BACKGROUND Recently,Olympus Corporation released new scopes(XZ1200/EZ1500).However,there have been few reports on this topic,although improvement in adenoma detection rate(ADR)by texture and color enhancement imaging(...BACKGROUND Recently,Olympus Corporation released new scopes(XZ1200/EZ1500).However,there have been few reports on this topic,although improvement in adenoma detection rate(ADR)by texture and color enhancement imaging(TXI)or computer-aided detection system(CAD)has been reported.AIM To investigate the effects of the scope on the detection of adenomas and sessile serrated lesions(SSLs).METHODS The subjects were patients who underwent pancolonic chromoendoscopy using the EVIS X1 video system center between May 2023 and October 2024.The patients were divided into the new(CF-XZ1200/CF-EZ1500)and 290 series(CF-HQ290Z/PCF-H290Z)groups.Propensity score matching was performed for age,sex,examination purpose,endoscopist,preparation,TXI use,and CAD use.The effects of the scope were analyzed in terms of the ADR,SSL detection rate(SDR),and mean number of adenomas per colonoscopy(APC).RESULTS Of the 7014 patients enrolled,2138 pairs were extracted by propensity score matching(mean age 55.4 years,45.5%male).The new scopes group had a significantly higher ADR than the 290 series group[51.5%vs 45.5%,odds ratio(OR)=1.27,95%CI:1.13-1.43,P<0.001].Similarly,the new scopes group had significantly higher SDR(7.8%vs 5.7%,OR=1.41,95%CI:1.11-1.80,P=0.005)and APC(0.90 vs 0.76,OR=1.11,95%CI:1.05-1.17,P<0.001)than the 290 series group.CONCLUSION In conclusion,the new scope(CF-XZ1200/CF-EZ1500)enhanced the detection of adenomas and SSLs compared to the old ones(290 series).展开更多

Through this technology, great changes on the run-out table are produced in the strip cooling process. In order to adapt to these changes, a new gen-eration of hot strip cooling control system after rolling was developed based on the UFC basic principle. The system can not only accomplish temperature of UFC delivery side, coiling temperature, cooling rate, etc, and multi-objective accuracy control, but also offer more flexibility and new attractive possibilities in terms of cooling pattern on the run-out table, which could be of prime importance for the production of some difficult steels. In addition, through the time-velocity-distance （TVD） profile prediction combined with speed feed-forward control and coiling temperature feedback control, the coiling temperature control precision can be effectively improved during accelerative rolling in the system. At present, the system has been successfully used in the conventional strip production line and CSP short process production line, and its application effect is perfect.展开更多

Three key techniques used in this system have been discussed. First, a combined co-phase traction power supply system is applied at traction substations for compensating negative sequence current and eliminating phase splits at exits of substations; design method and procedure for this system are presented. Second, a new bilateral traction power supply technology is proposed to eliminate the phase split at section post and reduce the influence of equalizing current on the power grid. Meanwhile, power factor should be adjusted to ensure a proper voltage level of the traction network. Third, a seg- mental power supply technology of traction network is used to divide the power supply arms into several segments, and the synchronous measurement and control technology is applied to diagnose faults and their locations quickly and accurately. Thus, the fault impact can be limited to a min- imum degree. In addition, the economy and reliability of the new generation traction power supply system are analyzed.展开更多

At present,the academic researches on moral choices focus mainly on the individuals’external behaviors,without fully considering the influences of the individuals’internal psychological factors.Based on the model of...At present,the academic researches on moral choices focus mainly on the individuals’external behaviors,without fully considering the influences of the individuals’internal psychological factors.Based on the model of complete information static games in the Non-cooperative Game theory,the present research has designed a“Red and Blue Experiment”to explore the psychological influencing factors of the new generation employees’moral choices.The research has conducted psychoanalysis on the new generation employees through experiments and interviews with 118 data sources,and concluded the characteristics in relation to the different stages of psychological processes and moral choices of the experimental population.Through comparative analysis,it is found that:the psychological factors,such as trust,doubt,and guilt will influence the new generation employees’moral choices,guiding them to make choices,such as risk aversion and mutual benefit and win-win,in the process.Additionally,the research has also provided effective scientific evidence for the new generation employees’mental health development and career planning.展开更多

Based on the experience on launching cargo spacecraft and satellites, LM-7 can be adapted for mainstream satellite launch missions in the future with its characteristics of serialization and continuous optimization. LM-7 is expected to be used to launch manned spacecraft in the future. 文摘The correlation of migrant workers and other social problems are studied from the aspects of the concept of"migrant workers"and social discrimination,"new generation"and mobility of social class,and the gender structure of new generation migrant workers.The results show that the"worker"in the"migrant worker"comes from the"work for other people";although the"migrant worker"has the sense of discrimination,it really reflects the survival states of a certain social class;comparing with the first class migrant workers,the new generation migrant workers are the second generation of migrant workers,and their social position has not changed basically.The unfairness of social mobility is included among the"poor second generation","rich second generation"and"officer second generation",which may lead to the hardening of social class and the appear of opposite classes;the new generation migrant workers are subverting their fathers’psychological recognition of"man dominates the outside and the woman dominates the inside"by the imbalanced sex structure,which is characterized by more women and less men.The social problems concerning new generation migrant workers caused by the sex discrepancy are directly related to the construction of the framework which comes up to the human moral and the stable improvement of the whole social ideological and cultural level.

文摘Status quo of urban and rural public goods supply in China is analyzed.Firstly,public goods supply in rural areas is inadequate,for example,inadequate supply of agricultural infrastructure,lack of expenditure in agricultural science and technology,problems of rural drinking water safety,problems of rural roads and transportation,low levels of health care,weak rural public culture,short supply of farmers'education.Secondly,the system and level of urban public goods provision can't meet migrant workers'demand,for example,less migrant workers are employed by the governments'direction;migrant workers are isolated by urban housing project and these workers have difficulty in receiving city social security.One reason of new generation migrant workers facing the double marginalization of rural and urban crisis is that urban and rural public goods supply are different in particular the inadequate supply of public goods in rural areas.Three countermeasures are put forward in order to relieve new generation migrant workers'double marginalization of urban and rural,which include increasing financial input in rural areas in order to achieve equalization of urban and rural public goods,perfecting the preferential agricultural policy to increase rural public goods supply,making urban public goods supply as a guide to promote the new generation migrant workers into the city.
