Laser powder bed fusion(LPBF)is highly suitable for forming 18Ni300 mold steel,thanks to its excellent capability in manufacturing complex shapes and outstanding capacity for regulating microstructures.It is widely used in fields such as injection molding,die casting,and stamping dies.Adding reinforcing particles into steel is an effective means to improve its performance.Nb/18Ni300 composites were fabricated by LPBF using two kinds of Nb powders with different particle sizes,and their microstructures and properties were studied.The results show that the unmelted Nb particles are uniformly distributed in the 18Ni300 matrix and the grains are refined,which is particularly pronounced with fine Nb particles.In addition,element diffusion occurs between the particles and the matrix.The main phases of the base alloy are α-Fe and a small amount of γ-Fe.With the addition of Nb,part of the α-Fe is transformed into γ-Fe,and unmelted Nb phases appear.The addition of Nb also enhances the hardness and wear resistance of the composites but slightly reduces their tensile properties.After aging treatment,the molten pools and grain boundaries become blurred,grains are further refined,and the interfaces around the particles are thinned.The aging treatment also promotes the formation of reverted austenite.The hardness,ultimate tensile strength,and volumetric wear rate of the base alloy reach 51.9 HRC,1704 MPa,and 17.8×10^(-6) mm^(3)/(N·m),respectively.In contrast,the sample added with fine Nb particles has the highest hardness(56.1 HRC),ultimate tensile strength(1892 MPa)and yield strength(1842 MPa),and the volume wear rate of the sample added with coarse Nb particles is reduced by 90%to 1.7×10^(-6) mm^(3)/(N·m). 展开更多

The microstructural evolution of Cu−19Ni−6Cr−7Mn alloy during aging treatment was investigated.After aging for 120 min at 500℃,the alloy exhibited excellent mechanical properties,including a tensile strength of 978 MPa and an elastic modulus of 145.8 GPa.After aging for 240 min at 500℃,the elastic modulus of the alloy reached 149.5 GPa,which was among the highest values reported for Cu alloys.It was worth mentioning that the tensile strength increased rapidly from 740 to 934 MPa after aging for 5 min at 500℃,which was close to the maximum tensile strength(978 MPa).Analysis of the underlying strengthening mechanisms and phase transformation behavior revealed that the Cu−19Ni−6Cr−7Mn alloy underwent spinodal decomposition and DO_(22) ordering during the first 5 min of aging at 500℃,and L1_(2) ordered phases and bcc-Cr precipitates appeared.Therefore,the enhanced mechanical properties of the Cu−19Ni−6Cr−7Mn alloy can be attributed to the stress field generated by spinodal decomposition and the presence of nanoscale ordered phase and Cr precipitates. 展开更多

The Sn−2Al filler metal was utilized to bond W90 tungsten heavy alloys by the ultrasonic-assisted coating technology in atmospheric environment at 250℃.The effects of ultrasonic power and ultrasonic time on microstructure and interfacial strength of Sn−2Al/W90 interface were investigated.The ultrasound improved the wettability of Sn−2Al filler metal on W90 surface.As the ultrasonic power increased and ultrasonic time increased,the size of Al phase in seam decreased.The maximum value of Sn−2Al/W90 interfacial strength reached 30.1 MPa.Based on the acoustic pressure simulation and bubble dynamics,the intensity of cavitation effect was proportional to ultrasonic power.The generated high temperature and high pressure by cavitation effect reached 83799.6 K and 1.26×10^(14) Pa,respectively. 展开更多

Different effects of eastern and central Pacific El Niño events on the surface shortwave radiation over southern China in winter

This study investigates the distinct impacts of eastern Pacific(EP)and central Pacific(CP)El Niño events on winter shortwave solar radiation(SSR)in southern China,revealing different spatial distributions and underlying mechanisms.The results show that,during the developing winter of EP El Niño,significant SSR reductions occur in southwestern China and the east coast of southern China due to a strong,zonally extended Northwest Pacific anticyclone that transports moisture from the tropical Northwest Pacific and North Indian Ocean,while the northeast of southern China experiences a weak increase in SSR.In contrast,during the developing winter of CP El Niño,SSR decreases in the east of southern China with a significant decrease in the lower basin of the Yangtze River but an increase in the west of southern China with a remarkable increase in eastern Yunnan.The pronounced east-west dipole pattern in SSR anomalies is driven by a meridionally elongated Northwest Pacific anticyclone,which enhances northward moisture transport to the east of southern China while leaving western areas drier.Further research reveals that distinct moisture anomalies during the developing winter of EP and CP events result in divergent SSR distributions across southern China,primarily through modulating the total cloud cover.These findings highlight the critical need to differentiate between El Niño types when predicting medium and long-term variability of radiation in southern China. 展开更多

The influence of Hf on the precipitation behavior of γ'phase and the subsequent tensile properties of a Ni-Cr-Mo alloy after long-term thermal exposure was investigated.The results reveal that the addition of Hf increases the average diameter ofγ'phases after thermal exposure at 700℃ for 5000 h,which enhances the critical resolved shear stress required for dislocations to shear the γ'phases in the Ni-Cr-Mo alloy.Simultaneously,element Hf incorporated into the γ'phases increases the lattice mismatch between the γ'and γ phase,thereby strengthening the coherency strengthening effect.These two factors collectively contribute to the enhanced strength of the alloy.Thus,Hf alloying effectively improves the yield strength of the Ni-Cr-Mo alloy after thermal exposure at 700℃. 展开更多

【目的】碳钢因其较差的抗氧化性能,在高温工况下的使用受到了严格限制。Ni-Al金属间化合物由于具有较高的熔点和较好的高温抗氧化性能,在实际工业领域应用众多。针对含有Ni-Al金属间化合物的涂层,研究其高温抗氧化涂层的进一步应用,提... 【目的】碳钢因其较差的抗氧化性能,在高温工况下的使用受到了严格限制。Ni-Al金属间化合物由于具有较高的熔点和较好的高温抗氧化性能,在实际工业领域应用众多。针对含有Ni-Al金属间化合物的涂层,研究其高温抗氧化涂层的进一步应用,提高碳钢的高温使用寿命,拟在碳钢表面制备Ni-Al反应改性涂层。【方法】采用超音速火焰喷涂在碳钢基体上制备Ni-WC涂层,随后在其上利用电弧喷涂制备Al涂层,在800℃不同时间扩散处理下使得涂层内的Ni-Al发生反应,以得到金属间化合物并增强其高温抗氧化性能。通过记录氧化增重曲线测试涂层的高温抗氧化性能。【结果】在高温氧化过程中Al/Ni-WC复合涂层在Al/Ni界面处原位生成了富铝的Ni-Al金属间化合物。Al/Ni-WC涂层经800℃扩散处理过程中,首先形成富Al的NiAl 3,且其表面Al原子与大气中的氧原子反应形成了Al_(2)O_(3)。随着反应时间的延长,在Al/Ni界面形成的NiAl 3相转变为抗高温氧化能力更优异的Ni_(2)Al_(3)相,两种Ni-Al金属间化合物本身具有高熔点和高温抗氧化性能,且在Al/Ni-WC复合涂层表面形成的Al_(2)O_(3)减缓了氧原子的扩散过程。Al/Ni-WC复合涂层试件的扩散层厚度随着扩散处理时间的延长呈现类似线性增长趋势。经800℃扩散处理后,Al/Ni-WC涂层中NiAl 3层的增厚速率较快,且在加热10 h后原位反应生成了更厚的Ni_(2)Al_(3)层。经800℃扩散处理20 h后,经过原位反应得到了比NiAl 3层稍厚一些的Ni_(2)Al_(3)层。由于Ni_(2)Al_(3)层熔点更高且更稳定,因而经过800℃扩散处理后的Al/Ni-WC涂层具有更好的高温抗氧化能力。经900℃/50 h扩散处理后的Al/Ni-WC涂层经循环氧化后存在陶瓷相Al_(2)O_(3)、WC和NiAl相,在陶瓷相和NiAl相的共同作用下呈现较好的高温抗氧化性能。测得不同扩散时间下Al/Ni-WC涂层的扩散层厚度,得到了Ni和Al之间的扩散关系式,其扩散反应动力指数为0.79045,复合涂层对碳钢基体的保护作用明显提高。【结论】在氧化过程中形成的Ni-Al金属间化合物、Al_(2)O_(3)膜与涂层中原有WC相的共同作用下碳钢基体的高温抗氧化性能得到了明显提升。通过氧化增重实验可知,在Ni层中增加陶瓷相以后,金属-陶瓷复合涂层的高温抗氧化能力明显优于碳钢基体,因而对碳钢基体的保护效果更好。 展开更多

本文基于磁热效应的绿色磁制冷技术,并以Ni-Mn-Ga Heusler合金为对象,系统地探索其作为磁制冷工质的潜力.为阐明富Mn成分对合金磁性与磁热性能的调控机制,采用第一性原理计算与蒙特卡罗模拟相结合的多尺度方法,重点分析Mn原子分别占据Ni... 本文基于磁热效应的绿色磁制冷技术,并以Ni-Mn-Ga Heusler合金为对象,系统地探索其作为磁制冷工质的潜力.为阐明富Mn成分对合金磁性与磁热性能的调控机制,采用第一性原理计算与蒙特卡罗模拟相结合的多尺度方法,重点分析Mn原子分别占据Ni与Ga位时,对合金微观结构、原子磁矩、交换作用及宏观磁热行为的影响.结果表明, Mn占位方式对磁性能具有关键调控作用:Mn占据Ni位会降低总磁矩与居里温度,并减小磁熵变;而Mn占据Ga位则显著提升总磁矩与磁熵变,其中Ni_(8)Mn_(7)Ga_(1)合金在2 T磁场下的最大磁熵变高达2.32 J·kg^(-1)·K^(-1),远高于化学计量比Ni_(8)Mn_(4)Ga_(4)合金.态密度与交换作用分析进一步表明, Mn含量变化可调控其在费米能级附近的电子结构,优化轨道杂化与铁磁交换作用,影响磁相变行为.临界指数分析显示合金中磁相互作用具有长程特性,并随成分变化趋近于平均场行为.本工作从微观层面建立了“成分-结构-磁性-磁热性能”之间的构效关系,为设计高性能、低滞后磁制冷材料提供了理论依据. 展开更多

面向Ni-SiC纳米镀层耐磨性能预测的GA-BP神经网络模型

Ni-SiC纳米镀层的耐磨性能与其制备工艺参数之间存在复杂的非线性关系,需要具有很强的非线性拟合能力,才能捕捉输入参数与耐磨性能之间的复杂关系,在进行模型求解时可避免陷入局部最优而降低预测精度。为此,提出遗传算法-反向传播(Genetic Algorithm-Backpropagation,GA-BP)神经网络模型,对Ni-SiC纳米镀层的耐磨性能预测方法展开研究。选用50 mm×50 mm×5 mm 304不锈钢板材作为基体材料进行预处理,使用电镀液配方对镀液进行配置;采用恒电流脉冲电镀模式完成复合电镀,并利用多功能摩擦磨损试验机进行耐磨性能试验;构建基于BP神经网络的Ni-SiC纳米镀层耐磨性能预测模型,并引入遗传算法对BP神经网络模型的阈值和权值展开寻优,将磨损量作为模型输出,实现Ni-SiC纳米镀层的耐磨性能预测。试验表明,利用本文方法获取的磨损量预测值与磨损量真实值之间的误差最大仅为0.2 mg,预测后的R^(2)为0.988,预测结果的拟合优度较高,应用效果较好。 展开更多

The discovery of high-temperature superconductivity in bilayer nickelate La_(3)Ni_(2)O_(7)under high-pressure conditions has spurred extensive efforts to stabilize superconductivity at ambient pressure.Recently,the realization of superconductivity in compressively strained La_(3)Ni_(2)O_(7)thin films grown on the SrLaAlO_(4)substrates,with a T_(c)exceeding 40 K,represents a significant step toward this goal.Here,we investigate the influence of film thickness and carrier doping on the electronic structure of La_(3)Ni_(2)O_(7)thin films,ranging from 0.5 to 3 unit cells,using first-principles calculations.For a 2 unit-cell film with an optimal doping concentration of 0.3 hole per formula unit(0.15 hole/Ni),the Ni-d_(z^(2))interlayer bonding state crosses the Fermi level,resulting in the formation ofγpockets at the Fermi surface.These findings align with angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy experimental data.Our results provide theoretical validation for the recent experimental discovery of ambient-pressure superconductivity in La_(3)Ni_(2)O_(7)thin films and underscore the significant impact of film thickness and carrier doping on electronic property modulation. 展开更多

通过改变Ni与Co元素含量,在高纯度氩气氛下真空电弧熔炼制备得到Ni_(50-x)Cr_(20)Fe_(20)Al_(10)Co_(x)(x=0,5,10,at%,对应的合金分别简记为Co0、Co5和Co10)合金锭。利用热力学计算和分子动力学模拟分析Co对合金层错能的影响,利用XRD、... 通过改变Ni与Co元素含量,在高纯度氩气氛下真空电弧熔炼制备得到Ni_(50-x)Cr_(20)Fe_(20)Al_(10)Co_(x)(x=0,5,10,at%,对应的合金分别简记为Co0、Co5和Co10)合金锭。利用热力学计算和分子动力学模拟分析Co对合金层错能的影响,利用XRD、SEM和TEM等分析合金的析出相形貌,并测试了合金的拉伸性能。结果表明,Co含量的增加和Ni/Co比的降低,明显降低合金的层错能,进而为合金的塑性变形行为提供更多的强化因子。时效热处理促使合金内部析出少量的BCC相沉淀物和高体积分数含量的L12相纳米颗粒,这些促使合金表现出优异的强塑性结合。该体系合金在室温条件下表现出优异的综合力学性能。Co5合金时效态的力学性能最佳,屈服强度约为685 MPa、抗拉强度约为1326 MPa、断后伸长率约为24%。Co5合金展现出优异的加工硬化能力,在真应变为1%~9%范围内保持了3400 MPa的稳态应变硬化率。 展开更多

为克服常规镍基钎料钎焊不锈钢接头易形成脆性硼化物的缺点,进一步提升接头的力学性能,本工作提出了在BNi-2镍基钎料中引入少量Cu的方法,以抑制接头中脆性硼化物的形成。分别采用BNi-2钎料和Cu改性的BNi-2钎料对304不锈钢进行真空钎焊,... 为克服常规镍基钎料钎焊不锈钢接头易形成脆性硼化物的缺点,进一步提升接头的力学性能,本工作提出了在BNi-2镍基钎料中引入少量Cu的方法,以抑制接头中脆性硼化物的形成。分别采用BNi-2钎料和Cu改性的BNi-2钎料对304不锈钢进行真空钎焊,研究了保温时间、钎焊温度与BNi-2钎料中Cu含量对钎缝组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明,对于BNi-2钎料,随着保温时间的延长和钎焊温度的升高,钎缝中心的硼化物含量减少,但母材中的沿晶扩散硼化物增加,扩散距离也随之延长。添加质量分数1%Cu的BNi-2钎料接头,成功抑制了钎缝中心硼化物的生成,接头剪切强度为(713.9±16.4) MPa,相比BNi-2钎料接头提高了19%,接头断裂在母材/钎缝界面,断裂方式为韧性断裂。添加质量分数5%Cu的BNi-2钎料接头,钎缝中心重新析出硼化物,接头剪切强度下降,同时呈现韧性断裂与脆性断裂结合的断裂方式。 展开更多

Multistage heat treatment involving quenching(Q),lamellarizing(L),and tempering(T)is applied to marine 10Ni5CrMoV steel.The microstructure and mechanical properties were studied by multiscale characterizations,and the kinetics of reverse austenite transformation,strain hardening behavior,and toughening mechanism were further investigated.The lamellarized specimens possess low yield strength but high toughness,especially cryogenic toughness.Lamellarization leads to the development of film-like reversed austenite at the martensite block and lath boundaries,refining the martensite structure and lowering the equivalent grain size.Kinetic analysis of austenite reversion based on the JMAK model shows that the isothermal transformation is dominated by the growth of reversed austenite,and the maximum transformation of reversed austenite is reached at the peak temperature(750℃).The strain hardening behavior based on the modified Crussard-Jaoul analysis indicates that the reversed austenite obtained from lamellarization reduces the proportion of martensite,significantly hindering crack propagation via martensitic transformation during the deformation.As a consequence,the QLT specimens exhibit high machinability and low yield strength.Compared with the QT specimen,the ductile-brittle transition temperature of the QLT specimens decreases from-116 to-130℃due to the low equivalent grain size and reversed austenite,which increases the cleavage force required for crack propagation and absorbs the energy of external load,respectively.This work provides an idea to improve the cryogenic toughness of marine 10Ni5CrMoV steel and lays a theoretical foundation for its industrial application and comprehensive performance improvement. 展开更多

Ni−Co−C alloy coatings with exceptional properties were fabricated via electrodeposition using an ammonium oxalate−ammonium citrate system.The optimized coatings exhibited dense crystallization with a distinct granular surface,where large particles were covered with nanoscale clusters.Additionally,C atoms primarily existed within the coatings as a solid solution,maintaining the FCC structures.Compared to binary Ni−Co coatings,the Ni−Co−C alloy coatings exhibited significantly improved hardness,wear resistance,and adhesion strength,which could be attributed to the potential strengthening effect of the C atoms.Specifically,the introduction of C atoms optimized the local charge density and electron distribution in the alloy,transforming local weak ionic bonds into strong covalent interactions,thereby enhancing the bonding capability between the corresponding atoms in the NiCo bulk. 展开更多
