The 3D reconstruction using deep learning-based intelligent systems can provide great help for measuring an individual’s height and shape quickly and accurately through 2D motion-blurred images.Generally,during the acquisition of images in real-time,motion blur,caused by camera shaking or human motion,appears.Deep learning-based intelligent control applied in vision can help us solve the problem.To this end,we propose a 3D reconstruction method for motion-blurred images using deep learning.First,we develop a BF-WGAN algorithm that combines the bilateral filtering(BF)denoising theory with a Wasserstein generative adversarial network(WGAN)to remove motion blur.The bilateral filter denoising algorithm is used to remove the noise and to retain the details of the blurred image.Then,the blurred image and the corresponding sharp image are input into the WGAN.This algorithm distinguishes the motion-blurred image from the corresponding sharp image according to the WGAN loss and perceptual loss functions.Next,we use the deblurred images generated by the BFWGAN algorithm for 3D reconstruction.We propose a threshold optimization random sample consensus(TO-RANSAC)algorithm that can remove the wrong relationship between two views in the 3D reconstructed model relatively accurately.Compared with the traditional RANSAC algorithm,the TO-RANSAC algorithm can adjust the threshold adaptively,which improves the accuracy of the 3D reconstruction results.The experimental results show that our BF-WGAN algorithm has a better deblurring effect and higher efficiency than do other representative algorithms.In addition,the TO-RANSAC algorithm yields a calculation accuracy considerably higher than that of the traditional RANSAC algorithm. 展开更多

A novel single-channel blind separation algorithm for permuted motion blurred images is proposed by using blind restoration in this paper. Both the motion direction and the length of the point spread function (PSF) are estimated by Radon transformation and extrema a detection. Using the estimated blur parameters, the permuted image is restored by performing the L-R blind restoration method. The permutation mixing matrices can be accurately estimated by classifying the ringing effect in the restored image, thereby the source images can be separated. Simulation results show a better separation efficiency for the permuted motion blurred image with various permutation operations. The proposed algorithm indicates a better performance on the robustness against Gaussian noise and lossy JPEG compression. 展开更多

We construct several difference schemes to the highly nonlinear term △↓.(△↓u/√|△↓|^2+β) of the total variation-based image motion deblurring problem. The large nonlinear system is linearized by fixed point iteration method. An algebraic multigrid method with Krylov subspace acceleration is used to solve the corresponding linear equations as in [7]. The algorithms can restore the image very well. One is the defocus blur due to the optical system's defocus phenomenon and the other is the motion blur due to the relative movement between the objectives and the camera. Compared with the recognition for the blurred image with only one blur model, the parameter estimation for the picture combining defocus and motion blur models is a more complicated mission. A method was proposed for computer to estimate the parameters of defocus blur and motion blur in cepstrum area simultaneously. According to characters of both blur models in the frequency domain, an adjustment approach was suggested in the frequency area and then convert to the cepstrum field to increase the accuracy of measurement. 展开更多

As for machine vision-based intelligent system in the application of discriminating and sorting the sex of silkworm pupae,the tail gonad was the unique physiological feature.However,motion blur,resulting from the live silkworm pupa’s writhing motion at the moment of capturing image,could lose textures and structures(such as edge and tail gonad etc.)dramatically,which casted great challenges for sex identification.To increase the image quality and relieve the difficulty of discrimination caused by motion blur,an effective approach that including three stages was proposed in this work.In the image prediction stage,first sharp edges were acquired by using filtering techniques.Then the initial blur kernel was computed with Gaussian prior.The coarse version latent image was deconvoluted in the Fourier domain.In the kernel refinement stage,the Radon transform was applied to estimate the accurate kernel.In the final restoration step,a TV-L1 deconvolution model was carried out to obtain a better result.The experimental results showed that benefiting from the prediction step and kernel refinement step,the kernel was more accurate and the recovered image contained much more textures.It revealed that the proposed method was useful in removing the motion blur.Furthermore,the method could also be applied to other fields. 展开更多

Accurate velocity measurement of unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)is essential in various applications.Traditional vision-based methods rely heavily on visual features,which are often inadequate in low-light or feature-sparse environments.This study presents a novel approach to measure the axial velocity of UAVs using motion blur images captured by a UAV-mounted monocular camera.We introduce a motion blur model that synthesizes imaging from neighboring frames to enhance motion blur visibility.The synthesized blur frames are transformed into spectrograms using the Fast Fourier Transform(FFT)technique.We then apply a binarization process and the Radon transform to extract light-dark stripe spacing,which represents the motion blur length.This length is used to establish a model correlating motion blur with axial velocity,allowing precise velocity calculation.Field tests in a hydropower station penstock demonstrated an average velocity error of 0.048 m/s compared to ultra-wideband(UWB)measurements.The root-mean-square error was 0.025,with an average computational time of 42.3 ms and CPU load of 17%.These results confirm the stability and accuracy of our velocity estimation algorithm in challenging environments. 展开更多

In addition, our solution has the requirement of being camera-independent. This means that the solution is fully implemented in software and is not aware of any of the characteristics of the camera. We found a solution by implementing a Convolutional Neural Network-Long Short Term Memory (CNN-LSTM) hybrid model. Our CNN-LSTM is able to deblur video without any knowledge of the camera hardware. This allows it to be implemented on any system that allows the camera to be swapped out with any camera model with any physical characteristics. 展开更多

In order to recover the image and gain recognizable target, an approach to recover the space-variant blurred image is presented based on image segmentation. Be- cause of motion blur's convolution process, the pixels of observed image's target and background will be displaced and piled up to produce two superposition regions. As a result, the neighbor- ing pixels in the superposition regions will have similar grey level change. According to the pixel's motion-blur character, the target's blurred edge of superposition region could be detected. Canny operator can be recurred to detect the target edge which parallels the motion blur direction. Then in the segmentation process, the whole target image which has the character of integral convolution between motion blur and real target image can be obtained. At last, the target image is restored by deconvolution algorithms with adding zeros. The restoration result indicates that the approach can effectively solve the kind of problem of space-variant motion blurred image restoration. 展开更多

Existing frequency-domain-oriented methods of parameter identification for uniform linear motion blur (ULMB) images usually dealt with special scenarios. For example, blur-kernel directions were horizontal or vertical, or degraded images were of foursquare dimension. This excludes those identification methods from being applied to real images, especially to estimate undersized or oversized blur kernels. Pointing against the limitations of blur-kernel identifications, discrete Fourier transform (DFT)-based blur-kernel estimation methods are proposed in this paper. We analyze in depth the Fourier frequency response of generalized ULMB kernels, demonstrate in detail its related phase form and properties thereof, and put forward the concept of quasi-cepstrum. On this basis, methods of estimating ULMB-kernel parameters using amplitude spectrum and quasi-cepstrum are presented, respectively. The quasi-cepstrum-oriented approach increases the identifiable blur-kernel length, up to a maximum of half the diagonal length of the image. Meanwhile, directing toward the image of undersized ULMB, an improved method based on quasi-cepstrum is presented, which ameliorates the identification quality of undersized ULMB kernels. The quasi-cepstrum-oriented approach popularizes and applies the simulation-experiment- focused DFT theory to the estimation of real ULMB images. Compared against the amplitude-spectrum-oriented method, the quasi-cepstrum-oriented approach is more convenient and robust, with lower identification errors and of better noiseimmunity. 展开更多

The method simulates the behavior of the human vision system when perceiving moving objects. The simulation is based on the measured temporal light properties of the display for each gray level and each phosphor. Both the effect of subfield arrangement and phosphor decay are involved. A novel algorithm is proposed to improve the calculation speed. The simulation model manages to predict the appearance of the motion image perceived by a human with a still image. The results are validated by a set of perceptual evaluation experiments. This rapid and accurate prediction of motion artifacts enables objective characterization of the PDP performance in this aspect. 展开更多

针对煤矿井下相机与带式输送机带面物体相对运动而造成监测图像上物体产生拖影与轮廓不清晰的问题,提出一种基于改进DeblurGAN-v2的图像去运动模糊方法。首先采用WGAN-GP替换DeblurGAN-v2鉴别器的损失函数,抑制了原模型生成图像轮廓不... 针对煤矿井下相机与带式输送机带面物体相对运动而造成监测图像上物体产生拖影与轮廓不清晰的问题,提出一种基于改进DeblurGAN-v2的图像去运动模糊方法。首先采用WGAN-GP替换DeblurGAN-v2鉴别器的损失函数,抑制了原模型生成图像轮廓不清晰和纹理细节丢失问题;然后为了获取更深层次的图像信息并使鉴别器的损失计算更加精确,以便更好地捕捉生成图像与清晰图像之间的局部细节和2者之间差异,设计了三尺度鉴别器结构并将3个鉴别器计算所得损失赋予不同权值计算加权和,所得生成图像中物体的轮廓清晰且表面细节丰富,但是部分区域出现了与图像无关的彩色斑块,造成了有效信息的丢失;为解决彩色斑块问题,将结构相似性损失和梯度损失引入生成器的损失函数中并在VGG19的Conv4-1层进行生成器感知损失的计算,生成图像消除了局部彩色斑块且图像中物体的轮廓更清晰,表面细节更丰富,去运动模糊效果最优,梯度标准差较运动模糊图像提升了68.38%,为所对比2种方法的6倍和17倍;最后将去运动模糊前后图像中异物进行标注并使用YOLOv5模型进行样本训练,结果表明在不同交并比下异物的检测精度均上升,分别提升了3.9%和7.9%,模糊图像和对比方法的漏检、误检和检测置信度低等问题大幅改善,验证了所提图像去运动模糊方法的有效性。 展开更多

DeblurGAN方法利用条件生成对抗网络解决了端到端的图像去模糊问题,但存在图像边缘细节恢复不足以及鲁棒性不高的问题,针对此问题,提出一种基于DeblurGAN的运动模糊图像盲复原方法。在生成网络中,采用多尺度卷积核神经网络提取特征,并使用级联空洞卷积扩大神经元的感受野;采用自适配归一化方法代替原来生成器中使用的实例归一化方法。其次,引入了梯度图像L1损失,结合对抗损失和感知损失,将其作为图像去模糊的正则约束,使得生成图像的边缘特征更加清晰。实验结果表明,提出方法复原的图像峰值信噪比数值较DeblurGAN算法高出5.4%,结构相似性指标高出1%;在主观上清晰化效果较好,且消除了网格效应。 展开更多

针对高压输电线路巡检航拍过程中产生的电力绝缘子图像运动模糊的失真情形,影响后续绝缘子定位及缺陷检测的问题,提出了一种基于改进Transformer结构的电力绝缘子图像运动模糊复原方法。为了适应电力绝缘子航拍图像中全局与局部模糊的... 针对高压输电线路巡检航拍过程中产生的电力绝缘子图像运动模糊的失真情形,影响后续绝缘子定位及缺陷检测的问题,提出了一种基于改进Transformer结构的电力绝缘子图像运动模糊复原方法。为了适应电力绝缘子航拍图像中全局与局部模糊的复原需求,在Transformer网络结构上引入条带注意力模块,结合卷积神经网络,在减小内存空间需求和不依赖大量训练数据的同时实现高效的模糊绝缘子图像复原;同时,在网络目标函数中引入对比学习损失,充分地挖掘和利用清晰与模糊电力绝缘子图像的关联信息。构建运动模糊绝缘子图像数据集进行图像复原与缺陷检测实验,结果表明,该文的运动模糊绝缘子图像复原方法在峰值信噪比(peak signal-to-noise ratio,PSNR)和结构相似度(structure similarity index measure,SSIM)这两个指标上均高于Deblur GAN-v2、MIMO-UNet等主流算法,使用目标检测算法YOLOv5和YOLOv7对去模糊前后的绝缘子进行定位与自爆缺陷检测后显示该文方法在提升高压输电线路巡检任务中绝缘子定位与缺陷检测的准确率上具有实际应用意义。 展开更多

针对当前基于卷积神经网络的图像复原算法在处理物体运动场景时存在算法复杂度高、模型开销大、复原效果差等问题,提出了一种基于精简双自适应串行注意力机制的轻量化图像复原模型SCDNet。为降低模型复杂度,引入SimpleGate模块将特征图... 针对当前基于卷积神经网络的图像复原算法在处理物体运动场景时存在算法复杂度高、模型开销大、复原效果差等问题,提出了一种基于精简双自适应串行注意力机制的轻量化图像复原模型SCDNet。为降低模型复杂度,引入SimpleGate模块将特征图在通道维度上分成两部分并相乘以减少非线性激活函数带来的模型开销,采用精简双自适应串行注意力高效捕捉超像素级别的全局依赖关系,并自适应地传递到像素以提高算法对像素的表达能力,最后通过组合MS-SSIM和L1损失函数更好地保留图像的对比度、颜色和亮度等信息,提升了图像恢复质量。实验结果表明,SCDNet在GoPro数据集相对于Restormer算法PSNR提升0.30,SSIM提升0.12,而模型参数量仅为其22.4%。 展开更多

融合事件脉冲张量的矿井模糊图像线特征匹配方法研究

针对煤矿井下复杂环境中运动模糊导致的图像特征退化问题,提出一种融合事件脉冲张量(Event Spike Tensor,EST)的矿井模糊图像线特征匹配方法。首先,通过EST与RGB图像的数据层融合构建跨模态时空表征,利用多层感知器(Multilayer Perceptr... 针对煤矿井下复杂环境中运动模糊导致的图像特征退化问题,提出一种融合事件脉冲张量(Event Spike Tensor,EST)的矿井模糊图像线特征匹配方法。首先,通过EST与RGB图像的数据层融合构建跨模态时空表征,利用多层感知器(Multilayer Perceptron,MLP)对事件流的时间戳和极性信息进行编码,生成具有时空特征的四维张量表示。在此基础上,由浅层融合模块和沙漏模块组成特征融合主干网络,通过通道先验卷积注意力机制(Channel-Prior Convolutional Attention,CPCA)实现双模态特征的加权融合,利用轻量级多头自注意力机制捕获全局特征关系,最终通过统一线段检测算法(Unified Line Segment Detection,ULSD)实现运动模糊场景下的鲁棒线特征检测。其次,构建图神经网络(Graph Neural Network,GNN)匹配模型,采用SuperPoint检测关键点及其描述子,与线段共同组成图结构的节点,通过自注意力机制增强单幅图像内的特征表示,并利用交叉注意力机制建立跨图像特征关联,同时引入线段信息传递模块强化几何约束。最后,通过模拟运输巷道、掘进工作面和综采工作面3种典型井下场景的实验验证方法的有效性。结果表明:相较于LineTR算法,所提方法的线段检测数量平均提升36.7%,分布均匀性密度方差平均降低77.5%;相较于LineTR和GlueStick方法,所提方法误匹配率降低至0.7%~2.7%,单应性验证中的平均重投影误差为1.54像素,Frobenius范数较LineTR降低77.69%。研究能够有效克服井下复杂环境中的运动模糊问题,为煤矿智能装备的视觉感知提供可靠技术支撑。 展开更多
