Digital twin can simulate and monitor the state and behavior of physical entities in the real world,helping enterprises to better understand and manage real-world physical systems,improve production efficiency,reduce ...Digital twin can simulate and monitor the state and behavior of physical entities in the real world,helping enterprises to better understand and manage real-world physical systems,improve production efficiency,reduce costs,and improve safety and reliability.In this paper,we use GTS motion control card and Unity engine to build a digital twin system,and control a virtual industrial automation handling platform including two screw servo axes and multiple sensors through the physical GTS motion control card.The control card program controls the motion of the virtual model through transmission control protocol(TCP)communication,and the virtual model system feeds back the signal to the control card program to achieve the virtual and real synchronous digital twin effect.The digital twin system uses Unity engine to create a highly realistic virtual environment,and can run on multi-platform terminals.展开更多

A non-uniform rational B-spline (NURBS) interpolation form...5-axis machine tool plays an important role in high-speed and high-precision computer numerical control (CNC) machining of workpieces with complex shapes. A non-uniform rational B-spline (NURBS) interpolation format for 5-axis machining is pro- posed to adapt to the high speed machining (HSM). With this interpolation format, angles between orientation vectors are chosen as parameters of orientation B-spline constructed by an open controller to achieve reasonable orientation vectors in real-time interpolation process. Coordinated motion between linear axes and rotary axes is achieved by building a polynomial spline which relates interpolation arc lengths of position spline to angles of orientation spline. Algorithm routine of this interpolation format and its realization methods in the supported controller are discussed in detail. Finally, performance of the proposed NURBS in- terpolation format is demonstrated by a practical example.展开更多
A multi joint robot control system was designed based on the universal processor PC+DSP in order to overcome the short- comings of the control system in terms of flexibility, cost performance, and software transplanta...A multi joint robot control system was designed based on the universal processor PC+DSP in order to overcome the short- comings of the control system in terms of flexibility, cost performance, and software transplantation, which use Industrial Personal Computer for the upper monitor and MAC Motion control card for the lower computer. The design of multi joint robot control system is accomplished through hardware circuit design, VC++ programming and so on. Finally, six joint robot platform is used to test the control performance,The results show that the designed control system has the advantages of flexible fimction,easy expansion and easy porting of software.展开更多
