The influence mechanism of light rare earth elements, which are transited to the welding seam of low-alloy high strength (LAHS) steel through the covering of t he electrode, on the toughness of the welding seam was studied. The experimental results show that proper amount of rare earth elements can desulfurate, dehydro genate, reduce inclusions and purify the structure of the welding seam. Rare ear th element additions have the effect on welding seam and, at the same time, the transformation of side-batten ferrite is resisted while the pin-ferrite s tructure is promoted. The improvement of the toughness of the welding seam is du e to the purifying action of rare earth elements as well as their refining effec t on the structure. However, the toughness of the welding seam can decrease whe n the amount of light rare earth elements are added excessively because the crys tal grains become coarser, porosities appear and the inclusions increase as well . The experimental results show that the suitable amount of light rare earth ele ment additions is about 2%. 展开更多

Being di erent from avoidance of singularity of closed-loop linkages, this paper employs the kinematic singularity to construct compliant mechanisms with expected nonlinear sti ness characteristics to enrich the methods of compliant mechanisms synthesis. The theory for generating kinetostatic nonlinear sti ness characteristic by the kinematic limb-singularity of a crank-slider linkage is developed. Based on the principle of virtual work, the kinetostatic model of the crank-linkage with springs is established. The influences of spring sti ness on the toque-position angle relation are analyzed. It indicates that corresponding spring sti ness may generate one of four types of nonlinear sti ness characteristics including the bi-stable, local negative-sti ness, zero-sti ness or positive-sti ness when the mechanism works around the kinematic limb-singularity position. Thus the compliant mechanism with an expected sti ness characteristic can be constructed by employing the pseudo rigid-body model of the mechanism whose joints or links are replaced by corresponding flexures. Finally, a tri-symmetrical constant-torque compliant mechanism is fabricated,where the curve of torque-position angle is obtained by an experimental testing. The measurement indicates that the compliant mechanism can generate a nearly constant-torque zone. 展开更多

Effect of Eccentric Shear Stiffness of Walls on Structural Response of RC Frame Buildings

Current research study consists of determining the optimum location of the shear wall to get the maximum structural efficiency of a reinforced concrete frame building. It consists of a detailed analysis and design review of a seven-story reinforced concrete building to understand the effect of shear wall location on the response of reinforced concrete structures when subjected to different earthquake forces. Three trail locations of shear walls are selected and their performance is monitored in terms of structural response under different lateral loads. Required objectives are achieved by obtaining design and construction drawings of an existing reinforced concrete structure and modeling it on Finite Element Method (FEM) based computer software. The structure is redesigned and discussed with four different configurations (one without shear wall and three with shear walls). Main framing components (Beams, Columns and Shear walls) of the superstructure are designed using SAP 2000 V. 19.0 whereas substructure (foundation) of RC building was?designed using SAFE. American Concrete Institute (ACI) design specifications were used to calculate the cracked section stiffness or non-linear geometrical properties of the cracked section. Uniform Building Code (UBC-97) procedures were adopted to calculate the lateral earthquake loading on the structures. Structural response of the building was monitored at each story level for each earthquake force zone described by the UBC-97. The earthquake lateral forces were considered in both X and Y direction of the building. Each configuration of shear wall is carefully analyzed and effect of its location is calibrated by the displacement response of the structure. Eccentricity to the lateral stiffness of the building is imparted by changing the location of shear walls. Results of the study have shown that the location of shear wall significantly affects the lateral response of the structure under earthquake forces. It also motivates to carefully decide the center of lateral stiffness of building prior to deciding the location of shear walls. 展开更多

河蟹特征部位智能识别及熟制程度对河蟹壳肉分离的影响

河蟹作为我国传统的大宗水产,其复杂的生理结构导致其不同部位壳肉分离方式不同,在机械式壳肉分离前需对其特征部位进行智能识别并分别预处理。通过对河蟹的壳肉分布进行研究,并基于YOLO v11对河蟹特征部位进行有效识别,同时探究熟制程... 河蟹作为我国传统的大宗水产,其复杂的生理结构导致其不同部位壳肉分离方式不同,在机械式壳肉分离前需对其特征部位进行智能识别并分别预处理。通过对河蟹的壳肉分布进行研究,并基于YOLO v11对河蟹特征部位进行有效识别,同时探究熟制程度对河蟹壳肉分离的影响。结果表明,河蟹体内蟹肉分布较分散且各部位蟹肉含量均显著低于蟹壳含量;基于YOLO v11的智能识别模型性能良好,在大部分置信阈值内F1值均高于0.9,能够准确分辨出河蟹的各个特征部位;蟹腿、蟹钳、蟹身达到最佳熟制程度的蒸制时间分别为蒸制20、20、60 s,轻微熟制能够极大地节约加工时间和能耗,同时维持蟹肉原本的理化特性。 展开更多

Simulation and Validation of the Aerosol Optical Thickness over China in 2006

The Model of Atmospheric Transport and Chemistry (MATCH) developed by the US National Center for Atmospheric Research (NCAR) was used to calculate the aerosol optical thickness (AOT) over China in 2006, with emission source data of the Intercontinental Chemical Transport Experiment Phase B (INTEX-B) and NCEP/NCAR reanalysis data as inputs. The simulation results of AOT were then validated with obser- vational data from the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS), Chinese Sun Hazemeter Network (CSHNET), Aerosol Robotics Network (AERONET), and China Aerosol Remote Sensing Network (CARSNET) at more than 30 stations over China. The comparison results indicated that the high values of AOT in the areas such as the Sichuan basin and East and South China and the low values of AOT over the Tibetan Plateau and Northwest and Northeast China were reasonably simulated by the MATCH. This model tended to underestimate the AOT values in high-aerosol-loading areas but overestimate the AOT val- ues in less polluted areas because there are still large uncertainties in the expression of emission sources, the description of the optical properties of aerosols, the treatment of cloud and precipitation, and the selection of grid resolution. The modeling results were consistent with the CSHNET, CARSNET, AERONET, and MODIS data in most parts of China, and the correlation coefficient of the monthly mean AOT between the model and the observation was 0.79 with CSHNET data at 23 stations, 0.51 with MODIS data, and 0.88 with data at 3 CARSNET stations and 2 other stations. All of them passed the significance test with c 〈 0.0001. The results demonstrated that the MATCH has the ability to simulate the characteristics of the AOT distribution and its seasonal variation over China. 展开更多

输水隧洞单层管片衬砌需同时承担内、外压荷载,管片纵向接头处转动刚度与端面内力组合呈非线性关系,转动刚度取值是梁-弹簧模型计算结果合理与否的关键。针对双排螺栓布置形式管片接头,构建混凝土受压与螺栓受拉的非线性接头力学模型,... 输水隧洞单层管片衬砌需同时承担内、外压荷载,管片纵向接头处转动刚度与端面内力组合呈非线性关系,转动刚度取值是梁-弹簧模型计算结果合理与否的关键。针对双排螺栓布置形式管片接头,构建混凝土受压与螺栓受拉的非线性接头力学模型,在各受力状态下进行求解,并与接头试验作对比验证;再基于ABAQUS与MATLAB的联合数值仿真计算平台,采用二分法迭代方式,将接头非线性力学效应运用至管片衬砌梁-弹簧模型中,并与足尺试验作对比验证;最后分析各内水压工况管片衬砌力学响应。结果表明:基于接头力学模型的各受力状态计算结果与接头试验规律一致,能较好反映接头转动性能随内力变化规律;提出的接头转动刚度二分法迭代方式简便高效、计算精度高、收敛稳定,使整环管片衬砌各接头转动刚度取值适应其内力条件,与足尺试验各项指标对比吻合度较高。内水压作用下管片轴力大幅下降,“横椭圆”变形趋势增强,各接头逐渐进入多层螺栓作用状态。 展开更多

慢阻肺急性加重期机械通气患者并发ICU获得性衰弱的风险预测模型构建

目的探究慢阻肺急性加重期机械通气患者并发ICU获得性衰弱的风险预测模型构建。方法回顾性分析2021年2月至2024年5月河南科技大学第一附属医院急诊科收治的慢阻肺急性加重期机械通气患者162例临床资料,根据是否发生ICU获得性衰弱分为IC... 目的探究慢阻肺急性加重期机械通气患者并发ICU获得性衰弱的风险预测模型构建。方法回顾性分析2021年2月至2024年5月河南科技大学第一附属医院急诊科收治的慢阻肺急性加重期机械通气患者162例临床资料,根据是否发生ICU获得性衰弱分为ICU获得性衰弱组(n=63)和非ICU获得性衰弱组(n=99),收集患者临床资料;采用单因素筛选出慢阻肺急性加重期机械通气患者并发ICU获得性衰弱的相关因素,经logistics回归分析ICU获得性衰弱的风险因素,并基于风险因素构建列线图预测模型。采用Hosmer-Lemeshow检验和工作特征曲线(receiver operating characteristiccurce,ROC)评估模型拟合效果及预测效能。选取2024年1月—2024年10月慢阻肺急性加重期机械通气90例患者进行外部验证。结果慢阻肺急性加重期机械通气患者ICU获得性衰弱发生率为63例(38.89%)。ICU获得性衰弱组机械通气时间≥7 d、使用糖皮质激素、并发脓毒症、营养不良、镇静镇痛时间≥7 d、长期制动占比大于非ICU获得性衰弱组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果得出:机械通气时间≥7 d、使用糖皮质激素、并发脓毒症、营养不良、镇静镇痛时间≥7 d、长期制动是慢阻肺急性加重期机械通气患者并发ICU获得性衰弱的危险因素(P<0.05)。根据该危险因素构建慢阻肺急性加重期机械通气患者并发ICU获得性衰弱的列线图预测模型,并验证模型的精准性与区分性,Hosmer-lemeshow检验结果显示(P=0.946);ROC曲线分析结果得出,模型预测建模组患者并发ICU获得性衰弱的曲线下面积(areaunderreceiver operating characteristic curve,AUC)为0.862,灵敏度85.70%,特异度77.78%,约登指数最大为0.635,提示模型准确度较好。外部验证选取2024年1月—2024年10月慢阻肺急性加重期机械通气90例患者临床资料纳入所建立的预测模型中进行计算,所得出AUC为0.981,敏感度为95.50%,特异度为96.04%,约登指数为0.915,经Hosmer-lemeshow检验可得,χ^(2)=0.989,P=0.998。结论机械通气时间≥7 d、使用糖皮质激素、并发脓毒症、营养不良、镇静镇痛时间≥7 d、长期制动是慢阻肺急性加重期机械通气患者并发ICU获得性衰弱的危险因素,本研究构建的模型预测效果良好,可为准确识别ICU获得性衰弱高危风险患者提供借鉴。 展开更多

以拉挤成型玻璃纤维增强树脂基复合材料(Pultruded glass fiber reinforced polymer,PGFRP)为研究对象,采用含简谐曲线状波纹的代表性体积单元(Representative volume element,RVE),对含纤维波纹缺陷的PGFRP进行了仿真分析。获得了不同... 以拉挤成型玻璃纤维增强树脂基复合材料(Pultruded glass fiber reinforced polymer,PGFRP)为研究对象,采用含简谐曲线状波纹的代表性体积单元(Representative volume element,RVE),对含纤维波纹缺陷的PGFRP进行了仿真分析。获得了不同加载条件下材料的平均应力-应变关系和等效刚度。开展了PGFRP在不同载荷下的力学性能实验,并将实验结果与仿真结果进行对比,验证了预测模型的准确性。利用该模型研究了纤维波纹比和波纹含量对PGFRP刚度的影响。结果表明,纤维波纹比对PGFRP整体刚度有显著影响,特别是在波纹比超过0.02时,纵向杨氏模量明显降低。当波纹比达到0.1时,纵向弹性模量下降了16.7%,且各弹性常数的变化速率随着波纹比的增大而加快。波纹含量对材料纵向刚度的影响同样不可忽视。当波纹含量达到1.0时,纵向弹性模量下降了15.2%。同时,随着波纹含量的增加,各弹性常数的变化速率逐渐减小,材料刚度随波纹含量的增加发生了显著变化。 展开更多

公平竞争的市场环境是激发民营企业投资活力的重要保障。以公平竞争审查制度为准自然实验,利用2011-2022年A股上市企业数据,探究市场公平竞争对民营企业投资水平的影响。研究发现,公平竞争审查制度的实施显著提升了民营企业投资水平,尤... 公平竞争的市场环境是激发民营企业投资活力的重要保障。以公平竞争审查制度为准自然实验,利用2011-2022年A股上市企业数据,探究市场公平竞争对民营企业投资水平的影响。研究发现,公平竞争审查制度的实施显著提升了民营企业投资水平,尤其是创新投资和异地投资水平。公平竞争审查制度主要通过提振民营企业信心、助力竞争中性、降低制度性交易成本、促进资源中性等,进而推动民营企业投资水平提升。对于非国有经济占比较低地区、经济政策不确定性程度较高时期、成长性较高以及融资约束较高的企业,公平竞争审查制度对民营企业投资水平的提升效果更为显著。公平竞争审查制度的实施也进一步提升了民营企业全要素生产率和就业规模。为进一步鼓励民营企业投资,需继续推进公平竞争审查制度的落实,畅通政企沟通机制,消除市场隐性壁垒,并通过实施分层政策支持体系,提升资源配置精准度,引导企业提升核心竞争力,推动民营企业高质量发展。 展开更多

TC4(Ti-6Al-4V)钛合金因其低密度、高比强度和良好的加工性能,在航空航天、航海石油和国防等领域得到了广泛应用。然而,其硬度低、耐磨性差,限制了其在摩擦工况下的使用。基于涂层与TC4基材的相容性及基体对生成相的润湿性原理,在TC4表面制备了Ti基稀土激光熔覆层,研究了Y_(2)O_(3)对涂层显微硬度和耐磨性能的影响。通过COMSOL软件模拟单道和多道TC4粉末熔覆动态过程,结合试验研究温度变化与熔覆层厚度,阐明了熔覆机理并验证了模型的正确性。对熔覆层的组织结构和物相组成进行了详细分析,利用显微维氏硬度计测量熔覆层硬度,结果表明,Y_(2)O_(3)增加显著减少了气泡和裂纹数量,促进了组织细化。为TC4表面激光熔覆涂层的微观组织调控、成形质量提供了试验和理论依据。 展开更多
