[Background]High harmonic cavities are widely used in electron storage rings to lengthen thebunch,lower the bunch peak current,thereby reducing the IBS effect,enhancing the Touschek lifetime,as well asproviding Landau damping,which is particularly important for storage rings operating with ultra-low emittance or atlow beam energy.[Purpose]To further increase the bunch length without additional hardware costs,the phasemodulation in a dual-RF system is considered.[Methods]In this paper,turn-by-turn simulations incorporating randomsynchrotron radiation excitation are conducted,and a brief analysis is presented to explain the bunch lengtheningmechanism.[Results]Simulation results reveal that the peak current can be further reduced,thereby mitigating IBSeffects and enhancing the Touschek lifetime.Although the energy spread increases,which tends to reduce thebrightness of higher-harmonic radiation from the undulator,the brightness of the fundamental harmonic can,in fact,beimproved. 展开更多

Evaluation of Reinforcement Learning-Based Adaptive Modulation in Shallow Sea Acoustic Communication

While reinforcement learning-based underwater acoustic adaptive modulation shows promise for enabling environment-adaptive communication as supported by extensive simulation-based research,its practical performance remains underexplored in field investigations.To evaluate the practical applicability of this emerging technique in adverse shallow sea channels,a field experiment was conducted using three communication modes:orthogonal frequency division multiplexing(OFDM),M-ary frequency-shift keying(MFSK),and direct sequence spread spectrum(DSSS)for reinforcement learning-driven adaptive modulation.Specifically,a Q-learning method is used to select the optimal modulation mode according to the channel quality quantified by signal-to-noise ratio,multipath spread length,and Doppler frequency offset.Experimental results demonstrate that the reinforcement learning-based adaptive modulation scheme outperformed fixed threshold detection in terms of total throughput and average bit error rate,surpassing conventional adaptive modulation strategies. 展开更多

The semantic segmentation methods based on CNN have made great progress,but there are still some shortcomings in the application of remote sensing images segmentation,such as the small receptive field can not effectively capture global context.In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a hybrid model based on ResNet50 and swin transformer to directly capture long-range dependence,which fuses features through Cross Feature Modulation Module(CFMM).Experimental results on two publicly available datasets,Vaihingen and Potsdam,are mIoU of 70.27%and 76.63%,respectively.Thus,CFM-UNet can maintain a high segmentation performance compared with other competitive networks. 展开更多

The multi-tone frequency modulation (FM) signal transferred through track circuit in automatic train control (ATC) system is analyzed. A digital filter with ideal sloping shape in frequency domain is designed for frequency discrimination. With this filter, the FM signal is converted into AM-FM signal by frequency-to-amplitude conversion. The modulating signal is finally extracted from the envelope of the AM-FM signal. Simulations show that the digital demodulation method could accurately recover the modulating signal in low signal noise ratio (SNR) circumstance, and has good performance in suppressing interference of harmonies of traction current frequency. The feasibility of the proposed method is proved in a hardware system based on SHARC DSP. 展开更多

目的建立检测血清可溶性fms样酪氨酸激酶-1(sFlt-1)的生物素-亲和素时间分辨荧光免疫法(BAS-TRFIA),并对其性能进行评价。方法利用链霉亲和素包被微孔板、生物素标记捕获sFlt-1单克隆抗体和铕标记检测sFlt-1单克隆抗体,建立一种BAS-TRFI... 目的建立检测血清可溶性fms样酪氨酸激酶-1(sFlt-1)的生物素-亲和素时间分辨荧光免疫法(BAS-TRFIA),并对其性能进行评价。方法利用链霉亲和素包被微孔板、生物素标记捕获sFlt-1单克隆抗体和铕标记检测sFlt-1单克隆抗体,建立一种BAS-TRFIA定量测定孕妇血清中的sFlt-1浓度。对该方法的检测低限、生物检测限、功能灵敏度、精密度、线性、干扰试验和高剂量钩状效应等性能指标进行评价。选择106份孕周大于9周的无溶血、黄疸和脂血的孕妇血清剩余样本,用于BAS-TRFIA和电化学发光法的比对研究,比对试验结果的相关性采用线性回归分析。结果该方法的样本最适反应时间为90min,检测低限为1.00pg/ml,生物检测限为10.00pg/ml,功能灵敏度为10.00pg/ml,批内和批间变异系数均在5.00%以内,线性范围为20.00~40000.00pg/ml,分别在低浓度和高浓度质控品中添加有干扰物的17种干扰样本与基础样本检测结果的相对偏倚在-4.94%~4.24%内;检测样品sFlt-1浓度高达150000pg/ml时未出现高剂量钩状效应;样本sFlt-1浓度在105.40~40972.00pg/ml间,与电化学发光法(ECL)检测结果的线性回归方程为Y=1.0867X+17.946(r=0.9944,t=96.26,P<0.05)。结论BAS-TRFIA具有灵敏度高、精密度好、线性范围较宽和抗干扰能力强,与参比方法检测结果的相关性良好等优点,可以满足临床需要。 展开更多

High resolution structural studies of DNA and DNA binding proteins by atomic force microscopy(AFM) require well-bound samples on suitably flat substrates. Adsorbing the DNA onto a positively charged supported lipid bilayer has previously been shown to be a potentially effective strategy for structural studies with AFM. Here, using our home-built frequency-modulation AFM(FM-AFM), we show that these bilayer substrates are only maximally effective for high resolution AFM when the samples are short, linear DNA, compared with circular plasmid DNA. We find that, with the former sample, the measured width of the DNA is about 2 nm, the known DNA diameter, and there is a clear height modulation along the length of the DNA with a periodicity of about 3.4 nm, in excellent agreement with the known pitch of the double helix. This sample preparation strategy is expected to enable higher resolution studies of DNA and DNA binding proteins with FM-AFM than that can presently be achieved. 展开更多

目的探究心电图联合血清亲环素A(cyclophilin A,CyPA)、可溶性fms样酪氨酸激酶-1(soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1,sFLT-1)早期诊断急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者的临床价值。方法选取2021年7月至2023年7月河... 目的探究心电图联合血清亲环素A(cyclophilin A,CyPA)、可溶性fms样酪氨酸激酶-1(soluble fms-like tyrosine kinase-1,sFLT-1)早期诊断急性心肌梗死(acute myocardial infarction,AMI)患者的临床价值。方法选取2021年7月至2023年7月河北北方学院附属第一医院收治的127例疑似患有AMI的患者为研究对象开展试验,依据患者是否患有AMI将127例患者分为AMI组(68例)和非AMI组(59例)。比较心电图诊断结果与冠状动脉造影的一致性;比较两组患者年龄、性别、原发性高血压(高血压)史、总胆固醇浓度等一般临床资料;比较两组患者的血清CyPA、sFLT-1浓度。采用Logistic回归分析影响AMI发生的因素。以受试者工作特征曲线(receiver operating characteristic curve,ROC)结果确认血清CyPA、sFLT-1浓度是否具备对AMI的早期诊断能力。结果心电图诊断AMI的准确率为90.55%,与冠状动脉造影的一致性较高(Kappa=0.811,P<0.05)。两组患者总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、三酰甘油浓度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。AMI组患者血清CyPA、sFLT-1浓度显著高于非AMI组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,CyPA、sFLT-1、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、三酰甘油浓度均是导致AMI发生的独立危险因素(P<0.05);总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇是发生AMI的独立保护因素(P<0.05)。ROC分析结果显示心电图结果、血清CyPA、sFLT-1浓度和三者联合早期诊断AMI的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.907,0.846,0.855,0.959,三者联合诊断AMI的临床效能优于单独诊断(Z三者联合-心电图=2.898、Z三者联合-CyPA=3.525、Z三者联合-sFLT-1=3.270,P均<0.05)。结论心电图联合血清CyPA、sFLT-1浓度诊断AMI的临床价值较高,为临床上早期诊断及治疗AMI提供了重要的参考依据。心电图联合血清CyPA、sFLT-1浓度用于AMI的临床诊断具有较高的临床可行性,在临床上其可为AMI的尽早发现并及时诊断提供依据。 展开更多

Secondly, the RWT output approximate analytic expression is given based on quadratic Taylor's series expansion, and the contour property is analyzed. Contour can be used to picture the union resolution performance of FM parameter, and 2-D resolution performance is studied based on approximate analytic expression, and the union resolution expression of FM parameter and resolution ellipse are offered. The simulation results validate the union resolution expression, and show that the union resolution can improve the resolution performance of multi-component LFM signals, contrasted with absolute resolution performance. Re-evaluation of the Widely Applied Force-Frequency Relation for Frequency-Modulation AFM Under Solution

Frequency-modulation atomic force microscopy(FM-AFM) is a highly versatile tool for surface science.Besides imaging surfaces, FM-AFM is capable of measuring interactions between the AFM probe and the surface with high sensitivity, which can provide chemical information at sub-nanometer resolution. This is achieved by deconvoluting the frequency shift, which is directly measured in experiments, into the force between the probe and sample. At present, the widely used method to perform this deconvolution has been shown to be accurate under high quality(high-Q) factor vacuum conditions. However, under low quality(low-Q) factor conditions, such as in solution, it is not clear if this method is valid. A previous study apparently verified this relation for experiments in solution by comparing the force calculated by this equation with that obtained in separate experiments using the surface force apparatus(SFA). Here we show that, in solution, a more direct comparison of the force calculated by this relation with that directly measured by the cantilever deflection in AFM reveals significant differences,both qualitative and quantitative. However, we also find that there are complications that hinder this comparison.Namely, while contact with the surface is clear in the direct measurements(including the SFA data), it is less certain in the FM-AFM case. Hence, it is not clear if the two methods are measuring the same tip-sample distance regimes. Thus, our results suggest that a more thorough verification of this relation is required, as application of this formulation for experiments in solution may not be valid. 展开更多

在雷达通信一体化领域,设计出既能实现雷达探测功能又能实现通信信息传输功能的同波形信号是至关重要的一个环节。针对在雷达信号脉冲内对通信信息调制后自相关性能低的问题,提出一种高频带利用率以及低自相关旁瓣的基于非线性调频(NLFM... 在雷达通信一体化领域,设计出既能实现雷达探测功能又能实现通信信息传输功能的同波形信号是至关重要的一个环节。针对在雷达信号脉冲内对通信信息调制后自相关性能低的问题,提出一种高频带利用率以及低自相关旁瓣的基于非线性调频(NLFM)信号的雷达通信一体化信号形式。将NLFM信号作为16阶正交幅度调制(16QAM)信号的载波,建立NLFM-16QAM雷达通信一体化信号模型,分析该信号的模糊函数以及相关的雷达与通信性能。在此基础上,针对所提出的NLFM-16QAM信号因其通信基带信号的随机性使雷达功能受到影响,从而降低了运动目标探测性能这一问题,将一体化系统的接收端作出改进,提出小波包降噪联合自然梯度算法对NLFM-16QAM信号进行接收处理。仿真结果表明,所提信号的频带利用率明显高于低阶调制的雷达通信一体化信号的频带利用率,在自相关性能方面,所提信号比16QAM-LFM信号的积分旁瓣比降低了23.07 d B,峰值旁瓣比降低了26.08 d B,NLFM-16QAM信号在经过改进接收端的联合算法处理后,运动目标的检测结果获得显著改善。 展开更多

儿童急性早幼粒细胞白血病(acute promyelocytic leukemia,APL)是一种特殊类型的白血病,近年来FMS样的酪氨酸激酶3(FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3,FLT3)基因突变在该病中的临床意义逐渐受到关注。本研究回顾性分析了2017年11月至2022年5... 儿童急性早幼粒细胞白血病(acute promyelocytic leukemia,APL)是一种特殊类型的白血病,近年来FMS样的酪氨酸激酶3(FMS-like tyrosine kinase 3,FLT3)基因突变在该病中的临床意义逐渐受到关注。本研究回顾性分析了2017年11月至2022年5月在青岛市妇女儿童医院血液科收治的6例APL患儿资料,重点探讨了FLT3阳性患儿的临床特征及预后情况。研究发现,6例APL患儿中,4例FLT3阳性,占比为66.67%。其中,男女各2例,年龄3~10岁,中位年龄7岁4个月,经积极规范治疗后,目前均已停药,且处于持续缓解状态。这一研究结果表明,在儿童APL中,FLT3阳性可能预示着相对较好的预后。 展开更多

食管癌根治术后并发肺部感染病人病原菌分布及血清人β-防御素-3、FMS样酪氨酸激酶3配体水平变化 被引量:1

目的探讨食管癌根治术后并发肺部感染病人病原菌分布及血清人β-防御素-3(HBD3)、FMS样酪氨酸激酶3配体(Flt3L)水平变化。方法前瞻性选取2022年1月~2024年1月间进行食管癌根治术并发生肺部感染的病人为感染组(75例),行食管癌根治术未发... 目的探讨食管癌根治术后并发肺部感染病人病原菌分布及血清人β-防御素-3(HBD3)、FMS样酪氨酸激酶3配体(Flt3L)水平变化。方法前瞻性选取2022年1月~2024年1月间进行食管癌根治术并发生肺部感染的病人为感染组(75例),行食管癌根治术未发生肺部感染的病人作为未感染组(93例);感染组病人依据CURB-65评分分为轻度组(25例)、中度组(39例)、重度组(11例)。全自动微生物鉴定仪分析感染组病人病原菌分布情况;采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)法检测血清中HBD3、Flt3L表达水平;采用多因素Logistic回归分析食管癌术后并发肺部感染的危险因素;采用ROC曲线分析HBD3、Flt3L水平对食管癌病人根治术后并发肺部感染的诊断价值。结果在75例感染组中,检测到90株病原菌,革兰阴性菌49株(54.44%),革兰阳性菌29株(32.22%),真菌12株(13.33%);感染组病人血清HBD3、Flt3L水平均显著高于未感染组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);重度组病人血清HBD3、Flt3L水平比中度组、轻度组高,中度组病人血清HBD3、Flt3L水平比轻度组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析发现,HBD3、Flt3L、肿瘤位于上/中段、术中出血量≥500 ml、合并糖尿病、有吸烟史是影响食管癌病人根治术后并发肺部感染的独立影响因素(P<0.05);由ROC曲线分析可知,血清HBD3水平单独诊断食管癌病人根治术后并发肺部感染的AUC为0.789;血清Flt3L水平单独诊断食管癌病人根治术后并发肺部感染的AUC为0.863,二者联合诊断时,AUC为0.934,大于单独诊断(Z_(联合vs HBD3)=3.723、Z_(联合vs Flt3L)=2.098,P<0.05)。结论食管癌根治术后肺部感染病人的血清HBD3、Flt3L水平表现为高表达状态,血清HBD3、Flt3L水平与肺部感染严重程度相关,二者是食管癌病人根治术后并发肺部感染的危险因素,二者联合可有效诊断食管癌病人术后并发肺部感染。 展开更多

Diatomic metasurfaces designed for interferometric mechanisms possess significant potential for the multidimensional manipulation of electromagnetic waves,including control over amplitude,phase,frequency,and polarization.Geometric phase profiles with spin-selective properties are commonly associated with wavefront modulation,allowing the implementation of conjugate strategies within orthogonal circularly polarized channels.Simultaneous control of these characteristics in a single-layered diatomic metasurface will be an apparent technological extension.Here,spin-selective modulation of terahertz(THz)beams is realized by assembling a pair of meta-atoms with birefringent effects.The distinct modulation functions arise from geometric phase profiles characterized by multiple rotational properties,which introduce independent parametric factors that elucidate their physical significance.By arranging the key parameters,the proposed design strategy can be employed to realize independent amplitude and phase manipulation.A series of THz metasurface samples with specific modulation functions are characterized,experimentally demonstrating the accuracy of on-demand manipulation.This research paves the way for all-silicon meta-optics that may have great potential in imaging,sensing and detection. 展开更多
