Nonlinear Mathematical Modeling and Sensitivity Analysis of Hydraulic Drive Unit 被引量:12

The previous sensitivity analysis researches are not accurate enough and also have the limited reference value, because those mathematical models are relatively simple and the change of the load and the initial displacement changes of the piston are ignored, even experiment verification is not conducted. Therefore, in view of deficiencies above, a nonlinear mathematical model is established in this paper, including dynamic characteristics of servo valve, nonlinear characteristics of pressure-flow, initial displacement of servo cylinder piston and friction nonlinearity. The transfer function block diagram is built for the hydraulic drive unit closed loop position control, as well as the state equations. Through deriving the time-varying coefficient items matrix and time-varying free items matrix of sensitivity equations respectively, the expression of sensitivity equations based on the nonlinear mathematical model are obtained. According to structure parameters of hydraulic drive unit, working parameters, fluid transmission characteristics and measured friction-velocity curves, the simulation analysis of hydraulic drive unit is completed on the MATLAB/Simulink simulation platform with the displacement step 2 mm, 5 mm and 10 mm, respectively. The simulation results indicate that the developed nonlinear mathematical model is sufficient by comparing the characteristic curves of experimental step response and simulation step response under different constant load. Then, the sensitivity function time-history curves of seventeen parameters are obtained, basing on each state vector time-history curve of step response characteristic. The maximum value of displacement variation percentage and the sum of displacement variation absolute values in the sampling time are both taken as sensitivity indexes. The sensitivity indexes values above are calculated and shown visually in histograms under different working conditions, and change rules are analyzed. Then the sensitivity indexes values of four measurable parameters, such as supply pressure, proportional gain, initial position of servo cylinder piston and load force, are verified experimentally on test platform of hydraulic drive unit, and the experimental research shows that the sensitivity analysis results obtained through simulation are approximate to the test results. This research indicates each parameter sensitivity characteristics of hydraulic drive unit, the performance-affected main parameters and secondary parameters are got under different working conditions, which will provide the theoretical foundation for the control compensation and structure optimization of hydraulic drive unit. 展开更多

In order to ensure that the system has the advantage of light weight and vibration absorption, the steel rope is used as a flexible transmission part. A flexible drive unit(FDU) is developed, whose features are guided by steel rope, increasing force by the movable pulley group, modular, convenient and flexible. Dynamics model for controller is deduced based on the constitutive equation of viscoelasticity. Controller is designed for position control and is based on the viscoelasticity dynamics model compensation control strategy proposed. The control system is based on the TURBO PMAC multi-axis motion control card.Prototype loading experiments and velocity experiments results show that the FDU can reach 2 Hz with no load and the max speed of 30(°)/s. The FDU has the capability of the load torque 11.2 N·m and the speed of 24(°)/s simultaneously, and the frequency response is 1.3 Hz. The FDU can be used to be the pitch joint of hip for biped robot whose walking speed is 0.144 km/h theoretically. 展开更多

Based on the survey research of poverty controlling model of "Three Drives, Four Joints" in Zhen'an County, its forming motives, implementing mechanism, and constraint factors have been explored to testify its enlightenment and applicability, establishing a promotable, applicable, and effective poverty alleviation model. "Three Drives, Four Joints" model is linked to the poor who lacks ability of self-development. Relying on the drives from key leading companies, the capable and the rich, a community with shared interests by the poor and the subjects of the "three drives" could be formed through "Joint Production, Joint Resources, Joint Community of Stock, and Joint Operation". The linked poverty alleviation development model of "the influential and the rich bring along the poor" and "A rich household would help the others" come into being. It is found out that the model of "Three Drives, Four Joints" is in essence a poverty alleviation method focusing on the increase of the income and diversified ways of increasing the earnings. Problems of poverty alleviation carrier and joint mechanism have been solved in the poverty alleviation process. The model is innovative in activating the resource elements, helping to move the poor out of poverty. A referential, copyable, and applicable model is offered to advance the poverty alleviation in mountainous areas in China. 展开更多

Modelling of a Human Driver’s Interaction with Vehicle Automated Steering Using Cooperative Game Theory 被引量:11

The introduction of automated driving systems raised questions about how the human driver interacts with the automated system. Non-cooperative game theory is increasingly used for modelling and understanding such interaction, while its counterpart, cooperative game theory is rarely discussed for similar applications despite it may be potentially more suitable. This paper describes the modelling of a human driver’s steering interaction with an automated steering system using cooperative game theory. The distributed Model Predictive Control approach is adopted to derive the driver’s and the automated steering system’s strategies in a Pareto equilibrium sense, namely their cooperative Pareto steering strategies. Two separate numerical studies are carried out to study the influence of strategy parameters, and the influence of strategy types on the driver’s and the automated system’s steering performance. It is found that when a driver interacts with an automated steering system using a cooperative Pareto steering strategy, the driver can improve his/her performance in following a target path through increasing his/her effort in pursuing his/her own interest under the driver-automation cooperative control goal. It is also found that a driver’s adoption of cooperative Pareto steering strategy leads to a reinforcement in the driver’s steering angle control, compared to the driver’s adoption of non-cooperative Nash strategy. This in turn enables the vehicle to return from a lane-change maneuver to straight-line driving swifter. 展开更多

In the proposed paper, the new experimental results are described obtained from the laboratory stand and the model developed by the authors. A method of acquiring characteristics of a pump motor drive using a hardware-in-the-loop simulation approach is explained. To explore the centrifugal pumps manufactured by ABB, their own control system is used whereas an industrial pump is replaced with the specially designed simulator. To clarify the model topology and parameters, a double-machine assembly was designed and used as universal pump prototype. A library of reference and disturbance signals used in pumping was applied as a modeling tool. In this way, the advantages of mathematical and physical simulations have been combined with optimal interaction of both approaches. 展开更多

资源枯竭型城市转型中土地利用模拟与预测——以平顶山市为例 被引量:1

资源枯竭型城市土地利用的研究对其高质量发展具有重要意义。以资源枯竭型城市平顶山市为例,基于GIS和PLUS模型,分析了2000—2020年间其土地利用的时空变化特征;结合城市转型政策的实施,探索了土地利用变化的影响因素;并在空间优化发展... 资源枯竭型城市土地利用的研究对其高质量发展具有重要意义。以资源枯竭型城市平顶山市为例,基于GIS和PLUS模型,分析了2000—2020年间其土地利用的时空变化特征;结合城市转型政策的实施,探索了土地利用变化的影响因素;并在空间优化发展情景下,预测了平顶山市在2030年的土地利用态势。结果表明:1)平顶山市的土地利用主要以耕地、林地和建设用地为主,占全部面积的96.4%。2000—2015年,耕地变化量保持稳定,林地变化量逐期减少,建设用地变化量逐期增加。2015—2020年,耕地变化量剧减,林地变化量持续稳定,建设用地变化量则出现下降。2)坡向、距市区距离、距县区距离等12个因素对土地利用变化影响较为明显。3)PLUS模型在土地利用模拟预测中总体精度超过90%,Kappa系数高达0.9以上,适用于资源枯竭型转型城市的土地利用模拟。4)通过分析发现政策因素是土地利用转型的核心驱动力,在资源枯竭型城市转型中应注重政策的科学合理性。 展开更多

为明晰水肥耦合对炭基质栽培番茄产量品质的提升效应,将生物炭混掺到由酒糟、秸秆等农业废弃物拌制成的基质模块中,设置2个灌溉量(I_(1):100%ET_(c),I_(2):80%ET_(c),ET_(c)为作物蒸发蒸腾量),2个施肥量(N-P_(2)O_(5)-K_(2)O)(F_(1):240... 为明晰水肥耦合对炭基质栽培番茄产量品质的提升效应,将生物炭混掺到由酒糟、秸秆等农业废弃物拌制成的基质模块中,设置2个灌溉量(I_(1):100%ET_(c),I_(2):80%ET_(c),ET_(c)为作物蒸发蒸腾量),2个施肥量(N-P_(2)O_(5)-K_(2)O)(F_(1):240-180-200 kg/hm^(2),F2:180-135-150 kg/hm^(2))及基质中4个生物炭添加量(B0:0,B1:1%,B3:3%,B5:5%),共16组处理,研究水肥耦合对炭基质栽培番茄叶面积指数(leaf area index,LAI)、叶绿素相对含量(soil and plant analyzer development,SPAD)、植株养分(全氮、全钾、有机碳)吸收量、化学计量特征(氮钾比、碳氮比)、产量及品质(可溶性固形物含量、维生素C含量、硝酸盐含量、可溶性糖含量、可滴定酸含量、糖酸比)的影响,揭示炭基质栽培番茄产量及品质的关键驱动因子,构建以番茄产量、品质及其关键驱动因子为目标的熵权-TOPSIS多目标综合评价模型,提出水肥与炭基质耦合的最优方案。结果表明:炭基质对番茄LAI、SPAD值、养分吸收量、产量及品质影响显著(P<0.05);在相同灌溉和施肥条件下,炭基质增加了番茄整株钾吸收量、整株碳同化量、产量及维生素C含量,降低了硝酸盐含量;基于结构方程模型,番茄整株碳同化量是产量的关键驱动因子,其增加有助于提高番茄产量,氮钾比是品质的关键驱动因子,其降低有助于改善番茄品质;采用熵权-TOPSIS多目标综合评价模型,筛选出I_(1)F_(2)B_(3)处理是水肥与炭基质耦合的最优方案。研究可为农业废弃物高效利用及高品质果蔬的水肥炭有效管理提供理论依据。 展开更多

A model based on saturate inductance parameter of interior permanent magnet (IPM) synchronous motor was brought forward by using finite element analysis. And its control strategy based on the largest running capability was studied also. The experiment results for a scale model show that the modelling method improves the model's accuracy, and the motor's control strategy is effective. 展开更多

The transmission system is a critical power component of helicopters, playing an indispensable role in power transmission. Among its key elements, the planetary gear system is an essential part of the helicopter transmission architecture. Establishing a dynamic model of the helicopter transmission system and analyzing the dynamic response of the planetary gear system under varying flight conditions are crucial for enhancing the system’s performance and safety. In this study, the transmission system is modeled comprehensively using the lumped mass method and the finite element method, and the dynamic characteristics of the planetary gear system, as reflected on the main gearbox casing under different flight scenarios, are examined. The findings reveal that the resonance frequencies of the planetary gear system remain consistent across various flight conditions, indicating that these frequencies are governed by the inherent structural and dynamic properties of the system. However, the vibration amplitudes at resonance points differ depending on the flight condition. Specifically, the resonance amplitudes at 0.057 kHz and 0.093 kHz during Hovering are significantly lower than those in other conditions, demonstrating that operational scenarios directly influence vibration response. 展开更多

定西市作为矿产资源丰富及地貌复杂区,生态环境与经济发展矛盾突出,深入研究定西市生态脆弱性评价及驱动机制,对区域生态环境的保护、管理与矿山修复的等级划分和评价方法都具有重要意义.基于4种筛选方法与4种机器学习预测模型分别组合... 定西市作为矿产资源丰富及地貌复杂区,生态环境与经济发展矛盾突出,深入研究定西市生态脆弱性评价及驱动机制,对区域生态环境的保护、管理与矿山修复的等级划分和评价方法都具有重要意义.基于4种筛选方法与4种机器学习预测模型分别组合,从自然与社会环境因子中,选取19个基础环境因子,运用训练和测试的预测模型,对比分析定西市生态脆弱性的空间分布特征,并利用筛选方法原理,对选取的基础环境因子进行相关性、主成分分析、回归分析及重要性分析,揭示其驱动机制.结果表明:①基于筛选方法的预测模型预测精度均在80%以上,满足生态脆弱性评价精度要求,因此,组合模型可作为生态脆弱性评价及其驱动机制分析的一种新方法;②定西市生态脆弱区呈“东北高、中间低、西南高”的空间分布格局,中西、东南部生态环境优于东北、西南部;③研究区内年均降水量、公路密度及河网密度是生态脆弱性的主要驱动因子,是气候、人类活动及复杂地形地貌共同作用影响的结果.④历史遗留矿区是生态脆弱严重区,其他类型矿区也与区域内生态脆弱性息息相关.因此,对矿区的及时治理与修复是生态环境保护的关键一环. 展开更多

【目的】为准确评估森林火灾风险等级,助力森林巡护、优化应急资源布局、提升防火效能,以沅陵县为研究对象,基于地形、可燃物、气象和人类活动等因素数据,采用机器学习算法构建森林火灾发生预测模型,为森林火灾预防提供科学依据。【方... 【目的】为准确评估森林火灾风险等级,助力森林巡护、优化应急资源布局、提升防火效能,以沅陵县为研究对象,基于地形、可燃物、气象和人类活动等因素数据,采用机器学习算法构建森林火灾发生预测模型,为森林火灾预防提供科学依据。【方法】综合考虑地形、可燃物、气象和人为活动4类因素,在研究区内提取11个驱动因子,包括高程、坡度、坡向、归一化植被指数、植被类型、降水量、气温、风速、距道路的距离、距居民点的距离和距水系的距离,对影响森林火灾发生的驱动因子进行评估。基于MODIS火灾产品得出研究区域内的历史火点数据,通过机器学习算法构建森林火灾风险预测模型,并采用混淆矩阵评估指标及ROC曲线对模型的预测精度进行综合评价。【结果】距道路的距离和距居民点的距离这2个驱动因素占据的权重相对最大,其他驱动因素也影响着森林火灾的发生。3种模型的ROC曲线表明,随机森林模型具有较好的准确性,准确率达到78.15%,曲线下面积值为0.85,逻辑斯蒂回归预测模型准确度为74.81%,曲线下面积值为0.81;支持向量机预测模型准确度为70.74%,曲线下面积值为0.79。【结论】随机森林模型表现出比逻辑斯蒂回归模型和支持向量机模型更好的预测能力。森林火灾高、极高风险区域在研究区中占比26.62%。森林火灾风险等级图有助于有关部门采取相关预防措施,有效保障森林资源安全。 展开更多

As the size of the solar panel increases, the size of the robot to handle the panel increased also. The change in scale of the robot inevitably results ill the amplification of the adverse effect of tile flexure. The main source of the flexure in the large scale solar cell panel handling system is the long and thin fork fingers of the [land and the solar cell panel. In addition, tile belt-driven actuator system used by most of the large scale panel handling robot is another significant source of the vibration. In this paper, the flexible multi body dynamic model of a large scale solar cell panel handling robot, which is being designed and constructed with the help of Kyung Hee University, is developed. 为提高风险场模型对驾驶人在高速公路出口匝道交织区换道时刻预测的准确性,首先,采用驾驶人行为问卷调查法,聚类分析驾驶风格和换道风格,并开展实车驾驶试验,获取车辆换道轨迹数据,分析不同驾驶风格的风险感知水平;然后,在基础风险场模... 为提高风险场模型对驾驶人在高速公路出口匝道交织区换道时刻预测的准确性,首先,采用驾驶人行为问卷调查法,聚类分析驾驶风格和换道风格,并开展实车驾驶试验,获取车辆换道轨迹数据,分析不同驾驶风格的风险感知水平;然后,在基础风险场模型基础上,引入衍生交通环境风险,并综合考虑驾驶风格和交通管控等因素,从道路环境、交通环境、管理控制3方面构建风险场模型;最后,以匀加速(CA)运动模型与风险场模型结合设计车辆换道仿真控制策略和试验。结果表明:谨慎型、普通型、激进型驾驶风格驾驶人运动风险感知系数分别为0.71、1、1.17,距离风险感知系数分别为0.62、1、1.39;谨慎型驾驶风格驾驶人所受风险强度>普通型>激进型,谨慎型驾驶人临界换道距离>普通型>激进型;管理控制风险场模型预测得到谨慎型、普通型、激进型驾驶人换道决策阈值时刻分别为96.2、105.2、114.2 s,与仿真换道时刻97.4、104.8、113.8 s相比误差小于1.5%。 展开更多

资源型城市土地利用时空演变格局及驱动力分析--以辽宁省鞍山市为例

基于2000年、2010年和2020年3期土地利用/覆盖数据,综合运用土地利用动态度、地学信息图谱、弦图可视化和PLUS模型等方法,分析鞍山市2000—2020年土地利用时空演变特征及驱动力,并预测了鞍山市2040年土地利用格局.结果表明:2000—2020年... 基于2000年、2010年和2020年3期土地利用/覆盖数据,综合运用土地利用动态度、地学信息图谱、弦图可视化和PLUS模型等方法,分析鞍山市2000—2020年土地利用时空演变特征及驱动力,并预测了鞍山市2040年土地利用格局.结果表明:2000—2020年间,鞍山市耕地面积呈持续减少趋势,近20年共减少了496.10 km^(2),主要转出至林地、建设用地和草地.林地呈持续增加趋势,近20年共增加了410.86 km^(2),主要转入自耕地和草地.近20年来,鞍山市最主要的土地利用变化图谱有“耕地→林地”和“耕地→建设用地”,其中前者主要分布于海城市东南部-千山区一带,后者主要分布于千山区、海城市中部和台安县中部等地.2000年以来,鞍山市土地利用变化速度为先快后慢,第一个10年综合土地利用动态度为1.29%,第二个10年其值为2.84%.单地类来看,20年间增长最快的是建设用地,平均每年增加0.87%;减少最快的是耕地,平均每年减少0.60%.模拟预测结果显示,2040年鞍山市耕地将进一步减少,驱动鞍山市耕地减少的主要因素有高程、降水量、气温等,其次为人口、GDP、到铁路和地方行政中心距离等社会经济因素. 展开更多

车辆急动度对神经网络油耗预测性能影响研究

为了研究精细驾驶行为对基于单个和混合神经网络的油耗模型预测性能的影响,选择车辆急动度(Jerk)作为神经网络训练输入的重要变量。采用长短期记忆网络(LSTM)、循环神经网络(RNN)、非线性自回归带外部输入模型(NARX)、广义回归神经网络(... 为了研究精细驾驶行为对基于单个和混合神经网络的油耗模型预测性能的影响,选择车辆急动度(Jerk)作为神经网络训练输入的重要变量。采用长短期记忆网络(LSTM)、循环神经网络(RNN)、非线性自回归带外部输入模型(NARX)、广义回归神经网络(GRNN)、卷积神经网络(CNN)、门控循环单元(GRU)、多层感知机(MLP)以及卷积神经-长短期记忆网络(CNN-LSTM)混合神经网络共8种典型神经网络模型,选取(速度,加速度)、(速度,加速度和Jerk)、(发动机转速)共3种输入参数组合,以及校园低速、城市中速和高速公路高速共3种速度工况,累计进行了69组实验。结果表明:相较其余6种单个神经网络模型,LSTM模型在各输入组合和各速度工况下的预测性能最好;CNN-LSTM混合模型的预测性能略优于LSTM模型。引入车辆急动度(Jerk)后,各神经网络油耗预测模型在各速度工况的预测性能都得到显著提高,其中,单个模型中,RMSE最高下降了43.2%(CNN网络,高速路况),RE最高下降了68.2%(LSTM网络,城市路况),R2最高提升了41.8%(NARX网络,城市路况);混合模型中,RMSE和RE分别最高下降了34.9%和61.0%(城市路况)。 展开更多
