目的研究丹参注射液治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果及对神经功能缺损程度的影响。方法抽取收治的150例高血压脑出血(40 m L以下)患者为研究对象,数字表格法均分为2组(n=75),对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在保守治疗5 d或病情稳定后应...目的研究丹参注射液治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果及对神经功能缺损程度的影响。方法抽取收治的150例高血压脑出血(40 m L以下)患者为研究对象,数字表格法均分为2组(n=75),对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在保守治疗5 d或病情稳定后应用丹参注射液治疗,对2组疗效、治疗前后血肿吸收及神经功能缺损情况进行比较。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.33%,显著优于对照组的73.33%(P<0.01)。2组治疗2周后血肿吸收[(12.82±5.63)m L vs(16.37±8.77)m L]、NDS评分[(7.50±1.29)分vs(11.75±1.38)分]比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参注射液能有效修复高血压脑出血患者的神经功能,促进血肿吸收,疗效较好,值得临床推广。展开更多
