Methods: 200 cases of parturient women treated in our hospital in the past two years were randomly selected as the research object. According to different delivery methods, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 100 cases of parturient women in each group. Puerpera pelvic floor function was examined at 42d, 49d and 90d after delivery to analyze the effect of normal delivery on pelvic floor tissue and the actual effect of postpartum rehabilitation measures. Results: the pelvic floor muscle strength test of the control group was better than that of the observation group at 42d and 49d postpartum, but the observation group was better than the control group at 90d postpartum. Conclusion: normal delivery behavior can destroy pelvic floor tissue to some extent, but the function of pelvic floor tissue can be restored after 3 months postpartum rehabilitation treatment.展开更多
