A decision map contains complete and clear information about the image to be fused, which is crucial to various image fusion issues, especially multi-focus image fusion. However, in order to get a satisfactory image fusion effect, getting a decision map is very necessary and usually difficult to finish. In this letter, we address this problem with convolutional neural network(CNN), aiming to get a state-of-the-art decision map. The main idea is that the max-pooling of CNN is replaced by a convolution layer, the residuals are propagated backwards by gradient descent, and the training parameters of the individual layers of the CNN are updated layer by layer. Based on this, we propose a new all CNN(ACNN)-based multi-focus image fusion method in spatial domain. We demonstrate that the decision map obtained from the ACNN is reliable and can lead to high-quality fusion results. Experimental results clearly validate that the proposed algorithm can obtain state-of-the-art fusion performance in terms of both qualitative and quantitative evaluations. 展开更多

Considering the continuous advancement in the field of imaging sensor, a host of other new issues have emerged. A major problem is how to find focus areas more accurately for multi-focus image fusion. The multi-focus image fusion extracts the focused information from the source images to construct a global in-focus image which includes more information than any of the source images. In this paper, a novel multi-focus image fusion based on Laplacian operator and region optimization is proposed. The evaluation of image saliency based on Laplacian operator can easily distinguish the focus region and out of focus region. And the decision map obtained by Laplacian operator processing has less the residual information than other methods. For getting precise decision map, focus area and edge optimization based on regional connectivity and edge detection have been taken. Finally, the original images are fused through the decision map. Experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm outperforms the other series of algorithms in terms of both subjective and objective evaluations. 展开更多

Efficient Compressive Multi-Focus Image Fusion

Along with different improvements on these two points, various fusion schemes have been proposed in literatures. However, the traditional clarity measures are not designed for compressive imaging measurements which are maps of source sense with random or likely ran- dom measurements matrix. This paper presents a novel efficient multi-focus image fusion frame- work for compressive imaging sensor network. Here the clarity measure of the raw compressive measurements is not obtained from the random sampling data itself but from the selected Hada- mard coefficients which can also be acquired from compressive imaging system efficiently. Then, the compressive measurements with different images are fused by selecting fusion rule. Finally, the block-based CS which coupled with iterative projection-based reconstruction is used to re- cover the fused image. Experimental results on common used testing data demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method. 展开更多

A multi-focus optical fiber lens is numerically demonstrated based on an all-dielectric metasurface structure.The metasurface consists of an array of rectangular silicon resonators with varying widths in order to obtain the required phase distribution.The core diameter of the multimode fiber is large enough to contain sufficient resonance units.The spatial distribution of the dielectric resonators is dictated by spatial multiplexing,including interleaving meta-atoms and lens aperture division,to achieve multi-focus properties.The proposed optical fiber metalens can produce two or three focal points along the longitudinal direction with high focusing efficiency.The size of every focal point is close to the diffraction limit,and the relative intensity on each focus can be controlled by adjusting the number of the respective resonators.The proposed optical fiber lens will have a great potential in the fields of integrated optics and multifunctional micro/nano devices. 展开更多

Multi-focus image fusion is an increasingly important component in image fusion,and it plays a key role in imaging.In this paper,we put forward a novel multi-focus image fusion method which employs fractional-order derivative and intuitionistic fuzzy sets.The original image is decomposed into a base layer and a detail layer.Furthermore,a new fractional-order spatial frequency is built to reflect the clarity of the image.The fractional-order spatial frequency is used as a rule for detail layers fusion,and intuitionistic fuzzy sets are introduced to fuse base layers.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed fusion method outperforms the state-of-the-art methods for multi-focus image fusion. 展开更多

A novel multi-focus polychromatic image fusion algorithm based on filtering in the frequency domain using fast Fourier transform(FFT) and synthesis in the space domain(FFDSSD) is presented in this paper.First,the original multi-focus images are transformed into their frequency data by FFT for easy and accurate clarity determination.Then a Gaussian low-pass filter is used to filter the high frequency information corresponding to the image saliencies.After an inverse FFT,the filtered images are obtained.The deviation between the filtered images and the original ones,representing the clarity of the image,is used to select the pixels from the multi-focus images to reconstruct a completely focused image.These operations in space domain preserve the original information as much as possible and are relatively insensitive to misregistration scenarios with respect to transform domain methods.The polychromatic noise is well considered and successfully avoided while the information in different chromatic channels is preserved.A natural,nice-looking fused microscopic image for human visual evaluations is obtained in a dedicated experiment.The experimental results indicate that the proposed algorithm has a good performance in objective quality metrics and runtime efficiency. 展开更多

Precision sculpting of glass with defined surface microstructures is vital due to the miniaturization and integration of glass-based devices,while it is still challenging as the high brittleness of glass.We here create a three-dimensional multifocus laser for glass micro-sculpting through a beam-shaping technology based on the superposition of lens and grating phase diagrams.The multi-focus laser modification in tandem with chemical etching enables the fabrication of glass microstructures with highly adjustable profiles.Refractive-index-induced deviations are migrated via algorithm correction to ensure multi-focus positional accuracy.Energy un-uniformity due to equidistant laser spots arrangement is eliminated through their coordinate randomization following the target profiles.Finally,uniform laser spots with a proper point-topoint distance create connected cracks inside glass,enabling efficient etching with enhanced rates along the modified profile and the fabrication of surface microstructures.We demonstrate diverse groove arrays with profiles of trapezoid,semicircle,and triangle,revealing low roughness around 1.3μm,a high depth-width ratio of 3:1,and depth up to 300μm,which underscore broad applications such as fiber packaging. 展开更多

Multi-focus parallel scanning can effectively increase laser fabrication throughput.However,the conventional approach of using a spatial light modulator(SLM)to generate multi-foci and scan this fixed number of foci with galvanometer scanners can only achieve a periodic scanning trajectory due to the low switching speed of the SLM.Here we demonstrate a multifocus non-periodic scanning method for femtosecond lasers by using,instead,a fast-switching digital micromirror device(DMD)to generate a dynamic number of foci.The number of effective foci is quickly switched by introducing aberration to the undesired focus.In this way,the intensity allocated to each focus will not be affected by the number of foci,and a uniformity of 98%with different numbers of foci is achieved without adjusting the total laser energy.Finally,we validate the effectiveness of this scanning method by demonstrating corneal flap fabrication of porcine cornea in vitro. 展开更多

In this paper, a joint multifocus image fusion and Bayer pattern image restoration algorithm for raw images of single-sensor colorimaging devices is proposed. Different from traditional fusion schemes, the raw Bayer pattern images are fused before colorrestoration. Therefore, the Bayer image restoration operation is only performed one time. Thus, the proposed algorithm is moreefficient than traditional fusion schemes. In detail, a clarity measurement of Bayer pattern image is defined for raw Bayer patternimages, and the fusion operator is performed on superpixels which provide powerful grouping cues of local image feature. Theraw images are merged with refined weight map to get the fused Bayer pattern image, which is restored by the demosaicingalgorithm to get the full resolution color image. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed algorithm can obtain betterfused results with more natural appearance and fewer artifacts than the traditional algorithms. 展开更多

针对光学镜头调焦产线多工位协调性不足、控制时序冗余以及点胶位置精度不稳定等问题,提出了一种基于分布式智能运动控制的有效优化方法。通过优化生产节拍算法完成对多机协同的实时调度,对上下料机械臂、调焦机构及点胶工艺等多工位的... 针对光学镜头调焦产线多工位协调性不足、控制时序冗余以及点胶位置精度不稳定等问题,提出了一种基于分布式智能运动控制的有效优化方法。通过优化生产节拍算法完成对多机协同的实时调度,对上下料机械臂、调焦机构及点胶工艺等多工位的作业时序进行重构且进行并行优化,进一步降低了工序间的空等时间、机械手空行程与非生产性工时的损失,实现生产线节拍同步与生产效率最大化。在点胶工艺环节,引入动态参数整定的自适应PID控制策略,结合实时反馈,准确调节胶头位置,有效减缓了因胶液黏度变化、出胶压力波动及环境干扰等因素对点胶定位精度造成的扰动影响。实验表明,优化后的控制系统使整体生产效率提升27%,胶头定位精度达到2 mm,合格率提升至98%。 展开更多

针对目前多聚焦图像融合会出现融合边缘模糊和细节丢失等问题,本研究提出了一种基于决策优化和聚焦评价的多聚焦图像融合算法。首先选用拉普拉斯能量和(SML)评价算子对源图像聚焦度量而得到聚焦评价图;同时采用卷积神经网络(CNN)对源图... 针对目前多聚焦图像融合会出现融合边缘模糊和细节丢失等问题,本研究提出了一种基于决策优化和聚焦评价的多聚焦图像融合算法。首先选用拉普拉斯能量和(SML)评价算子对源图像聚焦度量而得到聚焦评价图;同时采用卷积神经网络(CNN)对源图像进行特征学习,并得到卷积决策图。然后将得到的决策图和聚焦评价图作为标签输入随机游走模型,构建像素间的最优传递关系,实现融合决策图的边界优化。最终采用引导滤波进一步增强边缘一致性,并通过加权重构生成融合图像。在Lytro数据集和采集图像上的实验结果表明,与5种先进的多聚焦融合算法相比,所提算法的边缘信息保持度Q_(abf)值最高提高了0.022,峰值信噪比PSNR值最高提高了0.282 dB,融合图像在边缘细节、对比度和视觉清晰度方面表现更优,融合效果更加自然。 展开更多

针对钢材表面缺陷尺度变化大、分布分散造成的目标错检和漏检问题,提出一种基于YOLOv7改进的钢材表面缺陷检测算法ERI-YOLO。首先,通过构建高效的反向残差块(EIRB)改进高效聚合网络(ELAN),使其兼顾动态全局建模与静态局部信息融合的优势... 针对钢材表面缺陷尺度变化大、分布分散造成的目标错检和漏检问题,提出一种基于YOLOv7改进的钢材表面缺陷检测算法ERI-YOLO。首先,通过构建高效的反向残差块(EIRB)改进高效聚合网络(ELAN),使其兼顾动态全局建模与静态局部信息融合的优势,从而增强模型对图像特征的提取能力。其次,设计重校准特征金字塔网络(RCFPN),在提升多尺度特征融合效果的同时降低了模型的参数量和计算量。最后,引入动态非单调聚焦机制,并采用辅助边界框计算损失的方法,提出Inner-WIoU损失函数,以提高预测框的精确率,加速模型的收敛速度。为了验证改进算法的有效性,在NEU-DET数据集和GC10-DET数据集上进行了实验。实验结果表明,相较于YOLOv7,改进算法的平均检测精度分别提升5.7%和4.5%,FPS分别达到94.4帧/s和90.2帧/s,有效减少了错检和漏检现象。 展开更多

为了实现光透过无序介质后在多点位置处的聚焦,并且灵活控制各聚焦点的光斑强度,本文对波前整形技术相关算法展开研究。首先,根据相干光波在无序介质中的传输过程,介绍了传统波前整形算法实现散射光场聚焦的基本原理。接着,以散射光场... 为了实现光透过无序介质后在多点位置处的聚焦,并且灵活控制各聚焦点的光斑强度,本文对波前整形技术相关算法展开研究。首先,根据相干光波在无序介质中的传输过程,介绍了传统波前整形算法实现散射光场聚焦的基本原理。接着,以散射光场在两点位置处的聚焦为例,对传统方法存在的光斑亮度分布不均、强度无法调节等问题进行分析。随后,提出了一种基于权值控制的散射光场多点聚焦策略,通过引入归一化过程和权值系数方法,优化了散射子波的相位调制方案,实现对聚焦点光斑强度的灵活控制。最后,通过仿真实验对比了传统算法与权值控制算法在多点聚焦方面的表现。实验结果表明:相较于传统的波前整形算法,权值控制算法可以有效地实现散射光场在多点位置处的聚焦,并且通过改变权值系数大小,实现了对目标点光斑强度的灵活控制。证明了该方法在多目标复杂散射光场的调控研究中有着明显优势。 展开更多

静校正技术作为地震勘探中非常重要的一环,对于地震资料品质和勘探精度的提升具有无可替代的作用。利用炮集初至通过折射波静校正、层析静校正、剩余静校正等不同算法获得静校正成果成为解决静校正问题的关键技术手段。实际生产中各类... 静校正技术作为地震勘探中非常重要的一环,对于地震资料品质和勘探精度的提升具有无可替代的作用。利用炮集初至通过折射波静校正、层析静校正、剩余静校正等不同算法获得静校正成果成为解决静校正问题的关键技术手段。实际生产中各类环境噪声严重干扰初至的拾取,无论是对拾取效率还是拾取精度均产生非常大的影响,进而影响静校正结果。各类环境噪声中的随机噪声是影响较大且难以消除的噪声之一。针对随机噪声干扰初至数据的问题,文中介绍了一种利用多聚焦共反射面元叠加方法(MFSG),该方法基于共反射面元叠加(CRS),通过多聚焦策略利用相邻道信号的相似性,进行局部相似性加权叠加。最终实现增强信号、压制噪声、提高初至拾取效率和拾取精度的目的。实际数据的应用结果验证了文中方法的有效性。 展开更多

相控阵全聚焦成像技术是无损检测领域的前沿技术,其中复合模式全聚焦技术更是目前研究的重点,这类检测技术能够把不同角度的缺陷信息融合到一张全聚焦图像中,显著提高对未知缺陷的重建能力,但随着融合模式数的增加,会不可避免地引入噪... 相控阵全聚焦成像技术是无损检测领域的前沿技术,其中复合模式全聚焦技术更是目前研究的重点,这类检测技术能够把不同角度的缺陷信息融合到一张全聚焦图像中,显著提高对未知缺陷的重建能力,但随着融合模式数的增加,会不可避免地引入噪声和结构性伪影,严重影响检测结果评定。针对复合模式全聚焦的成像中叠加的噪声和伪影的干扰,提出了一种基于全聚焦的多模式自适应区域融合方法,利用TT直接模式下的全聚焦成像视图中的缺陷物理信息,准确定位到缺陷位置,进行针对性区域融合。试验结果表明,自适应区域融合方法在保证成像精度的前提下,有效滤除了结构性伪影的干扰,平均可提高对比度噪声比约34.06%。 展开更多
