With the advancement of modern technology and the continuous development of science,research into flapping wing aircraft is becoming increasingly sophisticated.Addressing issues such as the large wingspan and heavy mass of existing bionic butterfly aircraft,this paper proposes the design of a lightweight lithium battery power supply,a chip integrated into a small circuit board,and a reference to the natural characteristics of butterfly wings.The wings are simulated using 0.125 mm polyethylene terephthalate(PET)film to replicate their movement.The driving structure employs a double motor and a four-bar mechanism to achieve natural and smooth wing vibrations.The control system features a lightweight motor,battery,and a high-performance low-power microcontroller for precise control.Using 3D printing technology,a lightweight design is realized,successfully simulating the structure and movement characteristics of a specific butterfly,demonstrating the principles of mechatronics.Furthermore,the design process incorporates multidisciplinary knowledge,and a workshop combining competitive discipline events with innovation and entrepreneurship has been established.This initiative fosters the deep integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education with professional training,effectively cultivating application-oriented technical talents. 展开更多

Entrepreneurship corporate social responsibility is concerned with obligations that should be undertaken by an enterprise or "enterprise citizen" to the society including interrelationship between enterprise and some related interest dependents. And it is a sense of value, discipline and respect to the people, community and environment-related policies of the enterprise. Obviously, the core of the notion refers to a commitment of the enterprise in order to improve living standard of related interest counterparts. Nowadays, entrepreneurship corporate social responsibility has been not only an ethical call, but also an institutional constraint. The consensus is that in operation process an enterprise should take into account of its economic, social and ethical effects on consumers, staffs, shareholders, communities, local governments and environment and make a better prospect to them. Based on this point of view, by field work and questionnaire method, this paper discusses specifically the interaction between TNCs' R&D activities and local development of the Pudong New Area, a China's largest special economic zone in Shanghai to explore dynamics of the TNCs' R&D activities, growth of the local economy and their roles in promoting flexible innovation networks for sustainable futures. This involves: a. notion of the entrepreneurship corporate social responsibility; b. current state and trend of TNCs' R&D activities; c. mode and linkage tightness between TNCs' R&D activities and the local economy; d. main problems of the TNCs' R&D activities in Pudong; e. the context of flexible innovation networks; and f. manner and ways in creation of flexible innovation networks. 展开更多

A Dynamic Computable General Equilibrium Simulation of China's Innovation-Based Economy Under the New Normal 被引量:1

Researching China's innovative economic and financial innovation issues under the background of the New Normal, we need to carefully analyze the internal structure and interaction of China's macroeconomics.The computable general equilibrium(CGE) model has outstanding advantages on predicting the external shock influences on economic system, but previous studies on forecast for China's future economy mostly considered a high growth rate which is hard to comply with the New Normal scene. By constructing China's macroeconomic dynamic CGE(DCGE) model and anticipating the economic impact of the New Normal, this paper finds that the New Normal has a certain extent inhibition on China's macro-economy and innovation. However, after adding the research and development(R&D) subsidy policy, the negative impacts of the New Normal on macro-economy can be eliminated to realize the optimization of economic structure. In addition, after combining the financial innovation promoting policy and the Ke Qiang index through the simulation of macro-economy, we find that the quality of economic growth is improved. Finally, we provide the policy recommendations for the realization of an innovative economy under China's New Normal. 展开更多

By introducing a knowledge production function which combines both foreign technology imports and domestic research and development (R&D) expenditure into an endogenous technological progress model, this paper examines the mechanism that determines enterprises' R&D intensity in developing countries, and explores how factors such as technological gap, technology absorptive capacity, innovation environment and innovation ability would impact Chinese enterprises'decision made on R&D intensity. Our results suggest that technological gap has no significant single impact on enterprises'R&D intensity, but rather influences enterprises'decision on R&D jointly with other factors such as degree of openness and human capital. A relative fall in efficiency of technology imitation recently has a negative effect on total R&D intensity but helps to promote enterprises' independent R&D. In addition, among factors related to R&D innovation environment, industrial R&D intensity has a significantly positive impact on enterprises' independent R&D intensity, while regional economies of scale, proportion of large enterprises and proportion of government R&D investment have some certain negative impacts. 展开更多

The results showed that the expenditure of R&D has a positive effect on performance of innovation commercialization, while the number of R&D staff has trivial impact on that. The results also revealed that E1 has no direct effect on commercialization performance, but plays a moderating role in the effect of R&D investment on commercialization of innovation. More specifically, the R&D expenditure of a finn with high involvement system has a less positive impact on the number of new products, but a more positive effect on the profit of new products. 展开更多

目的探讨Innovance试剂检测D-二聚体(D-D)在肾脏疾病中的应用价值。方法分别采用Innovance、Plus和Nycocard三种试剂检测149例肾脏疾病患者血清D-D水平,检测阳性临界值分别为0.55、0.25和0.30mg/L,比较三种试剂检测结果及分析其相关性... 目的探讨Innovance试剂检测D-二聚体(D-D)在肾脏疾病中的应用价值。方法分别采用Innovance、Plus和Nycocard三种试剂检测149例肾脏疾病患者血清D-D水平,检测阳性临界值分别为0.55、0.25和0.30mg/L,比较三种试剂检测结果及分析其相关性。结果 Innovance、Plus及Nycocard试剂检测D-D水平分别为(2.19±3.04)mg/L、(2.78±0.56)mg/L和(0.26±0.41)mg/L,组间比较均有统计学差异(P<0.01)。Innovance试剂与Plus和Nycocard试剂的检测结果呈正相关(r=0.52、0.64,P<0.01),Nycocard试剂与Plus试剂的检测结果呈正相关(r=0.49,P<0.01)。Innovance试剂检测阳性率高于Plus、Nycocard试剂(77.85%vs.26.17%和24.83%)(P<0.01)。当Innovance试剂检测阳性临界值为1.80mg/L时,检测阳性率与Plus和Nycocard试剂相仿(P>0.05)。结论取1.80mg/L作为界值时,采用Innovance试剂可提高D-D检测在肾脏疾病患者的应用价值。 展开更多

目的评价Innovance D-dimer试剂性能及其在血栓形成早期的临床筛查价值。方法采用Innovance D-dimer检测试剂,分别对86例疑似血栓患者(血栓组)和40例门诊健康体检者(对照组)进行血浆D-二聚体水平测定,并进行统计学t检验,受试者工作特征... 目的评价Innovance D-dimer试剂性能及其在血栓形成早期的临床筛查价值。方法采用Innovance D-dimer检测试剂,分别对86例疑似血栓患者(血栓组)和40例门诊健康体检者(对照组)进行血浆D-二聚体水平测定,并进行统计学t检验,受试者工作特征曲线(ROC)分析和筛检评价。结果血栓组D-二聚体水平[(4.14±7.29)mg/L]显著高于对照组[(0.17±0.12)mg/L],差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,D-二聚体水平用于血栓的临床筛查有显著统计学意义(AUC=0.938,P=0.000),D-二聚体水平越高,发生血栓的可能性越大;以D-二聚体水平为0.50mg/L为截断值,其灵敏度、特异度和阴性预测值表现良好,分别为98.08%和100.00%和98.67%。结论 Innovance D-dimer试剂适用于排除血栓形成,但诊断价值有限。 展开更多

政府如何制定合理遴选补贴对象标准以实现企业创新增长,对补贴政策的制定和评价具有重要意义。本文在采用大规模创新调查数据集并考虑内生性问题基础上,从“选择赢家”和“打造赢家”两个方面探讨了政府补贴对企业创新的影响机制。结果... 政府如何制定合理遴选补贴对象标准以实现企业创新增长,对补贴政策的制定和评价具有重要意义。本文在采用大规模创新调查数据集并考虑内生性问题基础上,从“选择赢家”和“打造赢家”两个方面探讨了政府补贴对企业创新的影响机制。结果表明:政府补贴倾向于选择高组织学习能力的企业,经验学习、认知学习和组织间学习是其重要的遴选标准,其选择路径为高组织学习能力的企业偏向于外部技术获取模式,能够更为稳定快速地实现补贴目标。在控制选择偏差的基础上,政府补贴具有显著的“打造赢家”效应,其中普惠型补贴引致效应最高,自由裁量型补贴次之,选择型补贴最低。进一步对企业分组发现,在国有企业、大型企业和非初创企业中,经验学习并非政府补贴的遴选标准,并且政府补贴的“打造赢家”效应在上述企业中更为显著。 展开更多

“碳达峰”和“碳中和”目标下,如何推动中国碳减排与经济绿色低碳转型,已经成为中国高质量发展的重要议题。本文基于2010~2022年我国30个省(区、市)的面板数据,探析了绿色金融和科技研发对碳排放的影响,实证证明了绿色金融与R&D投... “碳达峰”和“碳中和”目标下,如何推动中国碳减排与经济绿色低碳转型,已经成为中国高质量发展的重要议题。本文基于2010~2022年我国30个省(区、市)的面板数据,探析了绿色金融和科技研发对碳排放的影响,实证证明了绿色金融与R&D投入均对碳排放起到显著的抑制作用,而且R&D投入在绿色金融与碳排放之间的起到显著的负向调节作用,它既是绿色金融政策落地的关键驱动力,也是减少碳排放的重要技术手段。因此,我国应当加强绿色金融政策支持、发挥R&D投入和技术创新在实现碳减排中的关键驱动作用,同时推动绿色金融与科技研发协同发展。 展开更多

人才集聚对区域创新的积极作用已得到广泛证实,但其对微观层面企业创新的影响机制仍需进一步探讨。本研究从城市群的视角出发,实证分析了R&D人才集聚对企业创新的影响及其内在作用路径。研究结果表明,R&D人才集聚显著提升了城... 人才集聚对区域创新的积极作用已得到广泛证实,但其对微观层面企业创新的影响机制仍需进一步探讨。本研究从城市群的视角出发,实证分析了R&D人才集聚对企业创新的影响及其内在作用路径。研究结果表明,R&D人才集聚显著提升了城市群企业的创新能力,且这一效应在市场化程度较高的大型城市区域以及大型国有企业中更为突出。进一步的机制分析揭示,R&D人才集聚通过推动市场一体化进程、促进知识溢出与共享以及深化产业分工协作,为企业创新提供了重要支撑。本研究为优化城市群人才政策、提升企业创新效能、推动区域协调发展以及实现城市间创新协同提供了理论依据和实践参考。 展开更多

In the context of global digital transformation and the rising prominence of maker education,this study explores the innovative integration of digital modeling technologies with traditional Nixing Pottery craftsmanship.By constructing a teaching framework under maker education theory,the research investigates how 3D modeling,CAD design,and 3D printing technologies can empower learners to address challenges in cultural heritage preservation and artistic innovation.Through experimental teaching and case analysis,the study verifies that this integrated approach significantly enhances learners’digital literacy,creative thinking,and cultural identity while optimizing Nixing Pottery’s production processes and design possibilities.The findings contribute to theoretical models of technology-enhanced craft education and provide practical pathways for the digital transformation of intangible cultural heritage. 展开更多
