The developed met...This paper proposes an efficient, high-tech method of construction of pseudorandom binary sequences generators with a repetition period 2n?for n-bit shift register with a nonlinear feedback function. The developed method is illustrated by constructing a nonlinear function feedback shift register. It is proved that the offered method requires the realization of a memory size proportional to n2?that allows making successful use of suitable generators for practical use on the shift register of the longer word.展开更多

Therefore, it is very important and practically meaningful for the application of this kind of sensor to fulfill some relative research work about its transfer function and for the analysis to the data recorded and the further development of the seismometer. In this paper, from the viewpoint of achieving its working principle, method of systematic analysis is applied to deduce the transfer functions, including both the transfer function for calibration and that for measurement. Moreover, on the basis of that, the distribution of its zeroes and poles in a complex frequency domain is analyzed, which provides a convincing evidence to simplify this seismometer system from a high-order one to a two-order one. And the emulation of the frequency characteristics of FBS-3A is presented in this paper. On the whole, the aim of this article is to do some theoretical work about the earthquake observation sensor, and also to introduce the method of making systematic analysis in a complex frequency domain to the research and the development of the seismometers.展开更多

Based on the primary studies of universal generating function(UGF)method, a belief UGF(BUGF) method is utilized to analyze the reliability and the uncertainty of excavator rectifier feedback system. By combining this plant model with the time invariant description of the multirate controller in terms of extended vectors, the closed loop transfer function model of the multirate feedback control system can be determinated. Aiming at the difficulty of accurately constructing the dynamic model of subtropical high, based on the potential height field time series over 500 hPa layer of T106 numerical forecast products, by using EOF（empirica...Aiming at the difficulty of accurately constructing the dynamic model of subtropical high, based on the potential height field time series over 500 hPa layer of T106 numerical forecast products, by using EOF（empirical orthogonal function） temporal-spatial separation technique, the disassembled EOF time coefficients series were regarded as dynamical model variables, and dynamic system retrieval idea as well as genetic algorithm were introduced to make dynamical model parameters optimization search, then, a reasonable non-linear dynamic model of EOF time-coefficients was established. By dynamic model integral and EOF temporal-spatial components assembly, a mid-/long-term forecast of subtropical high was carried out. The experimental results show that the forecast results of dynamic model are superior to that of general numerical model forecast results. A new modeling idea and forecast technique is presented for diagnosing and forecasting such complicated weathers as subtropical high.展开更多

BACKGROUND Patients with head and neck cancer often develop depressive symptoms during radiochemotherapy due to changes in saliva secretion,radiation-induced oral mucositis,and dysphagia.These symptoms significantly a...BACKGROUND Patients with head and neck cancer often develop depressive symptoms during radiochemotherapy due to changes in saliva secretion,radiation-induced oral mucositis,and dysphagia.These symptoms significantly affect quality of life.Although existing nursing interventions provide some relief,they have limitations in improving swallowing function and developing coping strategies.AIM To evaluate the effectiveness of tongue pressure resistance feedback training combined with empowerment education in improving depressive symptoms and swallowing function in patients with head and neck cancer undergoing radiochemotherapy.METHODS This study included 110 patients with head and neck cancer who exhibited depressive symptoms and underwent radiochemotherapy at the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangnan University between January 2021 and December 2023.Patients were randomly assigned to either a reference group or an experimental group,each comprising 55 patients.The reference group received routine care,whereas the experimental group received tongue pressure resistance feedback training and empowerment education.After 6 weeks of continuous intervention,comparisons were made between the two groups regarding depressive symptom scores,swallowing function,coping strategies,and quality of life,both pre-and post-intervention.RESULTS Following the intervention,both groups demonstrated decreased scores for depressive symptoms and swallowing function,with the experimental group showing a significantly greater reduction than the reference group(P<0.05).The experimental group also demonstrated higher confrontation scores and lower avoidance and submission scores for coping strategies than the reference group(P<0.05).Quality of life scores improved in both groups after the intervention,with the experimental group showing markedly higher scores than the reference group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The combination of tongue pressure resistance feedback training and empowerment education is effective in alleviating depressive symptoms,enhancing swallowing function,optimizing coping strategies,and significantly improving the quality of life of patients with head and neck cancer undergoing radiochemotherapy.This approach shows promise for clinical applications and promotion.展开更多
