Methods: the start time of the included cases was set in September 2020, and the end time of the included cases was set in September 2021. A total of 80 primiparas were included, all of whom were delivered in our hospital during this period. The control group (n 40) was given routine nursing, and the research group (n 40) was given systematic health education. The emphasis was on the analysis of maternal health knowledge, newborn nursing ability and nursing satisfaction after systematic health education. Results: compared with the control group of routine nursing, the study group with systematic health education had higher scores of puerperal related knowledge and neonatal nursing ability (P 0.05);The study group had higher nursing satisfaction (P 0.05);The scores of SAS and SDS in the study group were lower (P 0.05);The score of BSEs was higher in the study group (P 0.05). Conclusion: systematic health education for primiparas is helpful to improve their mastery of relevant knowledge and improve their nursing satisfaction. It is suggested to popularize it.展开更多

Methods: from July in 2017 to June in 2018, 81 nurses were selected as research subjects and divided into a control group (42 cases) and a test group (39 cases) by single blind random sampling. The control group adopted the traditional training mode of case analysis, explanation, demonstration, situational practice, guidance and feedback, while the experimental group adopted the Mini-CEX first-aid skill training mode. The clinical nursing ability, emergency nursing ability and critical thinking ability of nurses in the two groups were compared. Results: the scores of nursing consultation, nursing physical examination, nursing diagnosis, nursing measures, health consultation, interpersonal relationship, organizational effectiveness and comprehensive evaluation of nurses in experimental group were higher than those in control group (P < 0.05). The theoretical scores of cardiopulmonary resuscitation rate, ECG monitoring, sputum aspiration, injection pump use, infusion pump use, gastric lavage and emergency nursing in the experimental group were all higher than those in the control group (P < 0.05). The open attitude, analytical ability, systematic ability and self-confidence of nurses in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (average P < 0.05). Conclusion: Mini-CEX teaching mode can improve nurses' clinical nursing ability and emergency nursing skills, and promote the development of critical thinking ability.展开更多
