elderly patients undergoing intravenous infusion and to formulate targeted nursing measures. Methods: 816 elderly patients undergoing intravenous infusion were divided into group A (61 cases, with liquid extravasation) and group B (755 cases, without liquid extravasation) based on the occurrence of liquid extravasation. The data of the two groups were collected, and the influencing factors of liquid extravasation were analyzed by nurses and operating reasons (seniority of nurses, succession during infusion, success of one puncture, etc.) and patient reasons (gender, age, disease site, etc.). Results: ① nurses and operating factors: nurses seniority, complete inspection record of venous passage, success of one puncture, infusion health education, puncture site immobilization, drug warming, indwelling time of venous indwelling needle, and intravenous infusion health education were the influencing factors of fluid extravasation (p < 0.05);② Patient factors: age was the influencing factor of fluid extravasation (p < 0.05);③ Logistic multiple regression analysis: Nurses seniority, success of one puncture, health education of intravenous infusion, braking of puncture site and moderate warming of drugs were the protective factors of fluid extravasation, while the retention time of intravenous indwelling needle, patients age and BMI were the risk factors of fluid extravasation (p < 0.05). Conclusion: nurses, operation reasons and patients age will affect the situation of liquid extravasation during intravenous infusion in the elderly. It is necessary to strengthen targeted nursing intervention.
文摘Objective: to analyze the nursing measures and effect of type 2 diabetes associated with ischemic stroke. Methods: 60 patients with type 2 diabetes and ischemic stroke in December 2020, and all patients were divided into 2 groups according to the nursing method to compare the nursing effect of each group. Results: the nursing effect was better than the control group with P <0.05. After nursing intervention, blood glucose control was significantly better than in control groups, with statistical significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: applying comprehensive nursing measures to patients with type 2 diabetes and ischemic stroke can further improve the nursing effect, blood sugar level and quality of life.

Results: the patients in the research group who implemented the whole-course rehabilitation pathway nursing measures were significantly better than those in the control group who implemented routine nursing care (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the application of the whole-course rehabilitation path nursing measures in the nursing of patients with lumbar spinal stenosis who have received surgical treatment can have a positive impact on their postoperative rehabilitation and prognosis. Psychological burden, and promote the improvement of patients' living ability.
文摘Objective: to study the causes and nursing measures of deep vein thrombosis in patients with hepatobiliary surgery. Methods: a total of 70 patients with hepatobiliary surgery into this group, using random number table method, 35 patients in the study group for nursing intervention, 35 patients in the control group for routine nursing, the nursing effect of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed. Results: the incidence of DVT in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The recovery time of gastrointestinal function was significantly shorter, nursing satisfaction was significantly higher, hospital stay was significantly shorter, P < 0.05. Conclusion: nursing intervention during the prevention of deep vein thrombosis after hepatobiliary surgery is ideal.

文摘Objective: to summarize the targeted nursing measures of elderly hypertension complicated with depression. Methods: 110 cases of elderly patients with hypertension and depression in our hospital from May 2019 to May 2020 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group with 55 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the observation group received combined routine nursing and targeted nursing. The actual situation of nursing satisfaction and depression before and after nursing was compared between the two groups. Results: the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.36%, which was significantly higher than 80.00% of the control group. The score of depression in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P < 0.05).Conclusion: elderly patients with hypertension and depression in the process of receiving care, take targeted nursing combined with routine nursing care model, can significantly improve the actual situation of patients with depression, can improve the satisfaction of patients and their families to nursing and can be widely promoted and used in clinical.
文摘Objective: to analyze the main influencing factors and effective nursing measures of adverse psychological reactions in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods: 82 cases of elderly patients with COPD in our hospital were selected to carry out this study from March 2020 to March 2021. The factors of adverse reactions in 82 cases were analyzed, effective nursing measures were formulated, and the application effect of effective nursing measures was evaluated. Results: compared with mental work, happy harmony, junior high school education, public expense and mild COPD patients, physical work, divorce and widowhood, junior high school education, self-financing and severe COPD patients were significantly higher (P < 0.05);SAS score and SDS score of 82 patients after intervention were significantly lower than those before intervention (P < 0.05).Conclusion: to analyze the factors of adverse psychological reactions in elderly patients with COPD and formulate and implement effective nursing measures are conducive to improving the psychological state of patients, which has positive significance.
文摘Objective: study the adverse psychological reactions of chronic schizophrenia patients with diabetes mellitus and the effect of high-quality nursing measures. Methods: 64 patients with chronic schizophrenia complicated with diabetes hospitalized from July 2019 to August 2020 were taken as the studied objects and were randomly divided into two groups, 32 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the experimental group was given high-quality nursing. The emotional score and compliance score of the two groups before and after nursing were compared. Results: before nursing, there was no significant difference in the emotional score between the two groups (P > 0.05);after nursing, the scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the reference group (P < 0.05);compared with the compliance score, the score of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: the use of high-quality nursing care for patients with chronic schizophrenia and diabetes can improve their bad psychology and mood, enhance compliance, and promote the rehabilitation of the disease, which is worthy of promotion and application.

文摘The intravascular catheter(IVC)is a commonly used intravenous access for patients with various diseases.It can be used for intravenous infusion,blood transfusion,blood collection,or monitoring of hemodynamic changes in patients,grasp the progress of the patient’s disease,and is an indispensable treatment tool in clinical practice.The intravascular catheter has a longer indwelling time,which can reduce the pain of diagnosis and treatment for patients,and has higher advantages.However,prolonged catheterization can easily lead to vessel catheter-associated infection(VCAI),which can induce serious complications,affect the prognosis of the disease,increase the risk of death for patients,and also bring a great burden to the work of medical staff.There are many prevention and treatment measures for VCAI,such as reasonable selection of catheters,reasonable determination of intubation locations,and standardized nursing catheters.And with the continuous optimization of nursing technology,catheter coating technology or antibacterial solution sealing technology has become a new nursing method for the disease,which can effectively reduce the incidence of VCAI.This study comprehensively expounds on the concept,mechanism,risk factors,and preventive nursing measures of VCAI,in order to explore effective nursing plans for VCAI and improve the quality of nursing for patients with intravascular catheters.

Methods: 58 patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction who received surgical treatment in our department were selected as subjects of the study. Divide into two groups by convenient sampling method to ensure the equal number of cases, namely the control group and the observation group. Routine nursing and high-quality nursing were adopted respectively to compare the nursing effect. Results: the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group. The recovery time of gastrointestinal function in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, P < 0.05. Conclusion: for patients with adhesive intestinal obstruction, implementing high-quality nursing measures has an exact effect on promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function in patients, and can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of reference and promotion.
