From Octobet 1998 to January 1999,5 earthquakes ( M s≥5) occurred between Ninglang and Yanyuan counties (27°07′~27°12′N,100°40′~101°00′E area).They were situated in 140km southwest of the Xi...From Octobet 1998 to January 1999,5 earthquakes ( M s≥5) occurred between Ninglang and Yanyuan counties (27°07′~27°12′N,100°40′~101°00′E area).They were situated in 140km southwest of the Xichang.Among them,the largest one is M s 6 2 on November 19,1998.Based on small seismic data by the seismic remote sensing station of Xichang and the seismological station of Muli,and regional observation data,passing through careful observation and scientific analyses,we had made better forecasts before the earthquakes.That results obvious social benefits.By processing data of precursory earthquakes,such as,original observation data of total geomagnetic intensity from the station of Xichang,pressure capacitance stressometer and quartz horizaontal pendulum tiltmeter from the Xiaomiao station of Xichang,we summarized the sequence characteristics of the series earthquakes.The information about short\|term anomaly of gruond strain,total geomagnetic intensity and ground tilt before the earthquake is emphatically explained.展开更多
Based on hourly observation data from 2016 to 2019 and hourly automatic meteorological observation data from 2018 to 2019, we analyzed the annual, monthly and daily variation characteristics of fog days in Ninglang Ai...Based on hourly observation data from 2016 to 2019 and hourly automatic meteorological observation data from 2018 to 2019, we analyzed the annual, monthly and daily variation characteristics of fog days in Ninglang Airport, and diagnosed a case of summer fog. The results show that the average annual fog days in Ninglang Airport are 128 days and the annual characteristic of fog days is bimodal. Analyzed on fog cases in 2019, it was a summer fog process lasting more than 20 hours and visibility less than 500 m. The data from the automatic observational stations around Ninglang airport can describe the near-surface layer features of fog and illustrate the progress of fog. The meteorological elements of automatic observational stations changed suddenly 2 hours before fog, so the data of the automatic observational stations can be used to forscast fog.展开更多
On the basis of overview of the study area,by analyzing the dynamic change of farmland in Ninglang County,we can find that the farmland area in this county tended to decrease from 1996 to 2008.According to the investi...On the basis of overview of the study area,by analyzing the dynamic change of farmland in Ninglang County,we can find that the farmland area in this county tended to decrease from 1996 to 2008.According to the investigation data concerning land change provided by Bureau of Land and Resources in Ninglang County and socio-economic data provided by Bureau of Statistics in Ninglang County,we select 11 indices,such as total population,GDP,total output value of county and so on,coupled with SPSS statistical method,we adopt principal component analysis method to analyze driving force factors of farmland use change in the high and cold areas in Northwest Yunnan.The results show that the two factors of economic development and population growth are the dominant driving factors impacting farmland use change,and the policy factors,such as "returning farmland to forests",are also the important driving factors impacting Ninglang County.展开更多
研究旨在通过全基因组选择信号分析,挖掘宁蒗高原鸡品种重要的种质特性基因。研究使用“神农一号”地方鸡液相基因芯片对3个地方鸡品种(30只宁蒗高原鸡,30只正阳三黄鸡及33只固始鸡)进行基因分型。试验首先通过构建系统发育树、主成分...研究旨在通过全基因组选择信号分析,挖掘宁蒗高原鸡品种重要的种质特性基因。研究使用“神农一号”地方鸡液相基因芯片对3个地方鸡品种(30只宁蒗高原鸡,30只正阳三黄鸡及33只固始鸡)进行基因分型。试验首先通过构建系统发育树、主成分分析、祖先成分分析等方法,探究品种的种群遗传结构;然后,结合群体遗传分化指数(Pattern of genetic differentiation,FST)和跨群体单倍型统计(Cross-population haplotype-based statistic,XP-nSL)等比较基因组方法鉴定宁蒗高原鸡全基组选择信号;最后,对宁蒗高原鸡进行连续性纯合片段(Run of homozygosity,ROH)分析,以进一步探究其受到的人工和自然选择足迹。结果显示:选择信号分析发现宁蒗高原鸡在高海拔适应、骨骼和肌肉发育、生长及体型大小等性状经历了更高强度选择;ROH分析共鉴定到7个ROH岛,对其进行基因注释发现,与生长、体型大小、骨骼发育及高海拔适应等相关的基因受到了选择。研究表明,3个品种间有明显的群体分化,两个河南地方鸡品种遗传距离较近,而宁蒗高原鸡与两者明显分离,该结果与现实中分群结果一致,结果为宁蒗高原鸡遗传资源保护、开发利用与评价工作提供参考。展开更多
2012年6月24日宁蒗—盐源之间发生MS5.7地震。为了探讨其发震构造,本文首先利用近震宽频带波形记录,基于CrustModel2提供的速度模型,采用"裁剪-粘贴"(CAP,Cut And Paste)方法反演了震源机制解和深度。结果表明,该地震是以正...2012年6月24日宁蒗—盐源之间发生MS5.7地震。为了探讨其发震构造,本文首先利用近震宽频带波形记录,基于CrustModel2提供的速度模型,采用"裁剪-粘贴"(CAP,Cut And Paste)方法反演了震源机制解和深度。结果表明,该地震是以正断为主,兼具走滑分量,两个断层节面解的走向/倾角/滑动角分别为189°/59°/-40°和302°/55°/-141°,矩震级为5.3,矩心深度为4km,采用该区其他速度结构模型得到的震源深度为6km。通过分析近距离台站LGH的sPL波震相及远震距离澳大利亚台网上记录的sP波深度震相,进一步确认本次地震震源深度为4~8km,是一次浅源地震。震后2天内的余震分布主要沿北西向分布,结合当地地质构造推断,本次地震可能发生在北西向永宁断裂上。展开更多
