Process fault root cause diagnosis through state evolution mapping based on temporal unit shapelets

Accurate fault root cause diagnosis is essential for ensuring stable industrial production. Traditional methods, which typically rely on the entire time series and overlook critical local features, can lead to biased inferences about causal relationships, thus hindering the accurate identification of root cause variables. This study proposed a shapelet-based state evolution graph for fault root cause diagnosis (SEG-RCD), which enables causal inference through the analysis of the important local features. First, the regularized autoencoder and fault contribution plot are used to identify the fault onset time and candidate root cause variables, respectively. Then, the most representative shapelets were extracted to construct a state evolution graph. Finally, the propagation path was extracted based on fault unit shapelets to pinpoint the fault root cause variable. The SEG-RCD can reduce the interference of noncausal information, enhancing the accuracy and interpretability of fault root cause diagnosis. The superiority of the proposed SEG-RCD was verified through experiments on a simulated penicillin fermentation process and an actual one. 展开更多

Root-cause identification plays a vital role in business decision making by providing effective future directions for the organizations.Aspect extraction and sentiment extraction plays a vital role in identifying the rootcauses.This paper proposes the Ensemble based temporal weighting and pareto ranking(ETP)model for Root-cause identification.Aspect extraction is performed based on rules and is followed by opinion identification using the proposed boosted ensemble model.The obtained aspects are validated and ranked using the proposed aspect weighing scheme.Pareto-rule based aspect selection is performed as the final selection mechanism and the results are presented for business decision making.Experiments were performed with the standard five product benchmark dataset.Performances on all five product reviews indicate the effective performance of the proposed model.Comparisons are performed using three standard state-of-the-art models and effectiveness is measured in terms of F-Measure and Detection rates.The results indicate improved performances exhibited by the proposed model with an increase in F-Measure levels at 1%–15%and detection rates at 4%–24%compared to the state-of-the-art models. 展开更多

Study shows that regional poverty performance of 4 depressed-regions not only has many commons in the field of regional economic structure and industry structure, which is far behind the average development performance of Sichuan in the field of economic sum per capita such as GDP, farmer net income per capita as well as retail scale consumer goods, it is also quite different related to infrastructure and social development within 4 depressed-regions. Regional Poverty is chronically resulted in interaction of the multi-factors. Modern industrial systems are usually in large scale,consisting of massive components and variables that form a complex system topology.Owing to the interconnections among devices,a fault may occur and propagate to exert widespread influences and lead to a variety of alarms.Obtaining the root causes of alarms is beneficial to the decision supports in making corrective alarm responses.Existing data-driven methods for alarm root cause analysis detect causal relations among alarms mainly based on historical alarm event data.To improve the accuracy,this paper proposes a causal fusion inference method for industrial alarm root cause analysis based on process topology and alarm events.A Granger causality inference method considering process topology is exploited to find out the causal relations among alarms.The topological nodes are used as the inputs of the model,and the alarm causal adjacency matrix between alarm variables is obtained by calculating the likelihood of the topological Hawkes process.The root cause is then obtained from the directed acyclic graph(DAG)among alarm variables.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by simulations based on both a numerical example and the Tennessee Eastman process(TEP)model. 展开更多

A distributed information network with complex network structure always has a challenge of locating fault root causes.In this paper,we propose a novel root cause analysis(RCA)method by random walk on the weighted fault propagation graph.Different from other RCA methods,it mines effective features information related to root causes from offline alarms.Combined with the information,online alarms and graph relationship of network structure are used to construct a weighted graph.Thus,this approach does not require operational experience and can be widely applied in different distributed networks.The proposed method can be used in multiple fault location cases.The experiment results show the proposed approach achieves much better performance with 6%higher precision at least for root fault location,compared with three baseline methods.Besides,we explain how the optimal parameter’s value in the random walk algorithm influences RCA results. 展开更多

The paper discusses the framework for a risk-informed root cause analysis process.Such process enables scaling of the analysis performed based on the risk associated with the undesired event or condition,thereby creating tiers of analysis where the greater the risk,the more sophisticated the analysis.In a risk-informed root cause analysis process,a situation is normally not analyzed at a level less than what actually occurred.However,a situation may be investigated as though the consequence were greater than actually happened,especially if only slight differences in circumstances could result in a significantly higher consequence.While operational events or safety issues are normally expected to result only with negligible or marginal actual consequences,many of those would actually have certain potential to develop or propagate into catastrophic events.This potential can be expressed qualitatively or quantitatively.Risk-informing of root cause analysis relies on mapping the event or safety issue into a risk matrix which,traditionally,is a two-dimensional probability-consequence matrix.A new concept employed in the risk matrix for root cause analysis is that,while the probability reflects the observed or expected range of values(retaining,thus,its“traditional”meaning),the consequence reflects not only the observed or materialized impact(such as failure of equipment)but,also,its potential to propagate or develop into highly undesirable final state.The paper presents main elements of risk-informed root cause analysis process and discusses qualitative and quantitative aspects and approaches to determination of risk significance of operational events or safety issues. 展开更多

The number of roots lying inside or outside the unit circle and hence on the unit circle is directly determined from the proposed single modified Jury tabulation and the sign criterion. Background: Seven patients at a hospital in Houston, TX, were diagnosed during a two-week period in 2009 with joint space infection of pansusceptible P. aeruginosa following arthroscopic procedures of the knee or shoulder. Tosh et al. (2011), who investigated and published the principal report discussing this bacterial outbreak, conclude that its most likely cause was the improper reprocessing of certain reusable, physically-complex, heat-stable arthroscopic instruments used during these arthroscopic procedures. These reusable instruments reportedly remained contaminated with remnant tissue, despite diligent efforts by the hospital to clean their internal structures. This retained bioburden presumably shielded the outbreak’s strain of embedded P. aeruginosa from contact with the pressurized steam, reportedly resulting in ineffective sterilization of these arthroscopic instruments and bacterial transmission. Objectives: First, to clarify which specific sterilization methods, in addition to steam sterilization, Methodist Hospital employed to process its reusable arthroscopic instrumentation at the time of its outbreak, in 2009;second, to evaluate Tosh et al.’s (2011) conclusion that ineffective steam sterilization due to inadequate cleaning was the most likely cause of this hospital’s outbreak;third, to consider whether any other hitherto unrecognized factors could have plausibly contributed to this outbreak;and, fourth, to assess whether any additional recommendations might be warranted to prevent disease transmission following arthroscopic procedures. Methods: The medical literature was reviewed;some of the principles of quality assurance, engineering and a root-cause analysis were employed;and Tosh et al.’s (2011) findings and conclusions were reviewed and compared with those of other published reports that evaluated the risk of disease transmission associated with the steam sterilization of physically-complex, heat-stable, soiled surgical instruments. Results and Conclusion: Reports documenting outbreaks of P. aeruginosa or another vegetative bacterium associated with the steam sterilization of inadequately cleaned surgical or arthroscopic instruments are scant. This finding—coupled with a number of published studies demonstrating the effective steam sterilization of complex instruments contaminated with vegetative bacteria mixed with organic debris, or, in one published series of tests, with resistant bacterial endospores coated with hydraulic fluid—raises for discussion whether Methodist Hospital’s outbreak might have been due to one or more factors other than, or in addition to, that which Tosh et al. (2011) conclude was its most likely cause. An example of such a factor not ruled out by Tosh et al. (2011) findings would be the re-contamination of the implicated arthroscopic instruments after sterilization. The specific methods that Methodist Hospital employed at the time of its outbreak to sterilize some of its arthroscopic instrumentation remain unclear. A number of additional recommendations are provided to prevent disease transmission following arthroscopic procedures. 展开更多

背景急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者合并肌肉衰减状态与临床不良预后显著相关,因此,发掘简便易行且可操作性强的临床指标辅助筛查高危人群,已成为当前卒中康复与临床营养领域的交叉研究热点。目的探讨颞肌横截面积(TMA)和颞肌厚度(TMT)评估... 背景急性缺血性脑卒中(AIS)患者合并肌肉衰减状态与临床不良预后显著相关,因此,发掘简便易行且可操作性强的临床指标辅助筛查高危人群,已成为当前卒中康复与临床营养领域的交叉研究热点。目的探讨颞肌横截面积(TMA)和颞肌厚度(TMT)评估AIS患者肌肉衰减状态的可行性及临床价值。方法纳入2022年1月—2025年8月安徽医科大学第二附属医院收治的531例AIS患者(男347例,女184例),通过颅脑CT或MRI测量双侧TMA和TMT,并根据亚洲肌肉衰减症工作组(AWGS 2019)标准诊断肌肉衰减症。采用单因素及多因素Logistic回归分析筛选独立预测因素,构建预测模型并通过受试者工作特征曲线(ROC曲线)、校准曲线及临床决策曲线分析评估其效能。结果AIS患者肌肉衰减症患病率为19.96%(106/531),根据诊断标准将患者分为肌肉衰减组(n=106)与无肌肉衰减组(n=425)。肌肉衰减组患者TMA、TMT均低于无肌肉衰减组(P<0.001)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄(OR=1.717,95%CI=1.223~2.410)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分(OR=3.213,95%CI=1.829~5.643)、营养风险筛查量表(NRS 2002)评分(OR=1.337,95%CI=1.045~1.711)及TMA(OR=0.781,95%CI=0.639~0.955)为AIS出现肌肉衰减症的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。为构建并验证肌肉衰减症风险预测模型,将所有研究对象按3∶1的比例随机分为训练集(n=398)与验证集(n=133)。基于多因素Logistic回归分析构建的最终模型公式为:Logit(P)=46.22122+0.08211×年龄+2.07856×(NRS 2002=1)-0.14480×TMA+18.32780×(NIHSS=1),并生成预测肌肉衰减症风险的列线图。预测模型在训练集中的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)为0.884(95%CI=0.782~0.947),在验证集中的AUC为0.808(95%CI=0.679~0.882)。校准曲线显示模型预测概率与实际概率一致性良好,临床决策曲线表明模型在广泛阈值概率范围内具有临床净获益。结论颞肌测量是评估AIS患者肌肉衰减状态的有效方法,基于年龄、NIHSS评分、NRS 2002评分和TMA构建的预测模型具有良好的判别效能与临床适用性,可作为AIS患者肌肉衰减症的早期识别的实用工具。 展开更多

Objective:To identify the root causes of typical adverse drug events through the lens of patient experiences proposing novel strategies to mitigate preventable harm.Methods:A qualitative case study leveraging in-depth interviews with patients and families,anchored by Interactive Patient Par ticipation Theory,to analyze 4 high-severity adverse drug events(ADE)cases.Cases were purposively sampled from 8 communities in China's National Adverse Event Monitor Center(2018-2023).Semi-structured interviews explored patient perspectives,with data analyzed via thematic coding and triangulation against clinical records.Results:Five interconnected themes emerged:(1)erosion of trust,(2)communication breakdowns,(3)information asymmetry,(4)environmental inadequacies,and(5)technological alienation.Notably,75% of participants had≤high school education,and 50% used≥7 medications daily,compounding ADE risks.Conclusions:We considered elements mentioned by theory,exploring trust,communication,information,and suppor t as the root causes.In addition,we added“adaptability to new technology”as an impor tant and necessary component.It is impor tant and necessary to analyze typical adverse drug events from the perspectives of patients. 展开更多

背景导致老年重症肺炎患者发生急性肾损伤(AKI)的危险因素目前仍未完全阐明。目的探索血压反应指数(BPRI)与老年重症肺炎休克患者发生AKI的关系。方法回顾性选取常州市第二人民医院2016—2024年收治的年龄≥60岁重症肺炎休克患者。从医... 背景导致老年重症肺炎患者发生急性肾损伤(AKI)的危险因素目前仍未完全阐明。目的探索血压反应指数(BPRI)与老年重症肺炎休克患者发生AKI的关系。方法回顾性选取常州市第二人民医院2016—2024年收治的年龄≥60岁重症肺炎休克患者。从医院的电子病历信息系统收集患者的临床资料,计算BPRI,BPRI=平均动脉压/血管活性药物使用强度。记录患者住院后是否发生AKI以及30 d生存率。使用多因素Logistic回归分析探讨BPRI与重症肺炎休克患者发生AKI的关系。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评估BPRI预测重症肺炎休克患者发生AKI的效能,采用ROC曲线下面积(AUC)表示预测效能大小。使用Kaplan-Meier生存曲线分析不同AKI风险患者的30 d死亡率,Log-rank检验生存差异。结果本研究最终纳入237例患者,其中96例(40.5%)发生AKI。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,BPRI升高是重症肺炎休克患者发生AKI的保护因素(OR=0.751,95%CI=0.678~0.831,P<0.001),乳酸水平升高(OR=1.239,95%CI=1.039~1.477,P=0.017)、序贯器官衰竭评估(SOFA)评分升高(OR=1.930,95%CI=1.497~2.488,P<0.001)是重症肺炎休克患者发生AKI的危险因素。ROC曲线结果显示,BPRI预测重症肺炎休克患者发生AKI的AUC为0.809(95%CI=0.752~0.865),临界值为10.063。根据BPRI的临界值将患者分为发生AKI高风险患者(BPRI≥10.063,n=79)和发生AKI低风险患者(BPRI<10.063,n=158),Kaplan-Meier曲线显示AKI高风险患者的30 d累积生存率低于AKI低风险患者(χ^(2)=35.310,P<0.001)。结论BPRI升高是老年重症肺炎休克患者发生AKI的保护因素,对预测患者发生AKI具有良好的效能。 展开更多

目的探讨全身麻醉(全麻)下接受腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者术后谵妄(POD)发生的独立危险因素,并评估多指标联合预测效能。方法连续纳入行全麻腹腔镜胃癌根治术的310例患者并根据是否发生POD分为POD组(78例)和非POD组(232例)。通过单因素分析... 目的探讨全身麻醉(全麻)下接受腹腔镜胃癌根治术患者术后谵妄(POD)发生的独立危险因素,并评估多指标联合预测效能。方法连续纳入行全麻腹腔镜胃癌根治术的310例患者并根据是否发生POD分为POD组(78例)和非POD组(232例)。通过单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析筛选POD发生的影响因素。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析各影响因素的预测价值,计算曲线下面积(AUC),并对多因素联合预测效能进行评估。结果与非POD组相比,POD组年龄较大、CO_(2)气腹压升高、术中低氧血症和低血压发生比例升高、睡眠干扰比例升高、麻醉过深比例升高,血红蛋白水平下降(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,高龄(OR=1.112,95%CI:1.040~1.188)、CO_(2)气腹压升高(OR=10.967,95%CI:4.580~16.260)、术中低氧血症(OR=15.243,95%CI:5.564~20.676)、术中低血压(OR=12.481,95%CI:2.812~25.388)、睡眠干扰(OR=8.166,95%CI:2.530~26.352)和麻醉过深(OR=3.320,95%CI:1.135~9.645)是影响POD的独立危险因素,血红蛋白升高(OR=0.738,95%CI:0.652~0.834)是保护因素(P<0.05)。根据上述7种影响因素的特征进行分类,分为基础生理(年龄联合血红蛋白),术中生理异常(术中低氧血症、术中低血压和CO_(2)气腹压升高),干预相关(麻醉过深和睡眠干扰),其诊断效能由高到低分别是术中生理异常(AUC=0.945,95%CI:0.908~0.968)、基础生理(AUC=0.892,95%CI:0.838~0.926)和干预相关(AUC=0.769,95%CI:0.713~0.838)。结论基于POD的危险因素分层评估有助于早期识别POD,为临床干预提供循证依据。 展开更多

背景老年人2型糖尿病高发已经成为全球严峻的公共卫生问题。糖尿病对认知功能损害极大,目前仍缺乏简便指标对其进行早期监测及识别,亟待更多探讨和挖掘。本研究基于真实世界横断面数据分析,从“体病相关”视角下探究该病对临床诊治有一... 背景老年人2型糖尿病高发已经成为全球严峻的公共卫生问题。糖尿病对认知功能损害极大,目前仍缺乏简便指标对其进行早期监测及识别,亟待更多探讨和挖掘。本研究基于真实世界横断面数据分析,从“体病相关”视角下探究该病对临床诊治有一定参考价值。目的以四川地区为例,探讨老年2型糖尿病患轻度认知障碍的现状及其影响因素。方法于2021年11月—2023年11月在四川省6个市(成都市、德阳市、巴中市、峨眉山市、眉山市、绵阳市)多个不同社区及3个养老院选取≥60岁老年2型糖尿病患者进行调查。使用纸质问卷进行面对面调查,调查问卷包括基本资料、长沙版蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)、中医体质评估。采用单因素分析结合多因素Logistic回归分析探究2型糖尿病伴轻度认知障碍的独立影响因素。采用Pearson相关分析探究不同认知域与阳虚质间相关性。结果共发放调查问卷407份,回收有效问卷397份,有效回收率为97.54%。397例研究对象包括社区老年人348例(87.7%),养老院老年人49例(12.3%);轻度认知障碍患者84例,2型糖尿病伴轻度认知障碍患病率为21.2%。依据患者是否伴轻度认知障碍将其分为2型糖尿病伴轻度认知障碍组(n=84)和2型糖尿病不伴轻度认知障碍组(n=313)。两组患者受教育程度、抑郁、读书看报、气虚质、阳虚质、痰湿质、湿热质比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,受教育程度(初中:OR=0.487,95%CI=0.253~0.939;大学及以上:OR=0.149,95%CI=0.034~0.659)、阳虚质(OR=2.284,95%CI=1.220~4.279)为老年2型糖尿病患者发生轻度认知障碍的独立影响因素(P<0.05)。相关分析结果显示:阳虚质得分与延迟记忆认知域得分呈负相关(r=-0.106,P<0.05)。结论四川省老年2型糖尿病患者轻度认知障碍患病率为21.2%,且低教育程度、阳虚质是发生轻度认知障碍的高危人群。结合中医“体质可分-体病相关-体质可调”理论,针对阳虚者进行早期干预,可能有助于降低糖尿病认知障碍转化。 展开更多

故障根因分析旨在找到导致特定问题、故障或事件发生的原因,是多个领域中追踪溯源的重要支撑技术,但现有方法在效率、准确性和稳定性等方面仍不能满足故障根因分析任务的实际需求。对此,将贝叶斯网作为相关属性之间依赖关系表示和推理... 故障根因分析旨在找到导致特定问题、故障或事件发生的原因,是多个领域中追踪溯源的重要支撑技术,但现有方法在效率、准确性和稳定性等方面仍不能满足故障根因分析任务的实际需求。对此,将贝叶斯网作为相关属性之间依赖关系表示和推理的知识框架,提出基于贝叶斯网的故障根因分析方法。首先,针对高维数据和稀疏样本带来的挑战,提出基于向量量化自编码器的高维属性约简算法,并给出α-BIC评分准则,高效地学习根因贝叶斯网(Root Cause Bayesian Network,RCBN)。随后,基于贝叶斯网嵌入技术实现RCBN的高效推理,高效计算各原因条件下故障产生的可能性,进而使用因果模型中的Blame机制度量各原因对给定故障的贡献度,从而实现故障根因分析。在3个公共数据集和3个合成数据集上的实验结果表明,所提方法的平均检测准确性和效率明显优于对比方法,在CHILD数据集上精度提升了7%,运行时间快了60%。 展开更多

根因分析是指找出引起复杂系统异常故障的根源因素.基于因果关系的溯因方法基于结构因果模型,是实现根因分析的最优选择之一.目前大多数因果驱动的根因分析方法大都需要数据因果结构的发现作为前置条件,这使得根因分析本身严重依赖于因... 根因分析是指找出引起复杂系统异常故障的根源因素.基于因果关系的溯因方法基于结构因果模型,是实现根因分析的最优选择之一.目前大多数因果驱动的根因分析方法大都需要数据因果结构的发现作为前置条件,这使得根因分析本身严重依赖于因果发现这一先验任务的效果.最近,基于得分函数的干预识别受到了广泛关注,其通过对比干预前后的得分函数导数的方差来检测被干预的变量集合,具备突破因果发现对根因分析约束的潜力.然而,主流的基于得分函数的干预识别大都受限于得分函数估计这一步骤,其采用的解析求解方法并不能很好地对真实的高维复杂数据分布进行建模.因此,鉴于最近在数据生成中取得的进展,提出一种扩散模型引导的根因分析策略.具体来说,所提方法首先利用扩散模型针对异常发生前后的数据分布对应的得分函数进行估计,进而通过观察对加权融合后的总体得分函数的一阶导方差,识别导致异常发生的根因变量集合.此外,为了进一步减小在识别过程中剪枝操作带来的扩散模型重复训练的开销,提出一种可靠的估计策略,其只需要训练一次扩散模型即可估计所有剪枝过程中对应节点的得分函数.在仿真数据和真实数据上的实验结果表明,所提出的方法实现了对于根因变量集合的精准识别.此外,相关的消融实验也表明,扩散模型的引导作用对于表现提升至关重要. 展开更多

2型糖尿病患者抑郁现状及危险因素:一项全国多中心横断面研究

背景糖尿病和抑郁成为两大公共卫生挑战,抑郁会影响患者的预后和生活质量,增加自杀及死亡风险。目前糖尿病患者抑郁诊断率和治疗率均低,因此,主动识别筛查具有抑郁风险的2型糖尿病患者,并深入分析各种影响因素,具有重要的临床意义。目的... 背景糖尿病和抑郁成为两大公共卫生挑战,抑郁会影响患者的预后和生活质量,增加自杀及死亡风险。目前糖尿病患者抑郁诊断率和治疗率均低,因此,主动识别筛查具有抑郁风险的2型糖尿病患者,并深入分析各种影响因素,具有重要的临床意义。目的 探讨中国2型糖尿病患者抑郁患病率及其影响因素,为制订糖尿病患者精神心理健康干预策略提供依据。方法 采用概率与规模成比例(PPS)抽样方法,于2022年5月—2023年12月在全国52家综合医院招募了18~75岁的门诊及住院的2型糖尿病患者为研究对象。使用抑郁症状自评量表(PHQ-9)评估抑郁(以PHQ-9≥10分为临床抑郁)。通过查阅文献确定空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂四项、三酰甘油-葡萄糖指数(TyG)、糖尿病病程、糖尿病并发症及合并症等共29个影响因素。采用多因素Logistic回归分析2型糖尿病患者抑郁的影响因素。采用限制性立方样条回归分析年龄、TyG与抑郁剂量-反应关系并计算拐点。结果 在1 659例2型糖尿病患者中,抑郁患病率为13.3%(220例)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示,2型糖尿病患者发生抑郁的独立危险因素为性别(女性:OR=1.815,95%CI=1.220~2.701)、年龄(OR=0.969,95%CI=0.952~0.987)、受教育水平(高中以下:OR=1.488,95%CI=1.049~2.110)、婚姻(未婚及其他:OR=1.864,95%CI=1.068~3.254)、BMI(OR=0.936,95%CI=0.896~0.977)、经济困难(OR=3.654,95%CI=2.403~5.558)、糖尿病病程(OR=1.031,95%CI=1.006~1.057)、糖尿病周围神经病变(OR=2.170,95%CI=1.275~3.693)、心血管疾病(OR=1.844,95%CI=1.248~2.723)、高血压(OR=1.625,95%CI=1.163~2.271)、TyG(OR=1.717,95%CI=1.026~2.874)(P<0.05)。在控制全部混杂因素后,TyG与抑郁呈线性正相关(P_(非线性)=0.191),男性人群的年龄与抑郁呈线性负相关(P_(非线性)=0.946)。女性人群的年龄与抑郁呈非线性关系(P_(非线性)=0.013),与抑郁关系的时间拐点为49岁(年龄<49岁时OR=0.921,95%CI=0.857~0.990,P_(非线性)=0.025;年龄≥49岁时OR=1.036,95%CI=1.003~1.070,P_(非线性)=0.032)。结论 中国2型糖尿病患者抑郁患病率为13.3%,高TyG、低教育水平、未婚及离异、经济困难、合并糖尿病周围神经病变、心血管疾病和高血压的患者更易发生抑郁。男性患者随着年龄增加,抑郁患病率降低。女性患者年龄与糖尿病抑郁发病率呈非线性关系,49岁后抑郁风险升高。建议针对这些高危人群进行早期抑郁筛查和干预,以改善2型糖尿病患者的整体健康状况和生活质量。 展开更多
