Methods: a total of 100 patients with disc herniation who underwent foraminal nucleus pulporesis extraction were enrolled in the department of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020. They were randomly divided into groups. Patients in the control group were given routine nursing, and the observation group was given detail nursing in the operating room. Conclusion: the clinical effect of detail nursing of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in operating room is exact, it can relieve the trauma, relieve the pain, reduce the complications and accelerate the recovery.展开更多
