The jamming resource allocation problem of the aircraft formation cooperatively jamming netted radar system is investigated.An adaptive allocation strategy based on dynamic adaptive discrete cuckoo search algorithm(DADCS)is proposed,whose core is to adjust allocation scheme of limited jamming resource of aircraft formation in real time to maintain the best jamming effectiveness against netted radar system.Firstly,considering the information fusion rules and different working modes of the netted radar system,a two-factor jamming effectiveness evaluation function is constructed,detection probability and aiming probability are adopted to characterize jamming effectiveness against netted radar system in searching and tracking mode,respectively.Then a nonconvex optimization model for cooperatively jamming netted radar system is established.Finally,a dynamic adaptive discrete cuckoo search algorithm(DADCS)is constructed by improving path update strategies and introducing a global learning mechanism,and a three-step solution method is proposed subsequently.Simulation results are provided to demonstrate the advantages of the proposed optimization strategy and the effectiveness of the improved algorithm. 展开更多

Orthogonal netted radar systems (ONRS) can fundamentally improve the radar performance by using a group of specially designed orthogonal polyphase code signals which require a very low aperiodic autocorrelation peak sidelobe level, low aperiodic cross-correlation, and a good resilience to small Doppler shifts. However, the existing numerical solutions degrade severely in the presence of small Doppler shifts. A new set of polyphase sequences is presented with good correlation properties as well as resilience to Doppler shifts. These sequences are built by using numerical optimization based on correlation properties as well as the Doppler effects on matched filter outputs, which maintains the Doppler tolerance. The statistical simulated annealing algorithm and the greedy code search method are used to optimize the sequences. Correlation and Doppler results are compared with the best-known sequences and show to be superior. 展开更多

The netted radar system(NRS)has been proved to possess unique advantages in anti-jamming and improving target tracking performance.Effective resource management can greatly ensure the combat capability of the NRS.In this paper,based on the netted collocated multiple input multiple output(CMIMO)radar,an effective joint target assignment and power allocation(JTAPA)strategy for tracking multi-targets under self-defense blanket jamming is proposed.An architecture based on the distributed fusion is used in the radar network to estimate target state parameters.By deriving the predicted conditional Cramer-Rao lower bound(PC-CRLB)based on the obtained state estimation information,the objective function is formulated.To maximize the worst case tracking accuracy,the proposed JTAPA strategy implements an online target assignment and power allocation of all active nodes,subject to some resource constraints.Since the formulated JTAPA is non-convex,we propose an efficient two-step solution strategy.In terms of the simulation results,the proposed algorithm can effectively improve tracking performance in the worst case. 展开更多

The proposedapproach is realized based on the new signaling strategyfor the temporal pulse diversity, which makes use of transmittingpulses at each pulse repetition interval (PRI) with specific transmissionpulse block, and then following proper processing andinformation fusion. The existence of the deceptive ECM signal isconfirmed by one station, while the other stations in the nettedradar with same parameters applied the pulse diversity skillfully.Meanwhile, this method ensured that, pulse diversity can be appliedin netted radar. The performance assessment shows that theproposed solutions are effective in presence of ECM signals. Thisalgorithm has been demonstrated by simulations. The presentedsimulation results are in excellent consensus with theoretical predictions. 展开更多

目的:探讨藁本内酯(LIG)通过抑制中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETs)释放、促进血脑屏障修复及减轻缺血后神经炎症,从而对缺血性脑卒中(IS)发挥神经保护作用的可能机制,为IS治疗提供新方向。方法:采用大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞(MCAO)模型,分为假手术(... 目的:探讨藁本内酯(LIG)通过抑制中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETs)释放、促进血脑屏障修复及减轻缺血后神经炎症,从而对缺血性脑卒中(IS)发挥神经保护作用的可能机制,为IS治疗提供新方向。方法:采用大鼠大脑中动脉栓塞(MCAO)模型,分为假手术(Sham)组、模型(Model)组,LIG低、高剂量组(20、40 mg·kg^(-1)),NETs抑制剂CI-amidine组(CI-amidine,10 mg·kg^(-1))组,给药治疗3 d。通过四唑红(TTC)染色、神经功能评分及脑指数检测,评估大鼠缺血后的神经损伤情况;通过流式细胞术及蛋白免疫印迹法(Western blot)检测分析中性粒细胞的表达变化;利用免疫荧光技术观察NETs标志物H3Cit的荧光强度;Western blot检测血脑屏障紧密连接相关蛋白及炎症因子白细胞介素-18(IL-18)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)的表达。结果:与假手术组比较,模型组大鼠脑组织明显损伤(P<0.05),中性粒细胞数量及NETs表达明显上升(P<0.05),血脑屏障通透性明显受损(P<0.05),炎症因子表达明显升高(P<0.05)。与模型组比较,LIG低、高剂量组可以显著减轻大鼠脑组织损伤(P<0.01);抑制中性粒细胞数量及NETs的表达(P<0.01);减轻血脑屏障损伤(P<0.01);并抑制炎症因子IL-18和IL-1β的表达(P<0.01),最终发挥神经保护作用。结论:LIG对脑缺血再灌注大鼠的神经保护作用,可能与抑制中性粒细胞及其诱导形成的NETs有关。 展开更多

山楂提取物通过NETs影响T细胞调控血脂异常的作用机制研究

目的探讨山楂提取物通过中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(Neutrophil Extracellular Traps,NETs)影响血脂异常小鼠T细胞的分化并调控血脂水平的作用机制研究。方法50只雄性6周龄C57BL/6J小鼠适应性饲养1周后,10只予以普通饲料喂养,40只予以60%高... 目的探讨山楂提取物通过中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(Neutrophil Extracellular Traps,NETs)影响血脂异常小鼠T细胞的分化并调控血脂水平的作用机制研究。方法50只雄性6周龄C57BL/6J小鼠适应性饲养1周后,10只予以普通饲料喂养,40只予以60%高脂饲料喂养建立高脂小鼠模型,造模4周后,将高脂小鼠随机分为高脂饮食组(High Fat Diet,HFD)、HFD+山楂提取物组、HFD+NETs抑制剂载体溶剂组、HFD+NETs抑制剂GSK484组。HFD+山楂提取物组小鼠山楂提取物灌胃,5.2 g/(kg·d),HFD+NETs抑制剂GSK484组腹腔注射GSK484,4 mg/(kg·d),HFD+NETs抑制剂载体溶剂组腹腔注射等量载体溶剂,对照组和HFD组同时间口服等量蒸馏水。给药4周后,生化分析仪检测血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇含量;酶联免疫吸附测定技术检测血清干扰素-γ(Interferon-gamma,IFN-γ)、白细胞介素-4(Interleukin-4,IL-4)、白细胞介素-10(Interleukin-10,IL-10)、白细胞介素-17A(Interleukin-17A,IL-17A)、白细胞介素-21(Interleukin-21,IL-21)含量;免疫荧光双染法检测中性粒细胞髓过氧化物酶(Myeloperoxidase,MPO)和瓜氨酸化的组蛋白(Citrullinated histone H3,CitH3)表达分析NETs形成,蛋白免疫印迹法检测外周血单个核细胞T-box转录因子21(T-box Transcription Factor 21,TBx21)、Gata结合蛋白3(GATA-Binding Protein 3,Gata-3)、维甲酸相关孤核受体γt(Retinoic Acid-Related Orphan Nuclear Receptor Gammaγt,RORγt)、叉头样转录因子3(Forkhead Box Protein P3,Foxp3)、B细胞淋巴瘤6(B-cell lymphoma 6,Bcl-6)蛋白表达。结果相较于正常对照组,高脂饮食小鼠体质量显著增加,HFD组小鼠TC、TG、LDL-C水平显著升高,HDL-C水平显著降低,IFN-γ、IL-17A、IL-21显著升高,IL-4和IL-10显著降低,MPO、CitH3表达水平显著升高,外周血蛋白Tbx21、RORγt表达量显著增加,Gata3、Foxp3、Bcl-6表达量显著减少。与HDF组相比,HFD+山楂提取物组和HFD+NETs抑制剂GSK484组小鼠体重显著降低,TC、TG、LDL-C水平显著降低,HDL-C显著升高,IFN-γ、IL-17A、IL-21均显著降低,IL-4显著增加,而IL-10相较于HFD组,在HFD+山楂提取物组中表达显著增加,在HFD+NETs抑制剂GSK484组中无显著差异性。与HFD组相比,HFD+山楂提取物组和HFD+NETs抑制剂GSK484组MPO、CitH3表达水平均显著减少,Tbx21、RORγt蛋白表达量均显著降低,Gata3蛋白表达量均显著增加,而Bcl-6和Foxp3在HFD+山楂提取物组中表达显著增高,在HFD+NETs抑制剂GSK484组中显著降低。结论山楂提取物通过降低血脂异常小鼠的NETs水平从而有效改善血脂异常的作用机制可能与调控Tbx21、RORγt、Gata3因子,影响Th1/Th2、Th17/Treg分化有关。 展开更多

目的探讨10例白细胞异常聚集患者的成因及解决方案,并进行相关文献综述。方法回顾性分析10例患者的临床资料及细胞形态学检查结果。采用乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)与枸橼酸钠双抗凝系统采集外周血样本,制备血涂片并行瑞氏-吉姆萨染色,显微镜下... 目的探讨10例白细胞异常聚集患者的成因及解决方案,并进行相关文献综述。方法回顾性分析10例患者的临床资料及细胞形态学检查结果。采用乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)与枸橼酸钠双抗凝系统采集外周血样本,制备血涂片并行瑞氏-吉姆萨染色,显微镜下重点观察白细胞、血小板形态特征及聚集现象。结果本组患者中成人占比80%(8/10),儿童占比20%(2/10),所有患者均继发于肺炎支原体感染。中性粒细胞聚集占比80%(8/10),其中1例合并单核细胞聚集,1例伴血小板聚集;淋巴细胞聚集占比20%(2/10)。病例1~7归因于EDTA抗凝剂诱导的白细胞聚集,病例8~10则与重症感染、自身免疫性疾病及恶性肿瘤引发的中性粒细胞胞外陷阱(NETs)相关。结论EDTA抗凝剂是白细胞聚集的主要诱因,可通过更换枸橼酸钠抗凝系统实现解聚;NETs相关聚集占比次之,建议采用生理盐水血浆置换法予以纠正。 展开更多

Fabrication and morphology of NbC_x-C composite three-dimensinal netted fibers

The raw materials were commercial powders of Nb2O5 (99.95%), reactive carbon (99.99%), NaCI (99.95%) and sucrose (99.94%). By the carbothermal method, the NbCx (x= 0.98)-C composite three-dimensional netted fibers were prepared in graphite resistance furnace in 0.1 MPa/N2 ambient atmosphere at temperature from 970 to 1 120℃. The diameters of composite three-dimensional netted fibers are 12-38 μm, the hole circumferences of netted fibers are 0.22-2.2 mm, and the hole diameters are 70-701 μm. The process conditions for fabricating NbCx-C composite three-dimensional netted fibers and related morphology, composition and crystal structure of NbCx-C composite netted fibers were investigated in detail. 展开更多

Solid complexes [REL(NO3)3]n with novel (10,3)-a type three-dimensional networks structure have been assembled using rare earth nitrates and an amide type semirigid tripodal bridging ligand, 1,3,5-tris {[(2′-benzylaminoformyl)phenoxyl]methyl}benzene (L), as building blocks. The complexes were crys- tallized in the orthorhombic system with chiral space group P212121. The whole structure consists of an infinite array of trigonal RE(III) ions bridged by tridentate ligands, and a novel (10,3)-a net is formed, which is very uncommon in the rare earth complexes. At room temperature, the Sm(III), Eu(III), Tb(III), Dy(III) complexes all exhibited characteristic luminescence emissions of central metal ions under UV light excitation. 展开更多

Lightweight Hybrid Wafer Defect Pattern Network Based on Feedforward Efficient Attention

With the increase of semiconductor integration density,in order to cope with the increase of wafer defect complexity and types,especially the low recognition accuracy of overlapping mixed defects and unknown wafer defects,this study proposes a lightweight model for wafer defect detection called LightWMNet.First,using a hierarchical attention Encoder-Decoder architecture,the features of wafer defect pattern(WDP)are channel recalibrated to generate high-resolution fine-grained features and low-resolution coarse-grained features.Secondly,the backbone network incorporates two novel attention modules—feedforward spatial attention(FFSa)and feedforward channel attention(FFCa)—to amplify responses in critical defect regions and suppress noise from stochastic discrete pixels.These mechanisms synergistically enhance feature discriminability without introducing significant parametric overhead.Finally,the Dice loss function and the cross entropy loss function are combined to jointly evaluate the segmentation and classification accuracy of the model.Experimental results on the public mixed wafer defect dataset MixedWM38 show that the pixel accuracy(PA),intersection over union(IoU)and Dice coefficient of the proposed network reach 98.26%,94.83%and 97.22%,respectively.Without significantly increasing the computational complexity and size of the model,compared with the existing state-of-the-art(SOTA)model,the classification accuracy of lightWMNet in single defect,three mixed defects and four mixed defects is improved by 0.5%,0.25%and 0.89%respectively.Furthermore,we used transfer learning for the first time to evaluate the model's generalisation ability for unseen defect categories.The results showed that LightWMNet still has a certain recognition ability even in untrained wafer defects. 展开更多

A novel siphon-based divide-and-conquer(SbDaC)policy is presented in this paper for the synthesis of Petri net(PN)based liveness-enforcing supervisors(LES)for flexible manufacturing systems(FMS)prone to deadlocks or livelocks.The proposed method takes an uncontrolled and bounded PN model(UPNM)of the FMS.Firstly,the reduced PNM(RPNM)is obtained from the UPNM by using PN reduction rules to reduce the computation burden.Then,the set of strict minimal siphons(SMSs)of the RPNM is computed.Next,the complementary set of SMSs is computed from the set of SMSs.By the union of these two sets,the superset of SMSs is computed.Finally,the set of subnets of the RPNM is obtained by applying the PN reduction rules to the superset of SMSs.All these subnets suffer from deadlocks.These subnets are then ordered from the smallest one to the largest one based on a criterion.To enforce liveness on these subnets,a set of control places(CPs)is computed starting from the smallest subnet to the largest one.Once all subnets are live,this process provides the LES,consisting of a set of CPs to be used for the UPNM.The live controlled PN model(CPNM)is constructed by merging the LES with the UPNM.The SbDaC policy is applicable to all classes of PNs related to FMS prone to deadlocks or livelocks.Several FMS examples are considered from the literature to highlight the applicability of the SbDaC policy.In particular,three examples are utilized to emphasize the importance,applicability and effectiveness of the SbDaC policy to realistic FMS with very large state spaces. 展开更多

Monge–Ampere equations(MAEs)are fully nonlinear second-order partial differential equations(PDEs),which are closely related to various fields including optimal transport(OT)theory,geometrical optics and affine geometry.Despite their significance,MAEs are extremely challenging to solve.Although some classical numerical approaches can solve MAEs,their computational efficiency deteriorates significantly on fine grids,with convergence often heavily dependent on the quality of initial estimate.Research on deep learning methods for solving MAEs is still in its early stages,which predominantly addresses simple formulations with basic Dirichlet boundary conditions.Here,we propose a deep learning method based on physicsdriven deep neural networks,enabling the solution of both simple and generalised MAEs with transport boundary conditions.In this method,we deal with two first-order sub-equations separated from MAE instead of solving the single MAE directly,which facilitates the imposition of transport boundary conditions and simplifies the training of neural networks.Moreover,we constrain the convexity of solution using the Lagrange multiplier method and maintain the optimisation process differentiable with bilinear interpolation.We provide three progressively complex examples ranging from a simple MAE with an analytical solution to a highly nonlinear variant arising in phase retrieval to validate the effectiveness of our method.For comparison,we benchmark against state-of-the-art deep learning approaches that have been systematically adapted to accommodate the specific requirements of each example. 展开更多

Molecular and Cellular Mechanisms of Neutrophil Extracellular Traps in Cardiovascular Diseases:From NET Formation to Mechanistic Therapeutic Targeting

Neutrophil extracellular traps(NETs)have emerged as key mediators of cardiovascular diseases(CVDs),linking innate immune activation to vascular injury,thrombosis,and maladaptive remodeling.This review synthesizes recent insights into the molecular and cellular pathways driving NET formation,including post-translational modifications,metabolic reprogramming,inflammasome signaling,and autophagy.It highlights the role of NETs in atherosclerosis,thrombosis,myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury,and hypertension,emphasizing common control points such as peptidylarginine deiminase 4(PAD4)-dependent histone citrullination and nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate oxidases 2(NOX2)-mediated oxidative stress.Mechanistic interpretation of circulating biomarkers,includingmyeloperoxidase(MPO)-DNA complexes,citrullinated histoneH3,and cell-free DNA,provides a translational bridge between NET biology and patient stratification.Therapeutic strategies targeting NETs are examined through three main approaches:inhibition of NET initiation,enhancement of chromatin clearance,and neutralization of toxic extracellular components,with attention to both established and emerging interventions.In contrast to previous reviews,this study highlights the novelty of a mechano-therapeutic framework by providing a mechanistic roadmap linking NET formation pathways to therapeutic targeting in cardiovascular disease.Moving forward,integrating mechanistic information with biomarker discovery,precision profiling,and targeted therapies offers innovative strategies to reduce vascular inflammation and improve outcomes in cardiovascular disease. 展开更多

目的:探究膀胱癌细胞外泌体诱导中心粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETs)而影响肿瘤细胞生长和转移的功能及机制。方法:提取SV-HUC-1、MGH-U3和253J细胞分泌的外泌体,并用PBS和上述外泌体与中性粒细胞(PMN)共孵育,分为PBS组、SV-HUC-1 exo组、MGH-U3... 目的:探究膀胱癌细胞外泌体诱导中心粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NETs)而影响肿瘤细胞生长和转移的功能及机制。方法:提取SV-HUC-1、MGH-U3和253J细胞分泌的外泌体,并用PBS和上述外泌体与中性粒细胞(PMN)共孵育,分为PBS组、SV-HUC-1 exo组、MGH-U3 exo组、253J exo组。Sytox green染色检测NETs的生成,Western blot检测NETs标志蛋白CIT-H3、NE、MPO表达。与MGH-U3和253J细胞分为Control组、PMN组、MGH-U3 exo组、253J exo组、MGH-U3 exo+PMN组、253J exo+PMN组。MGH-U3 exo组和253J exo组的PMN培养上清加入1.5 U/ml DNAse,共孵育30 min后,收集混合液分别与MGH-U3和253J细胞共孵育,记为MGH-U3 exo+PMN+DNAse组和253J exo+PMN+DNAse组。CCK-8法检测MGH-U3和253J细胞增殖能力,Transwell小室检测细胞迁移和侵袭,Western blot检测PI3K和AKT磷酸化水平。结果:与PBS组相比,MGH-U3 exo组和253J exo组NETs形成增加,CIT-H3、NE、MPO表达显著增加(P<0.001),SV-HUC-1 exo组的上述指标无显著变化。与Control组相比,MGH-U3 exo+PMN组和253J exo+PMN组细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭能力均显著增强(P<0.05),PI3K和AKT磷酸化水平均显著升高(P<0.001),相比于MGH-U3 exo+PMN组,MGH-U3 exo+PMN+DNAse组细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭能力显著下降(P<0.05),PI3K和AKT磷酸化水平均显著降低(P<0.001),相比于253J exo+PMN组,253J exo+PMN+DNAse组细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭能力显著下降(P<0.05),PI3K和AKT磷酸化水平均显著降低(P<0.001)。结论:膀胱癌细胞外泌体可通过诱导NETs的生成而促进肿瘤细胞的增殖、迁移和侵袭能力。 展开更多
