BACKGROUND Recently,Olympus Corporation released new scopes(XZ1200/EZ1500).However,there have been few reports on this topic,although improvement in adenoma detection rate(ADR)by texture and color enhancement imaging(...BACKGROUND Recently,Olympus Corporation released new scopes(XZ1200/EZ1500).However,there have been few reports on this topic,although improvement in adenoma detection rate(ADR)by texture and color enhancement imaging(TXI)or computer-aided detection system(CAD)has been reported.AIM To investigate the effects of the scope on the detection of adenomas and sessile serrated lesions(SSLs).METHODS The subjects were patients who underwent pancolonic chromoendoscopy using the EVIS X1 video system center between May 2023 and October 2024.The patients were divided into the new(CF-XZ1200/CF-EZ1500)and 290 series(CF-HQ290Z/PCF-H290Z)groups.Propensity score matching was performed for age,sex,examination purpose,endoscopist,preparation,TXI use,and CAD use.The effects of the scope were analyzed in terms of the ADR,SSL detection rate(SDR),and mean number of adenomas per colonoscopy(APC).RESULTS Of the 7014 patients enrolled,2138 pairs were extracted by propensity score matching(mean age 55.4 years,45.5%male).The new scopes group had a significantly higher ADR than the 290 series group[51.5%vs 45.5%,odds ratio(OR)=1.27,95%CI:1.13-1.43,P<0.001].Similarly,the new scopes group had significantly higher SDR(7.8%vs 5.7%,OR=1.41,95%CI:1.11-1.80,P=0.005)and APC(0.90 vs 0.76,OR=1.11,95%CI:1.05-1.17,P<0.001)than the 290 series group.CONCLUSION In conclusion,the new scope(CF-XZ1200/CF-EZ1500)enhanced the detection of adenomas and SSLs compared to the old ones(290 series).展开更多

In order to adapt to these changes, a new gen-eration of hot strip cooling control system after rolling was developed based on the UFC basic principle. The system can not only accomplish temperature of UFC delivery side, coiling temperature, cooling rate, etc, and multi-objective accuracy control, but also offer more flexibility and new attractive possibilities in terms of cooling pattern on the run-out table, which could be of prime importance for the production of some difficult steels. In addition, through the time-velocity-distance （TVD） profile prediction combined with speed feed-forward control and coiling temperature feedback control, the coiling temperature control precision can be effectively improved during accelerative rolling in the system. Three key techniques used in this system have been discussed. First, a combined co-phase traction power supply system is applied at traction substations for compensating negative sequence current and eliminating phase splits at exits of substations; design method and procedure for this system are presented. Second, a new bilateral traction power supply technology is proposed to eliminate the phase split at section post and reduce the influence of equalizing current on the power grid. Meanwhile, power factor should be adjusted to ensure a proper voltage level of the traction network. Third, a seg- mental power supply technology of traction network is used to divide the power supply arms into several segments, and the synchronous measurement and control technology is applied to diagnose faults and their locations quickly and accurately. Based on national and international literature review, this paper estimates and compares the GHG emission factors of traditional thermal power generation and new energy power generation technologies in China with the LCA approach. The GHG mitigation potential of new energy power generation technologies as substitution for traditional thermal power generation in China was evaluated, according to the objectives of new energy power generation of the national development planning. The results show that the GHG emission factors of new energy power generation axe much lower than that of traditional thermal power generation even with LCA accounting, and the GHG mitigation potential of new energy substitution is huge.展开更多

文摘At present,the academic researches on moral choices focus mainly on the individuals’external behaviors,without fully considering the influences of the individuals’internal psychological factors.Based on the model of complete information static games in the Non-cooperative Game theory,the present research has designed a“Red and Blue Experiment”to explore the psychological influencing factors of the new generation employees’moral choices.The research has conducted psychoanalysis on the new generation employees through experiments and interviews with 118 data sources,and concluded the characteristics in relation to the different stages of psychological processes and moral choices of the experimental population.Through comparative analysis,it is found that:the psychological factors,such as trust,doubt,and guilt will influence the new generation employees’moral choices,guiding them to make choices,such as risk aversion and mutual benefit and win-win,in the process.Additionally,the research has also provided effective scientific evidence for the new generation employees’mental health development and career planning.

文摘The pressure effect on the crystalline structure of the I-II- V semiconductor Li（Zn,Mn）As ferromagnet is studied using in situ high-pressure x-ray diffraction and diamond anvil cell techniques. A phase transition starting at -11.6GPa is found. The space group of the high-pressure new phase is proposed as Pmca. Fitting with the Birch-Murnaghan equation of state, the bulk modulus B0 and its pressure derivative B0 of the ambient pressure structure with space group of F43m are B0 = 75.4 GPa and B0 = 4.3, respectively.

文摘From the perspective of life cycle assessment （LCA）, the development, construction, and operation of all kinds of new energy power generation technologies release greenhouse gas （GHG） emissions. This sparks concerns about the lowcarbon nature of the new energy power generation technologies. Based on national and international literature review, this paper estimates and compares the GHG emission factors of traditional thermal power generation and new energy power generation technologies in China with the LCA approach. The GHG mitigation potential of new energy power generation technologies as substitution for traditional thermal power generation in China was evaluated, according to the objectives of new energy power generation of the national development planning. The results show that the GHG emission factors of new energy power generation axe much lower than that of traditional thermal power generation even with LCA accounting, and the GHG mitigation potential of new energy substitution is huge.
文摘The citizenization of the new generation of migrant workers is the only way to promote China’s urbanization.Based on the development status of the new generation of migrant workers,this paper summarizes the difficulties encountered in the four aspects of employment,housing,social security and the education of migrant workers'children in the process of citizenization,finally explores four innovative ways of citizenization of the new generation of migrant workers,such as,strengthening vocational skills training to improve the employment quality of the new generation of migrant workers,improving the housing security mechanism to ensure that they have a place to live,improving the social security system to safeguard that they can be treated for their illnesses and the elderly,improving the distribution of educational resources to promote fair education for the children of them.
文摘This paper introduces a launch vehicle scheme for the new generation of cryogenic and quick-launch launch vehicle(LM-6). The main technical innovations of LM-6 launch vehicle include the capability of twenty satellites launched by one vehicle, high-pressure staged combustion cycle engine and oxygen tank self-pressurization, sandwich bulkhead tank with 200 K temperature difference, and 7-day quick-launch using the "three horizontals" test and launch mode with integral transportation and erection. The future development of the quick-launch launch vehicle is predicted based upon the need for vehicle mission coverage improvement, better response speed, and stronger market competiveness.
文摘Since the 21^(st)century,great attention has been paid to ultra fast cooling(UFC)technology in the whole world.The industries and the research institutions began to carry out investigations on basic theories and industrial applications.Since 2003,the RAL of Northeastern University has made some progresses on microstructure control theories,understanding of strengthening mechanisms and their industrial applications.In this paper,these achievements since the last Baosteel BAC in 2008 will be reported on the industrialization of UFC,strengthening mechanism,development of new steel grades,and so on.
文摘On June 25, 2016, the Long March 7(LM-7) launch vehicle completed its maiden flight successfully. LM-7, as a new generation of medium and basic launch vehicle based on the design concepts of non-toxic and nonpolluting, was developed for the purpose of launching a cargo spacecraft to the Chinese space station. Based on the experience on launching cargo spacecraft and satellites, LM-7 can be adapted for mainstream satellite launch missions in the future with its characteristics of serialization and continuous optimization. LM-7 is expected to be used to launch manned spacecraft in the future. This paper presents a general review of LM-7 with regard to the general scheme and provides references for the development prospects of a medium launch vehicle series in China.

文摘The correlation of migrant workers and other social problems are studied from the aspects of the concept of"migrant workers"and social discrimination,"new generation"and mobility of social class,and the gender structure of new generation migrant workers.The results show that the"worker"in the"migrant worker"comes from the"work for other people";although the"migrant worker"has the sense of discrimination,it really reflects the survival states of a certain social class;comparing with the first class migrant workers,the new generation migrant workers are the second generation of migrant workers,and their social position has not changed basically.The unfairness of social mobility is included among the"poor second generation","rich second generation"and"officer second generation",which may lead to the hardening of social class and the appear of opposite classes;the new generation migrant workers are subverting their fathers’psychological recognition of"man dominates the outside and the woman dominates the inside"by the imbalanced sex structure,which is characterized by more women and less men.The social problems concerning new generation migrant workers caused by the sex discrepancy are directly related to the construction of the framework which comes up to the human moral and the stable improvement of the whole social ideological and cultural level.
