The influence of selective cutting of mixed Korean pine(Pinus koraiensis Sieb.et Zucc.) and broad-leaf forest on rare species distribution patterns and spatial correlation in Northeast China 被引量:4

This study aimed to demonstrate change in spatial correlation between Korean pine (Pinus koraiensis Sieb. et Zucc.) and three rare species, and change in spatial distribution of four species in response to a range of selective cutting intensities. We sampled three plots of mixed Korean pine and broad-leaf forest in Lushuihe Forestry Bureau of Jilin province, China. Plot 1, a control, was unlogged Korean pine broad-leaf forest. In plots 2 and 3, Korean pine was selectively cut at 15 and 30 % intensity, respectively, in the 1970s. Other species were rarely cut. We used point-pattern analysis to research the spatial distributions of four tree species and quantify spatial correlations between Korean pine and the other three species, Amur linden (Tilia amurensis Rupr.), Manchurian ash (Fraxinus mandshurica Rupr.), and Mongolian oak (Quercus mongolica Fisch.) in all three plots. The results of the study show that selective cutting at 15 % intensity did not significantly change either the species spatial patterns or the spatial correlation between Korean pine and broadleaf species. Selective cutting at 30 % intensity slightly affected the growth of Korean pine and valuable species in forest communities, and the effect was considered nondestructive and recoverable. 展开更多

[ Objectivel The paper aimed to investigate the expression pattern of bbu-miR-103-1 in buffalo (Bubalus bubalis) at lactation and non-lactation periods, and to predict its target gene and function. [ Method] Expression pattern of bbu-miR-103-1 at lactation and non-lactation periods were detected by qRT-PCR. The precursor expression plasmid of bbu-miR-103-1 was constructed and named LpEZX-pre-miR-103-1. It was packaged and propagated to produce high-titer lenti- virus in 293T cell lines, which could be used to infect buffalo mammary epithelial cells (BMECs) and over express bbu-miR-103-1. The inhibitor of bbu-miR- 103-1 was chemically synthesized and transfected into BMECs to suppress bbu-miR-103-1 at the same time. The relative expression of pantothenate kinase 3 ( PANK3 ) and milk fat metabolism related genes were detected by qRT-PCR. [ Result] The relative expression of bbu-miR-103-1 at lactation period was 5.29 times higher than that at non-lactation period in buffalo ( P 〈 0.01 ). The LpEZX-pre-miR-103-1 had been successfully constructed and packaged with the infection titer of 3.47×10^6 PFU/mL. Overexpress or suppress of bbu-miR-103-1 extremely down-regulated or up-regulated the expression level of PANK3 in BMECs ( P 〈 0.01 ). Over expression of bbu-miR-103~l extremely enhanced the expression of Acetyl-CoA carboxylase alpha(ACACA), Glycerol-3-phosphate acyhransferase 1 mitochon- drial (GPAM), Diacylglycerol Oacyhransferase l (DGAT1) and Pyrnvate dehydrogenase lipoamide kinase isozyme 4 (PDK4) (P 〈0.01 ), and also significantly up-regulated the expression of sterol regulatory element binding protein-1 c (SREBPI c), Adipose differentiation-related protein (ADFP), Cluster of differentiation 36 ( CD36), Acetyl-CoA synthetase short-chain subfamily member 1 (ACSS1) (P 〈0.05). Over expression of bbu-miR-103-1 down-regulated the expression of PANK3, and improved the mRNA level of SREBPlc by feedback regulation, finally promoting the de novo synthesis of fatty acid beginning with ACACA. [ Conclusion] bbu-miR-103-1 plays an important role in enhancing milk fatty acid synthesis, which provides a molecular base for revealing formation and regulatory mechanism of high-level milk fat in buffalo. 展开更多

A robust evolutionary algorithm, Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithms (the improved NSGA-Ⅱ), is applied on a spaceborne SAR antenna pattern design. The system consists of two objective functions with two constraints. Pareto fronts are generated as a result of multi-objective optimization. After being validated by a test problem ZDT4, the algorithms are used to synthesize spaceborne SAR antenna radiation pattern. The good results with low Ambi- guity-to-Signal Ratio (ASR) and high directivity are obtained in the paper. 展开更多

OVATE family proteins(OFPs)are plant-specific proteins with a conserved OVATE domain that regulate plant growth and development.Although OFPs have been studied in several species,their biological functions remain largely unknown in cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.).This study identified 19 Cs OFPs distributed on seven chromosomes in cucumber.Most Cs OFP genes were expressed in reproductive organs,but with different expression patterns.Ectopic expression of Cs OFP12-16c in Arabidopsis resulted in shorter and blunt siliques.The overall results indicated that Cs OFP12-16c regulates silique development in Arabidopsis and may have a similar function in cucumber. 展开更多

Phase Compensation of Composite Material Radomes Based on the Radiation Pattern 被引量:1

Some compensation methods have been pro- posed to mitigate the degradation of radiation characteris- tics caused by composite material radomes, however most of them are complex and not applicable for large radomes, for example, the modification of geometric shape by grinding process. A novel and simple compensation strat- egy based on phase modification is proposed for large reflector antenna-radome systems. Through moving the feed or sub-reflector along axial direction opportunely, the modification of phase distribution in the original aperture of an enclosed reflector antenna can be used to reduce the phase shift caused by composite material radomes. The distortion of far-field pattern can be minimized. The modification formulas are proposed, and the limitation of their application is also discussed. Numerical simulations for a one-piece composite materials sandwich radome and a 40 m multipartite composite materials sandwich radome verify that the novel compensation strategy achieves sat- isfactory compensated results, and improves the distortion of the far-field pattern for the composite material radomes. For one-piece dielectric radome, more than 60% phasedifference caused by radome is reduced. For multipartite radome, the sidelobe level improves about 1.2 dB, the nulling depth improves about 3 dB. The improvement of far-field pattern could be obtained effectively and simply by moving the feed or sub-reflector according to phase shift of the radome. 展开更多

Insights into the Temporal Gene Expression Pattern in Lymantria dispar Larvae During the Baculovirus Induced Hyperactive Stage 被引量:1

Some investigations ha... Baculoviruses are effective biological control agents for many insect pests. They not only efficiently challenge the host immune system but also make them hyperactive for better virus dispersal. Some investigations have focused on the viral mechanisms for induction of such altered response from the host. However, there are no current studies monitoring changes in gene expression during this altered phenotype in infected larvae. The L. dispar multiple nucleopolyhedrovirus(Ld MNPV) induces hyperactivity in third instar L. dispar larvae at 3-days post infection(dpi), to continued till 6 dpi. The transcriptome profiles of the infected and uninfected larvae at these time points were analyzed to provide new clues on the response of the larvae towards infection during hyperactivity. Gene ontology enrichment analysis revealed, most of the differentially expressed genes(DEGs) were involved in proteolysis, extracellular region, and serine-type endopeptidase activity. Similarly, Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genome enrichment analysis showed maximum enrichment of 487 genes of the signal transduction category and neuroactive ligand–receptor interaction sub-category with 85 annotated genes. In addition, enrichment map visualization of gene set enrichment analysis showed the coordinated response of neuroactive ligand–receptor interaction genes with other functional gene sets, as an important signal transduction mechanism during the hyperactive stage. Interestingly all the DEGs in neuroactive ligand–receptor interactions were serine proteases, their differential expression during the hyperactive stage correlated with their conceivable involvement in disease progression and the resulting altered phenotype during this period. The outcome provides a basic understanding of L. dispar larval responses to Ld MNPV infection during the hyperactive stage and helps to determine the important host factors involved in this process. 展开更多

Discovery of Bozhong 13-2 Archean large monoblock volatile buried hill oilfield and its oil and gas exploration significance 被引量:1

The hydrocarbon accumulation pattern of the Mesozoic covered Archean buried hill in the Bohai Oilfield was not clarified before,which restricts the oil and gas exploration progress in this area.In recent years,reservoir development modes and reservoir prediction technologies have been researched after the structural evolution and stratigraphic distribution characteristics of the buried hill in the Bozhong sag were investigated based on new 3D seismic data and a large number of cores and logging data of newly drilling wells.Then,the hydrocarbon accumulation pattern of covered type Archean buried hill was analyzed.Finally,this pattern was applied to guide the oil and gas exploration deployment in Bozhong 13-2 structure,and a significant discovery of Bozhong 13-2 large monoblock volatile buried hill oilfield was realized.And the following research results were obtained.First,the structure in this area mainly experienced multi-period tectonic movements,such as Indosinian,Yanshanian and Himalayan,and it is characterized by compression and thrusting to form a hill during Indosinian-early Yanshanian,extension and inversion transformation during middle Yanshanian,and burial and finalization during Himalayan,forming Bozhong 13-2 Mesozoic covered Archean large buried hill trap.Second,under the effect of Mesozoic cover and the control of multi-stage stress superposition,the reservoir development in this area has the distribution characteristics of“different vertical top,internal lateral continuity”.Third,the fracture prediction technology based on smooth reflection strength filter is developed.And by means of this technology,multi-scale fractured reservoirs inside buried hills can be predicted effectively.Fourth,the hydrocarbon accumulation pattern of“overpressure injection-relay migration”for covered type buried hills is established,which provides a basis for long-distance migration and large-scale accumulation of oil and gas in covered type buried hills.In conclusion,these understandings guide the discovery of Bozhong 13-2 Oilfield,achieve a breakthrough in the oil and exploration of Mesozoic covered buried hill in the Bohai Oilfield and can be used as the reference for the oil and gas exploration in the similar covered type buried hills of the Bohai Bay Basin and other areas. 展开更多

Tofigure out the process and controlling factors of gas reservoir formation in deep-waters,based on an analysis of geological features,source of natural gas and process of reservoir formation in the Liwan 3-1 gasfield,physical simulation experiment of the gas reservoir formation process has been performed,consequently,pattern and features of gas reservoir formation in the Baiyun sag has been found out.The results of the experiment show that:①the formation of the Liwan 3-1 faulted anticline gasfield is closely related to the longstanding active large faults,where natural gas is composed of a high proportion of hydrocarbons,a small amount of non-hydrocarbons,and the wet gas generated during highly mature stage shows obvious vertical migration signs;②liquid hydrocarbons associated with natural gas there are derived from source rock of the Enping&Zhuhai Formation,whereas natural gas comes mainly from source rock of the Enping Formation,and source rock of the Wenchang Formation made a little contribution during the early Eocene period as well;③although there was gas migration and accumulation,yet most of the natural gas mainly scattered and dispersed due to the stronger activity of faults in the early period;later as fault activity gradually weakened,gas started to accumulate into reservoirs in the Baiyun sag;④there is stronger vertical migration of oil and gas than lateral migration,and the places where fault links effective source rocks with reservoirs are most likely for gas accumulation;⑤effective temporal-spatial coupling of source-fault-reservoir in late stage is the key to gas reservoir formation in the Baiyun sag;⑥the nearer the distance from a trap to a large-scale fault and hydrocarbon source kitchen,the more likely gas may accumulate in the trap in late stage,therefore gas accumulation efficiency is much lower for the traps which are far away from large-scale faults and hydrocarbon source kitchens. 展开更多

The formation strength plateau of ceramics is addressed. A set of of 99A1203 are conducted, mechanism of the residual subjected to thermal shock thermal shock experiments where the thin specimens of 1 mm× 10 mm×50 mm exhibit parallel through edge cracks, and thus permit quantitative measurements of the crack patterns. The cracks evolve with the severity of ther- mal shock. It is found that there is a correlation between the length and density of the thermal shock cracks. The increase of crack length weakens the residual strength, whereas the increase of crack density improves it. In a considerably wide temperature range, the two contrary effects just counteract each other; consequently a plateau appears in the variation curve of the residual strength. A comparison between the numerical and experimental results of the residual strength is made, and they are found in good agreement. This work is helpful to a deep understanding of the thermal shock failure of ceramics. 展开更多

格林一巴利综合征(Guillain—Barre syndrome,GBS)是发生于空肠弯曲菌(Campylobacter jejuni)感染后的脱髓鞘性周围神经病,根据病理生理表现的不同,GBS可分为急性炎症性脱髓鞘性多发性神经病(acute demyelinating pattern,AID... 格林一巴利综合征(Guillain—Barre syndrome,GBS)是发生于空肠弯曲菌(Campylobacter jejuni)感染后的脱髓鞘性周围神经病,根据病理生理表现的不同,GBS可分为急性炎症性脱髓鞘性多发性神经病(acute demyelinating pattern,AIDP)、急性运动轴突型神经病(acute motor axonal neuropathy,AMAN)及Miller—Fisher综合征。我国常见的GBS类型为AMAN,其电生理改变及病理表现为轴突损害。大量研究表明,空肠弯曲菌感染后引起的细菌脂寡糖(lipooligosaccharides,LOS)与周围神经中神经节苷脂的交叉免疫反应可能与GBS的发病有关。LOS编码区的突变和变异极其活跃,这种突变和变异有利于细菌逃避宿主的免疫反应。但由于LOS结构的变化,同时也导致了菌株致GBS能力的改变。wla基因簇编码的多种蛋白质参与了细菌表面LOS的生物合成,本文对3株致AMAN型GBS空肠弯曲菌菌株的w/a基因簇进行扩增及测序,通过与已知空肠弯曲菌菌株的相应序列进行对比及分析,观察其序列特征及与致GBS的相关性。 展开更多

This pattern is determined inside a tetrad. During meiosis, the callose wall is formed outside of the meiocyte/microspore to form a tetrad. Then, primexine is deposited between the callose wall and the microspore plasma membrane which will become undulated. The sporopollenin deposits on top of the undulated membrane and develops into the pollen wall pattern, while the callose wall is gradually degraded. In recent years, much progress has been made in the study of pollen wall pattern formation, at both molecular and genetic levels. In this review,we summarize these achievements mainly in Arabidopsis. 展开更多

Here, based on transcriptome data, a full-lengt... CYP450 plays an essential role in the development and growth of the fruits of Siraitia grosvenorii. However, little is known about the SgCYP450-4 gene in S. grosvenorii. Here, based on transcriptome data, a full-length c DNA sequence of SgCYP450-4 was cloned by reverse transcriptasepolymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) and rapid-amplification of c DNA ends(RACE) strategies. SgCYP450-4 is 1677 bp in length(Gen Bank accession No. AEM42985.1) and contains a complete open reading frame(ORF) of 1422 bp. The deduced protein was composed of 473 amino acids, the molecular weight is 54.01 kDa, the theoretical isoelectric point(PI) is 8.8, and the protein was predicted to possess cytochrome P450 domains. SgCYP450-4 gene was highly expressed in root, diploid fruit and fruit treated with hormone and pollination. At 10 days after treatment with pollination and hormones, the expression of SgCYP450-4had the highest level and then decreased over time, which was consistent with the development of fruits of S.Grosvenorii. Hormonal treatment could significantly induce the expression of SgCYP450-4. These results provide a reference for regulation of fruit development and the use of parthenocarpy to generate seedless fruit, and provide a scientific basis for the production of growth regulator application agents. 展开更多

Spindle is a specific substructure in cell during meiosis and gamete maturity division and its structure and function directly influence the development, differentiation, growth and reproduction of individuals. Recent researches also show that mouse Mos/MAPK pathway is tightly related to spindiin phosphorylation. We report that (i) a novel gene encoding a putative human spindlin (SPIN) has been cloned, which is highly homologous to mouse Spin; (ii) tissue expression pattern of SPIN shows that SPIN is highly expressed as a 4.8 kb transcript in ovary, testis, heart, brain, kidney, pancreas, placenta and spleen, also with a specific 2.0 kb transcript in testis, but there is no hybridization band in thymus and small intestine, and (iii) SPIN has been mapped to human chromosome 9q22.1-22.3 by Radiation Hybrid Mapping. This novel gene was registered in GenBank as SPIN with accession number AF087864. 展开更多
