A spectrophotometric approach for the detection of non-ionic surfactant (Triton X-100) has been proposed in this paper. This method does not involve extraction of the ion-associate with harmful solvents, but employs adhesion of the ion-association of potassium/non-ionic surfactants complex and tetraphenylporphyrin tetrasulfonic acid obtained by vigorous shaking. The adhered ion-associate was dissolved with water and its absorbance was measured. The sensitivity for Triton X-100 was determined to be 0.146 (expressed as absorbance of 1 mg/L solution). The adhesion tendency of ion-associate was found to be dependent on the water contact angle, which in turn was influenced by a high adhesion of the ion-associate and by low blank values. In this respect, a tetrafluo-roethylene vessel was found to be the most suitable for the detection of non-ionic surfactants. This spectrophotometrical method is simply and rapidly performed by a procedure based on mechanical shaking and can be employed to detect non-ionic surfactants containing more than 7 polyethylene oxide units. 展开更多

A simple and rapid method for the determination of polyethylene oxide-type non-ionic surfactants is reported herein. This method is based on the adhesion of calcium/non-ionic surfactant complexes with tetra phenyl porphine sulfonic acid (TPPS) to the wall of reaction vessel upon vigorous shaking. The ion-associate adhering to the inner wall of the vessel was dissolved with water after discarding the solution and spectrophotometrically assayed at 412 nm. From the standard curve for Triton X-100, the order of the sensitivity for different ions was as follows: Ca^2+〉 K^+〉 NH4^+〉 Ba^2+. The proposed method does not involve extraction of the ion-associated with harmful solvents and can be simply performed by combining a procedure based on hand shaking and the use of a spectrophotometer. 展开更多

This system produces the distribution coefficients (KD) of 12.3 and 2.6 respectively for CPZ and PCN. Meanwhile, the synergistic effects of different non-ionic surfactants, the co-operation of non-ionic surfactants with anionic surfactants,and the effects of different salts added into the above two systems on deinkability were also studied. The results showed the deinking performance of A7 was good. But the synergistic effect of A7 and A4 was better. In addition, the accession of salt W2 could improve the deinking efficiency, and the brightness of the deinked pulp was 1.0%ISO higher than that of A7 and A4. 展开更多

By changing the concentration of the non-ionic surfactant, a series of experiments were performed on the 12 inch Cu pattern wafers in order to determine the best cleaning results. Then the effect of the surfactant on the reduction of defects and the removal of particles was discussed in this paper. What is more, the negative effect of a non-ionic surfactant was also discussed. Based on the experiment results, it is concluded that the non-ionic surfactant could cause good and ill effects at different concentrations in the post-CMP cleaning process. This understanding will serve as a guide to how much surfactant should be added in order to achieve excellent cleaning performance. 展开更多

This paper presents a new cleaning process for particle and organic contaminants on polished silicon wafer surfaces.It combines a non-ionic surfactant with boron-doped diamond(BDD) film anode electrochemical oxidation. The non-ionic surfactant is used to remove particles on the polished wafer's surface,because it can form a protective film on the surface,which makes particles easy to remove.The effects of particle removal comparative experiments were observed by metallographic microscopy,which showed that the 1%v/v non-ionic surfactant achieved the best result. However,the surfactant film itself belongs to organic contamination,and it eventually needs to be removed.BDD film anode electrochemical oxidation(BDD-EO) is used to remove organic contaminants,because it can efficiently degrade organic matter.Three organic contaminant removal comparative experiments were carried out:the first one used the non-ionic surfactant in the first step and then used BDD-EO,the second one used BDD-EO only,and the last one used RCA cleaning technique.The XPS measurement result shows that the wafer's surface cleaned by BDD-EO has much less organic residue than that cleaned by RCA cleaning technique,and the non-ionic surfactant can be efficiently removed by BDD-EO. 展开更多

离子交换吸附的微观机制研究对洞悉土壤中各种重要过程的发生机制具有重要意义。本研究基于非对称杂化轨道理论,采用静态恒流法,从亚原子尺度揭示Mg^(2+)在H^(+)-、K^(+)-、Ca^(2+)-、Cs^(+)-蒙脱石颗粒表面的吸附力类型和强度,阐明轨... 离子交换吸附的微观机制研究对洞悉土壤中各种重要过程的发生机制具有重要意义。本研究基于非对称杂化轨道理论,采用静态恒流法,从亚原子尺度揭示Mg^(2+)在H^(+)-、K^(+)-、Ca^(2+)-、Cs^(+)-蒙脱石颗粒表面的吸附力类型和强度,阐明轨道的非对称杂化对黏土矿物表面离子交换吸附的影响机制。研究结果表明:(1)Mg^(2+)在K^(+)-蒙脱石和Cs^(+)-蒙脱石表面吸附时均存在零级动力学;而在H^(+)-蒙脱石和Ca^(2+)-蒙脱石表面吸附仅存在一级动力学过程。Mg^(2+)在4种蒙脱石饱和样表面的平衡吸附量Neq存在明显差异,从多到少依次为K^(+)-、Ca^(2+)-、Cs^(+)-、H^(+)-蒙脱石,这种差异源于4种离子在蒙脱石颗粒表面的吸附作用力不同。(2)4种蒙脱石饱和样的红外光谱分析结果表明,在强电场中,蒙脱石的Si—O键伸缩频率从大到小依次为K^(+)、H^(+)、Ca^(2+)、Cs^(+),这4种阳离子与蒙脱石表面O原子的作用力从强到弱依次为Cs^(+)、Ca^(2+)、H^(+)、K^(+)。(3)蒙脱石颗粒表面饱和阳离子类型深刻影响着蒙脱石表面的电化学性质,从而影响离子在蒙脱石表面的吸附行为。对于蒙脱石的吸附性而言,蒙脱石颗粒表面吸附的阳离子类型以及带电黏土表面的轨道非对称杂化效应是相互耦合的。 展开更多

Modern medicine is expanding the possibilities of receiving "personalized" diagnosis and therapies,providing minimal invasiveness,technological solutions based on non-ionizing radiation,early detection of pathologies with the main objectives of being operator independent and with low cost to society.Our research activities aim to strongly contribute to these trends by improving the capabilities of current diagnostic imaging systems,which are of key importance in possibly providing both optimal diagnosis and therapies to patients.In medical diagnostics,cellular imaging aims to develop new methods and technologies for the detection of specific metabolic processes in living organisms,in order to accurately identify and discriminate normal from pathological tissues.In fact,most diseases have a "molecular basis" that detected through these new diagnostic methodologies can provide enormous benefits to medicine.Nowadays,this possibility is mainly related to the use of Positron Emission Tomography,with an exposure to ionizing radiation for patients and operators and with extremely high medical diagnosticscosts.The future possible development of non-ionizing cellular imaging based on techniques such as Nuclear Magnetic Resonance or Ultrasound,would represent an important step towards modern and personalized therapies.During the last decade,the field of nanotechnology has made important progress and a wide range of organic and inorganic nanomaterials are now available with an incredible number of further combinations with other compounds for cellular targeting.The availability of these new advanced nanosystems allows new scenarios in diagnostic methodologies which are potentially capable of providing morphological and functional information together with metabolic and cellular indications. 展开更多

The quantification of ionizing energy deposition and non-ionizing energy deposition plays a critical role in precision neutron dosimetry and in the separation of the displacement damage effects and ionizing effects induced by neutron radiation on semiconductor devices. In this report, neutrons generated by the newly built China Spallation Neutron Source (CSNS) are simulated by Geant4 in semiconductor material silicon to calculate the ionizing and non-ionizing kerma factors. Furthermore, the integral method is applied to calculate neutron-induced ionizing at the CSNS and non-ionizing kerma factors according to the standard neutron nuclear database and the incident neutron spectrum. In addition, thermoluminescence dosimeters are utilized to measure the ionizing energy deposition and six series of bipolar junction transistors are used to measure the non-ionizing energy deposition based on their neutron damage constants. The calibrated kerma factors that were experimentally measured agreed well with the simulation and integral calculation results. This report describes a complete set of methods and fundamental data for the analysis of neutron-induced radiation effects at the CSNS on silicon-based semiconductor devices. 展开更多

针对含聚污水体系稳定性机制及破乳瓶颈,提出基于超支化非离子型聚酰胺-胺(h-PAMAM)的破乳策略,旨在实现油水高效分离与污泥源头减量双重目标。采用“一锅法”,以乙二胺(EDA)作为引发剂,合成h-PAMAM-E破乳剂,同时以四乙烯五胺(TEPA)作... 针对含聚污水体系稳定性机制及破乳瓶颈,提出基于超支化非离子型聚酰胺-胺(h-PAMAM)的破乳策略,旨在实现油水高效分离与污泥源头减量双重目标。采用“一锅法”,以乙二胺(EDA)作为引发剂,合成h-PAMAM-E破乳剂,同时以四乙烯五胺(TEPA)作为引发剂,调控其单体比例合成系列h-PAMAM-T破乳剂,考察各破乳剂的应用性能,分析其结构对性能的影响。结果表明,以TEPA为引发剂制备的h-PAMAM-T系列破乳剂中,h-PAMAM-T1具有三维球形超支化结构及更丰富的表面氨基,而与EDA引发制备的h-PAMAM-E相比,其分子半径又显著增大,因此具备最优的破乳性能,在其投加量200 mg/L时,对含聚乳液(500 mg/L HPAM)的除油率达91.6%。此外,其非离子特性避免了电中和作用引发的大量含聚污泥的生成问题,与传统聚合氯化铝(PAC)处理相对比,h-PAMAM-T1处理含聚乳液后污泥湿重仅17.84 g/L,较PAC处理后的污泥产量大幅降低。 展开更多

目的:探究非离子型碘对比剂静脉外渗程度与CT增强扫描受检者临床基线特征的相关性。方法:选取医院2022年9月-2023年8月期间采用非离子型碘对比剂的CT增强扫描受检者48900例,根据其发生对比剂静脉外渗情况分为发生组(30例)与未发生组(210... 目的:探究非离子型碘对比剂静脉外渗程度与CT增强扫描受检者临床基线特征的相关性。方法:选取医院2022年9月-2023年8月期间采用非离子型碘对比剂的CT增强扫描受检者48900例,根据其发生对比剂静脉外渗情况分为发生组(30例)与未发生组(2100例),基于受检者临床基线特征分析其对比剂静脉外渗的相关危险因素及外渗程度。结果:CT增强扫描受检者48900例中有30例对比剂发生外渗,其对比剂外渗率为0.06%(30/48900);经过倾向性评分匹配,外渗发生组与未发生组各纳入30例。多因素分析显示:年龄[95%CI(1.174,17.597),P<0.05]、合并高血糖[95%CI(1.545,26.007),P<0.05]、长期化疗[95%CI(2.508,25.721),P<0.05]、穿刺静脉(前臂掌侧)[95%CI(3.795,46.351),P<0.05]、对比剂流速[95%CI(1.063,11.676),P<0.05]及渗透压[95%CI(1.067,84.981),P<0.05]均是受检者发生对比剂静脉外渗的独立危险因素(P<0.05);通过相关性分析,受检者对比剂静脉外渗程度与受检者年龄、长期化疗、前臂掌侧穿刺、造影剂流速及渗透压呈正相关(r值分别为0.342,0.271,0.446,0.463,0.453,均P<0.05),与受检者合并高血糖情况无显著相关性(r=0.046,P=0.756)。结论:检测者的年龄、合并高血糖、化疗时间、穿刺位置、造影剂流速及渗透压均是受检者对比剂静脉外渗的独立影响因素,且年龄、化疗时间、穿刺位置、对比剂流速及渗透压与对比剂静脉外渗程度呈正相关;临床医护人员应对伴有上述影响因素的CT增强扫描受检者给予重视,并针对上述情况制定相应的干预措施,减少CT增强扫描受检者对比剂静脉外渗的发生。 展开更多

低阶煤表面丰富的含氧官能团和发达的孔隙结构制约了其浮选效率,而乳液型捕收剂是提升传统烃油类捕收剂分散性能和改善煤表面吸附疏水改性效果的有效方法之一。分别选用芥酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱(EAB-40)和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-7)为两性和非... 低阶煤表面丰富的含氧官能团和发达的孔隙结构制约了其浮选效率,而乳液型捕收剂是提升传统烃油类捕收剂分散性能和改善煤表面吸附疏水改性效果的有效方法之一。分别选用芥酸酰胺丙基甜菜碱(EAB-40)和脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚(AEO-7)为两性和非离子表面活性剂、柴油为油相,采用低能乳化法制备了EAB-40/AEO-7协同稳定的纳米乳液捕收剂;借助动态光散射法(DLS)和多重光散射法(MLS)系统研究了EAB-40和AEO-7用量对乳液液滴粒径和微观动力学稳定性的影响规律,通过低阶煤浮选试验和颗粒-气泡间、颗粒-液滴间粘/脱附力试验揭示了纳米乳液的浮选强化机理。结果表明,当EAB-40与AEO-7质量比为1∶4时(#1纳米乳液捕收剂),乳液液滴尺寸最小(D_(50)=307 nm),低阶煤浮选可燃体回收率最大为92.24%。相较于传统柴油捕收剂,#1纳米乳液捕收剂可以显著改善低阶煤表面的疏水性,提升煤颗粒-气泡间以及颗粒-捕收剂间的粘/脱附相互作用力,进而提升浮选效果。这是由于纳米乳液表面的EAB-40同时带有正负电荷基团,可通过静电吸引作用强化捕收剂在低阶煤表面的吸附疏水改性作用;但当EAB-40含量过高时,则会导致表面活性剂吸附量过多,反而在一定程度上降低疏水改性作用和浮选效果。研究旨在为低阶煤浮选新型捕收剂开发提供理论依据和技术支持。 展开更多

为促进棉籽糖酯的规模化生产和高值化利用,以棉籽糖和脂肪酸为原料,通过脂肪酶催化合成棉籽糖脂肪酸酯,对酰基供体进行了选择,考察了脂肪酶种类、溶剂种类、加酶量、溶剂初始含水量、反应温度、溶剂用量对脂肪酶催化效率的影响,通过薄... 为促进棉籽糖酯的规模化生产和高值化利用,以棉籽糖和脂肪酸为原料,通过脂肪酶催化合成棉籽糖脂肪酸酯,对酰基供体进行了选择,考察了脂肪酶种类、溶剂种类、加酶量、溶剂初始含水量、反应温度、溶剂用量对脂肪酶催化效率的影响,通过薄层色谱、超高效液相色谱一串联质谱和傅里叶红外光谱对产物进行分析鉴定,并对制备的棉籽糖月桂酸酯的亲水亲油平衡(HLB)值、乳化能力、乳化稳定性和抑菌活性进行测定。结果表明:选择月桂酸为酰基供体;脂肪酶催化合成棉籽糖月桂酸酯的最优工艺条件为棉籽糖与月桂酸物质的量比1:5、叔戊醇为反应溶剂、溶剂初始含水量2%,溶剂用量60mL(基于0.5g棉籽糖)、脂肪酶LS-20添加量40%(以底物总质量计)、反应温度40℃,在此条件下反应6h,棉籽糖转化率可达45.12%;酶促合成的产物为3种不同取代位置的棉籽糖月桂酸单酯,乳化能力和乳化稳定性分别为78.77%和84.48%,HLB值为11.5,具有制备水包油型乳液的潜力;棉籽糖月桂酸酯较商用糖酯具有更好的抑菌效果。综上,所制备的棉籽糖月桂酸酯具有优异的乳化性能、乳化稳定性和抑菌活性,有规模化制备的潜力。 展开更多

为提高紫色红曲霉M9(M.purpureus M9)的胞外多糖(exopolysaccharides,EPS)产量,发酵时加入非离子表面活性剂吐温80(Tween-80),探究其对EPS产量和组成的影响。基于单因素试验和响应面试验,分析Tween-80添加量、添加时间和摇瓶发酵时间对... 为提高紫色红曲霉M9(M.purpureus M9)的胞外多糖(exopolysaccharides,EPS)产量,发酵时加入非离子表面活性剂吐温80(Tween-80),探究其对EPS产量和组成的影响。基于单因素试验和响应面试验,分析Tween-80添加量、添加时间和摇瓶发酵时间对EPS产量的影响,解析EPS的分子量和单糖组成,探究在最优条件下添加Tween-80对菌丝体形态的影响。结果表明,在Tween-80添加量为30 g/L、添加时间为发酵4 d后、摇瓶发酵时间为9 d时,试验组(添加Tween-80,EG)的EPS产量为(3.53±0.01)g/L,产量提高213.60%,相比于对照组(未添加Tween-80,CK)的单糖组成,半乳糖含量增加36.72%,葡萄糖含量减少24.62%。添加Tween-80使紫色红曲霉M9的菌丝体直径变小、表面皱缩、菌丝数量减少、荧光强度减弱。添加Tween-80进行摇瓶发酵可以增加紫色红曲霉M9胞外多糖产量并改变菌丝体形态,该结果为胞外多糖的工业化生产提供了参考。 展开更多

非离子型碘造影剂致患者死亡43例文献分析

目的分析非离子型碘造影剂致患者死亡的特点和影响因素,并提出安全用药建议,为临床用药提供参考。方法检索中国知网、万方医学、维普网、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Embase、SpringerLink数据库,收集非离子型碘造影剂... 目的分析非离子型碘造影剂致患者死亡的特点和影响因素,并提出安全用药建议,为临床用药提供参考。方法检索中国知网、万方医学、维普网、PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、Embase、SpringerLink数据库,收集非离子型碘造影剂致患者死亡的病例报道,统计并分析其致患者死亡的特点和影响因素。结果共检索到非离子型碘造影剂致患者死亡43例,男性21例(48.84%)、女性22例(51.16%);死亡患者的年龄以51~85岁(32例,占74.42%)为主,原患疾病以心脑血管疾病(30.23%)和消化系统疾病(30.23%)居多;仅2例患者有明确的过敏史(4.65%);致死药物中,碘海醇(37.21%)和碘普罗胺(25.58%)占比最高,主要致死原因为过敏性休克(51.16%)、心脏骤停(11.63%)及肺水肿(11.63%);48.84%患者的药物不良反应(ADR)发生在30 min内,62.79%的患者在发生ADR当天死亡;主要累及循环系统、神经系统和呼吸系统,表现主要为呼吸困难、血压偏低或测不到、呕吐等。结论非离子型碘造影剂致死药物以碘海醇和碘普罗胺为主,其不良反应发生速度快。临床需重点监测患者使用该类药物后30 min内的生命体征,及时处理呼吸困难、血压异常等症状,以降低患者死亡风险。 展开更多
