文摘Active surface technique is one of the key technologies to ensure the reflector accuracy of the millimeter/submillimeter wave large reflector antenna. The antenna is complex,large-scale,and high-precision equipment, and its active surfaces are affected by various factors that are difficult to comprehensively deal with.In this paper, based on the advantage of the deep learning method that can be improved through data learning,we propose the active adjustment value analysis method of large reflector antenna based on deep learning. This method constructs a neural network model for antenna active adjustment analysis in view of the fact that a large reflector antenna consists of multiple panels spliced together.Based on the constraint that a single actuator has to support multiple panels(usually 4),an autonomously learned neural network emphasis layer module is designed to enhance the adaptability of the active adjustment neural network model. The classical 8-meter antenna is used as a case study, the actuators have a mean adjustment error of 0.00252 mm,and the corresponding antenna surface error is0.00523 mm.This active adjustment result shows the effectiveness of the method in this paper.

文摘In order to forecast projectile impact points quickly and accurately, aprojectile impact point prediction method based on generalized regression neural network(GRNN)is presented.Firstly, the model of GRNN forecasting impact point is established;secondly, the particle swarm algorithm(PSD)is used to optimize the smooth factor in the prediction model and then the optimal GRNN impact point prediction model is obtained. Finally, the numerical simulation of this prediction model is carried out.Simulation results show that the maximum range error is no more than 40 m,and the lateral deviation error is less than0.2m.The average time of impact point prediction is 6.645 ms,which is 1 300.623 ms less than that of numerical integration method. Therefore,it is feasible and effective for the proposed method to forecast projectile impact points, and thus it can provide a theoretical reference for practical engineering applications.

文摘The in-flight calibration and performance of the Solar Disk Imager(SDI),which is a pivotal instrument of the LyαSolar Telescope onboard the Advanced Space-based Solar Observatory mission, suggested a much lower spatial resolution than expected. In this paper,we developed the SDI point-spread function(PSF)and Image Bivariate Optimization Algorithm(SPIBOA)to improve the quality of SDI images. The bivariate optimization method smartly combines deep learning with optical system modeling.Despite the lack of information about the real image taken by SDI and the optical system function, this algorithm effectively estimates the PSF of the SDI imaging system directly from a large sample of observational data.We use the estimated PSF to conduct deconvolution correction to observed SDI images, and the resulting images show that the spatial resolution after correction has increased by a factor of more than three with respect to the observed ones.Meanwhile, our method also significantly reduces the inherent noise in the observed SDI images. The SPIBOA has now been successfully integrated into the routine SDI data processing, providing important support for the scientific studies based on the data. The development and application of SPIBOA also paves new ways to identify astronomical telescope systems and enhance observational image quality. Some essential factors and precautions in applying the SPIBOA method are also discussed.

文摘Rock is geometrically and mechanically multiscale in nature, and the traditional phenomenological laws at the macroscale cannot render a quantitative relationship between microscopic damage of rocks and overall rock structural degradation. This may lead to problems in the evaluation of rock structure stability and safe life.Multiscale numerical modeling is regarded as an effective way to gain insight into factors affecting rock properties from a cross-scale view. This study compiles the history of theoretical developments and numerical techniques related to rock multiscale issues according to different modeling architectures, that is,the homogenization theory, the hierarchical approach, and the concurrent approach. For these approaches, their benefits, drawbacks, and application scope are underlined.Despite the considerable attempts that have been made, some key issues still result in multiple challenges. Therefore, this study points out the perspectives of rock multiscale issues so as to provide a research direction for the future. The review results show that,in addition to numerical techniques, for example,high-performance computing, more attention should be paid to the development of an advanced constitutive model with consideration of fine geometrical descriptions of rock to facilitate solutions to multiscale problems in rock mechanics and rock engineering.

文摘Numerical simulation is dominant in solving partial differential equations(PDEs),but balancing fine-grained grids with low computational costs is challenging.Recently, solving PDEs with neural networks(NNs)has gained interest, yet cost-effectiveness and high accuracy remain a challenge. This work introduces a novel paradigm for solving PDEs,called multi-scale neural computing(MSNC),considering spectral bias of NNs and local approximation properties in the finite difference method(FDM).The MSNC decomposes the solution with a NN for efficient capture of global scale and the FDM for detailed description of local scale, aiming to balance costs and accuracy.Demonstrated advantages include higher accuracy(10 times for 1D PDEs,20 times for 2D PDEs)and lower costs(4 times for 1D PDEs,16 times for 2D PDEs)than the standard FDM.The MSNC also exhibits stable convergence and rigorous boundary condition satisfaction, showcasing the potential for hybrid of NN and numerical method.

文摘This study introduces a novel single-layer meshless method, the space-time collocation method based on multiquadric-radial basis functions(MQ-RBF),for solving the Benjamin-Bona-Mahony-Burgers(BBMB)equation.By reconstructing the time variable as a space variable, this method establishes a combined space-time structure that can eliminate the two-step computational process required in traditional grid methods.By introducing shape parameteroptimized MQ-RBF,high-precision discretization of the nonlinear, dispersive, and dissipative terms in the BBMB equation is achieved. The numerical experiment section validates the effectiveness of the proposed method through three benchmark examples. This method shows significant advantages in computational efficiency, providing a new numerical tool for engineering applications in fields such as shallow water wave dynamics.

文摘Considering the challenges posed by external disturbances on carrier-based aircraft land-ing control, higher demands are required for the precision and convergence of the carrier landingcontrol system.First, this paper proposes an Adaptive Terminal Sliding Combined Super TwistingControl(ATS-STC)method to address the issues of low precision, slow convergence, and poor dis-turbance rejection capability resulting from external disturbances, such as carrier air-wake and deckmotion.By introducing a nonlinear term into the sliding surface and employing an integralapproach, the proposed ATS-STC method can ensure finite-time convergence and mitigate the chat-tering problem. An adaptive law is also utilized to estimate the external disturbances, therebyenhancing the anti-disturbance performance. Then, the stability and convergence time analysis ofthe designed controller are conducted.Based on the proposed method,an Automatic Carrier Land-ing System(ACLS)is developed to perform the carrier landing control task.Furthermore,a multi-dimensional validation is carried out.For the numerical simulation test, the Terminal Sliding ModeControl(TSMC)method and Proportion Integration Differentiation(PID)method are introducedas comparison, the quantitative assessment results show that the tracking error of TSMC and PIDcan reach 1.5 times and 2 times that of the proposed method. Finally, the Hardware-in-the-Loop(HIL)test and real flight test are conducted. All the experimental results demonstrate that the pro-posed control method is more effective and precise.

文摘The dynamic performance of high-speed trains is significantly influenced by sudden changes in aerodynamic loads(ADLs)when exiting a tunnel in a windy environment.Focusing on a double-track tunnel under construction in a mountain railway,we established an aerodynamic model involving a train exiting the tunnel, and verified it in the Fluent environment.Overset mesh technology was adopted to characterize the train’s movement. The flow field involving the train, tunnel, and crosswinds was simulated using the Reynolds-averaged turbulence model. Then,we built a comprehensive train-track coupled dynamic model considering the influences of ADLs,to investigate the vehicles’dynamic responses. The aerodynamics and dynamic behaviors of the train when affected by crosswinds with different velocities and directions are analyzed and discussed. The results show that the near-wall side crosswind leads to sharper variations in ADLs than the far-wall side crosswind. The leading vehicle suffers from more severe ADLs than other vehicles, which worsens the wheel-rail interaction and causes low-frequency vibration of the car body. When the crosswind velocity exceeds 20 m/s,significant wheel-rail impacts occur, and the running safety of the train worsens rapidly.

文摘In the field of discretization-based meshfree/meshless methods, the improvements in the higher-order consistency, stability, and computational efficiency are of great concerns in computational science and numerical solutions to partial differential equations.Various alternative numerical methods of the finite particle method(FPM)frame have been extended from mathematical theories to numerical applications separately. As a comprehensive numerical scheme, this study suggests a unified resolved program for numerically investigating their accuracy, stability, consistency, computational efficiency, and practical applicability in industrial engineering contexts. The high-order finite particle method(HFPM)and corrected methods based on the multivariate Taylor series expansion are constructed and analyzed to investigate the whole applicability in different benchmarks of computational fluid dynamics.Specifically, four benchmarks are designed purposefully from statical exact solutions to multifaceted hydrodynamic tests, which possess different numerical performances on the particle consistency, numerical discretized forms, particle distributions, and transient time evolutional stabilities. This study offers a numerical reference for the current unified resolved program.

文摘Grouting is a widely applied technique for reinforcing fractured zones in deep soft rock tunnels.By infiltrating rock fissures, slurry materials enhance structural integrity and improve the overall stability of the surrounding rock. The performance of grouting is primarily governed by the flow behavior and diffusion extent of the slurry. This review considers recent advances in the theory and methodology of slurry flow and diffusion in fractured rock.It examines commonly used grout materials, including cement-based,chemical,and composite formulations, each offering distinct advantages for specific geological conditions.Themechanisms of reinforcement vary significantly across materials, requiring tailored application strategies. The rheological properties of grouting slurries, particularly cement-based types, have been widely modeled using classical constitutive approaches. However, the influence of time-and space-dependent viscosity evolution on slurry behavior remains underexplored.Experimental studies have provided valuable insights into slurry diffusion, yet further research is needed to capture real-time behavior under multi-scale and multi-physics coupling conditions.Similarly, current numerical simulations are largely limited to twoand three-dimensional models of single-fracture flow. These models often neglect the complexity of fracture networks and geological heterogeneity, highlighting a need for more realistic and integrated simulation frameworks.Future research should focus on:(1)fine-scale modeling of slurry hydration and mechanical reinforcement processes;(2)cross-scale analysis of slurry flow under coupled thermal, hydraulic, andmechanical fields;and(3)development of realtime,three-dimensional dynamic simulation tools to capture the full grouting process. These efforts will strengthen the theoretical foundation and practical effectiveness of grouting in complex underground environments.

文摘We present simulation results examining the presence and behavior of standing shocks in zero-energy low angular momentum advective accretion flows and explore their(in)stability properties, taking into account various values of specific angular momentum,λ_(0).Within the range 10-50R_(g)(where R_(g)denotes the Schwarzschild radius),shocks are discernible forλ_(0)≥1.75.In the special relativistic hydrodynamic simulation whenλ_(0)=1.80,we find the merger of two shocks resulted in a dramatic increase in luminosity. We present the impact of external and internal flow collisions from the funnel region on luminosity.Notably, oscillatory behavior characterizes shocks within 1.70≤λ_(0)≤1.80.Using free–free emission as a proxy for analysis,we show that the luminosity oscillations between frequencies of 0.1-10 Hz forλ_(0)range as 1.7≤λ_(0)≤1.80.These findings offer insights into quasiperiodic oscillation emissions from certain black hole X-ray binaries, exemplified by GX 339-4.Furthermore,for the supermassive black hole at the Milky Way's center,Sgr A*,oscillation frequencies between 10^(-6)and 10^(-5)Hz were observed. This frequency range, translating to one cycle every few days, aligns with observational data from X-ray telescopes such as Chandra,Swift, and XMM-Newton.
