Although different in scope, ethical adaptation and legal regulation are both effective ways to regulate modern technology. Ethical adaptation is mainly used to optimize the environment of research and development on modern technology. The coordination of Dao(the ‘way'in classical Chinese philosophy) and technology is a means of constructing a rational technical ethic. The social construction of technology provides the possibility for Dao–technology coordination, and responsible innovation is a responsibility that should be shouldered by technical workers. The ethical adaptation of modern technology has a significant influence but limited restraints. When ethical adaptation cannot function, it is necessary to consider technical behaviour within the scope of legal regulations and restrain modern technology by formulating and implementing a legal system for it. The relevant laws are grounded in the coercive force of the state and are far more effective than ethical norms. Moreover, a lack of ethics for technological actors has caused some negative consequences in the application of technology. When formulating laws regarding technology, it is important to include science and technology policies and ethical norms to complete the legal system for technology. The derivative effect of modern technology requires the joint action of ethics and law. This systematic review aims to examine the role of modern technologies in supporting quality in teaching and learning processes.Using Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA)guideline...This systematic review aims to examine the role of modern technologies in supporting quality in teaching and learning processes.Using Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA)guidelines,a comprehensive analysis of literature published between 2020-2025 was conducted to identify current trends,challenges,and advances in technology-enhanced education.The study analyzed 15 peer-reviewed articles focusing on the implementation of modern technologies such as technology-enhanced learning platforms,professional development systems,electronic educational resources,information technology applications,and next-generation learning systems in educational settings.The findings reveal that modern technologies significantly enhance learning outcomes,student engagement,and teaching effectiveness when properly implemented.Key benefits include improved 21st century skills development(up to 38%improvement),enhanced teaching competency(37%improvement),increased learning efficiency(41%enhancement),and better classroom performance(35%improvement in efficiency).However,challenges such as systematic implementation requirements,pedagogical integration needs,infrastructure limitations,technical investment requirements,and institutional coordination barriers remain significant obstacles to widespread adoption.The review identifies emerging technologies including next-generation learning systems,interactive digital platforms,and innovative teaching technologies as promising solutions for future educational enhancement.The study concludes that successful integration of modern technologies requires systematic implementation approaches,comprehensive teacher training,robust institutional support,pedagogical alignment,and continuous evaluation processes.Critical success factors include strategic planning,quality assurance frameworks,sustainability planning,and evidence-based decision making.These findings provide valuable insights for educators,policymakers,and technology developers working to improve educational quality through technological innovation.The research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on technology-enhanced education and offers practical recommendations for implementing sustainable and effective digital learning solutions that prioritize pedagogical effectiveness while leveraging technological capabilities for comprehensive educational enhancement.展开更多

文摘This systematic review aims to examine the role of modern technologies in supporting quality in teaching and learning processes.Using Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses(PRISMA)guidelines,a comprehensive analysis of literature published between 2020-2025 was conducted to identify current trends,challenges,and advances in technology-enhanced education.The study analyzed 15 peer-reviewed articles focusing on the implementation of modern technologies such as technology-enhanced learning platforms,professional development systems,electronic educational resources,information technology applications,and next-generation learning systems in educational settings.The findings reveal that modern technologies significantly enhance learning outcomes,student engagement,and teaching effectiveness when properly implemented.Key benefits include improved 21st century skills development(up to 38%improvement),enhanced teaching competency(37%improvement),increased learning efficiency(41%enhancement),and better classroom performance(35%improvement in efficiency).However,challenges such as systematic implementation requirements,pedagogical integration needs,infrastructure limitations,technical investment requirements,and institutional coordination barriers remain significant obstacles to widespread adoption.The review identifies emerging technologies including next-generation learning systems,interactive digital platforms,and innovative teaching technologies as promising solutions for future educational enhancement.The study concludes that successful integration of modern technologies requires systematic implementation approaches,comprehensive teacher training,robust institutional support,pedagogical alignment,and continuous evaluation processes.Critical success factors include strategic planning,quality assurance frameworks,sustainability planning,and evidence-based decision making.These findings provide valuable insights for educators,policymakers,and technology developers working to improve educational quality through technological innovation.The research contributes to the growing body of knowledge on technology-enhanced education and offers practical recommendations for implementing sustainable and effective digital learning solutions that prioritize pedagogical effectiveness while leveraging technological capabilities for comprehensive educational enhancement.
文摘The purpose of given article-consideration of the basic features of modern manufacturing of nuclear fuel which would confirm fact, that the manufacturer does everything that its production would respond not only to requirements of the consumer, but also to its expected inquiries, and would correspond to intended purposes of fuel. It was defined main tendencies and features of modern technology, especially in nuclear fuel production, on base of meeting discussions, themes of journal articles on nuclear subject. They are correspond with practice of JSC NCCP (Novosibirsk Chemical Concentrates Plant) and listed in the paper. In result of it number of base features of any advanced technology, not only nuclear, described here with examples from NCCP's practice. Of course, there is no certain list of all attributes of modern manufacturing as there is no limit to its perfection. These categories are forming by current needs of the market, but listed ones must be.
文摘Background:Zoonotic diseases originating in animals pose a significant threat to global public health.Recent outbreaks,such as coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19),have caused widespread illness,death,and socioeconomic disruptions worldwide.To cope with these diseases effectively,it is crucial to strengthen surveillance capabilities and establish rapid response systems.Aim:The aim of this review is to examine the modern technologies and solutions that have the potential to enhance zoonotic disease surveillance and outbreak responses and provide valuable insights into how cuttingedge innovations could be leveraged to prevent,detect,and control emerging zoonotic disease outbreaks.Herein,we discuss advanced tools including big data analytics,artificial intelligence,the Internet of Things,geographic information systems,remote sensing,molecular diagnostics,point-of-care testing,telemedicine,digital contact tracing,and early warning systems.Results:These technologies enable real-time monitoring,the prediction of outbreak risks,early anomaly detection,rapid diagnosis,and targeted interventions during outbreaks.When integrated through collaborative partnerships,these strategies can significantly improve the speed and effectiveness of zoonotic disease control.However,several challenges persist,particularly in resource-limited settings,such as infrastructure limitations,costs,data integration and training requirements,and ethical implementation.Conclusion:With strategic planning and coordinated efforts,modern technologies and solutions offer immense potential to bolster surveillance and outbreak responses,and serve as a critical resource against emerging zoonotic disease threats worldwide.

文摘With the implementation of General Senior High School Mathematics Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition,Revised in 2020),probability and statistics,as important carriers of the core mathematical competencies“mathematical modeling”and“data analysis,”have increasingly highlighted their educational value.By summarizing the historical evolution of probability and statistics thinking and combining with teaching practice cases,this study explores its unique role in cultivating students’core mathematical competencies.The research proposes a project-based teaching strategy relying on real scenarios and empowered by technology.Through cases,it demonstrates how to use modern educational technology to realize the whole-process exploration of data collection,model construction,and conclusion verification,so as to promote the transformation of middle school probability and statistics teaching from knowledge imparting to competency development,and provide a practical reference for curriculum reform.
