In 2012, Chinas Ministry of Education again emphasized the important development requirements of establishing a perfect mental health education system in primary and secondary schools. Primary and secondary school students are in a critical period of psychological and physiological development, and their development of thinking and psychology directly affects their development in many aspects, such as study and life, interpersonal relationship and self-cognition. This completely deviates from the original intention and purpose of law.
