Agricultural new quality productive forces are the key foundation for realizing high-quality agricultural development.This study constructs the evaluation indicator system of agricultural new quality productive forces...Agricultural new quality productive forces are the key foundation for realizing high-quality agricultural development.This study constructs the evaluation indicator system of agricultural new quality productive forces(ANQPFs)from three dimensions:agricultural laborers,agricultural labor objects,and agricultural labor resources.The equal weight method,entropy method,and CRITIC method are comprehensively applied to measure ANQPFs in China from 2011 to 2021.The Dagum's Gini coefficient,variance decomposition,kernel density estimation,Markov chain,and obstacle degree model are used to analyze regional differences,structural differences,dynamic evolution,and obstacle factors of ANQPFs.The findings show that:(1)There is an upward trend in ANQPFs in the national and the three major regions during the study period,while there are significant differences in ANQPFs by regions,which are characterized by a decreasing distribution from the east to the central,and then to the west.(2)The overall differences in ANQPFs have tended to widen,with inter-regional differences being the main source.(3)Agricultural labor object differences and agricultural labor resource differences are the main structural sources of ANQPFs development differences in China,with agricultural labor resource differences replacing agricultural labor object differences as the top source of ANQPFs differences after 2016.(4)The ANQPFs of the national and three regions show the distribution dynamics of"overall increase,absolute differences widen",and there is the phenomenon of"club convergence"in ANQPFs.(5)The number of Taobao villages,rural entrepreneurial activities,the number of agricultural science and technology patents per capita,and expenditure on agricultural science and technology activities are the main factors obstructing the development of ANQPFs.展开更多

文摘Considering the demands,situations and trends in respect to global climate change,carbon neutrality and energy transition,the achievements and significance of the global green energy transition and the new energy revolution of China are summarized,and the“Energy Triangle”theory is proposed.The research indicates that the energy technology revolution is driving a dual transformation in global energy:the black“shale oil and gas revolution”in North America and the green“new energy revolution”in China.The green energy revolution of China has achieved significant milestones in wind-solar-hydrogen-energy storage technologies,leading the world in photovoltaic and wind power.The country has developed the world's largest,most comprehensive,and competitive new energy innovation,industrial and value chains,along with the largest clean power supply system globally.New quality productive forces represent the green productive forces.The green“new energy revolution”of China has accelerated the transformation of its energy structure and the global shift towards clean energy,promoting a new win-win model for the global green and low-carbon transition.Under the backdrop of a carbon-neutral goal-driven energy transition,the“Energy Triangle”theory within the framework of new quality productive forces explains the correlation and development of energy security,economic growth,and environmental sustainability throughout the evolution from fossil fuels to new energy systems,culminating in an energy revolution.Compared to the global energy resource endowment,the energy resources of China are characterized by abundant coal,limited oil and gas,and unlimited wind and photovoltaic energy.Moving forward,the energy strategies of China will focus on the advancement of technologies to clean coal for carbon emission reduction,increase gas output while stabilizing oil production,increase green energy while enhancing new energy,and achieve intelligent integration.Vigorously developing new energy is an essential step in maintaining the energy security of China,and establishing a carbon-neutral“super energy system”is a necessary choice.It is crucial to enhance the international competitiveness of China in new energy development,promote high-quality energy productive forces,support the country's transition to an“energy power”,and strive for“energy independence”.

文摘In the context of rapid technological development and financial innovation,Digital Finance has become a key driver for enhancing Corporate New Quality Productive Forces.This study empirically examines the impact of Digital Finance on Corporate New Quality Productive Forces using financial data from A-share listed companies in China from 2011 to 2021.The results indicate that Digital Finance significantly enhances Corporate New Quality Productive Forces.Heterogeneity analysis reveals that Digital Finance has a more pronounced effect on non-state-owned enterprises and companies in the central region.Mechanism analysis shows that Digital Finance further promotes Corporate New Quality Productive Forces by reducing management costs,optimizing fixed asset allocation,and increasing patent output.Additionally,the moderation effect test results demonstrate that Digital Infrastructure significantly strengthens the positive relationship between Digital Finance and Corporate New Quality Productive Forces.These findings provide empirical evidence for advancing the development of Digital Finance and Digital Infrastructure,accelerating the formation of Corporate New Quality Productive Forces,and promoting high-quality development.

文摘Agricultural new quality productive forces are the key foundation for realizing high-quality agricultural development.This study constructs the evaluation indicator system of agricultural new quality productive forces(ANQPFs)from three dimensions:agricultural laborers,agricultural labor objects,and agricultural labor resources.The equal weight method,entropy method,and CRITIC method are comprehensively applied to measure ANQPFs in China from 2011 to 2021.The Dagum's Gini coefficient,variance decomposition,kernel density estimation,Markov chain,and obstacle degree model are used to analyze regional differences,structural differences,dynamic evolution,and obstacle factors of ANQPFs.The findings show that:(1)There is an upward trend in ANQPFs in the national and the three major regions during the study period,while there are significant differences in ANQPFs by regions,which are characterized by a decreasing distribution from the east to the central,and then to the west.(2)The overall differences in ANQPFs have tended to widen,with inter-regional differences being the main source.(3)Agricultural labor object differences and agricultural labor resource differences are the main structural sources of ANQPFs development differences in China,with agricultural labor resource differences replacing agricultural labor object differences as the top source of ANQPFs differences after 2016.(4)The ANQPFs of the national and three regions show the distribution dynamics of"overall increase,absolute differences widen",and there is the phenomenon of"club convergence"in ANQPFs.(5)The number of Taobao villages,rural entrepreneurial activities,the number of agricultural science and technology patents per capita,and expenditure on agricultural science and technology activities are the main factors obstructing the development of ANQPFs.
文摘This paper develops an integrated political-economy framework to explain how institutional reforms shape the emergence of New Quality Productive Forces(NQPF)during China’s 15th Five-Year Plan.It argues that two structural constraints—spatial market segmentation and timeinconsistent policy expectations—distort factor allocation,suppress total factor productivity,and delay innovation-driven growth.Drawing on New Institutional Economics and transaction-cost theory,the study demonstrates how unifed-market construction,factor-market modernization,legalised policy commitments,institutional opening-up,and central local incentive realignment jointly reduce transaction costs and stabilise expectations.These reforms form a coherent mechanism through which China can transform institutional advantages into productivity gains.The fndings highlight that NQPF formation is fundamentally an institutional process,requiring predictable,rule-based and nationally integrated governance structures.
文摘Cultivating new agricultural productive forces is an inherent requirement and a key focus for promoting high-quality agricultural development and building a strong agricultural country.Based on panel data from 30 provinces and cities in China's mainland from 2012 to 2022,the entropy method,Dagum Gini coefficient,and Moran's I were used to study the development level of new agricultural productive forces.The results show that:first,the development level of China's new agricultural productive forces has steadily improved,and at the regional level,it shows a decreasing trend in the order of the eastern,central,western,and northeastern regions;second,the degree of inequality in the development of China's new agricultural productive forces has continued to expand,and the inter-regional gap is the main reason for the unbalanced development;third,the development of China's new agricultural productive forces has a positive spatial autocorrelation in space,with a concentrated distribution.Accordingly,policy recommendations are put forward from the perspective of the overall development level and regional difference characteristics of new agricultural productive forces.
