Within the context of building a community for the Chinese nation,fine traditional Chinese culture has emerged as a core competitiveness in advancing the Chinese path to modernization.However,the current absence of a ...Within the context of building a community for the Chinese nation,fine traditional Chinese culture has emerged as a core competitiveness in advancing the Chinese path to modernization.However,the current absence of a benefit-sharing mechanism for this culture,and its systemic incompatibility with the Western-dominated intellectual property system,are detrimental to building a community for the Chinese nation.Exploration reveals that,based on the Marxist labor theory of value,fine traditional Chinese culture can be justified as property;and based on Locke's labor theory of property,it should be accorded property rights.Thus,fine traditional Chinese culture can be included as the subject matter of property rights.Protecting fine traditional Chinese culture aligns with the original purpose of the intellectual property(IP)system,which should not be confined to safeguarding"knowledge innovation"but should also emphasize"knowledge transmission."Expanding the IP system to protect fine traditional Chinese culture is conducive to China's engagement in the global intellectual property landscape.A new form of intellectual property—traditional cultural property rights—should therefore be created.Traditional cultural property rights refer to the direct and exclusive rights held by rights holders,defined as the communities in specific regions,over specific traditional cultural expressions according to law.The protectable subject matter would encompass cultural traditions characterized by their intergenerational continuity,communal identity,and intrinsic value.The scope of these rights would include control over use,authorization of use,and the right to benefit from such use.The construction of a protection system for traditional cultural property rights should establish the principles of perpetual protection,collective protection,and regional protection.展开更多

Experimental research was used in this research. The subject was including 2,000 students who were randomly divided into groups of seven provinces. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, average, standard deviation, and T-test. The research results showed that： （1） a training package to prepare secondary school students in northeastern of Thailand toward ASEAN Community, the effectiveness index （E.I.） was .57, according to the established criteria; （2） a comparison of pretest and post-test results found the use of cognitive training may vary, statistically significant at the .05 level; （3） an expectation of the secondary school students in the preparation of role into ASEAN Community found that the students who participated in a concept reflect that the knowledge and attitudes to prepare themselves for the ASEAN community.展开更多

文摘Within the context of building a community for the Chinese nation,fine traditional Chinese culture has emerged as a core competitiveness in advancing the Chinese path to modernization.However,the current absence of a benefit-sharing mechanism for this culture,and its systemic incompatibility with the Western-dominated intellectual property system,are detrimental to building a community for the Chinese nation.Exploration reveals that,based on the Marxist labor theory of value,fine traditional Chinese culture can be justified as property;and based on Locke's labor theory of property,it should be accorded property rights.Thus,fine traditional Chinese culture can be included as the subject matter of property rights.Protecting fine traditional Chinese culture aligns with the original purpose of the intellectual property(IP)system,which should not be confined to safeguarding"knowledge innovation"but should also emphasize"knowledge transmission."Expanding the IP system to protect fine traditional Chinese culture is conducive to China's engagement in the global intellectual property landscape.A new form of intellectual property—traditional cultural property rights—should therefore be created.Traditional cultural property rights refer to the direct and exclusive rights held by rights holders,defined as the communities in specific regions,over specific traditional cultural expressions according to law.The protectable subject matter would encompass cultural traditions characterized by their intergenerational continuity,communal identity,and intrinsic value.The scope of these rights would include control over use,authorization of use,and the right to benefit from such use.The construction of a protection system for traditional cultural property rights should establish the principles of perpetual protection,collective protection,and regional protection.

文摘The Nuo mask is the core visual vehicle within China’s Nuo culture and constitutes a complex symbolic system through facial features(icons),patterns(indexes),and colors(symbols).Within the context of intangible cultural heritage(ICH)preservation,its value lies in the continuation and revitalization of its dynamic symbolic functions.Grounded in semiotic theory,this paper elaborates on three core dimensions of symbolic value manifested by Nuo masks in ICH preservation:a ritual symbol for living transmission,a symbol of identity for collective memory,and an aesthetic symbol as a source of creativity.
文摘The purposes of this research were： （1） to create a training package to prepare secondary school students in northeastern of Thailand toward ASEAN （Association of Southeast Asian Nations） Community; （2） to compare the knowledge of secondary school students toward ASEAN before and after use training package; and （3） the expectations of the students in the northeast of their own preparation for the ASEAN community. Experimental research was used in this research. The subject was including 2,000 students who were randomly divided into groups of seven provinces. The statistics used in data analysis were percentage, average, standard deviation, and T-test. The research results showed that： （1） a training package to prepare secondary school students in northeastern of Thailand toward ASEAN Community, the effectiveness index （E.I.） was .57, according to the established criteria; （2） a comparison of pretest and post-test results found the use of cognitive training may vary, statistically significant at the .05 level; （3） an expectation of the secondary school students in the preparation of role into ASEAN Community found that the students who participated in a concept reflect that the knowledge and attitudes to prepare themselves for the ASEAN community.

文摘As an emerging media format with immense growth potential,micro-dramas(MDs)carry the critical mission of inheriting and innovating China’s fine traditional culture in the new era.From the three dimensions of time,space,and landscape in media geography,the pathways for cultural inheritance and innovation through MDs can be summarized as follows:Temporally,cultural MDs construct cultural narratives from the“past”to the“future;”spatially,they build immersive cultural spaces blending reality and imagination,enhancing viewers’audiovisual experiences;through the interplay of time and space,they create diversified cultural landscapes on new media platforms,revitalize enduring cultural memories and foster a sense of community for the Chinese nation through media innovation.

文摘This paper firstly introduces the general situation of cotton planting areas in China and cotton industry in Xinjiang,and the current situation of intellectual property protection of Xinjiang's cotton industry.Then,it analyzes the main problems in its intellectual property protection and high-quality development.On this basis,it comes up with the recommendations for high-quality development of cotton industry in Xinjiang under the strategy of strengthening the country with intellectual property.The recommendations include improving the level of creation of creative intellectual property rights,building an intellectual property rule system in the entire cotton industry chain in Xinjiang,building protected zones for production of major high quality agricultural product cotton,establishing a demonstration zone to undertake the transfer of the domestic cotton textile and garment industry,undertaking education on the sense of community for the Chinese nation in response to the Xinjiang cotton incident,and developing the"Belt and Road"blue market for Xinjiang cotton and its products.

文摘As an important cultural and ecological zone in southwest China,the Zang-Qiang-Yi Corridor contains rich ethnic cultural resources.The traditional symbolic system in this region embodies the historical memories and spiritual beliefs of various ethnic groups,and has gradually become a crucial medium for maintaining ethnic sentiments and promoting national identity in contemporary society.Focusing on the digital communication of cultural symbols in the Zang-Qiang-Yi Corridor and its impact on the sense of community for the Chinese nation among youth,this study explores the communication mechanisms and functional paths of cultural symbols in digital media through case studies,and analyzes their practical effects in enhancing ethnic identity as well as the existing problems.The research shows that digital communication helps improve youth's understanding of the cultural pattern of"diversity in unity",but in practice,it still faces challenges such as content homogenization and insufficient user participation.On this basis,directions for optimizing communication strategies are also proposed,aiming to promote the integrated development of ethnic cultural inheritance and national identity education.
文摘The period of the Sixteen Kingdoms and Northern Dynasties witnessed the transition from the Han Dynasty's aspiration of"ruling all kingdoms"to the internal integration within a confined"Tianxia"(All Under Heaven).During this time,a sense of community for the Chinese nation became quite adequately"self-aware,"and poetry(including folk proverbs,literati poems,and palace songs)typically embodied this process of national cultural psychology:Firstly,the"sizhi"(boundaries)of Tianxia were defined,transforming Tianxia into the cradle of a sense of community for the Chinese nation;secondly,political rationalities guided the process of national integration through coalition government at the top and household registration at the bottom;thirdly,the bureaucracy and orthodox authority were rebuilt,contributing to the oneness and continuity of Chinese civilization;and lastly,the regime sought to establish a"diversified Tianxia"encompassing broader lands and diverse ethnic groups,ultimately striving for a realm where all groups share the same language and coexist harmoniously like a big family.
文摘As a narrative method and a medium of memory,image is of great significance for shaping the identity of"nation-state"and building a national community along with text,video,acoustic image and other aesthetic forms.As a visual representation of the Chinese nation,the Yellow River images of New China participated in the shaping of the image of the entire nation-state and the confirmation of collective values.At the time when salvation overwhelmed enlightenment,the metaphor of the"Yellow River-Mother"became a symbol of the Chinese nation which facilitated national unity and fusion.Later on,the image of the Yellow River in New China,as the medium of collective memory of the Chinese nation,or a memory field,contains the national spirit with different connotations,including the destiny of the country,the spirit of enterprising,and human care.In addition,based on the theoretical logic of"image-based narrationmemory-identity formation,"by virtue of the interpellation and observation of memory,the image of the Yellow River,by arousing collective memory in social individuals,enhances individuals'affective,cultural and national identity with the collective,to build the community of the Chinese nation.Thus,the study of the discourse of the Yellow River image in New China not only highlights the value and significance of the image of the Yellow River to the community of the Chinese nation,but also provides a theoretical resource for building a community with a shared future for mankind.
文摘The formation of the Chinese nation as one community is not only the result of the interaction of various factors such as politics,economy,culture,and natural environment,but also an inevitable trend in historical development.However,cultural identity and integration are the most important factors.Classics are the essence of national culture,and they have always played an important role in shaping,communicating,identifying,and integrating ethnic cultures.In Chinese history,regardless of whether various ethnic groups were in control of a region or entered the Central Plains,they relied on reading Chinese classics and learning Chinese culture as the basis for their survival,and identified themselves as members of the Chinese nation.This eternal historical law is particularly evident in the Liao,Western Xia,Jin,and Yuan dynasties.Summarizing the reading history of these ethnic groups and societies,learning from their historical experience,and exploring and inheriting the reading cultural resources of the Chinese nation are necessary for the formation of the Chinese nation as one community.

文摘Since the 18th National Congress,forging a sense of community for the Chinese nation has become the guiding principle of Minzu Work;and it serves the overall goal of building a modern socialist country with Chinese characteristics and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In order to forge a sense of community for the Chinese nation,having top design and material basis is not enough,dynamic motivation and actual practice are also necessary to connect the two together closely.Semiotic activities,which integrate sensory perceptibility,indexicality and symbolic meaning may act as the binding agent and coagulant that stick together the"material form"and the""spirit"of the top design,so as to develop naturalized habituation and match our actions to our words.Culture is embodied not only in the sophisticated and exceedingly esteemed theories and arts,but also in the rich spectrum of daily life of the general public;it involves the semiosis of triads:sensory perceptibility,indexicality,and symbolic values.Here the formation of habits is also involved.Though forging a sense of community for the Chinese nation happens on a cultural-ethical level,it has to be tangibly supported with the motivated will and physical sensations.
