In today’s era, multidisciplinary integration is the development trend of education, which breaks the field of a single discipline and lays the foundation for the development of education.Objectively speaking, with the integration of disciplines,a new interdisciplinary is formed. This new discipline is comprehensive and systematic;in addition,it integrates knowledge, technology, and methods. It is the result of the collision of different disciplines. As an applied course,Management Science and Engineering integrates multidisciplinary knowledge, such as science and technology, information science, and mathematics. Its main purpose is to solve various problems in social and economic development. It has a long-term impact on the development of contemporary multidisciplinary education. In the new era,in order to meet the requirements of social and economic development, the teaching of Management Science and Engineering should be based on the perspective of multidisciplinary integration, combined with the current characteristics and training mode of the discipline, explore new talent training paths, and then drive the development of the whole industry. 展开更多

With the rapid growth of the aging population, pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD)has become a new type of high‑incidence disorder. This disorder can be caused by injury, functional deterioration,or coordination disorders of pelvic support structures, such as pelvic floor muscles, connective tissues, and pelvic floor muscle fiber. The symptoms can include dyssynergic defecation, fecal incontinence, overactive bladder, urinary incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse, hemorrhoids, sexual dysfunction, chronic urinary retention, and chronic pelvic pain.PFD often presents itself as a combination of symptoms involving urological, gynecological, anorectal, and psychological aspects.Under such circumstances, the development of multidisciplinary integrative diagnosis for PFD has become a trend. 展开更多

With the introduction of the concept of land use transition into China, related researches have been carried out extensively in the past two decades, which enrich the knowledge of land system science. This paper describes the development of research on land use transitions in China from the perspectives of conceptual connotations, theoretical model, research methods, and research progress and prospects. With the in-depth investigation of land use transitions, the concept and connotations of land use morphology are developed and encapsulated as two kinds,i.e.,dominant morphology and recessive morphology. The dominant morphology refers to the land use structure of a certain region over a certain period of time, with features such as the quantity and spatial pattern of land use types. While the recessive morphology includes the land use features in the aspects of quality, property rights, management mode, input, output and function.Accordingly, the concept of land use transition is further developed, and the theoretical model of regional land use transitions is established.Thereafter, three innovative integrated approaches to study land use transitions are put forward,i.e.,multidisciplinary research framework for recessive land use transition, transect and horizontal comparison. To date, there have been 62 Ph.D.and 166 M.S.dissertations on the topic of"land use transition"in China.During 2002–2019,the National Natural Science Foundation of China has funded 48 research programs on the theme of"land use transition".As such, the Chinese scholars have adapted the concept derived from western literature to the situations and experiences in China. 展开更多

Full waveform inversion(FWI) is a seismic imaging method with a unified mathematical framework based on wave equation constraints. The FWI method can be used to generate a variety of high-resolution seismic parameter models(e.g.,velocity, anisotropy, viscoelasticity, and attenuation), which can facilitate an in-depth understanding of important scientific problems such as the Earth's interior structure and material composition, earthquake preparation and occurrence, and plate motion and dynamic processes. With the development and cross-integration of disciplines such as geophysics, applied mathematics, and computer science, FWI imaging theories and methods not only play a crucial role in revealing the Earth's interior structure, dynamic evolution, and earthquake mechanisms but also show a wide range of application potential in fields such as resource exploration, medical imaging, engineering inspection, carbon dioxide geological sequestration, and earthquake disaster prediction. In this paper, we provide a comprehensive review and analysis of the development of the FWI method, addressing its current challenges, identifying key issues, future directions, and potential research areas in the theory, methodology, and application of high-resolution FWI imaging. We also offer new insights and perspectives to promote advancements of high-resolution FWI research and applications in Earth sciences and other related fields. 展开更多
