The use of visible-light responsive photocatalysts for removing heavy metal ions in wastewater has received great attention.However,the development of photocatalysts with high activity and recyclability remains a huge challenge.Herein,a recyclable carbon fiber cloth-supported porous CdS nanorod photocatalyst was fabricated by a two-step hydrothermal treatment using AgVO_(3) nanowires as templates.The results indicated that under visible-light illumination,the carbon cloth-supported porous CdS nanorods showed improved photocatalytic activity for the reduction of Cr(Ⅵ),with an apparent rate constant exceeding that of carbon cloth-supported CdS nanospheres by a factor of 1.65 times.Moreover,the carbon cloth-supported porous CdS nanorods can be easily separated and be reused.This brings a new perspective for developing photocatalysts with high efficiency and recyclability for wastewater treatment. 展开更多

Enhancing the firefighting protective clothing with exceptional thermal barrier and temperature sensing functions to ensure high fire safety for firefighters has long been anticipated,but it remains a major challenge.Herein,inspired by the human muscle,an anisotropic fire safety aerogel(ACMCA)with precise self-actuated temperature monitoring performance is developed by combining aramid nanofibers with eicosane/MXene to form an anisotropically oriented conductive network.By combining the two synergies of the negative temperaturedependent thermal conductive eicosane,which induces a high-temperature differential,and directionally ordered MXene that establishes a conductive network along the directional freezing direction.The resultant ACMCA exhibited remarkable thermoelectric properties,with S values reaching 46.78μV K^(−1)andκvalues as low as 0.048 W m^(−1)K^(−1)at room temperature.Moreover,the prepared anisotropic aerogel ACMCA exhibited electrical responsiveness to temperature variations,facilitating its application in intelligent temperature monitoring systems.The designed anisotropic aerogel ACMCA could be incorporated into the firefighting clothing as a thermal barrier layer,demonstrating a wide temperature sensing range(50-400℃)and a rapid response time for early high-temperature alerts(~1.43 s).This work provides novel insights into the design and application of temperature-sensitive anisotropic aramid nanofibers aerogel in firefighting clothing. 展开更多

Nevertheless, in the face of difficulties, China's clothing foreign trade still shows strong resilience and adaptability. From January to May, China's clothing exports showed characteristics such as increased volume, lower prices, category differentiation, and multi-point market layout. Meanwhile, Chinese clothing companies have actively responded to trade friction impacts by closely monitoring tariff negotiations, accelerating transformation and upgrading, exploring diversified international markets, and deepening domestic markets. 展开更多

Lithium(Li) metal anodes(LMAs) that employ three-dimensional lithiophilic frameworks are among the most promising options for constructing high-energy-density rechargeable batteries.Herein,hollow ZnS nanosheets with the coating of N-doped carbon are modified on the surface of carbon cloth(NCHZS@CC) to serve as the host material for Li metal.It is revealed that the high surface area of NCHZS@CC can significantly reduce local current density and mitigate volume change during cycling.More importantly,the lithiated product of ZnS,confined within the carbon cage,facilitates the uniform deposition of Li metal on carbon fibers and promotes the formation of a stable solid electrolyte interphase enriched with Li_(2)S,thereby improving long-term performance as the cycling progresses.Consequently,the LMAs based on NCHZS@CC demonstrate an impressive cycle life beyond560 h with an ultralow overpotential of 38 mV at a current density of 5 mA cm^(-2)with a capacity of 1 mAh cm^(-2)in the symmetric cell.In addition,when matched with a high mass loading cathode of LiFePO_(4)(11.5 mg cm^(-2)),the assembled full cell displays outstanding performance,achieving 900 cycles at a rate of 2C. 展开更多

典型针布钢盘条中非金属夹杂物的分析与控制

选取3个钢厂生产的3种典型针布钢热轧盘条,利用扫描电镜、能谱分析仪和全自动夹杂物分析系统,对比分析了夹杂物的密度、尺寸、类型及分布;利用热力学计算软件FactSage计算凝固过程中夹杂物的转变与生成顺序,揭示了TiN和MnS的形成规律。... 选取3个钢厂生产的3种典型针布钢热轧盘条,利用扫描电镜、能谱分析仪和全自动夹杂物分析系统,对比分析了夹杂物的密度、尺寸、类型及分布;利用热力学计算软件FactSage计算凝固过程中夹杂物的转变与生成顺序,揭示了TiN和MnS的形成规律。结果表明:不同厂家的针布钢均采用洁净钢生产路线,总氧含量均在1.5×10^(-5)(质量分数)以下,夹杂物特性因冶炼工艺存在差异;进口S钢厂针布钢中夹杂物尺寸小,氧化物多为高熔点、高弹性模量的Al_(2)O_(3)复合氧化物;国产N钢厂针布钢中的TiN含量过高;国产G钢厂针布钢中的夹杂物SiO_(2)占比合理,且变形能力好、熔点低,平均尺寸在3μm以下,控制效果最佳。 展开更多

Micro-honeycomb ceramics were successfully fabricated through brush-coating with cloth fabric as pore-forming agent. The influence of pore-forming agent and slurry’s moisture content on the micro-honeycomb ceramics was investigated. The results indicated that micro-honeycomb ceramics made from pore-forming agent cloth fabric with fibre diameter of 100 μm and slurry with 45% (mass fraction) moisture content have the porosity of 65% (volume fraction), bending strength of 24.3 MPa, pore size of about 100 μm, cell wall thickness of about 50 μm and porosity of 1131 pore/cm2. It was suggested that the pore size and the porosity could be adjusted using the pore-forming agent and moisture content of the slurry respectively. 展开更多

服装用皮革面料的手感与物理性能的相关性研究

【目的】面料的手感是评价服装产品性能的重要指标,文章旨在研究服装用皮革面料的手感与其物理性能的关系,找出简单物理性能指标与手感参数之间的关联。【方法】采用常见的服装用牛皮革、羊皮革面料作为研究对象,测定其单位面积质量、... 【目的】面料的手感是评价服装产品性能的重要指标,文章旨在研究服装用皮革面料的手感与其物理性能的关系,找出简单物理性能指标与手感参数之间的关联。【方法】采用常见的服装用牛皮革、羊皮革面料作为研究对象,测定其单位面积质量、厚度、压缩形变、摩擦阻力等物理性能数值,基于主成分分析得到的主成分确定关键参数。此外,采用感官性能评价测试仪检测手感参数,通过多元线性回归分析得到各手感参数的回归模型。【结果】模型结果显示,刚度值、柔软值、平滑值这3个回归模型的拟合优度R2均>0.8,相关性强。其中,影响服装用皮革面料手感刚度值的主要物理性能是单位面积质量和厚度;柔软度随压力形变的增加而增大,但随厚度的增加而显著降低;平滑值则与摩擦阻力呈强负相关。【结论】通过精准测量上述物理性能建立了评价手感的物理指标体系,可为皮革制品的分级与开发提供科学依据。 展开更多

针对换装行人重识别任务中由复杂环境和行人服装变化等因素导致的识别精度下降的问题,提出姿态引导的双分支换装行人重识别网络PGNet,该网络采用以外观特征为基础、由姿态特征引导的双分支结构.为了有效去除服装相关信息的干扰,降低其... 针对换装行人重识别任务中由复杂环境和行人服装变化等因素导致的识别精度下降的问题,提出姿态引导的双分支换装行人重识别网络PGNet,该网络采用以外观特征为基础、由姿态特征引导的双分支结构.为了有效去除服装相关信息的干扰,降低其对模型性能的影响,同时保留深度表征特征,设计多层次特征融合模块;构建动作关联和自然拓扑邻接矩阵,组合为双重矩阵后输入图卷积网络,并引入邻接矩阵加权机制以增强模型对姿态特征的捕捉能力;采用双线性多特征池化方法增强姿态与外观特征的互补性,从而提升识别精度.实验结果表明,PGNet在换装数据集PRCC、VC-Clothes、Celeb-reID以及Celeb-reID-light上的mAP指标分别为60.5%、84.7%、15.7%、22.6%,Rank-1指标分别为63.7%、93.3%、59.5%、41.2%,优于SirNet等其他对比方法,验证了所提方法能够有效降低服装变化的影响,并显著提高识别精度. 展开更多

Owing to NiSecharacter of nanostructure and high conductivity, the as-synthesized electrodes possess perfect pseudocapacitive property with high specific capacitance and excellent rate capability. In three-electrode system, the electrode specific capacitance of the NiSe/CFC electrode varies from 1058 F gto 996.3 F gat 2 A gto 10 A grespectively, which shows great rate capability.
