Ni/yMnO_(x)-ZrO_(2)催化愈创木酚加氢制环己醇的性能

采用行星球磨法合成了不同Mn/Zr摩尔比的复合氧化物(yMnO_(x)-ZrO_(2)),并负载Ni制备了一系列的Ni/yMnO_(x)-ZrO_(2)催化剂。通过X射线衍射、NH_(3)程序升温脱附、吡啶吸附红外光谱、N_(2)物理吸附-脱附、H_(2)程序升温还原对催化剂进... 采用行星球磨法合成了不同Mn/Zr摩尔比的复合氧化物(yMnO_(x)-ZrO_(2)),并负载Ni制备了一系列的Ni/yMnO_(x)-ZrO_(2)催化剂。通过X射线衍射、NH_(3)程序升温脱附、吡啶吸附红外光谱、N_(2)物理吸附-脱附、H_(2)程序升温还原对催化剂进行了物化性质的表征。以愈创木酚为原料,考察了Ni/yMnO_(x)-ZrO_(2)系列催化剂在愈创木酚加氢转化反应中的催化性能。结果表明:Mn的掺杂促进了Ni/yMnO_(x)-ZrO_(2)催化剂弱酸及中强酸的形成,有利于愈创木酚通过脱甲氧基形成以苯酚为中间体的反应路径制备环己醇;升高反应温度和延长反应时间均有利于提高环己醇收率,但也会导致环己醇过度加氢转化为环己烷;当Mn/Zr摩尔比为0.20时,Ni_(0.20)MnO_(x)-ZrO_(2)催化剂表现出优异的催化性能,在反应温度为260℃、H_(2)初始压力为2.0 MPa、反应时间为1.5 h的条件下,愈创木酚转化率和环己醇选择性分别为100%和63.5%。 展开更多

Superplasticity and Superplastic Bulging Behavior of ZrO_2/Ni Nanocomposite 被引量:1

ZrO2/Ni nanocomposite was produced by pulse electrodeposition and its superplastic properties were investigated by the tensile and bulging tests. The as-deposited nickel matrix has a narrow grain size distribution with a mean grain size of 45 nm. A maximum elongation of 605% was observed at 723 K and a strain rate of 1.67×10-3s-1 by tensile test. Superplastic bulging tests were subsequently performed using dies with diameters of 1 mm and 5 mm respectively based on the optimal superplastic forming temperature. The effects of forming temperature and gas pressure on bulging process were experimentally investigated. The results indicated that ZrO2/Ni nanocomposite samples can be readily bulged at 723 K with H/d value (defined as dome apex height over the die diameter) larger than 0.5, indicating that the nanocomposite has good bulging ability. SEM and TEM were used to examine the microstructure of the as-deposited and bulged samples. The observations showed that significant grain coarsening occurs during superplastic bulging, and the microstructure is found to depend on the forming temperature. 展开更多

The Ni/ZrO2 was used as raw materials to fabricate the surface infiltrated composite layer with 1-4 mm thickness on cast steel substrate through vacuum infiltrated casting technology. The microstructure indicated that the infiltrated composite layer included surface composite layer and transition layer. Wear property was investigated under room temperature and 450 ~C. The results indicated that the abrasion volume of substrate was 8 times that of the infiltrated composite layer at room temperature. The friction coefficient of infiltrated composite layer decreased with the increasing load. The wear resistance of infiltrated composite layer with different ZrO2 contents had been improved obviously under high temperature. The friction coefficient of infiltrated composite layer was decreased comparing with that at room temperature. The oxidation, abrasive and fatigue abrasion was the main wear mechanism at room temperature. Oxidation abrasion, fatigue wear and adhesive wear dominated the wearin~ process under elevated temperature. 展开更多

A Y2O3 particle enhanced Ni/TiC composite coating was fabricated in-situ on a TC4 Ti alloy by laser surface cladding. The phase component, microstructure, composition distribution and properties of the composite layer were investigated. The composite layer has graded microstructures and compositions, due to the fast melting followed by rapid solidification and cooling during laser cladding. The TiC powders are completely dissolved into the melted layer during melting and segregated as fine dendrites when solidified. The size of TiC dendrites decreases with increasing depth. Y2O3 fine particles distribute in the whole clad layer. The Y2O3 particle enhanced Ni/TiC composite layer has a quite uniform hardness along depth with a maximum value of HV1380, which is 4 times higher than the initial hardness. The wear resistance of the Ti alloy is significantly improved after laser cladding due to the high hardness of the composite coating. 展开更多

To improve the oxidation resistance of carbon/carbon (C/C) composites in air at high temperatures, a SiC- MoSi2/ZrO2-MoSi2 coating was prepared on the surface of C/C composites by pack cementation and slurry method. The microstructures and phase compositions of the coated C/C composites were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction, respectively. The result shows that the SiC-MoSi2/ZrO2-MoSi2 coating is dense and crack-free with a thickness of 250-300 μm. The preparation and the high temperature oxidation property of the coated composites were investigated. The as-received coating has excellent oxidation protection ability and can protect C/C composites from oxidation for 260 h at 1773 K in air. The excellent anti-oxidation performance of the coating is considered to come from the formation of ZrSiO4, which improves the stability of the coating at high temperatures. 展开更多

ZrO2/TiO2 composite photocatalytic film was produced on the pure titanium substrate using in-situ Zr(OH)4 colloidal particle by the micro-arc oxidation technique and characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) spectrophotometer. The composite film shows a lamellar and porous structure which consists of anatase, futile and ZrO2 phases. The optical absorption edge of film is shifted to longer wavelength when ZrO2 is introduced to TiO2. Furthermore, the photocatalytic reaction rate constants of degradation of rhodamine B solution with ZrO2/TiO2 composite film and pure TiO2 film under ultraviolet irradiation are measured as 0.0442 and 0.0186 h 1, respectively. 展开更多

Composite powder prepared of calcium oxide stabilzed ZrO2(CSZ) and NiCr by vacuum sintering is studied,and the effect of additive TiO2 on its properties is discussed. The morphology and phases of the powder were measured and determined by SEM. EPMA, XRD methods and the testing of flowability, bulk density and microhard-ness. The results show that the metallic components in the powder are in homogeneous distribution , the flowability, bulk density and microhardness are superior to the ZrO2-NiCr powder prepared by mechanically mixing. All components in the coating made of the composite powder are well-distributed because of avoiding segregation in the middle of mixing. It proves that the composite powder is an excellent material for plasma spraying. 展开更多

为了提高船舶轴类零件常用钢45钢的耐磨损和耐腐蚀性能,提高其在恶劣环境下的使用寿命,利用激光熔覆技术在45钢基体表面成功制备了不同CeO_(2)含量的Ni基-TiC复合涂层。通过SEM、EDS、XRD、显微硬度计、摩擦磨损仪及电化学工作站研究了C... 为了提高船舶轴类零件常用钢45钢的耐磨损和耐腐蚀性能,提高其在恶劣环境下的使用寿命,利用激光熔覆技术在45钢基体表面成功制备了不同CeO_(2)含量的Ni基-TiC复合涂层。通过SEM、EDS、XRD、显微硬度计、摩擦磨损仪及电化学工作站研究了CeO_(2)含量对涂层微观组织和性能的影响。结果表明:不含稀土的涂层物相主要为γ-(Fe, Ni)固溶体和TiC、Fe_(3)C、Cr_(7)C_(3)碳化物,当添加CeO_(2)后,涂层中出现了CeNiSi_(2)、Ce_(2)Ni_(22)C_(3)等新相。添加适量CeO_(2)有助于细化涂层晶粒,使其组织更均匀,进而提升涂层的显微硬度和耐磨性,同时减少腐蚀倾向,使其在3.5%NaCl溶液中表现出更好的耐腐蚀性能。但加入过多的CeO_(2)会使涂层中碳化物分解,导致涂层的显微硬度和耐磨性降低,同时涂层因形成Ce-Ti-O等夹杂物易发生点蚀,耐腐蚀性能降低。本研究可为恶劣海洋环境下船舶关键零件复合涂层的稀土改性提供理论依据。 展开更多

沼气蒸汽重整是重要的制氢方式,开发高效稳定的催化剂是其规模化应用的重要环节。基于此,采用连续浸渍法制备了一系列基于ZrO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)复合载体的Ni基催化剂,对其进行了沼气蒸汽重整制氢催化性能测试。利用N_(2)吸/脱附、XRD等... 沼气蒸汽重整是重要的制氢方式,开发高效稳定的催化剂是其规模化应用的重要环节。基于此,采用连续浸渍法制备了一系列基于ZrO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)复合载体的Ni基催化剂,对其进行了沼气蒸汽重整制氢催化性能测试。利用N_(2)吸/脱附、XRD等表征方法,分析了催化剂的织构性质、晶相组成等。探究了催化剂的物理结构和化学性质对沼气蒸汽重整制氢的影响机制,并探讨了焙烧温度与金属助剂Fe对催化剂催化性能的影响。结果表明,在700°C、空速12000 h^(-1)条件下,焙烧温度为550°C制得的Ni/ZrO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)表现出突出的催化性能,CH_(4)转化率和H_(2)产率分别稳定在89.94%和81.49%。ZrO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)复合载体相比于Al_(2)O_(3)载体增大了催化剂的比表面积,促进了平均粒径较小的Ni在载体表面的高度分散,进而提高了催化剂的催化沼气蒸汽重整制氢性能。焙烧温度可以调控催化剂的比表面积和孔体积,焙烧温度为550°C制得的Ni/ZrO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)的比表面积和孔体积比焙烧温度为700°C制得的Ni/ZrO_(2)-Al_(2)O_(3)大。Fe与ZrO_(2)的耦合改性提升了催化剂的还原性能,生成了更多高活性Ni^(0),有利于甲烷干重整制氢反应的发生,调控了气体产物中的n_(H_(2))/n_(CO)。 展开更多

The growing global demands of safe, low-cost and high working voltage energy storage devices trigger strong interests in novel battery concepts beyond state-of-art lithium-ion battery. Herein, a dualion battery based on nanostructured Ni_3S_2/Ni foam@RGO(NSNR) composite anode is developed, utilizing graphite as cathode material and LiPF6-VC-based solvent as electrolyte. The battery operates at high working voltage of 4.2–4.5 V, with superior discharge capacity of ~90 m A h g^(-1) at 100 mA g^(-1), outstanding rate performance, and long-term cycling stability over 500 cycles with discharge capacity retention of ~85.6%. Moreover, the composite simultaneously acts as the anode material and the current collector, and the corrosion phenomenon can be greatly reduced compared to metallic Al anode. Thus, this work represents a significant step forward for practical safe, low-cost and high working voltage dual-ion batteries,showing attractive potential for future energy storage application. 展开更多

Due to the highly porous structure,large specific surface area,and 3 D interconnected metal conductive network,nanoporous metal foams have attracted a lot of attention in the field of energy conversion and storage,especially lithium-ion batteries,which are ideal for current collectors.In this work,we develop a facile approach to fabricate core-shell Ni3Se2/Ni nanofoams composites.The Ni3Se2/Ni composites make full use of both the advantages of metal conductive network and core-shell structure,resulting in a high capacity and superior rate performance.In addition,the composites can be directly converted into electrode by a simple mechanical compression,which is more convenient than traditional casting method.What’s more,this material and its structure can be extended to other devices in the field of energy conversion and storage. 展开更多

The effect of current and Ti3Si(AI)C2 concentration in the solution on the composition, grain size, preferred orientation and surface morphology of the electrodeposited coatings were investigated. (200)-oriented Ni coatings could be deposited at high current (62.5 mA), while (220)-oriented Ni coatings could be obtained at low current (25 mA). However, the presence of Ti3Si(Al)C2 particles disturbed the surface texture of Ni crystallites in the composite coatings. Based on the simulated morphology and the observed microstructure, the mechanisms for the change of preferred orientation and crystallite shapes in the presence of Ti3Si(Al)C2 particles were discussed. Moreover, microhardness and friction properties of pure nickel and Ni/Ti3Si(Al)C2 composite coatings were also compared. 展开更多

A lead-free solder composite was prepared by adding ZrO2 nanopowders in eutectic Sn-Ag alloy. Microstrucrural features and microhardness properties of those solders with different ZrO2 nanopowder fraction were examined. Results indicate that the addition of ZrO2 nanopowders reduced the size of β-Sn grains and restrained the formation of bulk Ag3Sn intermetallic compounds (IMCs) due to the adsorption effect of the ZrO2 particles. The Vicker's hardness of the obtained lead-free solder composites fits well with the HalI-Petch relationship. The refinement of β-Sn grains favors to improve the microhardness of composite solders. 展开更多

Synthesis of ZrO_2-SiC Composite by Carbothermal Reduction of Zircon 被引量:1

Zircon (mesh size ≤ 44μm ) and carbon black (mesh size ≤30μm ) were used as the starting materials, weighed with re(zircon) : re(carbon black) of 100 : 20 and mixed fully. The specimens with the diameter of 20ram and length of 5ram were prepared by pressing at 100 MPa, then dried at 120℃ for 12h, put into a furnace with 1. 5L ·min^-1 argon gas and fired at 1450℃, 1500℃, 1550℃, 1600℃ and 1650℃ for 4h, respectively. The chemical composition, phase composition and microstructure of the specimens were studied by chemical analysis, X-ray diffraction and scanning electronic microscope, and the carbothermal reduction reaction process was discussed by thermodynamic analysis. The results showed that the ZrO2-SiC composite could be synthesized by carbothermal reduction reaction using zircon and carbon black as the starting materials in argon atmosphere. The composite with different composition was obtained by controlling the firing temperature and partial pressure of CO gas. The proper temperature to synthesize ZrO2-SiC composite was 1600℃ in this experiment. 展开更多

The high temperature oxidation resistance of RE Ni W B B 4C MoS 2 composite coating, the effects of electrodeposition conditions on the morphologies of the coating and the effect of heat treatment temperature on its hardness, abrasion resistance and phase structure were investigated by using scanning electron microscope(SEM), X ray diffractometer, microhardness tester and abrasion machine. The results show that the oxidation degree of RE Ni W B B 4C MoS 2 composite coating is small when the temperature is lower than 700 ℃, but it increases sharply when the temperature is higher than 700 ℃. The hardness of RE Ni W B B 4C MoS 2 composite coating increases with increasing heat treatment temperature, it comes up to the maximum value at 400 ℃,but it decreases gradually if the temperature rises continuously. The most favourable abrasion resistance was attained after RE Ni W B B 4C MoS 2 composite coating being heat treated at 400 ℃. Without heat treating, it is mainly amorphous and partially crystallized, but wholly crystallized after being heat treated at 500 ℃. RE in the composite coating is in the form of CeO 2 and additions of CeO 2 and B 4C can enhance the thermostability of RE Ni W B B 4C MoS 2 composite coating. 展开更多

One-dimensional and quasi-one-dimensional nanostructure materials are promising building blocks for electromagnetic devices and nanosystems.In this work,the composite Ni0.5Zn0.5Fe2O4(NZFO)/ Pb(Zr0.52Ti0.48)O3(PZT) nanofibers with average diameters about 65 nm are prepared by electrospinning from poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP) and metal salts.The precursor composite NZFO/PZT/PVP nanofibers and the subsequent calcined NZFO/PZT nanofibers are investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT- IR) ,X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The magnetic properties for nanofibers are measured by vibrating sample magnetometer(VSM).The NZFO/PZT nanofibers obtained at calcination temperature of 900 °C for 2 h consist of the ferromagnetic spinel NZFO and ferroelectric perovskite PZT phases,which are constructed from about 37 nm NZFO and 17 nm PZT grains.The saturation magnetization of these NZFO/PZT nanofibers increases with increasing calcination temperature and contents of NZFO in the composite. 展开更多
