The transform properties of error diffuse ...Based on the principle of spatial pyramid for signal, a multi-scale transform of two-dimensional (2D) interpolating pyramid is constructed by the nonlinear median operator. The transform properties of error diffuse halftoning noise on multiple scales are investigated and analyzed through experiments. According to these properties, a robust inverse halftoning method is proposed. The halftoning image is firstly preprocessed by a Gaussian low-pass filter, and decomposed by the one-scale transform. Then a Wiener filter is employed to the detailed coefficients. Finally an inverse image is reconstructed. Experimental results show that the proposed transform has the advantage of separating the halftoning noise and image detail over linear multi-resolution transform. The presented inverse halftoning method performs some excellent abilities on sharp edge, high peak signal-to-noise ratio (PSNR), and small memory requirement.展开更多

The piston theory is used to evaluate aerodynamic pressure. The structural aeroelastic properties are analyzed using frequency- and time-domain methods, and some interesting phenomena are observed. It is noted that the flutter of sandwich beam occurs under the coupling effect of low order modes. The critical flutter aerodynamic pressure of the sandwich beam is higher than that of the isotropic beam with the same weight, length and width. The influence of inclination angle of core truss on flutter characteristic is analyzed.展开更多

According to its geometrical and mechanical characteristics, the diagonal square pyramid reticulated shallow shell is treated as a shallow sandwich shell on the basis of three basic assumptions. Its constitutive relations are analyzed from the point of view of energy and internal force equivalence. Basic equations of the geometrically nonlinear bending theory of the diagonal square pyramid reticulated shallow shell are established by means of the virtual work principle.展开更多
