As an emerging microscopic detection tool,quantum microscopes based on the principle of quantum precision measurement have attracted widespread attention in recent years.Compared with the imaging of classical light,quantum-enhanced imaging can achieve ultra-high resolution,ultra-sensitive detection,and anti-interference imaging.Here,we introduce a quantum-enhanced scanning microscope under illumination of an entangled NOON state in polarization.For the phase imager with NOON states,we propose a simple four-basis projection method to replace the four-step phase-shifting method.We have achieved the phase imaging of micrometer-sized birefringent samples and biological cell specimens,with sensitivity close to the Heisenberg limit.The visibility of transmittance-based imaging shows a great enhancement for NOON states.Besides,we also demonstrate that the scanning imaging with NOON states enables the spatial resolution enhancement of√N compared with classical measurement.Our imaging method may provide some reference for the practical application of quantum imaging and is expected to promote the development of microscopic detection. 展开更多

In the first EC... We put forward two efficient entanglement concentration protocols (ECPs) for arbitrary less-entangled NOON state. Both ECPs only require one pair of less-entangled NOON state and an auxiliary photon. In the first ECR the auxiliary photon is shared by two parties, while in the second ECP, the auxiliary photon is only possessed by one party, which can increase the practical success probability by avoiding the transmission loss and simplify the operations. Moreover, both ECPs can be used repeatedly to get a high success probability. Based on the above features, our two ECPs, especially the second one, may be useful in the quantum information processing. 展开更多

The maximum entangled number state (NOON state) can improve the sensitivity of physical quantity measure- ment to the Heisenberg limit 1/N. In this work, the magnetic field measurement based on the individual solid spin NOON state is investigated. Based on the tunable effective coupling coefficient, we propose a generation scheme of the three-spin NOON state, i.e, the Creenberger-Horne-Zeilinger (CHZ) state, and discussed the mea- surement resolution reduction due to decoherence. It is unnecessary to entangle spins as many as possible when decoherence exists. In practice, defect spins in diamond and alp donors with long coherence time can be applied with current techniques in the nano-scaled high resolution magnetic measurement. 展开更多

An example of post-noon ionospheric absorption observed by the imaging riometers at Ny-Alesund / Danmarkshavn in the arctic region and Zhongshan Station in Antarctic is presented. The post-noon absorption observed simultaneously between the hemispherical stations was a spike-type with weak intensity (<1 dB) during the high solar wind dynamic pressure. The absorption spikes might be caused by precipitation of highrenergy electrons (30 - 300 keV) in the closed dayside magnetosphere. It should be noted that the precipitation region of the absorption spike associated with the steep pressure increase (~ 13 nPa) was localized and shifted equatorward. 展开更多

目的基于子午流注理论探究正常高值血压人群的血压节律与时辰血压的特点。方法以2019年9月—2022年9月在北京中医药大学东直门医院及中国中医科学院广安门医院周边社区招募的247例正常高值血压人群为研究对象,采集受试者基本信息并完善2... 目的基于子午流注理论探究正常高值血压人群的血压节律与时辰血压的特点。方法以2019年9月—2022年9月在北京中医药大学东直门医院及中国中医科学院广安门医院周边社区招募的247例正常高值血压人群为研究对象,采集受试者基本信息并完善24 h动态血压监测,对24 h收缩压(SBP)峰值出现时间进行圆形分布分析,并比较不同血压节律者动态血压指标及时辰血压。结果剔除资料不全及动态血压数据缺失者24例,共223例进入分析。SBP峰值集中在辰时至戌时(8:58:02—19:15:31)。血压节律呈杓型43例(杓型组),非杓型159例(非杓型组),反杓型21例(反杓型组)。非杓型组及反杓型组受试者年龄均明显高于杓型组(P均<0.05)。夜间平均收缩压(nSBP)和夜间平均舒张压(nDBP)方面,反杓型组>非杓型组>杓型组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);反杓型组受试者24 h平均心率(24hHR)、白天平均心率(dHR)均明显慢于杓型组(P均<0.05)。3组间时辰SBP在亥时至辰时存在差异(P均<0.05),时辰DBP在子时至卯时存在差异(P均<0.05),反杓型组、非杓型组SBP、DBP均较高。结论正常高值血压人群24hSBP峰值集中在辰时至戌时,且血压节律以非杓型为主,已存在血压节律异常现象;节律异常者亥时至辰时血压偏高,血压波动可能与时辰有关。 展开更多

辰时刮痧治疗1级原发性高血压肝阳上亢证疗效观察

目的:观察辰时刮痧治疗1级原发性高血压(essential hypertension,EH)肝阳上亢证的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例1级EH患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组给予非辰时刮痧联合生活方式干预;观察组给予辰时(上午7∶00~9∶00... 目的:观察辰时刮痧治疗1级原发性高血压(essential hypertension,EH)肝阳上亢证的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的60例1级EH患者随机分为观察组和对照组各30例。对照组给予非辰时刮痧联合生活方式干预;观察组给予辰时(上午7∶00~9∶00)刮痧联合生活方式干预,两组刮痧操作步骤及手法相同。刮痧治疗每周1次,每次约45 min,疗程4周。比较两组患者干预前及干预第1、2、3、4周后血压水平,每周刮痧前后血压差值变化,以及两组患者中医证候积分、血脂变化情况。结果:干预后,观察组患者收缩压第1周为(134.90±6.89)mm Hg(1 mm Hg≈0.133 kPa)、第2周为(127.10±7.52)mm Hg、第3周为(123.33±7.42)mm Hg、第4周为(121.00±5.87)mm Hg,均较对照组降低(P<0.05);干预因素和时间因素存在交互效应(F_(交互)=4.538,P<0.05)。观察组舒张压水平第2周为(81.47±5.75)mm Hg、第3周为(80.00±5.72)mm Hg、第4周为(79.7±5.27)mm Hg,均较对照组降低(P<0.05);干预因素和时间因素存在交互效应(F_(交互)=5.582,P<0.05)。第1、2周观察组收缩压差值及第1、2、3周观察组舒张压差值均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组患者中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平均下降,组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辰时刮痧总体疗效优于非辰时刮痧,辰时刮痧患者第1、2周血压下降幅度高于非辰时刮痧患者,且患者症状改善效果优于非辰时刮痧。 展开更多

目的:探讨基于子午流注理论择时隔药灸脐法治疗脾虚湿蕴证溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效及安全性。方法:以2024年10月至2025年7月于江西中医药大学附属医院就诊的符合纳排标准的90例脾虚湿蕴证UC患者为研究对象。通过随机数字表法将其分成... 目的:探讨基于子午流注理论择时隔药灸脐法治疗脾虚湿蕴证溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效及安全性。方法:以2024年10月至2025年7月于江西中医药大学附属医院就诊的符合纳排标准的90例脾虚湿蕴证UC患者为研究对象。通过随机数字表法将其分成A组(美沙拉嗪组)、B组(隔药脐灸组)和C组(隔药脐灸巳时组),每组30例。三组均治疗8周。比较各组临床疗效,治疗前后中医证候积分、改良Mayo评分及炎症因子肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白介素-10(IL-10)水平,以及不良反应发生情况。结果:美沙拉嗪组、隔药脐灸组、隔药脐灸巳时组治疗总有效率分别为86.67%、90.00%和93.33%,依次升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。中医证候改善方面,证候总积分、肢体困倦、食少纳差评分比较,隔药脐灸巳时组优于隔药脐灸组和美沙拉嗪组(P<0.05);腹部隐痛评分,隔药脐灸巳时组优于美沙拉嗪组(P<0.05),而与隔药脐灸组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,美沙拉嗪组、隔药脐灸组、隔药脐灸巳时组改良Mayo评分和血清TNF-α水平依次降低,IL-10水平依次升高,组间比较,隔药脐灸组和隔药脐灸巳时组均优于美沙拉嗪组(P<0.05),但隔药脐灸组与隔药脐灸巳时组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。三组均未发生严重不良反应,安全性良好。结论:隔药脐灸治疗脾虚湿蕴证UC疗效确切,尤其是基于子午流注理论择时隔药灸脐法在改善肢体困倦和食少纳差方面效果更好,且安全性良好,更具推广价值。 展开更多

目的:探讨子午流注择时穴位按摩对血液透析患者胃肠道症状及相关指标的改善效果。方法:选取广州广钢新城医院2022年1月—2025年1月收治的78例血液透析患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各39例。对照组接受常规... 目的:探讨子午流注择时穴位按摩对血液透析患者胃肠道症状及相关指标的改善效果。方法:选取广州广钢新城医院2022年1月—2025年1月收治的78例血液透析患者为研究对象,根据随机数表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组各39例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上联合子午流注择时穴位按摩。比较两组干预前后的胃肠道症状[胃肠道症状量表(GSRS)评分]、胃肠激素[生长抑素(SS)、胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MOT)]水平、生活质量[肾脏病生活质量简表(KDQOL-SFTM1.3)]及不良反应发生率。结果:干预后,观察组GSRS各维度评分、GAS、MOT水平均低于对照组,SS水平及KDQOL-SFTM1.3评分各维度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组皮肤过敏、电解质紊乱、肌肉痉挛、胃肠道损伤的发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子午流注择时穴位按摩可有效缓解血液透析患者的胃肠道症状,改善胃肠激素水平,提高生活质量,且安全性良好。 展开更多

We present an efficient scheme for the generation of NOON states of photons in circuit QED assisted by a superconducting charge qutrit.It is completed with two kinds of manipulations,that is,the resonant operation on the qutrit and the resonator,and the single-qubit operation on the qutrit,and they both are high-fidelity operations.Compared with the one by a superconducting transmon qutrit proposed by Su et al.(Sci Rep 4:3898,2014),our scheme does not require to maintain the qutrit in the third excited state with a long time,which relaxes the difficulty of its implementation in experiment.Moreover,the level anharmonicity of a charge qutrit is larger and it is better for us to tune the different transitions of the charge qutrit resonant to the resonator,which makes our scheme faster than others. 展开更多

基于子午流注理论指导雷火灸联合中药贴敷治疗老年功能性消化不良的临床研究 被引量:1

目的:分析子午流注雷火灸(辰时)联合中药贴敷(巳时)对老年功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年12月在南通市第三人民医院中医科住院的120例老年FD患者,随机平分为对两组,对照组采用口... 目的:分析子午流注雷火灸(辰时)联合中药贴敷(巳时)对老年功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)患者的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年1月—2024年12月在南通市第三人民医院中医科住院的120例老年FD患者,随机平分为对两组,对照组采用口服多潘立酮片治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用子午流注雷火灸(辰时)联合中药贴敷(巳时)治疗,两组患者均治疗2周。比较两组患者的临床疗效,治疗前后的中医证候积分,内脏敏感性指数和健康调查简表(short form 36 health survey,SF-36)评分,血清胃肠激素水平变化以及不良反应情况。结果:观察组的总体临床疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的主、次中医证候积分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组内脏敏感性指数较对照组降低更明显(P<0.05),观察组SF-36评分较对照组提高更明显(P<0.05);观察组血清胃动素、胃泌素水平较对照组显著升高(P<0.05);两组不良反应情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在子午流注理论的指导下,雷火灸与中药贴敷的联合应用能显著改善老年FD患者临床表现,调节胃肠动力,提高老年患者的生活质量。 展开更多

子午流注针法联合补气祛瘀汤治疗卒中后环咽肌失弛型吞咽障碍临床研究

目的探究子午流注针法联合补气祛瘀汤在卒中后环咽肌失弛型吞咽障碍治疗中的临床作用。方法收集卒中后环咽肌失弛型吞咽障碍患者60例,随机分为两组,试验组和对照组各30例。两组接受基础疗法,对照组予以补气祛瘀汤,试验组在对照组的基础... 目的探究子午流注针法联合补气祛瘀汤在卒中后环咽肌失弛型吞咽障碍治疗中的临床作用。方法收集卒中后环咽肌失弛型吞咽障碍患者60例,随机分为两组,试验组和对照组各30例。两组接受基础疗法,对照组予以补气祛瘀汤,试验组在对照组的基础上予以子午流注针法。对比两组颏下肌群表面肌电变化、洼田俊夫饮水试验(water swallow test,WST)、标准吞咽功能评估量表(standardized swallowing assessment,SSA)、吞咽障碍特异性生活质量量表(swallow quality-of-life questionnaire,SWAL-QOL)、吞咽X线荧光透视造影检查(videofluoroscopic swallowing study,VFSS)、临床疗效及并发症总发生率。结果治疗后两组下颏下肌群肌电均方根值(root mean square,RMS)水平降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,试验组下颏下肌群RMS水平较低(P<0.05)。治疗后两组患者WST检查情况降低,且试验组WST检查低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组SSA评分降低,SWAL-QOL评分、VFSS评分升高,且试验组SSA评分更低,SWAL-QOL、VFSS评分更高(P<0.05)。疗后试验组临床总有效率高于对照组,发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论给予卒中后环咽肌失弛型吞咽障碍患者补气祛瘀汤联合子午流注针法的治疗措施,疗效佳,具有改善吞咽功能的优势,安全性高。 展开更多
