The powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and microstructure observations show that large amount of 1:13 phase begins to appear in the LaFe11.4Si1.6 compound annealed at 1423 K (5 h). In the temperature range from 1423 K to 1523 K, the α-Fe and LaFeSi phases rapidly decrease to form 1:13 phase. The LaFeSi phase is rarely observed by XRD when the as-cast compound is annealed at 1523 K (5 h). With annealing temperature increasing to 1573 K, LaFeSi phase is detected again in LaFe11.4Si1.6 compound. In LaFe11.4Si1.6 compounds annealed at 1523 K (5 h), at 1373 K (2 h)+1523 K (5 h), and 1523 K (7 h)+1373 K (2 h), the impurity phases including small amount of α-Fe and LaFeSi phase reduce in turn. The magnetic measurement shows that LaFe11.4Si1.6 compounds annealed by above three processes keep the first-order of magnetic transition behavior, and Tc are both at about 200 K. But the values of the maximal ASM(T, H) of has large difference, they are 9.94, 12.66, and 13.96 J/(kg.K) under a magnetic field of 0- 2 T, respectively.展开更多
To evaluate prognostic factors which have an influence on overall survival and to assess the rational application of retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer Methods The data of 13...To evaluate prognostic factors which have an influence on overall survival and to assess the rational application of retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy in patients with epithelial ovarian cancer Methods The data of 131 patients treated between January 1990 and December 1998 in Union Hospital and Tongji Hospital were analyzed retrospectively Survival was calculated using the Kaplan-Meier method and comparisons were performed using Log-rank test Independent prognostic factors were identified by the Cox proportional hazards regression model Results Univariate analysis showed that age, general conditions, menopausal status, stage, pathological types, location of the tumor, residual tumor and retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy were prognostic factors Multivariate analysis showed that age, stage, residual tumor, retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy and the number of courses of chemotherapy were the most important prognostic factors The survival rate could not be improved through retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy in the patients in early stage, advanced stage with residual tumor >2 cm or those with mucinous adenocarcinoma (P>0 05) Among patients in advanced stage cancer with a residual tumor ≤2 cm, 5-year survival was 65% and 30% for patients who did and did not undergo lymphadenectomy, respectively (P<0 01) Among patients with serous adenocarcinoma, 5-year survival was 61% and 31% for patients who did and did not undergo lymphadenectomy, respectively (P<0 01) Conclusions The prognosis of the patients with epithelial ovarian cancer may be influenced by age, stage, residual tumor, retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy and the number of courses of chemotherapy Although retroperitoneal lymphadenectomy could improve the survival rate, it should be carried out selectively展开更多

During the process of aircraft design, the mathematical model of pilot control behavior characteristics is always used to predict aircraft flying qualities (FQ). This is one of the important methods to avoid pilot-a...During the process of aircraft design, the mathematical model of pilot control behavior characteristics is always used to predict aircraft flying qualities (FQ). This is one of the important methods to avoid pilot-aircraft adverse coupling. In order to study the FQ criterion based on closed-loop pilot-aircraft systems, first, an experimental database is built, which includes 40 aircraft dynamics configurations and the corresponding flight simulation results. Second, the mathematical pilot models with a set of different aircraft configurations are obtained by this experimental database. Then, two FQ criteria, Neal-Smith criterion and Moscow Aviation Institute (MAI) criterion, are analyzed. And the relationship between the FQ level evaluated by actual pilot and the parameters of closed-loop pilot-aircraft systems is studied. Finally, an improved criterion of aircraft FQ is built based on the above two criteria. This new criterion is further used to predict FQ for four new aircraft dynamics configurations, and the prediction results verify its accuracy and practicability.展开更多
