Methods: the experimental subjects were selected f...Objective to study the clinical effect of Nuohua Zizhu Tablets in treating hematuria patients with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis through comparative experiments. Methods: the experimental subjects were selected from 50 patients with hematuria caused by Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis admitted in our hospital from July 2015 to March 2022, and they were randomly divided into two groups, one of which was the reference group with 25 patients. The patients in this group were treated with conventional treatment methods. The other group is the experimental group with 25 people. The patients in this group are treated with the combination of the conventional treatment and Nuohua Zizhu Tablets. During the experiment, the effective rate of disease treatment, improvement of clinical symptoms, cure rate and recurrence rate of the two groups of patients were compared. Results: according to the results of the experimental study, the clinical effective rate of the patients in the experimental group was 92.00% after treatment, which was significantly different from the effective rate of the patients in the reference group of 68.00% (P < 0.05). When observing the two groups of patients for two courses of treatment, it was found that the improvement degree and improvement condition of clinical symptoms of the patients in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the reference group and the difference was significant (P < 0.05). According to statistics, the cure rate and recurrence rate of the patients in the experimental group were 92.00% and 4.00% respectively, while the cure rate and recurrence rate of the patients in the reference group were 44.00% and 24.00%, respectively. The difference between the two groups was significant and p < 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion: Nuohua Zizhu Tablets with traditional Chinese medicine as raw material source combined with clinical routine treatment has a good therapeutic effect on the clinical symptoms of hematuria of Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis, which can not only reduce the patient's illness time, but also improve the cure rate and reduce the patient's recurrence rate. It has high safety and is worthy of clinical promotion and use.展开更多
